Reviews
Guests generally enjoy the river view and clean, comfortable rooms at this hotel. The staff is frequently praised for being friendly and helpful. However, some guests find the property to be outdated and in need of repairs. The breakfast is also a common point of contention, with some guests appreciating the variety and others finding it lacking.

- Outdated property and need for repairs
- Breakfast could be improved

We came at 2 pm to see if we could check in and immediately was greeted with a rude check in is at 4. First impressions matter and that was terrible. Our toilet kept running itself every 2 minutes. They tried fixing it which I appreciate but it didn't solve the problem completely. Could barely open/close balcony door. Walking into the room, there was nats and other bugs all around the staircase up to the room. There was bugs and webs in the room. The room also had a bunch of cracks in the room itself. The TV bugged me personally, because they wall mounted it, and it was crooked. Breakfast was ridiculous. No waffle toppings, no fruit or yogurt. Will never come back here.
- 4/5
In general, I like the hotel, especially its location. I've stayed several times. The building and rooms are a bit outdated, but rooms have balcony and a nice view to the river, which gives you a cool fresh air at night, unless there are forest fires around. And also Balsam Roots and marmots are everywhere around in spring. Motel-style simplicity of room entrance is convenient for travel. Can't say much about pool and spa, which almost I never caught working. There is a breakfast, but I usually take a fruit and walk to Leavenworth for a real breakfast. Keurig coffee maker in the room is better than that little common one in other hotels.
- 3/5
The toilet ran continually so the tank had to refill every three minutes, which was loud and continued all night long. There was no elevator and the stairs were not comfortable to navigate. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. If only the toilet hadn't disturbed my sleep. I would never stay there again.
- 4/5
The architectural design was unique and the little balcony for room looking over the stream was nice.
- 5/5
As expected
- 5/5
beautiful river frontage
- 3/5
Patio wasn't clean.old food on table, chair and floor .black mold on shower curtain.location next to river a bonus.hopefully they pay more attention to cleaning in the future.
- 5/5
Breakfast had many options and some hot food as well…I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a beautiful view along the river from the balcony. ☕️ Coffee was drinkable and shower was hot what else could i ask for at a great price. 👍👍 I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!
- 3/5
The only thing I did not like about the property was the fact that the bed was very soft. It was a queen size, but it was so unsupportive. I’m not sure if it was an old mattress or they have just bought very soft mattresses. Not good for the spine. Back ache in the morning.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, staff were very helpful. Being next to the river makes this place extremely special.
- 3/5
The property is old and tired but clean and the beds were comfortable. Our check in went great and the receptionist (man in his 30s) was super nice. Our biggest issue was with breakfast: mainly that there wasn’t any. We got to the dining room at 9:13 and all the sausages, bacon, eggs, waffle batter were gone. The receptionist unapologetically let us know that she won’t make any more bc she’s the only person there and they only serve breakfast till 9:30 anyway. There was another family who came in after us with a child and they also had to turn away without anything to eat. So, management, stop being cheap and make enough food for your guests. Won’t be returning.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room. A good breakfast. The only negative thing I found is that the TV in the room was small and a bit old.
- 5/5
Great location next to the river. Saved us a ton on parking fees over the 3 days we were in Leavenworth.
- 4/5
Staff were super friendly and the location and views were perfect. Room and furnishings were a bit out dated but still in good working order. The beds and bedding were comfortable, more so than I had expected. The breakfast had multiple options including some hot selections, nothing fancy but edible, available and staff kept it well stocked. It was too cold still to use the pool so cannot speak to that.. but this place has a hillside full of adorable "neighbors" (a family of Marmots) that were a joy to watch. Would stay again if in the area. The balcony river view was awesome. Plenty of parking.
- 3/5
Good hotel for a short stay
- 5/5
I enjoyed the river view, its so relaxing. Its a bit of a walk from the main square but I love walking. Place was clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean and pleasant in an excellent location near town. Rooms have balconies overlooking a river very nice for morning coffee. Particularly recommended for hot summer weather as the property is nicely shaded and cooler. Excellent breakfast includes hot food—eggs, sausage, waffles. Friendly and helpful staff. Minor issues such as bathroom sink with sluggish drain.
- 1/5
The stay was bad because there was a bad smell coming from around to inside. It was not worthed $200. It was just worth 50. My wife and son did not sleep well the whole night because of the bad smells! I will never stay there!
- 4/5
Lovely location overlooking the River. There is no direct water access from this motel. All rooms have a private balcony where one can sit and enjoy the swallows. The facility is a short walk from the main downtown.
- 5/5
Adorable breakfast area, excellent food, very clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, balcony over the river is a plus.
- 4.5/5
A little dated
- 5/5
Nice clean hotel
- 1/5
I never leave bad reviews but our experience here was terrible. First, we couldn’t check-in until well after 4 because the room was not cleaned even though that was the listed check-in time. Then they couldn’t locate the key so they just told us to wait without even offering compensation or looking for the key. Finally, my husband asked if they had checked the key return box. The man at the desk looked and found it. Why in the world would they not have checked there first? Why did it take my husband asking that super obvious question? The rooms are very outdated and the drain on our shower was completely clogged. The tub filled up immediately and we were unable to shower. Very sympathetic to the shower issue but completely dumbfounded that after all this the front desk didn’t offer any type of compensation or even an apology. Again, I never leave bad reviews but this was such a terrible experience.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly. River is beautiful. Nice woodsy location not far from town.

- 3/5
It was okay, but breakfast could have been better
- 5/5
Great hidden Gem! Wild Life watching was enjoyable!!
- 5/5
Place felt very safe. Nice river view
- 4/5
Only suggestion is for more variety of foods at breakfast. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!
- 4/5
Kind and helpful staff!
- 4/5
The building itself was a bit older and could use some TLC, but I would still stay there again!
- 5/5
The balcony views are absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was really good. It was a nice surprise to have a hot breakfast that included sausage, eggs biscuits, and gravy. Staff was also very helpful.
- 5/5
Parking was amble. Felt pretty a safe location. Short walk to a well stocked grocery store and easy walk to Leavenworth city functions. Breakfast was good. All rooms faced the river with a balcony to sit and watch and listen to the river. The staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! The river behind the property is fantastic. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!
- 5/5
Said it had a hot tub but they don’t anymore. Looks like it got turned into a smoking area
- 5/5
Front desk girls were friendly and welcoming. Parking was good and room was clean. I like the hotel is away from the main town of Leavenworth, and on a dead end road so it’s quiet.
- 5/5
Got there late and staff had hid a key for me without asking. Super nice people. No real amenities for me to experience in just one late night. Old school ski condo vibes. RIGHT on the river, beautiful. Perfect for the price. Not fancy.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Grest view of the river. Cons..toilets are low and no screens on sliding door.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and cozy I truly appreciate the full size refrigerator. Oh and breakfast was great, a wonderful selection fresh and hot. And don't forget the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. We had a great experience, would definitely book again. Nothing
- 5/5
No need
- 5/5
GOOD
- 4/5
Good view of the river
- 5/5
We got there pretty late and had to call a phone number on the door to find our key, but luckily we were able to get into our room. The pool wasn't available yet during our time there, but it was an outdoor pool so it was seasonal. The breakfast was delicious! The view though was amazing... hearing the roaring of the river was so nice and relaxing. My fiance and I spent a majority of our time on the balcony just enjoying the view anytime we were in our room. We will definitely stay here again... Hopefully when its hotter and the pool is in working, clean condition.
- 4/5
Curt (Curtis) at the front desk went above and beyond helping us after I messed up the reservation on Expedia. He was knowledgeable and handled the situation great. The room was dated but the water pressure was good. Breakfast was a standard continental but had everything available that you would expect. Parking is tight but manageable.
- 4/5
Good breakfast.
- 3/5
Breakfast was awful
- 5/5
Great room with river view. Clean and accessible parking. Loved our stay
- 4/5
The stairs are awkward, like tilted or uneven. The building itself is just old and dated, no amount of cleaning or maintenance can change that. For the price when compared to larger hotels nearby, it's a good stay. We would return but likely only if we could have a ground floor room.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 0.5/5
All of it was terrible. We left before even spending one night due to the nasty dirty smell and dirty facility Everything
- 5/5
Right next to the river, room perfect for the 2 of us. Breakfast was plenty. Staff very polite and helpful. I think this was our 4th or fifth stay, never disappointed.
- 4/5
Pleasant staff. Loved the balcony to the river. Quiet. Breakfast was comparable to most-good variety.

Everything was good

Beautiful River tire, clean comfy room
- 5/5
View was spectacular, enjoyed watching all of the local animal life. Staff at front desk was lovely, very kind. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Absolutely plan to stay again.

Breakfast was good My tv didn’t work and it took all the next day and two calls for someone to come fix.
- 5/5
Good size room with friendly staff . Beautiful view overlooking river. Lovely breakfast
- 4/5
On the river. The gravy before biscuits and gravy was not hot.
- 4/5
Nice breakfast. Very easy access to the middle of downtown.
- 5/5
The guy at the front desk in the lady in the morning was really nice.
- 3.5/5
Needed upgrades
- 5/5
this was an emergency stay during the stevens closure due to pow but i do not regret choosing this location at all. There are board games in the lobby you can take back to your room to play and the staff were nothing but kind , i was able to check in and out early with no charge which i really appreciated . Rooms are fairly spacious and included a microwave and a mini fridge . safeway being super close also makes this place a great choice . the map in the lobby shows there is a hot tub on the property but there is not , but the absence of that is also clearly noted in the expedia/ hotel info page . there are also quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (if i remember correctly) and everyone staying seems to respect that . nice little fenced area for smoking outside with tables and chairs as well as the rooms are non smoking rooms ! I will definitely be back to stay here !!
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
Staff were welcoming and pleasant, location is great right along the strip with EV charging nearby. Would book again

Room was fairly clean but we really enjoyed the deck with the river view. Beds were comfy and everything we needed.

Excelente 🚀🙌
- 2.5/5
The room was very dated. The air conditioning/heater unit was SO loud. Could hear a lot of movement/noice in the room above us during the night. The bed was not very comfortable.
- 3/5
Not the worst, but definitely older hotel and needs a face-lift. Sliding door, only point of entry was hard to open and close Room had a funky odor. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Very picturesque setting and great location. Easy to walk into town.
- 4.5/5
Just the price for one night but I understand it was Valentine's Day weekend
- 5/5
Room was spotless and staff was very nice
- 4.5/5
Excellent location and view. Located just outside of town, so was a very peaceful stay. Staff was helpful on checkin and needs during the stay.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff seemed reallly nice. I would stay again.
- 3/5
I really liked the room, the reception, and the breakfast. It would have been perfect if they hadn't delayed giving me the room because of cleaning; I had planned my trip to arrive at 4 pm and rest.
- 5/5
Good variety of hot items.
- 4.5/5
River views were amazing
- 1/5
AC is just a fan. Room was not cleaned well, towels are old, worn and falling apart.
- 2.5/5
Both Alpine Rivers and Bookings.com have refused to refund for the unused 2nd night. We will not be returning to Alpine Rivers nor using booking.com in the future; neither will we recommend either to our friends and family.
- 4/5
Room is old but clean with plenty of room and a comfortable sitting area.

- 5/5
Balcony view, staff.

Nice staff, great location, older but well kept building, hearty breakfast, and agreed to a late check out. This visit was during low season, so who knows what goes on when they're busy.

- 5/5
This place is lovely.
- 2/5
The balcony offered a nice view, the room smelled like it have been smoked in. The floor was not vacuumed. The bed felt like you were sleeping on springs
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was cozy and the deer walking by the river was awesome
- 2/5
Our TV did not work from day one and there was no attempt to help us.
- 4/5
Very courteous staff. Room was clean.
- 4/5
small rooms, good location
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 2/5
Needs new carpet, new cabinets in bathroom, very old . Breakfast is ok , coffee not good
- 2/5
Room was lacking any comfortable seating. Few amenities ie: no tissues, not enough soap. No maid service at all over the two day stay. Trash not even emptied. No snacks or drinks available to be purchased at facility. Breakfast was extremely lacking in every way. When questioned the desk clerk told me I was wrong. This room cost $988. For 2 nights. I will never recomend the Alpine River Inn to anyone. Sorry excuse for an Inn. Could have been so much better.
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond
- 5/5
The layout of the hotel is open and friendly (wide staircases). Breakfast was good. John and the team were very friendly and accommodating. I would come again just for that experience alone. Thank you very much & Kind regards Scott Cooper
- 4/5
Very friendly staff and great location close to town. Dates but rooms were quiet and clean.
- 5/5
Beautiful views!
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was nice. Will be back
- 1/5
Couldn’t stay
- 3/5
But a very cute little Inn…..I thought it was going to be much larger than it is. And it’s a bit outside of the town so away from all the shops and activities.
- 5/5
It was perfect for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Back view of the river was nice to enjoy morning coffee. Breakfast was good and filled us up. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall would stay again
- 4/5
Good room with nice view. Decent breakfast. Good stay for the price. Like many hotels, skimpy on washcloths.
- 2/5
Dated hotel that smelled old, the hot water only lasted long enough for a 5 minute shower before getting cold
- 5/5
Very nice clean room. My girlfriend use to be a hotel maid and she found the room very nice. It is also nice and quiet. Relaxing to wake up in the morning next to the river.
- 3/5
Beautiful views but little access
- 4/5
Wonderful beds. Comfy rooms
- 5/5
Loved the balcony & view
- 4/5
Balcony was lovely!

Beautiful balcony view with the river. Room clean.staff very nice.
- 5/5
Very nice clean room and easy to move about. I loved being able to see the river from the balcony. This hotel is quiet and away from downtown but still easy enough to walk there.
- 5/5
Great Rates for a very nice place.
- 5/5
It was cheap and dependable and great location .Comfortable beds and pillows. Thank you
- 4/5
The room was small, expensive, no TV, nice hot tub, and the receptionist was extremely helpful.
- 5/5
Great service from the first phone call. Beautiful location and comfortable accommodations.
- 1/5
Was not allowed to check in. Will never recommend this property and will not go back. Terrible customer service and extremely costly by the time we found other accommodations.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and a wonderful view of the Wenatchee river. Nice and quiet.
- 5/5
Close to downtown, river view, free breakfast
- 4/5
View of the river was pretty.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, beautiful view and location, clean room
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
The beds were way too soft - no support. Slept on small couch.
- 4/5
This property is perfectly located a walk away from everything in town. Clean, convenient and the front desk was great.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Price was quite right for what you get, but I guess this a tourist town after all.
- 5/5
We liked the location near the river . 10 min walk to the downtown. Clean ,quiet and friendly staff.
- 2/5
Dated, Hair on sink, Abrupt checkin procedure, Owner/manager openly arguing with maintenance staff in front of guests.
- 1/5
Clean room nice Staff,View and river is good.
- 5/5
The location is perfect - walkable distance to town, right on the river. Quaint, room was very clean, staff were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast is in the cutest little room and the food was actually very good - the best I have ever had in a hotel lobby. Stay here!!
- 5/5
This motel was quiet, my room was clean and in good condition, had a nice serene river view, the staff was helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was convenient.
- 1/5
Do not book! I was deceived by the images of the hotel. I arrived to a run down hotel with horrible customer service and no refund after I left 10 minutes after arriving in my room. Two women at front desk did not know how to check in and insisted on being paid in cash for extra car parking. They called an offsite manager, but when I asked to speak to manager they said they didn’t have any available. The stairs up to my room were a hazard of disrepair. Opening my room I was hit with the strongest odor of cleaning products and odor removing spray, instant headache and respiratory issues. I attempted to clear the room of the strong odor but the sliding door had no screen and the warning signs of bugs I saw in the check in desk, all started entering the room. The bathroom fan was broken so unable to use that to clear the air. My friend noticed her bedsheets had stains and after ten minutes in the room it was clear there was no way we could stay. Dirty, stinky, awful!! Asthma, migraines? Your worst nightmare! I attempted a refund through the hotel and Expedia but still the hotel refused. After some research my experience is not alone, many others reported a “bait and switch “ experience. The brief glimpse at the pool looked to be an unkempt and dirty water situation. Worst experience ever!
- 3/5
Besides internet the shower gels were very small for three persons. Breakfast was also limited.
- 4/5
Overall a decent place with budget in mind. It's an older establishment, seems to be family run. Rates were good, and the pool was in working order. Good location close to town.
- 3/5
Good location, but a bit pricey for what it was, room had a damp musty smell.
- 2/5
The room was not properly cleaned with filthy carpet and hair all over the bathroom. Also had spiderwebs on the bedside lamps.
- 1/5
I had an issue and tried to contact them, but they never responded.
- 5/5
Very nice location at the river in Leavenworth. The room was nice and clean. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, nice staff. A little outdated but a decent place.
- 1/5
Very run down and will not stay there again, room has lots of spider webs and fruit flies presence in the room albeit my doors and windows are not open. The ptac in the room is noisy, truly need a major update
- 4/5
Nice river view from balcony
- 3/5
Hotel room was spacious with comfy beds. Had a small balcony overlooking the tivrr but difficult to use if air conditioning unit on. Unable to get WiFi, there is a 40 gallon limit on hot water but it was plenty for the two of us. Quite a " rural" type property. Good for over night stop.
- 3/5
Air conditioner was failing and noisy so I couldn’t use it… sliding door had no screen so leaving it open welcomed in the bugs. Wifi didn’t work. Other than that it was decent.
- 4/5
Loved our stay here. Especially loved the River view. Wish we could have silenced some air conditioner noise to hear the birds and river more.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 3/5
What I didn't appreciate was the fact that no one came in to bring coffee pods, cups and cream & sugar packets for our second day or make up the room. In the bathroom there was a sign that read if you want to reuse your towels hang them up. If you don't want to reuse, put them on the floor and we will set out new ones. It's a good thing we chose to reuse our we would have had to hunt down clean towels. We had to go to the office for our morning coffee supplies and no apology. I assume this is standard procedure. When we first arrived and opened the door to the room, we were greated by an overpowering pinesol smell! While I appreciate the fact that it told me the room was cleaned, the smell was unbearable. Thankfully it was warm out and we could open the window and slider to air it our. No screen on the slider meant bugs could make their way in but the smell would probably scare them away. I don't believe we will stay here again and that is too bad. Leavenworth is very expensive and we appreciated the price at Alpine River Inn
- 5/5
We had an unforgettable experience during our stay. we felt right at home. I highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway!
- 4/5
Great place for a one night stay, along the creek was cool!
- 5/5
View of river from our room was spectacular. Pool could stand to be warmer
- 1/5
Terrible! Balcony was filthy. Walls covered with dirt and insects. Floor not vacuumed in a long time. Mold on shower curtain. Human hair on “clean” sheets. Desk clerk told me there was free bus to town every 30 minutes. It runs hourly. Same clerk said it would cost me $30 to park in town. A large lot downtown charges $4.50 an hour to park. Don’t stay here!
- 4/5
Liked the location but house keeping needs improvement externally and internally, curb appeal needs to improve. Improve green belt surrounding the area and parking lines needs to be done again to make them more visible. Stairs need improvement.
- 3/5
Outdated, lots of road noise, pool was dirty couldn’t go swimming. Breakfast was awful, staff in the morning was awful. Will not stay here again. Not worth the money.
- 5/5
My wife and I had a good stay. Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Room was clean
- 2/5
This property is old and needs maintenance! Our room was very smelly due to dirty shower curtain and also the air conditioner. The balcony was dirty and needed cleaning. This is an older Inn and on the beautiful river which was so nice! The bed was Ok and plenty of very clean towels! This is a tourist area and we know rates can be higher, however, I would not pay this rate again ever, for this type of hotel. We were on the top floor and at the end so therefore it was nice and could open our window and slider vs using the smelly and noisy a/c. It is an older Inn for sure that needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning. Again, the front office and housekeeper were very helpful! It was very nice to be a 10 min drive and including parking to all the action of Leavenworth and come back to a quiet setting on the river!
- 3/5
I think the pictures are very outdated and don't give an honest view of the facility and pool area. For the price it was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
We had a lovely stay, thank you!
- 2/5
The property is aging and in strong need of maintenance. The room smelled strongly of bleach, mold on the shower curtain, and water bottle from previous occupants under the bed, the shower nozzle water temps were backwards, and the tables in the breakfast room were sticky. Would not choose this property again.
- 5/5
river behind
- 5/5
Our room had a river view and small balcony. I think all the 2nd floor rooms had this. Room was clean, had a sitting area and makeup area by the bathroom. Also a fridge and microwave. Nice continental breakfast, hot sausage patties, round formed egg, biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker, etc. Walking distance to shopping, maybe 3-4 blocks.
- 1/5
So wait. I'm in before 7pm. And it's suddenly first come first serve and you mean to tell me that everyone before all asked for the 200s rooms??? Unlikely. Now I'm awake at 630am. Cuz the inconsiderate jerks upstairs live like no one is below them and see DRAGGING FURNITURE AND STOMPING AROUND LIKE BIG FOOT. Thanks. Simple request. Sweet voiced denial of that request for no good reason and now i can't sleep in. I know how i live and behave in hotel rooms and why i always get top floor no problem... and i know how must other humans behave. thanks Alpine Rivers Inn!

the rooms are old and worn , the carpet is musty and moldy with a nasty smell. access to our room on the ground floor was through a scary sliding glass door. we could not even stay there the smell and filth was so bad. we booked another hotel and left.
- 5/5
Great quiet and affordable place considering it’s in Leavenworth. Very clean and quiet but a bit outdated. Would definitely go again
- 4/5
But definitely a motel more feel than I was expecting.
- 4/5
It was close to town. Staff was nice.
- 4/5
Property was very quiet besides the upstairs neighbors. I think for the price things could have been a bit nicer and more detailed in cleanliness.
- 5/5
The only place I stay in Leavenworth. They have a good breakfast, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and you can listen to the river while you fall asleep
- 5/5
Room were very clean and plenty of towels. Eco friendly.
- 5/5
Great little spot with beautiful river views and comfy beds!
- 5/5
We loved our stay here. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was great and everything was fresh. There were a lot of options and the dining area was very cute and clean. The only problem we had was with the air conditioner not working for part of the night, but we would definitely stay again! Loved the river view and the patio.
- 4/5
The outside decks seem a bit worn. The mattress was extremely soft but comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection Front desk staff were very friendly and kind.
- 4/5
We liked that the hotel was on the river. However, the hotel was very dated and could use a face lift.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay here, would definitely recommend!
- 4/5
It’s in a great location!
- 5/5
Off the main street and quiet
- 3/5
Outside our room above the balcony, hornets were all over and going into the gutters. Staff was great and tried spray but there must have been a nest. Would not give discount or early check.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
It is very close to front street which is desirable. It is dated for sure but reasonably priced and seams clean.
- 5/5
Reception staff was very friendly and had our room ready quickly.
- 4/5
Like this property and location. Everything looks clean but floor felt sticky in bathroom. Like the balcony but a shame we cannot access the river ( signs say no river access) although it would be easy walk to sit by the river.
- 4/5
Had a water leak in the middle of the night from the room above. Were able to contact owner through sister hotel and he moved us to a larger room. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy in addition to cold options. Very pleased with this hotel despite the water leak.

absolutely wonderful

Extremely expensive for the property and amenities - rooms were basic, motel 8 quality. Beds were worn down, shower curtain smelled like mildew, but the view over the river was beautiful. Enjoyed the pool, wished there was a hot tub.

Really lovely place on the river. Breakfast was great!

Excellent small family owned property that was a great value.

Easy walk into town. Safe and quiet except for the window air conditioners. They were very loud and took away from the sounds of the river. I highly suggest the owners look into mini splits for their units.

The stairs and deck going to the second floor rooms was unlevel and unsafe. There is no elevator.

Nice , quite and peaceful place

Wi-Fi not working well and unsafe should provide safe internet

The river view was nice. The breakfast was very meager. No maid service occurred for the three days we were there. The whole interior needs a major renovation.

It was very quiet and right on the river

Such a cute place. Love the view of the river.

The room was clean and well maintained. A lovely inn in the Bavarian themed town of Levensworth

The lady at check in was super nice but she was stressed as there was a line and rooms were not ready. It was not her fault and she was really trying to get us taken care of as we had 2 rooms reserved and only 1 was cleaned. The beds were comfortable and they rooms were decent. I loved looking at the river.

Two blocks to the Main Street

The inn was old, but clean. The staff were friendly enough. Easy walk into town so as not to have to deal with parking. Continental breakfast was great. Views lovely. I only wish that the AC was not so loud, since it drowned out the sounds of the river, but it worked well!

Service was good, it was nice and quite, room that we got it was old

Beautiful spot within walking to the shops. The staff were beyond helpful and positive every time we saw them. This is a fantastic spot!

Room had a beautiful river view.

It does the trick. Beds were comfortable. It is old and could use an update. Carpet on the deck was odd, and wifi isn’t strong enough to stream anything.

It was not very clean, small room, they show the best parts in the pictures and leave out the rest, definitely not worth the price they charge.

The beds were comfy and the property was quiet enough to hear the river. The balcony had a small table and chairs and we sat and drank our coffee there in the morning. A perfect trip!

The view of the river from the balcony was awesome.

The river outside of the window is nice. The rest of the place is stuck in 1985, and not the fun 80’s.

Beautiful spot

Very nice property with patio view of river. Staff was very friendly. Close to everything

Smelled super clean when we waljed into our room but even after a couple hours the "clean" smell was too strong. AC only had one setting COLD COLD COLD

Stay was okay and the room clean. However, the price per night not worth it for a outdated establishment.

Scenic view from the room, quiet, peaceful. Friendly, helpful staff. My ONLY complaint was a water flow issue that created a squealing sound after the toilet flushed, but all in all, an excellent stay and great value.

River was nice
