Hotel LEX, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The indoor pool and outside patio area were excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, however the hotel breakfast was lacking.

Breakfast/room were ok for the rate we paid.

They did generally clean and empty the trash in rooms, but the beds were not made on a daily basis.

Our stay at Hotel LEX was perfect it’s exactly what we needed for our trip, the out door seating was the perfect area to enjoy the sun and have drinks with fellow travelers. The restaurant/bar was clean and the food as perfect for a relaxing night in. And staff was some of the best I have experienced. Harry was a true host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

It was a beautiful place lots to offer comfortable beds and pillows clean atmosphere just wish they had a hot tub however they were very sweet and accommodating

The staff was nice and helpful. I liked where the hotel was located. I liked that it wasn’t in a crowded area but close enough to town. The beds were comfortable and I slept really well. We stayed in a room on the first floor with courtyard view, and if there are people out there hanging out, playing corn hole or the other game they have you can kind of hear them, but I had my fan to drown them out. I would stay again.

No USB ports to charge phone and few plugs. Every time the refrigerator cycles, the lamp that’s turned off surges off then on. The location is across from a strip club.

I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a one-night stay through Hotels.com and checked out as scheduled. After I left, the hotel charged my credit card an additional $713.94, claiming that I stayed an extra night. This was completely inaccurate. I contacted the hotel multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one was willing to help or correct the charge. As a result, I was forced to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. In addition to the billing issues, the property did not appear well maintained. The room felt dated, and the pillows and bedding did not appear as clean as I would expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience left me questioning the hotel’s recordkeeping and customer service practices. The most frustrating part was not the mistake itself, but the lack of assistance when I tried to resolve it. Charging a guest for a night they did not stay and then refusing to correct the error reflects very poorly on management. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

One of the main outlets did not work in the room and the tv kept disconnecting from the cable and we had to reset it multiple times. However the room was clean and the remodel was very nice!

Clean room friendly staff

We were in Room 157, right by an entrance, so the door was loud opening and closing. Walls are thin that we could hear other guests next door. Room was small and lamps were dim. Blackout curtains were not installed inside window, behind curtains, so did not block light very well. Nice bathroom.

No one was at the desk to check in for a long time. Had to wait for an extended amount of time. Very scarce breakfast especially for the cost of the room.

We loved the pool it was much larger than most pools and so clean.We loved the decorations and the atmosphere here it was very quiet and the beds were super comfy.The staff worker who was working the desk was so kind and helpful would really like to stay here again soon.

Breakfast choices/options lacked but everything else was great!

While check-in was smooth, the first room was dark, damp, and dirty. There were ants coming from the AC unit, stains on the walls and unit, and what appeared to be dried blood on the bed sheets. The lighting was so poor we had to use our phone flashlights to inspect the room. Thankfully, Harry at the front desk was extremely helpful and moved us to another room, which was better but still poorly lit, and the TV sound did not work. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing, with limited prepackaged options in a very small space. The final issue was the pool area. The chlorine smell was so strong it burned our eyes, and the pool had a visible dirt ring around it. At that point, I canceled our second night and booked another hotel. Several arcade machines were also out of order. The hotel’s exterior and decor were nice, and Harry provided excellent customer service, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues outweighed the positives. I also contacted management afterward and never received the promised follow-up call. I will not be returning.

Staff is very unreliable. Think the walls may be paper thin.
