I liked the friendly staff, that brought breakfast and installed mosquito smoke every evening. The restaurant is very good, the free afternoon tea, the location perfect near the beach and a supermarket. I like the villa with the swimming pool and the outdoor bathroom with a bathtub. nothing

Overall great villa and good location - 10 minute away from the beach and bigger shops. Only downside is that we could hear our next door neighboors at all times due to the very thin walls. Staff is super friendly.

The only very slight criticism would be the door into the bathroom is noisy and clunky.

Terrific breakfast options and afternoon tea included! Our villa was very private and quiet - heavenly stay The locks on the doors were a little tricky (all keys and a few of them) - but this is just being very picky

This place is incredible! It’s clean, modern, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The food is delicious, and we didn’t want to leave. This is our second stay here, and we’ll never stay anywhere else. It’s in a quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. After our engagement, they decorated our room and pool on behalf of my fiancé. And again, on my behalf, when it was my fiancé’s 30th birthday. I just can’t thank the staff enough for making this special time in our lives unforgettable. We didn’t like the fact we had to leave and go home!

It was clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful The spa. Had a massage, they get girl from outside of villa. Snapped my ankle said sorry, was sore for days, didnt get massage that i asked for. Breakfast was beautiful, bit need more options and should beable to vary a little on menu without being charged.

The Abia Villa's provide a quiet tranquil environment. Having a cafe onsite was awesome, and the food was delicious. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful, we loved all the staff we interacted with. N/A

The villa was excellent and in a perfect location to arrange site seeing days out but what really made our stay extra special were the people that worked at abia all of them were brilliant but a special mention to the perfect gent Denny always happy and laughing,Adit remember you’ll never walk alone!!?,the serene Santi,Wulan,Diah,Venny and all of the amazing staff you made us so welcome we will be back Thankyou matt and becca

Abia Villa is nothing short of amazing. The Villa itself has everything you need & we cannot speak any higher of the staff members. They remember you by your name, came and cleaned twice a day, brought me ginger tea when I was unwell and called each morning to check if we wanted breakfast. There was nothing that they couldn't do and it is so appreciated. The rooms are beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is stunning and the gardens are immaculate. We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful villas, fresh, new, comfortable with open bathroom. It is a small villa complex with approx. 14-15 villas. Spacious for 2 people. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in their cafe a la card. And also super tasty. Sadly, only disappointment was the location of the villas. It's quite far away from everything, limited restaurants. Always surrounded with huge traffic jams, even small ones are pain when you are on a bike under direct sun and it's 35 degrees. Beach was even bigger disappointment. I had never seen a dirtier beach than this one. Everywhere, plastic, dead fish, and piles of smelly trash on the side.
