The pillows in room 401 were awful. They were thin, flat & hard. The mattress was not the best. We had stayed here before and this was not an issue. Breakfast was ok but not the same as before. It had been about a year and half since our last stay. I wonder if the owners changed hands.

There was a gold car packed full of stuff and parked out back. Those people slept in the car but come in and ate breakfast. Other than that or say was very nice room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast offered scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and make your own waffles. There were also hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast your own breads/english muffins. Nice coffee machine available all day where you could make an espresso or a more American style coffee. Staff was excellent, polite, professional and attentive. Facility looks pretty new and was in a quiet location. Parking was easy.

Everyone was extremely pleasant. One of the cleanest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed in. Coffee was great. Breakfast was good. You could tell the employees really cared about their job.

10/10 highly recommend! rooms, lobby, breakfast area and pool were super clean. Breakfast was really good and constantly re-stocked. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is completely booked for multiple events happening in the area and other than the parking lot you never would have known. Definelty will be staying again next year for our same event.

I found this hotel a very pleasant surprise, when arrived I was greeted by a lovely women who was helpful and very pleasant, good start! The rooms were clean, functional and beds were comfortable. Will come back again, good value for the price

I was a little disappointed in this BW Plus hotel. I have had great experiences in the past, but this one just didn't live up to my previous experiences. The room was straightened, but you could tell they had not vacuumed the room. The bed was absolutely horrible. It was a King and had a divot that pushed me toward the top of the bed. So much so, that I woke several times throughout the night because my head was jammed against the headboard. The base of the bed had a sheet metal frame, and it made a lot of noise every time I shifted in the bed. The one highlight of this stay was the breakfast. The lady cooking knew what she was doing and everything was cooked perfectly.

Absolutely spotless. Cleanliness 10/10. Things I liked: 1) The Quiet. No noise from adjacent rooms or hallway. 2) The comfort of the bed. Very soft and warm after a long days travel. 3) The warm temperature. I stayed during the big snowstorm of 01/31/26 and the room was preset to a warm 76 degrees when I walked in. This hotel impressed me beyond others I’ve stated at, so in the future BW gets my money.

Got checked in everything was fine. Went to my room immediately hit with a smell of just nasty like teenage boys just left. The floor was so sticky my shoes wouldn’t stop sticking to it. Went into the bathroom there was a damn cockroach on the floor laying down on its back. Clearly had been there for a while. So I go back out to ask them how to get out of this and they were with another customer so I browsed the snacks and grabbed a few thinking I could say something while checking out but still there was more customers so I said to myself well you can call from your room. So I go back and call the front desk and give them a brief explanation and ask ya know how do I get out of this because I’m not staying and the man says oh you’ll have to call the booking website that you used and they can handle it I said ok! So I hang up call the booking they don’t pickup. So I use their chat person on their website and they basically said no the front desk was suppose to handle this and they kept on about how they don’t think I can get out of this I finally said look I’m literally packing my car back up I’ve been on the road for almost 14hrs and it’s dang near midnight and I have to find another place to sleep and stay for almost a week if you need to charge me for one night but I’ve been here less than a literal hr and haven’t even sat down on the bed then do that but at least don’t charge me for the other nights and then at that point the chat agreed to let me.

When I entered the hotel, I was warmly greeted. The woman behind the desk answered all my questions about the area and how long it would take to get to my appointment. The whole hotel was clean, I really liked the friendliness of the cleaning people and how easy going they were, I have never stayed at a hotel with such a nice staff, everyone was friendly and helpful!!!

2 out of 3 bath towels were in poor condition, one even ripped. Bed very uncomfortable. Was given handicapped room without being informed. Shower water not contained and gets all over floor. Toilet mounted crooked and seat more crooked. Workmanship of shower substandard.

I booked 2 rooms for trip. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the room I stayed in smelled musty and was humid even with AC set at 66 degrees. The other room was great and smelled fresh and clean.

The hotel was very clean, the customer service was great, the food was amazing. Above all we enjoyed our stay and will come back to stay again.

Easy check in. Parking was a challenge coming in late at night. Property may have been full but not a lot of parking available in rear parking lot. Rooms were not well insulated and heard every door close on first floor. TV had screen problems. One night stay so didn’t request room change.

This hotel is tucked into a tight area between other buildings. Parking is problematic. The front desk was friendly. Our room was o.k. but was tired. The A/C was noisy and turned on and off all night with a gurgling noise. The bed was o.k. but had lumpy pillows. We asked to have our room made up and they replaced towels and emptied garbage (except they did not remove old cups of coffee and other items) and did not make up the bed. We used this hotel for the Masters which worked out o.k.

Otherwise, you can tell it has been a refurbished hotel, not perfect, but exceptional service.

Room was ready when we got there...needs some deep cleaning to non visible areas ( under the bed, under the shower trays, headboard behind pillows, window sill and tops of light fixtures. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6 a.m., but is actually 6:30, food was good, area was clean and well maintained. Check in and out was easy with no issues. On a scale of 10, I'd give it a 7.5....I would stay there again, without hesitation.

The clerk was nice but my problem was she never gave me a layout about the hotel- like what time breakfast was served, where the fitness room or elevator was. Parking was horrible. If you don’t get there early you don’t get good parking. In the back of the hotel there’s a parking lot but was full with boats and cords running all in the lot. They had a second row of parking which was no lights at all back there so it was pitch dark. There was a fire pit but didn’t work. It’s surrounded around a lot of restaurants and stores which was great but it’s hard getting out of there. It was a weekend trip so early Saturday morning was woken up by and housekeeping knocking hard on doors. This was my first time at this location and will be the last. The tub could have used a good cleaning because there was like around the tub. A lot of dust over the beds was tacky. I read the amenities online but wasn’t sure if they really had what they said because I wasn’t told about anything which kinda pissed me off. I travel a lot and this was different.

Woman at the front desk for check in was super welcoming, She went out of her way to explain everything that was available to us during our stay. She was a breath of fresh air after a day on the road. I have never felt so safe and comfortable in a hotel. Walked to Applebees and had a great dinner. Excellent stay.

Would not stay again, as "FOX news" which was proven to not be news by courts, was playing at breakfast. Found it incredibly inflammatory and will never come back to this hotel, ever.

The daily breakfasts were outstanding! Eggs, meat, pancakes, fruit and breads. A complete full breakfast as well as a coffee / latte station 24 hours. Since there is only one driveway in and out of the property off of Sunset Dr., getting out of the place can be a challenge because Sunset is SO busy every hour of the day. Ask the front desk staff how to avoid the tie-up by using a secret 'back way' that will bring you out onto Sunset at a traffic light. Will definitely stay here again. A good value.
