Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests praising the cleanliness, friendly front desk, quiet atmosphere, and good breakfast, while others express frustration over broken furniture, malfunctioning appliances, unclean bathrooms, and poor breakfast selection. The hotel's elevator and keys not working, as well as the pool being closed for most of a guest's stay, are also significant issues mentioned.
- Clean and friendly front desk
- Quiet with good breakfast
- Chairs in room broken and falling apart
- Elevator not working and keys stopping to work
- 5/5
Nice suite for families. No frills room, but clean and comfortable. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will stay again, if needed.
- 5/5
Great breakfast!! Clean rooms/bedding
- 5/5
This was a very nice and clean hotel for being somewhat on the small side. Great for a quick getaway
- 5/5
It is not easy looking for a room to fit a family of 6 but the room was perfect for us. I loved it had a pool for the kids hot tub for parents. Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful when I needed anything. The most Important thing to me is that it was clean! It was beautiful inside and looked new.
- 5/5
Clean room easy check in/out breakfast from 6-9 coffee and tea available all day love the 24 hour pool and hot tub definitely will stay again
- 3.5/5
Warm food at breakfast was cool and rubbery. No coffee in room was disappointing.
- 5/5
Pool & hot tub is 24 available 24 hours a day for adults, rooms are big & comfortable, very peaceful.. highly recommend, although the free breakfast was lame …. But still worth the stay …. Just go out for breakfast 😊
- 5/5
Nice all around good service
- 5/5
A little out-of-the-way from my purpose, but it was a great stay very quiet very safe.
- 4.5/5
Great location! Loved the deep hot tub!
- 5/5
The lighting over the bathroom sink is not very bright. Breakfast options limited but the options were good. Staff was awesome! Everything felt clean and fresh. Felt safe!
- 5/5
Breakfast was good
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean
- 4/5
Good place good price
- 4/5
Everything I needed was attainable and they’re for my use.
- 5/5
lighted parking, decent breakfast. Older hotel with updates. Not the best lighting near sink/vanity for doing makeup-I'd stay again.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Very courteous staff and clean room!
- 5/5
Perfect area very clean hotel staff very friendly in nice thank you
- 2/5
Glad they were working to improve the facilities Bathroom tile was either unfinished or poorly finished. TV was not connected to the cable. I figured out that it was attached through another input. Had I been less tech savvy, I would not have been able to watch TV
- 0.5/5
I left my fabric covered ice pack in the freezer. I realized this a few hours after checking out. It had not been turned into lost & found by the housekeeper. The desk staff were unable to locate it.
- 3.5/5
We had an issue coming in, our room was not ready. They are doing some remodeling, and our room had no blankets, pillows, phone, or working TV. When we alerted the front desk, the attendant, Jonah, took care of it immediately by upgrading our room for the night. No hot tub, but not the end of the world. It is nice that the pool is 24/7 for adults.
- 4.5/5
Redoing the place. Looks like it will be great when done!
- 5/5
Very clean, very helpful!
- 5/5
My stay was amazing. The staff was kind and made me comfortable. The room exceeded my needs, hot showers, great tv service and the beds were amazing
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay! Loved the coffee machine in the lobby.
- 3/5
Location The king suite was a bit ridiculous. The bathroom smelled like mold.
- 4/5
Clean and freshly redone, comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast. My one big complaint, however, is the lighting in the rooms is epicly bad. Florescent lights that are low brightness. Feels like nighttime in the middle of the day it was hard to even do my make-up. Since it's all new, it's surprising they didn't address this.
- 5/5
The property was under renovations but it was still very clean and didn’t disturb my stay. I think once renovations are complete this hotel was be very nice. My room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and I was a short walking distance to a good brewery for dinner and beverages. The pool on the property is indoor and nice and a basic breakfast in the morning was all I needed before hitting the road on my motorcycle
- 5/5
The staff is incredible! They called to resolve a booking issue prior to our arrival so we weren’t caught off guard, they provided several options to resolve the issue. When we checked in they were welcoming, greeted our children and suggested a trip to the pool with some pool toys. Top notch staff! The rooms were clean, spacious and had extra pillows and blankets. The TV WiFi didn’t work but there are HDMI cables so it was a simple fix.
- 5/5
Staff went above and beyond. Friendly and very helpful even though there was a lot of good improvements in the facility
- 4/5
Property was under an extensive renovation. Nice that the bathroom had an outlet with a night light. That outlet was nearly unusable as it was so close to the mirror. Room was a bit skimpy on outlets for electronic device charging. Nice counter space for bag accessibility. Dining area was small and buffet was cramped. Had to duck under a television screen and lean over the hot waffle iron to get a plate. Service ware was rubbery to be nearly useless. Housekeeping and buffet gal was very nice - desk clerks not so much.
- 3/5
Very average in all respects
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The building is under reconstruction, so some areas were messy
- 5/5
Very clean, great staff and nice quiet area! Def stay again!
- 4/5
Location and friendly staff Handicapped room needs some work. Bathroom needs to be more handicapped friendly.
- 2/5
Nothing listed that the property is under construction till you get there, workers and construction materials blocking front door. Sheet rock and plaster all over floor, working on room directly above mine till 8:00 at night, did not even give me the correct room I asked for, a/c worked poorly, curtain rod to shower pulling out of wall
- 1/5
Room not clean and no tv. I guess the tv was broke I don’t understand why I was placed in this room but never again. I’m definitely asking for a refund.
- 5/5
We came from Spokane to do fishing on Liberty Lake, but that night it was raining so we stayed in the room. We watching TV and relaxed on a very comfortable bed. Even the grounds of the hotel is under construction, the room was very comfortable. Even if it wasn't raining outside, I do believe neither one of us would have went fishing...
- 1/5
Property is currently under construction. The room was filthy, the mattress on the fold out couch was covered in stains, and the breakfast was terrible.
- 3/5
Property was undergoing renovations. Pool was closed
- 2/5
Under construction. Pool and hot tub not available. No hot water on third floor. When mentioned to staff on the first floor desk, they said their hot water worked fine. We had to heat water in our teapot for use to shave and sponge bathe. We were in room 306. No ice machine available. Breakfast eggs way overcooked and dry. Not worth the price we paid.
- 4/5
Property was being renovated, so some things were difficult. Also, I had voicemail on my room phone but there was no guide to help me navigate the phone. The front desk person didn't know what to do, so I had to unplug the phone. Overall, though, we would stay again.
- 2/5
Under construction, old, smelly
- 1/5
The property is under MAJOR construction, they have the Lobby, dining area, pool, jacuzzi, First floor and outside all tore apart! Rooms were poorly decorated, old furniture and not welcoming at all. I did speak to someone in the office about my concerns she was sweet but there was nothing they could do. She said they have been trying to tell Expedia to notate this on their site, but they have yet to do so. She did mention the CEO was there the week before and he had no issues of how the place was operating. If you’re going to have major renovations maybe you should start in one area at a time? Not to mention countless construction workers in and out of the hotel, all day long no place to park. Very, very poor decision.!
- 1/5
Under renovation, complete disaster
- 1/5
This property is under renovation. No amenities are available like pool, hot tub, fitness center. There is no lobby and the entire place reeks of construction dirt and dust. What a mess and no one mentioned this when we booked two days in advance.
- 1/5
The entire building was under construction; interior and exterior; noisy work from 9a to 5p, including weekends. Pool closed; exercise room closed. Coffee maker was defective; bananas for breakfast were green. and to top it all off: we found bed bugs in our mattress and woke up with multiple bites and swollen arms!
- 2/5
Place was under construction. They upped the price for a local event
- 5/5
I like everything i just can’t wait for finish construction
- 2/5
Make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
- 0.5/5
Under construction. Loud, dirty. Did not stay!!!
- 0.5/5
It would have been nice if there was info about the construction going on and how inconvenient the convenience hotel became for me and my family looking for a pool on a hot day The customer service was horrible and so was the accommodations. No stars do not recommend. Hair in the bed upon stepping in room and hair in bathtub . No one cared not even the hotel or booking.com
- 1/5
Renovation in processs we should of been notified no hot tub
- 1/5
Should of been notified the place was under renovation
- 1/5
We should of been warned they were renovating no hot tub that’s why we stay hot tub I’m done using Expedia this was ridiculous not to have a hot tub should be refunded this place was a mess stayed 3 nights had to go down every day to get new keys kid running check-in was incompetent
- 0.5/5
The staff was nice Pool was closed and we were never told . Same with the gym. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. The entire place smelled like paint. There were construction workers smoking marijuana by the back exit door didn't feel like our vehicles were safe. Horrible experience. I would warn people not to visit here
- 2/5
Not at all as pictured/advertised. Arrived to find hotel in the midst of a remodel- pulling off all the siding. Jack- hammering out concrete floor in lobby, etc. The advertised pool and hot tub were empty. Wallpaper peeling of walls, filthy carpet in hallways. Air con not working in my room. Worn out sheets that wouldn’t stay in place on the bed. Bugs crawling and some dead in the shower. They said I could cancel for free since the pool couldn’t be used. However it was a huge event weekend (Bloomsday race) in Spokane with most hotels all booked and doubled prices (250-350+ $$). The pictures on the internet looked ok and I didn’t need a super fancy room, but this felt like false advertising- total fraud!
- 1.5/5
The pool was nice. We booked a double queen and 2 months in advance. We arrived to a queen with a couch pull out. Our room was dirty upon arrival with sticky floors, crumbs/glass shards on surfaces, gross stuff in the bathroom, and no linens for the pull out bed. We had requested the correct room but told they were “sold out” so they wouldn’t change are our room. We had to have them reclean the room. Construction was everywhere and there was a scent in the hotel that was awful. Onsite management was no help and unapologetic. A sensory nightmare for those with children needing extra support.
- 4/5
Once they have renovations done itll be a great centralized hotel with two breweries and a spokane style shopping center within mins drive
- 5/5
it was very pleasant, we always have our dog with us, she does very well in motels she is a large dog. but very well behaved and all the staff was very nice, helpful and always had a smile. the breakfast was awesome.
- 5/5
WE stayed there primarily because we had a class nearby the hotel. The price was the best in the area.
- 1/5
Dog hair all over room, lights didn’t work, comforter was stained. Manager had terrible customer service, she kept repeating herself instead of listening to customers. Housekeeping manager stated they did a walkthrough of room after cleaning, if that’s her opinion of clean- I will never return.
- 3/5
The pool was so cold i was a little disappointed in that we had to stay in the hot tub with the kids which was only luke warm. I also found dog food on my floor in my room and a huge sticky puddle. Makes me wonder if my ro ok m even got cleaned. Breakfast and staff were absolutely amazing
- 2/5
It was very dirty

Title: Not Worth It Unless You Desperately Need the Location We stayed here Saturday night and honestly, this place was rough. The whole hotel felt dirty and neglected. The bathroom walls were peeling and looked like they had moisture damage. especially above the shower where it seemed like mold might be forming. The room doors didn’t even line up properly, like they’d been damaged or warped and never fixed. Thankfully, the rooms had hard flooring, because if it had been carpet like the rest of the hotel, I probably would've walked out. The hallway carpets and stairwells were disgusting. Stained, dusty, and clearly not cleaned in forever. There was a tiny sign at the front desk saying “please excuse the dust, we’re renovating,” but trust me—it was way more than just dust. It looked like this place hasn’t had a deep clean in years. Parking sucked too. I like to be able to see my car from my window. They only had very minimal front of the building parking. We only stayed because it was super close to the gym where our basketball games were. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. The one decent part was the breakfast it wasn’t anything amazing, but it got the job done.
- 3/5
The hot tub also was just warm. Ice machine was only working on first floor. The property was being remodeled hopefully they will address these issues.
- 1/5
Construction going on so it was loud upon arrival, terrible smell in the elevator, mattresses were not clean, mattress covers were old and torn up, shower went from extremely hot to not randomly several times within a short shower. I would not return and in fact left to another hotel.
- 1/5
We told him that we were going to get dinner and to please have the room straightened up for us before we return. When we returned, he did have new sheets and pillowcases on the bed, fresh towels etc. When we arrived back into the room, my wife went to use the toilet and after she flushed, the nastiest substance came up from the bottom of the toilet and stunk up our entire hotel room. We had to tough it out and sleep with the window open, and use the restroom by the lobby downstairs whenever we had to use the restroom. We left completely unsatisfied and were offered $25 back for compensation. This is completely unacceptable. There were two other families in the lobby complaining about the same issues with their rooms being messy upon check-in. We will not be back.
- 5/5
Would stay here again.
- 0.5/5
I like that the pool is open 24 hours a day for adults. Bed was comfortable My room wasn't what I paid for. There wasn't a jet tub in it as I booked. The staff up front said my room must have been substituted, I wasn't notified of this prior and he had no idea why it happened, and I was charged full price anyway. Room wasn't cleaned, he said that had happened to a lot of other rooms that day. Housekeepers were talking in Spanish about how they hate their jobs. Coffee maker in room didn't work at all. Room AC did not go above very low, even when I put it on high. No screen on room window. Remote was taped up. We went to the hot tub, it was barely warm, and teens came in after 10p and turned the jets off while we were in the tub and we ended up leaving. We were frustrated with our stay, and haven't gotten out on a break from the kids in 10 years. There were no towels in our room, then the front desk gave us folded towels that were dirty. The toilet paper was almost empty in the room and was dirty.
- 2/5
Rooms were dirty- staff was so nice trying to accommodate. They couldnt help much as i booked through expedia and apparently paid over double. (I will NEVER book through expedia again!) Second room they moved us too was a bit cleaner though there was still urine on the toilet and some on the comforter- but we were so tired we just pulled the comforter off and tried to sleep. Kids were running up and down the halls all night though. We did let staff know- but of course because we booked through expedia- they could not do anything. We hit the hot tub in the morning (tried the night before but there was over 20 kids packed into it (the sign said 8 adults maximum) so we couldn't fit. Though in the morning the hot tub was nice and warm- like a hot bath. Continental breakfast was great. Just not a $230 hotel. If it were $70 i would have expected all this, but not for this price!
- 4/5
Hotel is away from pretty much anything. In the middle of industrial area.
- 5/5
Loved my stay, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Jake was top notch! Definitely will be back!
- 4/5
Quite noisey from the room we were in
- 5/5
I showed up late on short notice, and then realized I screwed up and booked my room for the next day. The staff changed my reservation and got everything fixed without making a big deal out of it. Would use this place again
- 5/5
check in staff was a really friendly guy.
- 4/5
nice stay and nice staff nice pool area
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was good with many choices. The only downfall the cranberry juice was out.
- 5/5
I loved the fact the the hot tub and pool were 24 hrs for 18 yes on up.
- 3.5/5
hot tub in the room refrigerator leaked in the room
- 3/5
The room had cigarette smell embedded in it even though it was a non smoking. That was gross but it was fine other than that
- 1/5
Mold. There was mold in the shower and tub. Black mold. Red. Yellow. All the mold. It was clearly from a lack of cleaning. The paint was peeling off the walls. The floors were dirty under the table. There was a dead cockroach.
- 5/5
Really nice room! Clean, roomy, it looked new even though it wasn’t. Bargain price!
- 4/5
Good location
- 3/5
Front desk guy was great. Room was pretty clean. Shower curtain rod so loose that the curtain would not stay closed. No hot water for a shower. You get what you pay for.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay
- 4/5
The beds were not as soft as other places.
- 4/5
Just like the title says, this place is fine. Dated, not super clean but also not dirty. It works fine as an affordable hotel option.
- 1/5
They let children run and yell people dancing above desk would not talk to them will not be back
