Love the vibes especially the view from the rooftop when the sun goes down ? I like the breakfast, I bought an additional breakfast and all is halal food

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super friendly and the service was great, which made the whole experience even better. The price is very affordable for a hotel in the Legian area, and the location is perfect—very close to the beach and easy to reach on foot. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop, where there’s a swimming pool and a restaurant. In the late afternoon, it was really nice to chill there and enjoy the sunset. Would definitely stay here again!

Linens should have more concern

all brings good ambience esp the pool they should maintain more facility, like on level six the wall has mould pls at least said to the owner to fix and repaint. go check. towel and sheet stain should be more concern

pools up there on level six, the view is wonderful. they said the kids pool just has been renovated but the adult pool should been better. the staff were good, wifi connection is stable i stay on level 6 the room was noise which is disturbing me. they said it comes from water pump, only enjoy the view glad i only stayed for 1 night. towel has some stain, my partner asks for replace and they did gave us their latest towel they ever had. you get what you can afford but for 3 stars hotel this was good, price match

comfies bed, stay in family suite on top of floor were magical to see the view at night. room is spacious enough. staff were good, wifi works well i saw few comment said on 6th floor noisy but yeah i did feel it though but not so disturbing for me n my friend, we enjoyed. also the exhaust fan in my room didnt really functioning well, hope this can be repair now. some towel stain, but so tired for complain, nvm

We stayed for 5 nights and had a humming noise which got louder as the days went on. I spoke to reception they said it was the water pump and nothing they could do, at the end of my stay I left with migraines due to the water pump. i also asked for a wake up call and got a text

The staff were amazing and made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. The boss Ayu, was also exceptional. I thought the property was great value for money.

Nothing Everything. The hotel is dirty, outdated and in need of major TLC. The showers are covered in rust. The sinks do not drain. There is no closet or hooks to hang anything. The bedsheets are dirty and stained, and the towels are too. There is so much street noise that it causes the room to shake all night. The AC drips. We had to ask multiple times for someone to take a look. There is spider webs everywhere in the room. The walls are dirty, the furniture was falling off the walls, literally.

Location was quite good, staff were very accommodating when we asked to change rooms due to a rattling noise which went on throughout the night and kept us awake - found out it was the pool pump. The second room we got was bigger, however had other problems. The phone in our room was not connected, even after asking several times if someone could look at it, this was never done so if we needed anything we had to walk down to reception. There was a small leak in the ceiling which we reported (had to put one of our own towels on the floor so we didn't slip) and this was never seen to either. Within the first day, the toilet got blocked so we got someone to come and unblock it. The following day the toilet blocked AGAIN and someone came and unblocked it. On the third day toilet blocked AGAIN and when the maintenance man came, he informed us that we needed to NOT throw our toilet paper into the toilet, but rather in the bin NEXT to the toilet. He pointed out that there was a sign telling us this, however - it was in such small print neither of us noticed it, and it was on the wall toward the back of the toilet so not noticeable at all. If we had of been told this the FIRST time we got the toilet unblocked, we would have changed hotels immediately. Not sure how many people are comfortable taking a crap, wiping their ass and throwing the toilet paper in the bin rather than down the toilet, but that screams volumes to me - SO UNHYGIENIC and we will never stay there again. Wouldn't even rate this hotel a half star. Stay clear of this one folks

Overall, my stay was wonderful. I was celebrating my son's birthday at this hotel with my wife, and we chose the Family Suite, which comes with two double beds. The hotel has a playroom that kept my boys entertained throughout our stay. Their Rooftop Pool was great facilities as well. Regardless of the price and star rating of the hotel, I believe this property has significant potential for improvement. To enhance the guest experience, I suggest focusing on the following areas: Breakfast Quality: Improve the taste and variety of hot dishes to offer a more satisfying breakfast experience. Proactive Staff: Encourage staff to be more attentive and proactive in addressing guest needs and inquiries to ensure a smoother and more pleasant stay

Everything was good except linens They need to renew their towels and bedsheets! Most of them have stains and looks old dirty even though it’s clean

Great off the street motel with a rooftop pool. Room was tidy, had a fridge and staff were always so helpful/accommodating! So close to the hustle and bustle of Legian and the beach. Room was quite small and there were ants on my desk at one stage - apart from that everything was great.
