Clean Breakfast

Staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast had a lot of options and was good quality. Very close to the airport. Some areas outdated and could use some refreshing. Only negative was hotel no longer offers free airport shuttle service and this was listed on the page.

This place has a guest laundry but the washer and dryer only accepts quarters. Guess what? The front desk has no quarters. None. And they had no detergent. I had to go off the property to purchase laundry detergent ($11) and 3 separate restaurants nearby to get enough quarters to wash a load of clothes. The appliances worked fine as long as you fed them quarters. They charge $2.50 for a soda but you have to give them $3.00 because they have no quarters. When I checked out and got my bill, it was what I expected to pay. However, when I arrived at home and checked by bank account, my card was charged $326.33 more the amount that was on my checkout receipt. When I contacted them they said I should see a correction in about a week and if not then call back. A week? That's pretty tough on someone with a fixed income. An electronic transaction only takes a second. I would have given 4 or even 5 stars other than these issues. My room was clean, amenities were good, breakfast was good, staff was friendly but the manager doesn't see fit to provide change for purchasing items from their Market Place or laundry. If these are issues important to you, bring plenty of quarters.

Bed was worn out the mattress had a large indentation in the middle of it. Room was very damp.

I can not say enough about the staff here!! My daughter woke up in the middle of the night sick and had vomited all over the bed. The staff here not only accommodated our needs but did it with such a wonderful attitude. I really appreciated the front desk staff and the house keeping staff as well. This property was very clean and the breakfast was delicious every day!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend staying here!!

This location doesn’t have an airport shuttle anymore, but the listing still shows it does. I found out at check in and searched the local area for other stay options, finally chose Lyft and finished my check in. After check in, the manager got back to the front desk and offered to reduce my rate. I told them I really appreciated the offer, but the LYFT was less than $20 so it wasn’t necessary. When I checked out in the morning my room rate had been adjusted anyway. THANK YOU for the exceptional consideration. In these days of uber/lyft and other options that are available on apps that consumers are enthralled with. I guess ridership of shuttles maybe reduced and make them a budget issue. With my calls to other hotels in the area it’s a pattern that they are all dropping airport shuttle services. I remember as a kid airport shuttles weren’t free, but they were about have the price of a cab.l, and charged per rider. This could workout to be a better option for hotels than just going from free to none. Even subcontracting to a private carrier, or talking with uber/Lyft to offer discounted rates from hotels. I notice LYFT already recognized the hotel I was in, it wouldn’t be hard assign a geofence for participating hotels discounts. Just a thought. And Thanks again for an excellent stay

Very good

Everything was super clean and the staff was very friendly. The only 4 stars I gave was because of breakfast times. Breakfast didn't start until 7am and we had to leave the hotel by 6:45am. Most hotels start serving breakfast at 6am.

Comfortable beds. Clean. The listing said there is a hot tub. There is not and that was a main reason to pick this place.
