Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. While some guests appreciated the clean rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff, others encountered issues such as uncleanliness, poor maintenance, and unpleasant smells.
- Clean rooms
- Convenient location
- Uncleanliness and maintenance issues
- Unpleasant smells in some rooms
- 4/5
The room was clean and it smelled clean the moment we walked in. The air conditioning was cold, which was great with the 106 degree temperatures we had all weekend. The shower pressure was not great, but it got the job done. The location was perfect for the event we were in town for and was close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. It’s an older hotel and could be updated, but overall, we were very happy with our stay.
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised! From the moment we arrived, the service at the front desk was outstanding. Although the room was small, it was very well designed and had everything thoughtfully arranged, including enough space to place and open our luggage, a desk, and even a dining area. The outdoor spaces were very welcoming and cozy. Highly recommended.

Maid knocked on my door at 8:15 to clean and woke me up. Not nice
- 1/5
I didn't realize when I booked that you had to climb stairs to get to upper level. There were no pics of that. So when I get there and see that, and then are told there are no rooms on the bottom floor with parking near by, I asked for a refund since I'm handicapped and can not climb stairs with heavy objects, nor walk across the breeze way to the other side of the place. I haven't heard back anything, but I still want my refund.
- 5/5
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean room with wonderful staff that cleaned and maintained your room. Great breakfast bar@
- 4/5
Staff was super helpful and very nice. The washing machines were a joke charge you 15 dollars and then didn’t dry.
- 3/5
This should be as $50 a night hotel not $117. Mattress was memory foam and it had remembered all the weight of customers in certain areas we actually turned sideways to sleep highly recommended if they lower prices to $40-50 a night
- 5/5
Nice and clean, good location
- 5/5
It’s the second time we’ve stayed there. It’s a good hotel clean good staff. Their breakfast was really good. Love the biscuits and gravy. The only downfall was online It offered a free crib and they didn’t have any they don’t offer that so just future reference we will be staying again in two weeks!! quality Inn is our go to when we stay in Lexington for our BMX races!!

Hotel is in need of upgrades in bathroom plumbing (toilet and faucets.) Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good but doughnuts or muffins would be nice.

My issue with this hotel is not as much about the actual hotel as the inability for the owner to have any level of compassion. I live out of state and stayed booked a room at this hotel because my brother passed away and this was the closest to my family. While flying into SC, I experienced a medical emergency that included losing consciousness on the first leg of the flight from EWR to IAD. I was taken off the airplane in a wheelchair, transferred to a gurney and taken to a local ER where I stayed overnight for tests to be run and monitoring. I missed my check in which was on the same day. I was discharged later the following day. Before I could even think about contacting the airline, they contacted me to initiate a refund of the remaining leg of my flight. I contacted Expedia (who I scheduled with) to inquire about a rental car refund and hotel refund. The rental car fee was waived but this hotel refused to refund my money. Before I learned this, I rebooked another room with them in good faith, again to be close to family in a difficult time. After rebooking, I learned they would not refund the missed checked in so I promptly rebooked the next four nights with a respectable and clean hotel. All I can say is, greed.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean. Hotel is in need of maintenance, toilets tanks running, faucets and drains in need of maintenance. entrance door locks in need of maintenance and upgrades. Hotel was OK for sleeping and short time occupancy for the price we paid.
- 5/5
Everyone and everything was good
- 4/5
A little dated. Typical breakfast, tight parking, good beds and clean. Pool was not ready, construction.
- 1/5
False advertising pool as a available amenity when it’s not open for another week
- 1/5
Old not well maintained rooms
- 5/5
Safe place to stay, Main Street is very nice
- 4/5
breakfast was good , the bed was comfortable, location was convenient. The television didnt work, but they did replace it.
- 2.5/5
I sent a message and asked for a bottom floor Disable room thru Booking. Got here and was told they knew nothing about it..Even tried to show the message to front desk. Told me they were full.
- 5/5
Friendly service, nice spacious clean room, plenty of parking and a tasty hot breakfast.
- 2/5
Front desk - called when I dropped an earring in the drain. I could see it but she wouldn’t send anyone to help. Found a cleaning staff in the hallway - she helped!!! Front desk. Cleanliness
- 4/5
The good: the room was clean and looked nice. The staff was nice. The cons : the pool was not open and the blanket on the bed was ripped, the faucet on the sink was loose and the breakfast was ok.
- 2/5
very disappointed that it was advertised as having a pool and I checked and they said yes they had a pool however they forgot to tell me that it was not open until the end of May. Also, the room itself needed repairs. The bathroom was terrible. The tub had the enamel worn off and water was bubbling up from the drain. The Wi-Fi did not work well I don't know if it worked, but they were unable to connect me. I went and talked to the front desk person, and she could not figure out how to do it very disappointed in the condition of the hotel but the staff were very helpful and at least they tried.
- 5/5
Everything was clean. Comfy bed. Very nice
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Walls were very thin. A/C wasn't the greatest but overall great location. Stay was enjoyable
- 1/5
It was terrible place, the smoke alarm beeped non stop and they would not resolve the issue after asking them several times. Asked for a refund they would not refund me. I left and when to a better hotel down the street. Still haven’t got a refund because they won’t answer Expedia about it he issue
- 3/5
When we arrived there were no lighta on in the check in room, and it looked like theybwere closed. When we made it to the room, the room was not entirely clean. There were stains around the bottoms of the walls in doorways and on the baseboards. The shower curtain was falling off the wall, and the water pressure was non existent. There was barely enough water from the shower head to rinse the soap off your body. The bed sounded like it was falling apart when you laid in it. The linens were nice and clean but that was about it. I would highly not recommend staying here.
- 2/5
Breakfast was ok. My sons bathroom had mold in it and we had homeless people outside our rooms for hours.
- 4/5
Everything was good.
- 3/5
Everything was good or acceptable. Our only problem we experienced was the room door wouldnt lock, but there was a privacy door lock that was an okay alternative. I wouldnt have gelt very safe, had I been alone. The room and property were both very clean, comfortable and in good repair, especially considering the age of the building. A good deal for the price.
- 2.5/5
Our room was clean but in ill repair
- 3/5
Staff was friendly but one of the housekeepers did not knock and just came right in to the room
- 1/5
Room definitely had some mold issues. Needs mold treatment and new paint. The refrigerator had been unplugged and drained so there was water all over the floor, which we cleaned up. Interesting that housekeeping didn't take care of this.
- 2.5/5
Our tv didn’t work on digital and the staff was helpful but couldn’t get it either. Didn’t have another room to put us in. Plug by.bathroom didn’t work either
- 3/5
Breakfast was nice. Helpful staff
- 0.5/5
They gave a smoking room. I am sick now It's not even a 1 rated hotel
- 2/5
Was being charged double on my card, staff tried to make us look stupid when indeed he was charging our card multiple times.
- 2.5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping asked and provided essentials cleaned room daily. The breakfast attendant was excellent and outgoing. The breakfast options were good too. The front desk staff was also accommodating and very nice. The lobby area gives a nice presentation while the room was disappointing. I understood my options for a stay were limited due to traveling with my dogs and there are only a few hotels in the area that allow pets. The motel is that. Lots of over night stays landscapers, construction workers, and a traveling baseball team. Flooring in the room was loose and in need of repair, the bathroom is in need of update and shower head was only giving out water through about half the wholes, my comforter had cigarette holes in it, there was a large gap in the door to the room, the pet area was extremely small outside and was over grown grass and garbage.
- 5/5
... but it always suits my needs.
- 1/5
I was overcharged for early departure twice after not feeling safe, I did not sleep in the hotel and returned the next morning at 0817 and checked out, returning the keys to the desk clerk and I was still charged for staying two nights. The desk clerk was very unprofessional telling me to check out through Hotels.com and she could not check me out. She wrote 0817 on the checkout printout she gave me but I knew it was not done in the computer if you hand write it. Two hours later someone checked me out the system per the digital receipt proceeded to charge me again and the reversed the refund and charged me another night. Hotels.com tried to also contact the hotel with no success as I was on the phone with them as I walked out of the hotel and multiple times the day I checked out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't leave my puppy to sleep there either. Do yourself a favor and stay in another hotel for safety.
- 2/5
The room smelled horrible like body odor and cleaning supplies. The cleaning smell did not overcome the body odor stench, my clothes the next morning smelled like it. The staff during checkout said they would have the manager contact me, but they never did. This place is for out of town workers that just need a place to crash for the night, spend a few more $$ and stay over by Harbison. I will not be staying again, lesson learned.
- 4/5
Friendly staff comfortable bed amenities were good
- 3/5
Reccomend to upgrade and more clean specially in the bathroom
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. Next room had very loud music late a night. Called front desk and nothing was done. Toilet was dirty
- 0.5/5
Absolutely nothing The stay was a total disappointment Overpriced for quality of room. Entry door would not close without force. Very small room. Beds were on metal rollaway type frames that squeaked with every move. Bathroom door would not stay closed and would not latch. Paint worn and absent over parts of door. Toilet ran constantly and would not refill. No telephone service in room-not even to reach front desk. Night agent should be make with ability to handle disruptions that arise from travelers causing excessive noise.
- 1/5
The phone in the room was broken, so we had to walk to the lobby to ask for anything. Then there was a loud fire alarm that lasted soooo long and it was a false alarm with no apologies or anything!
- 2.5/5
In the downtown area of Lexington Needs plenty of updating
- 1.5/5
The location was good for what we came for a Thanksgiving get together with our family and family that lives in Lexington, SC. Furniture are old, filthy and unclean. We booked 3 rooms, the first room we check in had clothes & panties in the drawer we have to transfer to another room. All 3 rooms we found cockroaches, my sons and his wife has to check out early they could not stand it. The cleaners has to wake us up 8 am to make sure we check out. The front desk were uncooperative she doesn't even know the wifi username.
- 0.5/5
Breakfast was good. Room was dirty. Tub had rust around the faucets and the hanging rack was rusted and the room smelled musty.

The supervisor was very rude and disrespectful. The supervisor

- 5/5
Nothing at all
- 0.5/5
There is no carpet on the floor. The bed was the worst thing I have ever slept on. The closet height and sink is for someone who is 3 feet tall. Who puts a coffee pot in the bathroom??? My room was never clean after I left each day. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!! I wish I had of known, there was a Holiday Inn across the street.
- 1/5
Location Dirty. Toilet broke. Room smelled awful
- 2/5
People sitting on the stairwell smoking and I didn’t feel safe to pass.
- 2.5/5
The facilities were worn and tired. The breakfast was mediocre red
- 1/5
People were drinking and smoking sitting on the stairs. I didn’t feel comfortable squeezing pass them on the stairs.
- 4/5
It was quiet
- 4/5
The breakfast was fresh & delicious
- 4/5
Room was clean no working phone. Sheets scratchy starched, bed firm soft tv 10 channels back wide kinda has a ally not street parking but easily accesible in small back lot the rooms on the back first floor did require step up stand up shower accessible and the king room had a pull out couch desk nice table and chair. I didnt go to breakfast so idk but stay was very quiet staff and check in very friendly. Ice maker didnt work either
- 5/5
Great brea to
- 5/5
Nice staff, great area for food
- 4/5
Overall, it’s not really satisfied for the property
- 1/5
The room was a patchwork of half-finished repairs to the walls, ceiling, and shower, none of them done well. There was a gap between the door and the frame so large that I could literally see my car parked outside through it. The towels were paper-thin, and the walls offered just as little insulation. Several “interesting” individuals loitered around our room throughout the stay, and the smell of marijuana was constant. When the ice machine didn’t work, I went to the office to ask where I could get ice, only to be told they were simply “out of ice for the day.” The so-called “free breakfast” was laughable: two communal cereal containers, a few slices of white bread, and an old waffle maker. That was it. Thankfully, we only had to endure this disaster for two nights. I would choose sleeping in a tent before ever staying at this property again.
- 4/5
The property is under renovation so breakfast isn't available. However the staff and service are top notch. Plusxthey have good coffee available 24hrs in the lobby area. Good place.
- 5/5
Clean breakfast area with attentive staff. Good breakfast variety.
- 3/5
The room was very clean buy they need to have the rooms sprayed for roaches.
- 5/5
Location is within a reasonable walking distance of the heart of old town Lexington as well as many near by places one could need while traveling. Intimate location, pool looks very nice but we were here in the winter.
- 1/5
Smells terribl,
- 5/5
Awesome service Nikki was so amazing friendly and helpful…I will be back ❤️
- 4/5
My non-smoking room smelled like there had been smoking and then efforts to reduce the odor
- 3/5
Had trouble with key card. Twice, I had to go downstairs to get new card and she carded it to wrong room.
- 3/5
Door didn’t close properly and then was difficult to unlock. Could definitely use some updating and upgrades.
- 3/5
I was only there overnight, I came to South Carolina for a funeral. The room was adequate and the price was affordable.
- 4/5
The room was clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable and the cooling/heating system not very noisy. Problems were around a leaking toilet bowl which was reported on the morning after my first night. Nothing was done to fix it even though I told front desk it would be ok to go into the room. Also my room had an adjoining room door and the walls were very thin. This made noises from the room too distracting. Also noise on bare floor upstairs with children jumping and running told me that this hotel brings lowlife, welfare mothers or other rowdy persons for overnights or longer. About 2AM I was awaken by some psycho banging on the door of the adjoining room. Who are these miscreants and why are they allowed to disturb people paying money for a quiet rest. Also why are some deviants allowed to keep a TV running all night disturbing me? Other than those disturbances which ensured that I did not really get good sleep for the nights I was there, the location and facility were fine. I was especially happy with the good efforts of the cook to keep a healthy breakfast available for the guests. Well done for her.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The room was cheap; I got what I paid for. While I stayed though I noticed a few things. In the restroom the ceiling fan was nearly falling off, housekeeping never came by our room for towels or anything else, breakfast was okay; Milk smelled spoiled and the front desk lady was rude checking in; I was unsure I booked a smoking room & she made me feel horrible for a minor mistake. I took the "smoking" room anyways. Random people walk around the hotel, making it really hard to feel safe. The water came out looking dirty, didn't want to even brush my teeth in my room. Finally, the most concerning thing was the smoke detector batteries needed to be changed beeped the whole time. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak my mind to a manager, I was very busy so luckily, I didn't stay long. 5/10 experience.
- 2/5
This is just a very old establishment that needs upgrades. The walls had lots of stains, and the bathroom shower had visible mold growing. Questionable stain on bathroom door.
- 5/5
Nice area, right on Main Street. Clean hotel, nice and helpful staff.
- 2/5
We have stayed at this hotel several times with no issues. The room was clean, however there were roaches in the bathroom. I did report it to the desk at checkout. Hopefully they will resolve that issue asap.
- 5/5
The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing actually so much better than known hotels who either carry cold breakfast or charge a large amount
- 5/5
Everything was as expected
- 5/5
... everything's always right.
- 1/5
Staff unfriendly and rude. Loud and noisy. I felt unsafe.
- 3/5
Room was clean but needed updating. Toilet was leaking and some paint peeling in bathroom. Staff was efficient. I didn’t have breakfast there so can’t review breakfast.
- 4/5
Quiet room , except toilet runs off and on the whole time.
- 3/5
The room had a moldy smell at first. We had a cockroach in the bathroom. My wife fell in the shower, tub is slippery. Overall cheap motel feel
- 2/5
We haven’t even stayed there yet. Why would you send this email?
- 1/5
the toilet was broken the hairdryer was bfroken
- 4/5
Great spot for a simple weekend. Close by a lot of restaurants, shopping, and highway.
- 5/5
Hotel staff cleaning of rooms very nice and respectful - Tina at breakfast was awesome and cooked very good breakfasts every - her country gravy was awesome - check in staff very accommodating and welcoming - all good in this hotel - would definitely stay again
- 3/5
We were there five nights. When the weekend was over and Monday arrived so did construction workers, which took a lot of the parking spots. Also loud parties right outside our door till early in the morning. I think if the smoking areas were moved away from the building it would help with the gathering of people on the sidewalk plus the smell of pot coming into the rooms.
- 1/5
The hotel
- 1/5
Cops were at facility way too much.
- 5/5
Only complaint is the water for making tea wasn't hot and the breakfast attendant never stayed out in breakfast area long enough to ask for hot water

It was very comfortable and clean. I loved the bathroom. Spacious loved it…
- 1/5
The worst
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very good staff, lady at the front desk was exceptional. Believe her name was Judy.
- 5/5
This was a good, no frills motel. Our AC went out at home and it was 100 degrees outside, so we needed a place to stay until fixed. This definitely meet our needs comfortablely. I'd definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Usually I don't have any issues with this hotel but this time is was just awful.
- 2/5
The door to our room did not properly fit so there was A Large gap around most of the door there was mold growing behind the molding in the shower
- 5/5
Friendly staff responsive to questions and needs.
- 1/5
Bad smell, dirty room, really dirty bathroom
- 3/5
Funny, one side of the bed squeaked. The A/C was either too warm at 72 or too cold at 70. The bathroom mirror is broken and the maintenance guy needs to fix the handicap handle in the shower. Some water pressure would be nice.
- 2/5
Room 113 had a gap in the door so large that you could see through. The door latch left little confidence it worked. The bathtub was so slick it was a danger to use. The beds sound like they are sitting on top of a metal trash can. Any little movement echoed throughout the room. Room 109 which was listed as non-smoking, but smelled of smoke really bad. We left at 6:00am because the tradesmen staying at the hotel made so much noise starting at 5:00am that it was not worth trying to sleep any longer. We cut our nights from 3 to just the 1.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Didn’t use the pool but it appeared to be well kept too!
- 4/5
Nice hotel experience and sufficient room. Enjoyed breakfast and in room added coffee ! Toilet had some issues with flushing, but overall enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
Stay was fine. No issues. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
I've been staying there a few times lately. As always... clean, friendly, and nice. The shower lever needs a little wok in that particular room... but it functioned. That's the reason for the 2 - 4 stars.
- 5/5
Convenient and very good value. Clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great pla
- 2/5
I would not stay there again!
- 2/5
They did not clean our room 2 out of 5 days. One day they only made one bed, only cleaned the floor twice.
- 4/5
The property is easy to get to. Many dining and shopping options in area. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff very efficient.
- 2/5
We stayed May 18-23. We get there and get checked in and then we were informed that the pool will not be open until Memorial Day which is three days after we leave. The problem with this is it was advertised as being open from May-October, nothing about opening Memorial Day. We did have things to do around the city, thank goodness but, we also wanted to spend some time at the pool just swimming and relaxing.
- 2/5
The only positive thing was a very good breakfast.. great collection of breakfast items hot and cold. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
- 4/5
There was water on the floor from the toilet, a small leak. The toilet paper roll came off the wall. Other than the bathroom issues, we enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
When you book a room because the description says pool open May - October and you’re told after you check in that the pool doesn’t actually open until Memorial Day weekend it ticks you off. The room smells musty but looks fairly clean, we will see what breakfast brings us in the morning
- 2/5
Building is in disrepair
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay.
- 3/5
My room was backed by the laundry which was very noisy, air conditioning was covered by curtains which made for a very cold floor breeze.
- 4/5
When they cleaned the room it was not swept , floor felt sandy sheets and bedspreads not changed
- 2/5
Really expensive and poor conditions
- 3/5
Walls and floors were stained, hair in the corners, overall unclean.
- 1/5
The floor has holes , the bottom of the bathroom door is peeling and moldy.
- 4/5
Very good quality/price. Nice rooms and well located in Lexington.
- 4/5
Not bad for the price.
- 4/5
Limited parking
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Room and property were only Ok.
- 1/5
No
- 5/5
I was most impressed by the cleanliness. I don’t stay in hotels very often but I would stay here again.
- 1/5
Walked into the room and came right out. Nothing like the pictures online. Bathroom door had holes and bath tub had tape to hold it together. Area unsafe. Called Expedia and had them cancel my reservation due to false advertisement and for my funds not to be taken out.
- 5/5
All we needed was a bed and bath. Room was fine! Service was good.
- 4/5
Quiet clean and convenient
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Great location and good value.
- 5/5
It was a wonderful stay I needed a handicap room and that is what I got.
- 4/5
Quite, close to restaurants and shopping I've stayed here for 6 weeks
- 4/5
Good value, clean
- 4/5
Was overpriced for a motel. Noisy people coming and going, playing their car stereos loudly. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee was cold and had to be microwaved, eggs and sausages were hard. Wouldn't recommend.
- 3/5
It’s a place to lay your head but don’t be expecting an early check in out late check out because they don’t allow it. Also make sure you lock the door because house keeping one doesn’t pay attention to the (do not disturb) sign or when you say “No thank you” and they still come into your room and then you hear them laughing outside.
- 4/5
Customer service was great. Rooms are nothing to be desired. It’s a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Parking is a little tight
- 4/5
I've stayed here for the last two weeks and probably two more. The rooms are clean no bugs and the staff cleans the room every day
- 4/5
Maids did a fabulous job cleaning a room that needed desperate updating & repairs. Desk personnel were great!
- 5/5
We were put upstairs on the back, no luggage carrier. We had yo hand carry everything and ee are in our sixties
- 4/5
It was great would like to have had my car near the troom i was staying in
- 5/5
None
- 1/5
They had roaches in this place i was brushing my teeth and a roach popped out from under the sink
- 4/5
A lot of noise during the night. Room clean bed comfortable.
- 2/5
The room was clean, but it looked like it was falling apart. For example, the mirrors were faded, the bathroom had a bad paint finish, and the shower curtain and TV were hanging by loose bolts. But the worst thing was in the dining room area; trash can with overfilled trash and the community microwave with things growing in there.
- 5/5
There were two roaches on our room.
- 2/5
location is good property is very run down, 4 issues in the bathroom
- 2/5
Both rooms I rented we found roaches last day. Gross!!!! Woke up to roaches on wall.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. stYed in accessibility room. will stay again
- 3/5
Check in was easy, fast and friendly. Upon check in there was some confusion because it said a deep soaking tub on the room I selected but there was only a standup shower. The rooms with the deep soaking tub were not available and were not in the listing. The front doors weather stripping needed to be replaced.I could see daylight while the door was closed. The water pressure in the room was lacking. The breakfast was spot on. The price for the room was great! Overall I’d stay there again.
- 5/5
Good stay
- 2/5
Place smelled like smoke and property looks a little worn down like it needed renovations
- 4/5
The outter room was nice. Clean. The bathroom door had holes in it needs replaced. The bathroom caulking needs looked at. Duct tape on the bath tub faceplate
- 4/5
Customer service and quite
- 5/5
The women at the front desk was awesome. Room was clean however, the box spring needs replacement. Squeak, crunch. Bathroom was clean. Very good experience.
- 1/5
Filthy and disgusting!!!!! Towels had previous guest toothpaste all over. Stunk, bed felt like it was going to break each time I sat down on it. Holes in ceiling patched by sticking tissue paper in the holes. No room clean up we were there 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets changed or trash taken out! We had to go get our own towels twice! Never ever stay at a “Quality “ Inn again and I will let everyone know not to as well!
- 2/5
They need to take care of bugs, such as cockroachs and stink bugs, there was some of this bugs around the room in the floor, the bathroom, the ceiling and lights. The last night I found one laying over one of the pillows in my bed.
- 5/5
Staff members were accommodating, respectful of privacy and property, and I will definitely stay here when I am back in Lexington.
- 4/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Too much outside walkway noise. Too much street traffic noise.
- 3/5
The rooms have exterior doors, which in my opinion makes this a motel, not a hotel. This was not immediately apparent in the online photos of the property’s exterior. Inside the room, the furniture was in poor condition (example: desk chair’s fabric cover was completely worn through on both of the top corners) and the sheets had some sort of ink stains. We decided we did not want to stay there with our infant child, and let the front desk know we were checking out a few hours after we checked in. The front desk clerk didn’t ask why we were checking out so early, just took our key card back. That leads me to believe either that happens often, or they just don’t care. Either way, I think the rate is too high for what the property actually is - a motel. No wonder the pet fee is only $20. On the positive side, the lobby was nice inside and the exterior walkway around the rooms was freshly painted and washed/swept clean. The property is conveniently located in downtown Lexington within walking distance of several shops and restaurants.

We evacuated due to an Hurricane. Checkin was great as the front staff was excellent. The manager on the other hand was very rude and appeared racist. I’ll never stay there again and will tell everyone I know not to stay.

Did not like 6 hours of two very loud trucks in parking area READY ENERGY trucks. They could've went to Walmart parking lot away from everyone.

I didn't stay. There were bugs and flies in the room and an old smell. My children and I were uncomfortable

People smoking right outside our entry door on multiple occasions

Pictures online definitley dont show what the room is actually like. Patched and unpainted holes all over the room, bathroom fan barely hanging on by 1 drywall screw, barely any water pressure. Burn marks on the counter and burn holes in the bed. Seriously considered getting a refund and going across the street to a different place.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. My go to hotel

Probably what made it worse was that housekeeping never came in during our 3 night stay. Housekeeping would knock at 9am while we were getting ready to leave but never came back to service the room after we left.

Got upgraded to a suite upon arrival thought that was a good thing-wrong. There’s absolutely nothing good I can say. Dust was on everything, ceiling was peeling off, the kitchen area looked like it’d been flooded, and the bathroom light switch was broken exposing the wires. I also accidentally went to the wrong door and my key card opened their door. I didn’t feel safe knowing someone could possibly unlock my door. I did use the deadbolt but several rooms looked like those locks had been tampered with from outside. Under any other circumstance I would’ve left but had an early morning appt nearby and they were the only pet friendly place in that area.

I contacted Hotels.com to cancel and get a refund...of course, they couldn't do that. So, I had to book ANOTHER hotel 40 miles away, pay for that one, and still have been given the cold shoulder by Hotels.com. Never again! Fool me once....
