The toilet was too !ow in the bathroom. Hard to use. I did appreciate the walk in shower and the safety bars. The shower was nozzle was pretty high though. The carpet in my room could have used a cleaning. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised , staff was so friendly and helpful. When I checked I was even able to get a hot cup of coffee. Room was clean and I had no issues with the amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Liked the pillows. TV had links to popular streaming services. Had body, hair and lotion for use. Only negative was the desk was right in from of the heater/air conditioner to that blows right on you.

We requested a room for my mother close to the entrance, due to her limited walking ability. They emailed within 24 hours of making my reservation on Hotels.com to confirm that she would have a room closest to the entrance. The rooms are clean and decorated really well. It was just a modern beautiful room. Bed was comfy and pillows were great. The heating/cooling unit is controlled by a thermostat with an option to run the fan on low all night. So, no waking up every time the unit turned on and off. It was a nice quiet stay. The property is located close to Highway 2, but it is nestled back in a group of trees that makes it seem like you are not in a city. It was a quiet, peaceful stay.

The front desk staff was excellent. It is an age property. Had problems with no lightbulb and our air-conditioning not working. The front desktop was very receptive and helped us out!

This place is horrible. Waited for an hour before anyone was even visible that worked there. After attempting to check in we still had to wait another 30 mins to finish checking in due to them not being ready. I arrived on time to check in. No towels for the pool were stocked the whole time I was there. Will not go back. Rather sleep in my car.
