Clean room

We stopped here for a night during our 17-hour road trip. The location was clean, safe, and convenient, with easy access to the highway. The complimentary breakfast was solid, with a variety of options, including some hot items.

The room was gross and outdated. The wall was falling apart at the doorway, the door had a decent size gap in it, which made me nervous traveling alone with kids and there was an old off smell to the hotel. Staff wasn’t too friendly besides 2 house keepers.

Exceptional breakfast with variety of juices. Enjoyed the White Chocolate Caramel Cappuccino!!! Spacious dining area. Curtain didn't close securely. Personally I couldn't figure out how to cut the shower on. Previous hotels with suites it's in a separate room with a door & tv for the suite area. All ours was had a softa bed with tiny wall partition.

This property needs a refresh. Chairs in the dining room are torn as s well as the room chairs. Carpet in the room looked old and smelled. I would never go back there. Our room fee was 200.00 for the last night outrageous

I stay regularly at the Lebanon Comfort Inn. I have tried others, but the Comfort Inn always provides a pleasant experience. I will continue to stay there for future as far as I can see.

Enjoyed our one night stay at this convenient location and loved shopping unique, charming boutiques in downtown Lebanon the next day. Our bed was very comfortable, more so than some higher priced options! Excellent value, would stay again.

Rooms were clean enough. This was one of the older, less updated comfort hotels I’ve stayed in. Swiping the key card which didn’t work at first was frustrating upon arrival. I had to take all my luggage down after I just got it up to let them know my key wasn’t working. The rooms were small and our sink was very slow draining. The staff was very nice and the housekeepers were nice, although we did have a 5 night stay and they only cleaned our room twice, we had to tell them to service our room. Breakfast was fine, nothing out of the ordinary but didn’t have many condiments. It was comfortable for what we needed but it definitely needed some updates.

On first glance, our room seemed clean, but we discovered the next day that one of the beds REEKED of urine! The front desk staff moved us to a new room right away, but the bathroom had black hair in the shower and on the toilet! We checked out early the next morning, but the manager called us and offered us a $30 credit for our trouble, along with 1000 points. A free night’s stay would have been better, considering my daughter was in tears and her pillows were ruined from the pee bed! Will never stay here again!

The room was nice but the blow dryer did not work, the refrigerator was hard to open and the bedside lamp was broke. The location was excellent.

Nice to have a restaurant right in the front door! The air cooled, but the fan wouldn’t stay on. Kept getting an error message. And in made. Whining noise all night. Very irritating when noise sensitive.

The room, pool, and hot tub were clean and my family and I had such a great time there. The breakfast tasted amazing !

Front desk employees were friendly. Building is older and needs updating. Our bathroom had black mold present. Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned as someone’s personal comb was on the counter and a beer bottle cap was on the floor. The AC was not working well despite what the thermostat said. We would plan on staying at one of the many other hotels near there if in the area again in the future.

Everything was extraordinary! The staff was so kind and welcoming. They all went above and beyond and made our stay comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. My daughter and I were traveling alone and they made sure we felt safe and we did! Not once did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable and I feel that says a lot. My daughter and I travel a lot for her competitive team and this was the first hotel we genuinely didn't worry. We had order pizza for delivery one night but when I went to the desk to pick it up, it wasn't there. Before I could even feel any type of way, the 2 women at the front desk were on the phone, telling me they would find our food and take care of it! Turns out, it was delivered to the hotel behind ours. The breakfast provided was soooo good too! My daughter and I couldn't wait for breakfast bc it far surpassed any breakfast at the restaurants around (we loved the waffles and I, also the coffee). Our room was clean and very nice. Well worth the price! If anything what I paid for 2 nights, easily would have been a 1 night stay, with discount, at another less nice hotel. Beds were comfortable as well. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor pool and the other visitors were easy to get along with and respectful of others space but definitely looked out for one another. Our stay exceeded expectations and we were so pleasantly surprised with it all. We will definitely stay here again, every year, when we travel back to Nashville for our sports. I dont say any of this ligh

Houskeeping opening door at 915 am, talking loudly to coworker in hallway. Im still in bed, so i call out hello. She says oh, housekeeping, do you need anything. I said no. She closed door. I go for breakfast, where it must be brong your kids amd family to works. 2 kids maybe 4 and 5 argung in breakfast area, 2 more behind the front desk. Adults maybe friends or family or more staff all having social hour. Breakfast area a mess. Plates of food on tables. Take my coffee back to my room.I just get out of shower at 1030. Barely hot water by the way. Housekeeping knocks and opens door again! Housekeeping she says.i yell i dont need anything! What gi es? Cant even relax in my own room.

Would definitely say here again. Staff was great. We booked 2 rooms. When we arrived I asked if we could be put near each other. They had already put us in adjoining rooms. Thought that was great of them. Place was clean and bed was comfy.

The room was decent. Was it the cleanest room, no however it was comfortable. The pool needs a major remodel. It is in very rough shape. A lot of chipping, fading and rust. The water itself was clean and swimmable but the condition of the pool, hot tub and room itself needs a major upgrade. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and delicious. We were located on the bottom floor and had an issue with the room above us, making very loud stomping noises and running late at night and super early in the morning. We did have to make two complaints but the front desk did great at resolving the issue. Overall its a decent hotel however I probably wouldnt stay at this specific location again.

Everything was nice. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, comfy beds, clean rooms, and enjoyed the heated pool. The only thing that was a little bit frustrating was the first night we stayed, the people staying next to us had their music turned up loud all night and it was difficult to sleep. But other than that, it was a good stay.

The hotel in general was dirty. The breakfast was horrible and the beds hurt everyone in our parties backs. On the upside the piol was nuce and warm and the hot tub was n8ce although realed of chlorine and like bleach it was a very overwhelming smell

Rooms were clean and smelt nice. Staff were very friendly. This indoor heated pool, is definitely the best indoor pool I’ve experienced. It is so warm that I was honestly shocked. Definitely the best indoor pool in middle Tennessee that we’ve came across. Only down side was hard biscuits both the mornings and the juice fountain tasted watered down. Other than that, this trip was great!

Room had blood on sheets and they only gave 1 room 1 night stay refund but we had 3 rooms total and we had to check out of rooms and go find another hotel bur no refund for other rooms when desk clerk said we would get a refund for all 3 rooms

Hotel is very clean and very quiet. It's an older hotel and there are some cosmetic things, but it's in good condition and was very clean. Breakfast was waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, toast and pastries, yogurt, boiled eggs and cereal. Staff was very friendly.

Staff members were friendly. The room was okay, the bathroom was not. The pool was closed and there was no notice about this when making the reservation. Definitely not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

Pool areas, and many areas of the hotel were “clean enough” but not clean to the standard I would expect at a hotel. The walls in the rooms were dirty, around the toilets dirty, and the worst part was the curtains in our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room wasn’t as clean as my last stay. The telephone cord was missing and there was a birthday balloon floating at the ceiling.

They forgot to clean the toilet from the last customers so we had to get them to do it before we could use it.

The front desk staff were hospitable and kind, but the facility itself was disgusting. The rooms were not cleaned, we pulled out the beds and there was hair and a sticky substance stuck to the wall. The pull out bed on room was stained all over and the pull out in the other room was broken. The floors were stained up, the walls had stuff all over them and both of the room smelled. The pool area was poorly maintained and the hot tub was brown water. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Room and hotel were very dated, the room had a mold and musky smell. Cracks in the flooring, door jams and drywall. Laminate floor was peeling from the tub and shower was separating from the drywall. I check in and checked out before staying in the room. I’m baffled by the positive reviews makes me question if they’re real people or AI.

Just what I needed for this business trip.

Check in was easy and quick. The staff were wonderful, reaching out in advance of our stay. We had an upgrade to the Presidential Suite and it was amazing. The continental breakfast was well displayed and plentiful with hot options. Ease of parking and quiet area. I definitely recommend this location.

The room we were given was filthy. Mold in the shower, blood looking substance in the fridge, a huge spatter of something across the wall just to name the 3 major things that stuck out to us. Traveling with an infant is hard enough and then having to deal with this mess made our trip unsettling. Didn’t feel safe to bath our baby or store food in the fridge. We were originally booked for 4 nights and didn’t even want to stay 1. We changed hotels. Do NOT recommend staying here!

The staff was very nice upon checking in they couldn’t have been sweeter, the bathroom needs a redo. There was rust and mold. I could tell the housekeeping has done their best to try and keep it nice but it could really use some work. Overall, it was a great place to lay our head after a long day drive just could use some freshening up for sure.

I was very happy with this stay. The front desk staff was so friendly. The hotel was tidy and decorated for Christmas. We had one very small issue and was very pleased wirh how quickly and kindly it was handled.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I ending up locking myself out of my room in less than 5 minutes and they were nice enough to let me back in swiftly. However, the room was bad. It was outdated. The room smelled old and stale. It didn't smell clean at all! The linen smelled like dirty hair and musty body odor. I feel like they just remade the bed and didn't wash anything. The bed was worn out and not comfortable. The carpet needs to be cleaned terribly or get rid of it altogether! It was dirty. I will not be staying there again but if you do stay

Poor ventilation. Stuffy halls and stairwells. Hard to control temp in room. Pool was excessively warm- maybe only 5° les than the hot tub. Room was so warm you can only stay for a short time before being overly hot. Room was ok- crumbs in drawers. Bed was clean so just dealt with it.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor with a dirty qtip under the sink. Between the fridge and the wall there was an old straw and popcorn. The fridge had food crumbs all over it. The lobby, the elevator and the hallway could use a vacuum. We stayed there for 3 days. I guess I’m just more picky about cleanliness.

Very nice stay. Upon check in greeted friendly and quickly. Easy check in. Room was clean and quiet. My husband went down in the evening to ask for an extra set of blankets, not because it was too cold but he chose to sleep on the floor due to his back. Again nothing to do with the bed it was comfortable just he had a bad back. Blankets provided without issue. Breakfast had a decent spread of scrambled egg, sausages, biscuits, gravy, cereals, waffles, yogurt etc. easy check out, would define stay again

I don't understand why people have rated this hotel with 10/10. This property is filthy and in gross disrepair. The floors were not clean, it smelled, and there were holes in the walls. The furniture is very old and worn out. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. And their was greasy hand prints throughout the building. I cannot believe anyone would rate this property above a 1/10. Maybe it's cooperate submitting reviews?

Clean rooms and hot shower

Slept great. It was better than other Comfort Inns where I have stayed. Restaurants were close by too.

Room was very nice size and clean. Hot breakfast options every morning although they were the same the three days I was there. Air conditioned room was nice as it drowned out the noise from the freeway as much as it could. Another drawback is that there are no restaurants you can walk safely to. They were all on the other side of the freeway. Staff was excellent though! Very nice and helpful, especially Mayia!

I couldn’t get the sound to work on the TV. The night attendant did everything she could to get it to work but the sound never worked. Also, none of the food servers wore hair nets and there was some hair in my gravy. I also tried some cereal but it was stale. The breakfast selection was just ok. I lost my appetite after the hair in the food.

The room smelled off. There were dehumidifiers everywhere. The carpet felt tacky and there was dust in the light fixtures. The sheets seemed clean but showed pilling. The window shades didn’t pull closed to allow the room to be dark enough to sleep. It was adequate but uncomfortably

Tried to put us near an ice machine and elevator. They said all their lower price King size beds were there. That’s pretty sad. To get away from the ice machine and elevators, they said they would not charge extra for a double bed. Really?!? That’s pretty sad. They gave us an adjoining room where someone in the other room tried to come the the door. I advise to stay clear

Overall, the room was clean. The staff were super friendly. It was very quiet. The only real complaint we have is the bed. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable. It was not firm at all and was very lumpy. It would almost go flat when sitting or laying on it.

There was a low level of noise there, which was a huge plus after being on the road 10 hours. They also have a very nice breakfast set up there with nice options. Great coffee! We'll definitely stay here again!

Awesome staff

Had a quick overnight stay since we were on a long roadtrip. It was easy to get checked in late (after 11pm) with 3 tired kids and staff was friendly. Room had plenty of space and was very comfortable, shower was nice and clean and breakfast was good!

Stay was great breakfast had a lot of variety, and they offered complementary water all day long.

The bathroom could have used a little more ie the walls and door frame. The room felt and smelled damp. Overall, the location and staff were great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very musty. Not sure if it was just that particular room or the rooms in general. The ice bucket and towels were dirty but staff replaced them promptly when asked.

We have stayed here a couple times before this visit. There was nothing terrible about the stay. The hotel is starting to show its age and probably needs a remodel. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was what you would expect to find. We travel a lot and stay in Choice hotels frequently, but next time in Lebanon we will probably try another place.

Our room was clean, beds comfortable. It was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was good. Indoor pool was clean a plus that it was indoor. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I would have no problem booking again.

The curtains were not installed well and they were dirty. The bedding has stains around the floor.

We booked as an overnight stop between Little Rock and Raleigh. The hotel is older, but it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was right off of I 40.

The only thing I have negative to say is that although I know it has to be done, someone ran a vacuum right outside my room around 8am and woke me up. (My son and i arrived very late so we were late getting to sleep). One would think that woth checkout being what it is, maybe they couldve waited a little bit later.

One night stay for us. Easy access from I40. Spacious room.

When I got to my room the toilet was dirty. I have pictures and I immediately went to the front desk and showed her the pictures. She stated she was going to inform the manager, but no one said anything further or gave me some kind of compensation for the dirty toilet. They also need to vacuum the room, I always bring a pair of throw away socks and they were full of blonde hair. The curtains were filthy, so dirty.

Staff here especially Myra were so friendly. This place is an Oasis (compared to the jail-like EconoLodge we stayed in earlier in the week)! Even have a washer/dryer for patron use. Rooms were well appointed with even a little sitting area, clean--a pleasure to stay.

This is an adequate place to stay. The check-in was easy and the room was fine. The breakfast choices are limited and the fitness room lacks any strength equipment. My room key died twice and had to be refreshed.

Room was clean even though hotel is old. The HVAC was old and room was not very cold.

Breakfast was awful, evening other than the waffles were lackluster . They also didn't offer anything gluten free( most places will have scrambled eggs and Cheerios at the least) Only thing I will say is the bed was pretty comfy. I will never stay here again!

We were only at this hotel for the night but it was good. The front desk worker (pink hair) was so great! We were late and tired and she was just so sweet and gave us great tips. The breakfast was ok, super clean and refilled just not great food. The pool hours are awesome as well. Comfy and clean, would definitely stay here again.

The elevator does not go to floor 2. The elevator button lights do work to indicate what floor you’re on. The only ice machine is on the 3rd floor. The breakfast had a good variety but the warm food was ice cold. Needs updating. The shower head was terrible and only worked in one center spot. The front door check-in staff was very friendly.

The pool was closed due to the fire alarm going off and on.

The hotel was in disrepair there was a side door that was broken and unable to lock the hot tub did not heat or have jets.

The room was very clean!

We stayed over the holiday weekend so they were pretty busy! We arrived super early because our flight got changed and they got us into the room before our normal check in time. The room did have a very bad musty smell (i think there is a leak with the AC). When I notified the front desk they gave me spray, offered me a dehumidifier and also offered to swap my room out for me. They went out to their way to make sure we were happy. The breakfast was way better than I had anticipated! It truly was a full breakfast (biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffle maker etc) Something for even the pickiest of eaters. The pool area was nice but the hot tub wasn't really hot. It was warm and nice but needs to be turned up a few degrees. Ever staff member that we encountered was happy and super friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel (note: I used to manage a hotel so I tend to be VERY picky and judgy about where we stay!)
