What I did not like was after calling the front desk about toilet paper, emptying the garbages and new towels. It wasn’t until I called again 2 hrs later that we received those items. Towels and garbages wasn’t a neccesity but the toilet paper was

It was good considering it was going through renovations. Nice location.

The location was good. No ice machine and the shower was cold

Hotel is under some remodeling, but still clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was better than the typical hotel buffet. Rate was very reasonable.

We were in town for a wedding and there was a block of rooms set aside for wedding guests The property was under construction. On the 4th floor the elevator lobby had construction equipment and drywall mud all over the floor. The breakfast in the morning was not great. My grandson took a bite of the egg stuff and spit it out. My wife also tried it and it was not edible. We ended up going out for breakfast.

In the middle of remodeling not sure why they would put someone next to an elevator where the construction is. Newly remodeled room but not remote for the tv, no hair dryer, shower was only warm, the bed was not comfortable at all with hard pillows. Would not go back

Price was cheap. Location not near eating places, facility under construction, pool closed, front desk not attended (pick up phone and call), hassle checking in and out, would not recommend.

I was not aware that the entire facility was under renovation. The lobby and elevators were dusty from construction. The pool was closed. The restaurant IS NOT OPEN and the breakfast offered in that area was certainly lacking (I didn't think that it was what Holiday Inn standards typically adhere to). My room WAS updated, and clean (just a little creepy to walk down the hallway and see painters tape on all of the doors).

Very disappointed with our stay. We checked in at 3:30pm on 4/3 and I noticed our thermostat was not working. I called down to the front desk and the lady said she’d send maintenance up to fix. We had plans during our stay so I left knowing that maintenance would be coming to fix it. We got back at 11pm and our room was freezing. Outside temps were in the low 30’s. I called down to the front desk and no one answered. I tried multiple times with no success. My husband went down and no one was there. I then called the corporate customer line and I was told they would be calling the manager of the building to have this corrected. Was told to make sure my phone was on and they would call me right back. I waited till midnight for someone to call to get this corrected and nothing. We slept in our room with no heat and nothing was even attempted to correct this. On top of that the building is under construction for remodeling which wouldn’t be an issue except walking to our room consisted of smoke/dust everywhere. Overnight the room across from us that was being working on was left open and unattended, seems like a safety hazard. We have stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue but this time has caused me to never want to stay there again. Very disappointed in the lack of care that was given. So please be cautious.
