Nothing and swimming pool was outer service I was really dirty and the bedroom dirty

Staff was super nice the maid staff didn’t do anything same sheets for 5 days no trash was collected. Went to quality inn for remainder of my stay.

This place is more money than is worth it’s dirty and front desk staff are rude and can’t answer simple questions. I had a small dog which is a support dog and they charged me $100 and told me I wasn’t allowed to stay there anymore. The dog is no problem at all and is very much trained.

Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. The only positive thing was the change of rooms I asked about. Having a knee surgery climbing stairs is not pleasant so the lady working at the reception was very nice and switched my room with one situated on first floor. This location needs serious care!

Parking was tight and ac struggled but worse was the plumbing and walking talking just normal sounds that you shouldn't be hearing from next door or next floor

Property was a bit of a letdown for a Wyndham experience. Facility was dated and rundown and in disrepair. Breakfast had expired yogurt and the egg omelettes were just okay (but cold). Staff was doing their best but some updating was needed. I took pictures of all the problems with our room which I expected I might be charged if not documented.

My parking was great except they had a bus in the drive for awhile. All in all it was a pretty good place to stay. I would stay there again. Staff was nice also. Was great compared to my nightmare at Red Roof Inn in Albany GA. I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn after that.

They have roaches and the guest have no respect hang out all night no respect for the other guest. Will never stay there again and they are charging 100 deposit for a hole in the wall

The location was close to the conference I was attending. Breakfast very poor, just cereal and waffles. No eggs, bacon or sausage. Had to go to Waffle House across the street to get a decent breakfast. Room was worn out, shower was in poor shape and toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall when grabbing the toilet paper. There were no other rooms available at this Motel or anywhere else so I was stuck here. For $145.00 a night it should have been way better. Also I reserved a King bed room and got stuck with a double queen room.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The pillows were too thin, and the breakfast wasn't very much to it. the orange juice was terrible, and they don't offer a very good selection. No muffins, or toast, or fresh fruit.

How this hotel got high marks is totally beyond me. It is a standard 70's motel - through the wall noisy A/C, no apparent attempt to mitigate noise, bathroom tub/shower had fiberglass flaking off, TINY pillows, uncomfortable bed, etc. Definitely won't start here again, and won't recommend to anyone I know.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Room is really what you pay for, perfect for 1-2 nights. The room and bathroom were clean and thankfully no odd smells were noted. Location in close to a busy road with multiple drive-thru restaurants and gas station nearly on site. This was only mildly annoying when trying to go to sleep but it did make for a nice quick walk to Bojangles!

The water temperature and pressure was fantastic. Driveway not clearly marked, need to put signs stating where the driveway is, etc. GPS doesn't help, it states that you have arrived, but that is at the McD's,. Hotel needs a sign that states it's in the BACK of McD's. More for helping people from out of town, if you are from the area, not an issue. That's all.

The location was very convenient This property needs to be closed down and renovated. The room stunk terribly. It was dark and the main light was not working. Our bathtub porcelain was peeling terribly. The bathroom floor was filthy. We complained at the front desk and they offered to move us, but the second room was the same as the first one!

When we woke up and went to take a shower, it was cut short by the stains (smelled like fecal matter) on the towels. All of them. And bugs everywhere. A wolf spider on the bed when we woke up. Bugs in the bathroom, on the furniture. Absolutely horrid.

We placed a homeless lady there for 3 nights during the sub-freezing weather and the lady was bitten by bed bugs all over. She had a horrible experience.

Cons: There was no hot water in the shower. The coffee in the room and the continental breackfast was awful. The breakfast was a joke. The breakfast is served right in the little lobby and the entire time i was trying to get my kids fed the front desk attendent was sitting on a couch in the lobby watching a political news station on the massive tv in the lobby. Also this was either a high crime area or the hotel is near a hospital because there were sirens going down the main road right outside of the hotel all night.

Normally I would demand another room, however, the hotel looked to be at full capacity and I didn't have faith that another room would be better. Normally I would have refused the room and left, however, I attended a late night event and was traveling with an 82-year old and would not uproot their routine looking for another hotel that time of night. I now have to santize everything I had with me and get the smoke smell out of my formal attire and other clothes - that's how strong the smoke was in that room - and this is listed as a no-smoking facility. I didn't dare go to see what was in the dining area.

The remote didnt work, so I had to obtain a new one. The top blanket was dirty on both beds as well as the room wasn't too clean. Musty smell when you first walk in the room. This is the worst hotel I have ever checked in to. We were unable to stay the night and drove back to Atlanta, due to the moldy smell and condition of the room. Staff replaced the comforter on the bed upon our request, due to stains on the bedding, but this did not help the overall situation.

They over booked and tried to give me a smoking room. Disgusting. We canceled the reservation and went to another hotel. I’m trying to get a refund.

We had a late check in we got a room with a pull out bed for my daughter and the night time guy was extremely rude. We couldn't get a blanket or pillow for her bed.

Overall the room was okay the floors were gross when you put the towel down in the bathroom to step out of shower it was black from the floor and my socks were black from walking in the carpet in room. I didn’t see any bugs which was nice and the bed was pretty comfy. Pretty expensive for such poor quality.

Stayed here 2 nights for The Masters in Augusta, GA. Drive to course was a little under an hour in early morning. Good bed, shower, and enough space. Most importantly, it was clean. Didn't ask for service, but housekeeping brought fresh towels anyway which was awesome! Recommend this for a place to get some rest for a trip or on the road.

I have a gutter business and I took myself and 3 other employees here to do a job about 6 miles from here. It was a great place to stay, rooms were clean, ppl were friendly. It was quiet and check in and out was a breeze, we used Expedia originally,but needed to add an additional day and it wasn't an issue at all for us to book the two rooms for another night. There was also a McDonald's and gas station right there in the same vicinity.i would definitely stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality.

The gentleman who checked us in was great and funny! The room was clean and quiet. The checkin was easy, so was check out.

Great staff, rooms are comfortable, clean but slightly outdated, only issue is plumbing was terrible in the bathroom. The toilet was over flowing each time anyone used the bathroom.

Overall, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is beside I-20 so it is pretty busy. We were awaken several times to sirens and at some point during the night a group talking loudly outside our door. The biggest disappointment was the "continental" breakfast. The choices were frosted flakes and raisin bran cereal, milk and yogurt. All other options had sticky notes stating sorry they were out. It's a basic, no frill place to stay for a decent price. We only stayed one night but would probably not stay more than that in the future. It is located behind McDonald's and Circle K so at least you can walk for more options.

Had a twenty minute wait checking in because a previous traveler had some kind of issue that was hard to resolve. Can't say that it was the hotel's fault. Very little for breakfast the first day even though we were there an hour before closing. Big crowd the previous day apparently took too much of the best items. Desk attendant said they were not allowed to put more out. We were fine the next two days when the number of guests was smaller. Some what noisy with many sirens on the main road outside throughout the night. Main trash bin being emptied outside a 2 am was also noisy. Rooms were comfortable and clean. It was difficult to find with no entrance signs and being located behind a McDonalds and a gas station. You have to enter the hotel through the McDonalds or gas station driveways, and there is not even a sign that we could see there that indicated Days Inn was back there.

Was quite but a lot of sketchy people around the hotel, most disturbing was what looked like a lot of blood stains sprayed across the roof, couldn't get out of there quick enough.

Liked the in-room coffee, microwave and fridge. While we were gone most days till 4ish, Housekeeping only got in one day out of 4. One day, knocking on the door at 6:30 pm to service the room. Pool was closed. Satellite tv but if you’re not familiar with satellite service, the remote can be very confusing.

Room was fine. No amenities. Was supposed to come with free breakfast. When we got down there...at 8am, we were told the eggs would take an hour. There was no coffee and the waffle maker batter was unavailable. Total Bust!

I did not like the Shower Head being so high. The bathroom was clean. The room had a smell. The bed was comfortable. The TV did not work until the girl helped. The Breakfast was no big deal.

Bed sheets appeared not changed pillows smelled like someone just slept on it, sheets appeared dirty and was not tucked correctly (sloppy)

Apparently, they close it the first weekend in September. I asked for more shampoo and they didn't have any. There were long leg spiders above the shower head. Easy to get in and out of. I was very disappointed in breakfast. There were only two choices of items and they seemed to not have any refills. Some people didn’t even get waffles cause they didn’t have any more mix. I would not recommend that hotel. I’m surprised Wyndham would be represented that way.

The bath fan was noisy, and there was only i bar of soap. 1 for the shower, and 1 for the sink would have been helpful. There was no one at the front desk at checkout, so I just left the key on the counter.

Someone had clearly been smoking in my room. The room itself needs a lot of help. Receptionist stayed behind a security glass window and it felt pretty sketchy all around.

I come here every month usually because the price is good, but anymore when i stay here i find alot of issues. In this room my alarm clock was busted just sitting on the nightstqnd. The plug for tub screwed off i had to put that back on.

We had a great stay here. We stopped on our longer trip. We weren’t expecting this motel to be as clean and comfortable. The area also felt very safe.

EC who checked us in was great. The room size and the bed and pillows were great! It’s very hard to find good pillows! The air conditioner was clean. I react to bad/dirty filters on air conditioners. My allergies didn’t act up. No Asthama attack when I turned it on!! The breakfast was good!

El hotel estaba limpio. Mi habitación era grande y limpia, la cama era muy cómoda. Había dejado mis herramientas en mi camión y nadie se metió con ellas.

Every night when I returned to the hotel, I had to have my key reprogrammed. Constant banging outside my door as I was next to the housekeeping room.

The staff was amazing and the room was very clean!

A basic place to stay. It was clean just showing its age. Lexington/Columbia seems like a cool place to visit.
