Creepy and deserted! Place looks like it’s under maybe a renovation but still took my reservation! I’ve not seen one other guest here, only two employees. If I didn’t just drive 9 hours I’d find some where else. The paint is peeling carpet is heavily stained and it smells. You gotta be effinh kidding me!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful, but the hotel was nasty. I had to change rooms because the first reeked of smoke. The second was so dirty and run down that I ended up leaving and finding another hotel. They were kind enough to refund my money.

Room was moldy and musty and I have bronchial asthma and could not breathe. Paint and plaster were falling off the ceiling. Just overall nasty. We lost about $100 dollars cause the on site manager said it was non refundable he gave me a manager’s card and said to call him and he MIGHT give me my money back because of the condition of the hotel.

Getting to the facility was a headache. They were doing street resurfacing on a Friday night! A BUSY NIGHT!! right in front of the entrance which made it hard to get in and out. I never write reviews. But we had to leave after 10 minutes because the tank of the toilet once flushed, started to overflow all over the place and my husband killed 2 roaches. It was horrible. We requested a refund be applied to our Expedia account and went to another hotel around the corner. Hopefully we hear back about the refund.

The staff was very nice and hospitable however the facilities were severely lacking. The AC unit wasnt able to properly cool the room until after the sun went down. The tub drain was so slow that the tub was full by the time I finished my shower, the tub was 3/4 full. There was missing outlet covers and exposed wiring. Holes in the walls. Mismatched paint. Soap scum in the bathroom. The list could go on. I know they are undergoing construction/renovations to update but the rooms that are currently available are in an unacceptable condition

The room was very outdated and most of the lights did not work. The backsplashes were not connected to the vanity top. The top of the desk was filthy. My room was directly across from the laundry area and the housekeeping staff were talking very loudly. The hotel is currently being renovated, so maybe it will improve.

The property is falling apart. It’s clean but stuff are broken and need to be repaired. Soap dispenser broken, one drawer broken, hair dryer not working, faucet broken, window not closing properly and since my room was on the 1st floor, anyone could access the room through the window, pool dirty.

There was no attempt to compensate in any way besides saying, " everything is going wrong with your visit isn't it". This is unacceptable and my family and I book at least 5-10 bookings per year with hotels.com. I would like to have a refund for this horrible experience with my family.

Fridge in room didn’t work, made staff aware nothing was done. Lock on door was broken, lights didn’t have bulbs in them. Asked for soap for wash hands, never got any the whole 3 nights. I had booked the room for 4 nights but checked out a day early to go elsewhere.

They are renovating and it makes it look closed. No hot water 2 of the 3 nights, only one could be blamed on Hurricane Helene. Hurricane knocked out TV and internet but power never went out for long. Room was good with comfy bed. Breakfast was adequate 8

Great place to just relax and clear your mind. Especially if you have a partner, my wife and I enjoy our stay here. It’s a quick getaway from the kids and enjoy peace and quiet. The staff is great and the breakfast is okay, it’s free so can’t be too choosy.

Overall it was good. Staff are nice. Needed to do laundry and it was $2 for a wash and $2 to dry. Front desk doesn’t have quarters. She sent me to the gas station, who then sent me to Walmart. It was a challenge to just get quarters. Pool is being remodeled so that was frustrating. The luggage carts had flat tires.

Not many options in Lexington so if you need to stay cheap here you are. They will clean your bedroom every third day or when you ask, the bathrooms are jacked up with leaky faucets and broken trim and the air conditioning will get you down to around seventy sixty degrees if you're lucky.

I shared all of my experience on Yelp. Do not stay here. They have been saying since March which was my first stay, under renovation. Not! It's gotten worse since then. Endless problems that won't get fixed without a scrape off. Stay at your own risk. All the booking sites should remove this from your offerings because this affects your credibility.

Walked in to no one at the front desk.. waited for the lady to come after a few minutes. Wasn’t the most pleasant welcome. Got our room. Smell was weird, and kind of musty. I stay here often but this time was a little different than any other time. The check-in clerk wasn't as vibrant as the attendant that I am usually dealing with. The stay still was convenient for ME, just NOT welcoming.

The stay was ok, but they did not have the pool open. It just needs cleaned and serviced. The AC unit was not working in the high heat of S. Carolina summer heat. They did change our room for night 2. No one came to service our AC.

This property was not very clean, we couldn’t use the shower because it looked so gross. The lamps by the bed both didn’t have bulbs, and the carpet felt damp. Will not be returning.

Stucco walls were damaged, especially in the bathroom, where there was no ventilation. We stayed three nights and our room was not cleaned a single time. There was not even an attempt to clean it. Staff was friendly enough, but did not seem over anxious to give us new towels when we requested them after two days. There was a dead cockroach on one of the tables in the hallway. The air conditioner worked, but even when it was running almost constantly, the room felt damp and humid. The pool was closed. Would have liked to have known this ahead of time, we might have considered another hotel with some warning. Breakfast was just OK with very little variety, and the eggs were artificial. The meal was free though, so we didn’t really expect much. We liked the mints in the bowl in the lobby.

The meal was free though, so we didn’t really expect much. We liked the mints in the bowl in the lobby.

Booked through Expedia but later tried to call and change my reservation but couldn't find a working number anywhere. The number given on Expedia and google was wrong so I had no way of getting in touch with them. I tried email as well with no response. Even Expedia customer service failed me. I tried to get a working number from their representative but never got anything.

The room was clean and spacious. The service was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that we booked because of the pool and it was closed for renovation and we didn't find out until we arrived.

Pool was under construction & room was very humid had to set a/c down to 65 to get rid of humidity.

My family and I were there for a lacrosse tournament and enjoyed our stay there. They were kind and when we ran into a plumbing problem they came to our room quickly to fix it.

Left my wallet on the front desk when checking in. Before I missed it , the desk clerk was knocking at my door. I took one look at it and never thought about counting the money. Good people.

Property is showing its age. Our room appeared only to have a “basic” clean. That is beds made and a quick wipe down. Safety hazards (uncovered outlet), curtains were torn, caulking around the toilet was peeled away and loose, pool was closed for renovation. Ok enough for a quick stay and to sleep.
