Leaving Number 1 the roaches number2 worst thing was me carrying my luggage out making several trips around 8 am so I could avoid as many roaches getting in my belongings as I could and the hotel manager would be standing in my room asking me if I was leaving...several times whole place creepy as f*** especially the staff and had bugs too. No thx what if really like is a damn refund and money back for all the money spent at the laundry mat upon leaving that nasty place ... Oh and two lightbulbs were blown out upon entering room and couldn't get them to fix at all and cleaning supplies were left laying on the bed for us to clean our own damn room before we brought our personal belongings inside I suppose

- 5/5
Always go here when I’m in town
- 5/5
I always stay at the knights inn when working or traveling in the lebanon tn area. It is conveniently located right off of I-40. A variety of eateries is close and even walkable. Walmart, kroger and Publix is also located in town. The guest rooms are spacious, warm or cool with great water pressure for showers. The swimming pool is now available during t holidays e summer months. An older hotel that welcomes the guest warmly. I would suggest staying in room that are in the building parallel to the interstate. The other building has weekly rentals for local workers. Reasonably priced.
- 2/5
The staff people were nice though...
- 1/5
This motel was filthy, I didn’t stay & I want a refund. The manager was incredibly rude.
- 5/5
It was a comfortable, relatively quiet - it is right by the interstate and a truck stop, so some noise should be expected - place for my partner and I to rest that saved us an extra 90 miles in travel for my partners weekend job. I’ve paid a lot more for much worse in the past at other hotels, so for the price, this was a good place. The only real issue we had was that the power went out for a few minutes, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, and it didn’t last very long. Shower was hot and had good pressure, AC was cold, and the bed was clean and provided enough support to where I didn’t wake up with a stiff back. Chances are, we’ll stay here again on the weekend to save on travel time. It was nice to be able to go to bed at a decent time and not have to be up at dawn to get my partner to work on time.
- 2/5
The most uncomfortable 2 days of my life.
- 1/5
Nasty
- 1/5
The property guy was very rude. When asked about certain things that were suppose to be there he demanded we show proof and then called my husband a liar and refused us our room i have a 12 yr old son. We slept in the car bc of this place in a place infamiliar scared to death.
- 1/5
It had roach bugs everywhere in both rooms we had, the room had a very strange people
- 5/5
Good place to stay staff nice rooms clean

Good place nice people

I did not stay. I want a refund
- 5/5
Awesome!!!
- 4/5
I did not have a problem the staff was nice and it was quiet and for the price I was fine with the room if I had to say anything bad about the place I think they need to up grade the room but besides that I felt safe
- 1/5
Filthy. Several live in guests. Wifi is terrible.
- 4/5
Service was amazing Room was run down.
- 1/5
This place is nasty and I don't know why one would give them a good rating the TV wouldn't stay on cigarettes burn in the blanket in a non-smoking room
- 1/5
the room was horrible. there was no soap, no towels, no TELEVISION. The bathroom was not cleaned. it was a bad experience. of course it was late night and i was too tired to call but guess what , the phone didn't work. i almost thought i was staying in a room they use for storage or a room that was on the list of "do not use"
- 2/5
Well the man @ front desk was very nice but the room itself was not cleaned very well . The shower pole was just literally hangingonnthere one move it would have been on ground .. the shower water was broke t was. Coming outta every way through every crack it had ! No soap , no shampoo , no body wash .. beds were hard and what’s so crazy is . It was like midnight when we arrived no discount just knowing we had to b out by 11 am.. and the room is not cleaned bathroom falling apart .. so with saying all that .. the $78 was throwed up a hogs butt!!! lol. Sorry tho! Only being honest !!
- 4/5
Great staff and customer service. Facilities are a bit old and run down, but not bad for the money.
- 4/5
A little old and run down. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
They did switch our room but it wasn’t much better most of the outlets did not work
- 1/5
It smelled like smoke, the carpets were dirty and the floor. The bed had stains in it too.
- 3/5
Additional fee for early check in with same day check out seemed unnecessary and extreme
- 5/5
Quiet, rooms we're ok, and had privacy.
- 2/5
No good at all
- 2/5
There’s no continental breakfast. There was coffee but they ran out of creamer. Staff was nice though. It was a cheap rate, so he basically got what he paid for.
- 5/5
Every plug-in in room 105 was behind a piece of furniture. Behind the tv was 2 wall outlets with a lamp plugged into one and the tv was plugged into the other. I was able to pull the tv away from the wall slightly to get to those 2 plug-ins. The other plug-in was behind the night stand between the two beds. After we found if we were able to reach down behind the stand and access the other needed plug-in. Other than this, the stay was great.
- 1/5
The room smelled too much like cigarettes, everything was in bad condition and there were cockroaches in the bathroom.
- 3/5
I’m fine with staying in an old motel but this one seems to be owned/operated by people that just don’t care anymore. The last person facial hair in sink, caulking just gooped around bathroom floor, chain lock broken, dirty damaged carpet, iced over freezer and very pathetic breakfast are some indicators.
- 5/5
I liked that it was right next to the truck stop. I booked it because I could see it from the lot when I stopped for food/fuel.
- 5/5
Convenient to I-40. Numerous food options within .5 mi.
- 5/5
Check in was great, took no time at all. Desk clerk very nice and personable.
- 1/5
Don't expect to get a cup of coffee and then get told by the front desk just go spend money next door and get something there. Due to covid. Blaming everything on covid at this time is a bunch of crap
- 5/5
Very nice property for the price.
- 5/5
It was a good place to stay and people were nice
- 1/5
The pool is green, staff or someone throwing bed frames off the 2nd floor before 9 am which is insane when you check out 11am and the wifi barely works
- 2/5
BUGS...BUGS.... OVER PRICED for what it was...
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great area with lost of places to eat and great security. Plenty of room to park our 40 foot trailer.
- 3/5
The pool was green and needed cleaned, no coffee pot, shampoos in the room
- 4/5
I really like this place I just wish I could get one of the rooms that is a weekly rate.
- 2/5
Check in was a process....unit smelled like smoke, very noisy outside, room and bathroom was dirty. Was close to interstate, but room and hotel was not worth the price paid, compared to other hotels in the area.
- 4/5
Clean and nice view of pool and greenary.
- 5/5
This was a pretty decent place over all a bit dated but it was clean and the staff was very friendly, area was clean but the tenants that live on site made it appear sorta shady at first but that’s about it the AC was in perfect working condition and the room didn’t smell. The bathroom shower was dated things I would have liked they don’t have was the cleanex box and tissue was missing toilet paper was single sheet but I use my own so….. yeah, I’d have preferred a coffee pot in the room but they had some in the lobby with the continental breakfast. But otherwise my overall experience was good 9/10 would recommend to others
- 2/5
The room smelt very bad. My neighbor was beating his dog and I threatened to call the police if they did not handle it.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 2/5
Dirty towel hanging on back of bathroom door, main door lock looked shaky and unsafe
- 4/5
I was surprised how nice the hotel is, given the age of it. I enjoyed everything except one moment. I was walking around looking for a vending machine, and the night guy walked up and acted like I was doing something wrong. I didn't appreciate that at all, but that's the only mark against them
- 5/5
As always we love staying here. Very friendly staff, safe, clean and lots of places to eat around.
- 4/5
I like the room that I got this time.
- 1/5
It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but I could smell stale smoke and there was a dirty needle in the room.
- 4/5
Staff are good, property is kept clean. Property is a bit slow in reopening after COVID, anx I miss the continental breakfast they used to have.
- 5/5
Nice hotel with great security and staff. Lots of places to eat nearby.
- 1/5
Don't stay here. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The floor was dirty and disgusting. The room had ant traps and dirty walls. Cigarette burns in the carpet. Had to request a tv remote. We didn't get a response when we told the staff about the room. We left after the first night and they refused to refund us for the second night.
- 1/5
Booked for two nights. First night, someone tried to get into our room at 130 am. And there were people outside our door talking til 3 am. When i spoke to the front desk about it they said it was them at our door. Which didn’t make any sense. Asked to cancel our room for the next night and they wouldn’t allow that. We left anyways we felt so unsafe.

- 5/5
Very clean. No bugs or bed stains. Really nice staff. In a good location. One of the best hotels I’ve been to with this good of a price.Don’t hesitate it’s a great place.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
This hotel is a great place to stay with plenty of parking, a lot of food places near by, friendly staff and great security. We are here on business so when we drop our trailer to get something to eat security is right there keeping watch. Nice to stay in a place where we have no worries.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
The only thing I was disappointed by was the advertisement of a pool that wasn't actually open and available to use. Not really anyones fault though I'm sure! The stay was great and I had plenty of privacy and comfort.
- 4/5
I felt safe with the cameras on the parking lot.
- 1/5
The room was dirty and smelled of mold. The heater did not work correctly. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet so half of the "seat" was the toilet bowl. None of the amenities listed were available as they have permanently closed the lobby. Staff did not inform me that breakfast was cancelled during my check in so we did not find out until going down to the lobby to eat. I do not recommend staying here.
- 2/5
Inside felt like i was stuck in the 70s curtains and e erything inside was antique. One bed had stains all over blanket looked like blood got on it. Refrigerator ice was so thick in freezer door would not shut everything got warm. Overall staff and outside goid. Inside terrible.
- 1/5
No breakfast served. Non smoking rooms smell like smoke.
- 3/5
Room was clean enough. No bugs or anything, just doesn’t have a very cozy feel. Could use better lighting and some brighter colors so it doesn’t feel so dark and drab. Pillows were good though!! All in all for only $50 it was good enough!!
- 2/5
Outdated dump. Everything is falling apart. No coffee. Room stinks of cigarette smoke.
- 1/5
At the application They put the checking start at 11AM when you are at the hotel they said 3PM
- 2/5
We booked this Knight's Inn in Lebanon, TN. because Expedia posted it as a pet friendly motel for our dog. After our 13 hour drive from northern, VA we found the Knight's Inn "DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS". Now where do we go for the night. We booked under false pretense that our dog would be allowed to stay overnight with us. That was not correct. We had to scramble to find another motel that would accept pets. Fortunately we found an Econo Lodge which did accept pets for a minimal fee and they had two rooms left in close proximity. Our advice is call the motel first before booking with Expedia.com. K.Thie family
- 3/5
Good place to stay with friends.
- 2/5
Using bar soap for shampoo was a negative. — The shower activation in Room 112 could also be looked at. It spewed water all over the wall and ground while I was showering which made for extra cleanup.
- 5/5
Excellant stay.
- 3/5
For as little as it costs, it is what it is. I stayed for a couple of weeks, so I did a lot of cleaning, room was a little gross. On site security both good, and welcomed.
- 2/5
Everything was dirty, fridge didn't work
- 3/5
Dirty, pool doesn't work, no breakfast.
- 1/5
On the hottest day of the year, and the AC WAS OFF IN THE ROOM. My boyfriend and I literally took ice cold showers to counter how hot the rooms were. It was easily 87 in the room. Turned AC on 60 just to get it cool. 2 hours later we were able to lay down. We were beat and sweating so much! I’m just appalled at this hotel. I didn’t expect much, but more than what this hotel had to offer. This place was pretty sketchy in terms of how outdated the rooms were and the lack of services. The lobby was closed..Pool was out of service and didn’t seem that it was an interest for them to repair. Lobby was closed and NO Breakfast, or something light. The towels were pretty janky: thin and transparent. I just felt what could have been bugs biting me. I was constantly itchy. Good luck…is all I can say!
- 1/5
Didn’t get to stay in the hotel. On their website it says they allow pets but I get there, and they don’t. I had been driving 8 hours and it’s 1030 at night, I was beyond upset!
- 2/5
Bathroom was dirty and leaking from the ceiling, housekeeping knocked and tried to enter three hours before checkout.
- 3/5
The matress was broke down, not comfortable and walls are paper thin, ccould hear everything... also door wasn't hanging right, had to slam to shut it
- 5/5
We used this as a relax day for all our driving and it was great. The pool was closed and there wasn’t breakfast but that’s not a huge deal. There’s lots of dining options around that are fairly priced and it’s right next to a flying J which makes it very convenient.
- 4/5
Couldn't get the WiFi to work, they had an area set up for a free breakfast but clearly weren't doing it at the time I was there. They didn't even have a coffeepot in the room. Place was safe, they had a security guard patrolling the parking lot
- 5/5
Close to speedway
- 4/5
AC was cold Hot water was hot King size bed slept well. Room service came every morning
- 1/5
Pool closed and out of order. Bug in room. Breakfast closed to guests but witnessed staff indulging. Mold by bathtub have picture to prove.
- 2/5
This location is advertising a continental breakfast and swimming pool, they have neither. The lady at the front desk said they have not had these amenities for a couple of years. I booked this location because I believed these amenities were available.
- 2/5
Pitchers will show room 115 check out
- 4/5
Good bed
- 1/5
Never stayed booked 2 rooms for non smooking and got there they had none left.Tried to at least try to stay went into rooms smelled awful with smoke and dirty turned keys back in and left
- 1/5
Knights Inn was filthy, walls are thin, stuff on the sheets and comforter, carpets stuck your feet, bathroom doors don't close, rooms stink, when "cleaned" they went through all of our personal belongings in the drawers. We folded our stuff a certain way like we always do in hotels and the clothes were in shambles inside the drawer as if they were looking for something of value. STAY AWAY!!!!!
- 2/5
Old, cheap. Needs updating. No lobby, no food on site.
- 5/5
Great shower, nice bed- all I require for a motel to get a good rating, and this one had both.
- 4/5
It was an older property but well maintained
- 1/5
I was so upset because customers service was horrible, also we founded fleets and o e of my bed blanket was with few drops of blood I was so mad with customer service team but to me they didn’t care about it I will never make reservation on this knight hotel . And was not just on my room also on my family room also had fleets. Thank you
- 5/5
Just like quiet place. Rest & relax working a busy shift at night.
- 4/5
are clean.
- 3/5
Could be cleaner. Floors were dirty. First day we were there my feet were black from dirty carpets, had to wear shoes when walking around. Staff was really friendly.
- 2/5
It was a place to lay your head, icebox had dead roach in it, room was small.Beds didn't seem like quenn but other thsn thst it was alright.
- 3/5
Staff was good, AC cover had fallen off, all the lights were unplugged, toilet would randomly run at night. Would stay in a pinch, but probably would look at other options for a couple of dollars more first.
- 1/5
Worst place to stay alot of drug activity in the parking lot and in the hotel rooms. They have a joke of security, front desk clerk is rude and uable to hotel desk requirements. The maid servixe is a joke they come to your hotel room door at 7:30 to 8:00 am and want you to vacate the room to clean it
