The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. It was SO dirty. The room and bathroom looked like they haven’t been properly cleaned for years and our sheets smelled slept in. The room also didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to us arriving - crumbs on the chair in the room and I had to wipe down the counters myself.

Visible debris on the hallway carpet (lots), multiple walls with paint in need of repair, and our room was visibly dirty on certain walls. Again- most important priority is the bed for me, so I was very pleased in that regard. Everything else just looked very worn compared to other properties we have stayed at in this chain.

A lot of people have to be gone by six 7 AM so if they started breakfast at five, it will be amazing

The washers and dryer in laundry room needed quarters .There is no coin changer. The front desk did not have quarters .What is the point in having a the appliance when we cannot use it?

Since they are doing a lot of construction close by in new subdivision a lot of construction workers staying there at this time and some of the items inside torn or broken and another thing that made things uncomfortable for my family was people hanging out on the computers in sleeping clothes and like they were at home all day and night.Especially grown men on social media.

The sheet on the bed was not clean and had a blood stain on it. I did not see it until the next morning after I had slept on it. I was so disgusted! The cleaning staff must not be changing the sheets and the bedding.

The breakfast could have had more fresh fruit, oatmeal and more cereal choices the coffee in the breakfast area could have been left out after five or six pm.

It seemed like a fairly new property but flaws in the room (especially bathroom) made you wonder what has happened to that room before and where was the attention to detail? The tub was missing part of the porcelain finish and was "painted" in. The paint stuck to your feet after the shower. The baseboards were tile with pieces missing. The toilet paper roller was falling off the wall. The ceiling looked like a dartboard. Lampshades in the room were dented and bent. The breakfast- (Don't normally expect much)- The eggs were ok but the potatoes were raw and links almost the same. The pancake machine did not work. No pre-maid oatmeal. A few in our group skipped breakfast and stopped somewhere else to eat. No issues with the staff and the check in- out process went very well. I hope this is a one off location as we have booked two more HIE's in the near future.

Room was clean, breakfast is very basic, the most annoying part is there are a line of trucks parked by the entrance making it very hard to get out of the parking lot - no visibility - not sure why the trucks are parked there - causing a traffic hazard every time we got out. The hotel needs to fix this.

Staff was wonderful. Bathtub was chipping paint so taking an actual bath rather than a shower was not an option for me. Breakfast was limited and didn’t appear fully cooked. Otherwise very happy with my stay

The room was large and had a very nice coffee k-pod coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable, and the area was quiet. The Wifi was also good. The safe in the room was not working. It was locked and we asked 3 times to have it opened. Finally it was opened but was not working. It's important to us when we travel to have a safe in which to place our passports and money.

What i didn't like was i disturb someone that was asleep trying to get into the room that i was given . Apparently my room was given away after. I already had checked in at 3 o'clock. But after all of the confusion. The front desk employee resolved the whole situation. So all in all everything turned out all right. I would have gave it a higher score if this had never happened.

We had ants in our room and since the housekeepers and maintenance man did not speak English it was difficult to explain the problem. The front desk person had to explain and they brought in a chemical to spray the desk and floor area. Ants were back within a couple hours. Not happy they did not offer to move us and choose to spray room while we were in it.

The first day we arrived the power was out until late in the night. No AC no electricity, no elevator. Many people went to another hotel. The second night was a rolling black out that didn’t happen during the scheduled hours but happened later so no elevator again for hours. I had a question about my bill and was told I would have to talk to the morning manager. She left him an email and said he would call me. No call came. When I called back in the morning and talked to the manager he was rude and when I mentioned the power outage he said it was beyond his control and his home had no power either during the power outage and he still needed to pay his mortgage. I never asked him to take away any of my bill. I don’t know what his home has to do with my bill discrepancies. It was not a good experience. My bill problem was that Expedia said I had paid a portion of my bill and the hotel said they never got a payment so he said I needed to deal with Expedia.

In room 211, there was a noise coming from the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Maybe when the water was running in the room or neighboring rooms or roms above and below.

Good hotel. Conveniently located to HEB, and some fast food and restaurants. Great to see the Leander area building up. Need hotel to get better wi-fi and ensure all of its outlets are operational. The property is nice, but unfortunately the room assigned smell like a dog was living there for a long period of time. The room looked clean but the smell was there even with deodorant.

Tremendous hotel and staff. They ensured we had everything we needed and made extra efforts to welcome us each time we came “home” to the hotel for the evening. Big smiles and excellent room!

The only complaint : Three mornings and coffee was tepid each morning. First time that has happened in my hotel stays. I usually stay at Hampton Inn.

Air conditioning in room 111 noisy lighting could be better and n screen in bath sink if you drop anything

All the staff were excellent. The breakfast had lots to offer. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Holiday Inn.

However, the breakfast was not great at all. The scrambled eggs were terrible!! Fake eggs or powdered eggs? Not sure but it was awful. The room was a little too warm during the night. We turned the temp Down but it didn’t get cooler. Difficulty sleeping.

We booked thru Hotel.com a couple hours prior unfortunately the hotel hadn’t received our information yet. The checkin manager was helpful. The hotel grounds are spacious and very clean. The rooms have under the counter fridge, microwave and Kcup coffee/tea in each room. Toiletery items are available at front desk if needed. It cost $2 in quarters for the laundry use. The breakfast was small and limited time.

Hotel was very nice and in great condition. Very convenient to everything in the area. Highly recommend this property. Also important to note that we inadvertently left a valuable item behind in the room when we checked out. Called the hotel later that day and the item had been found and secured by the cleaning staff. Returned to us in the same condition in which it was left. Greatly appreciate their honesty and kindness.

Very clean rooms with modern amenities. Plenty of usb plugs and a keurig! Oh so comfy bed and pillows. Large fainting couch. Very nice roomy shower. Plenty of lighting throughout the room. An excellent complimentary breakfast that offers variety day to day.

Overall the place was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast and coffee. Both mornings I went to the breakfast, the coffee was cold and very strong. I only tried for breakfast one morning, and when I arrived a little after 9, there was hardly anything left to choose from. I felt the kitchen was in a hurry to close it down. I was very disappointed, considering Holiday Inn usually offers fresh, hot coffee all day long and their breakfast is usually top notch.

There were two beds. Room 110. My husband slept in the bed closest to the bathroom and it had bedbugs. My bed did not. I was comfortable. He woke up with several bug bites all over his body.

This is a new hotel and we stayed here six months ago and it was great but this time not so much…. Our bathtub was filthy. The towels are thread bare already. You can tell they just made everything with the cheapest of materials because the floors are already cracked. We went down to get bedding for the pull out bed and we get sent back just a bottom sheet that doesn’t even fit the bed and a felt blanket. No top sheet. The girl at check-in was super unfriendly and could really just care less that anyone was in her hotel. We will not be staying here again.

Don’t listen to previous good reviews here. I have no idea why they rated it well. This hotel was terrible. I don’t know where all the positive reviews came from on this app but many things were in disrepair. The elevators have the floor numbers written in sharpie, the carpet is barely put together and the tiles are cracked. The bathroom tub has this layer of gunk like from an old mat that was on it or something. There’s absolutely no lighting in front of the mirror. Just one can light in the ceiling of the bathroom and barely any decent light in the room. Lastly, the breakfast was terrible. Hardly any options, the coffee was like warm and so strong it cold strip an old penny. The only semi pro is that the beds were at least clean and decently comfortable. I’m not sure if they got bought out by new owners who are cheap and don’t give a hoot about the place but it needs a lot of work. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here if they don’t have to.

Great place to stay!! Friendly staff!!

The hotel was decent but the first night there were crickets all over the place. The staff was nice enough to allpw me to change rooms, i noticed the higher inwas the less problems i had with tje crickets. Breakfast was solid, check in and out was easy.

We have made this our go to property when visiting family in Texas (from IL).. we were slightly disappointed that the AC unit has a funny smell now but things happen. It didn’t change our amazing experience with this property. The washer locked up with my clothes in it and stopped spinning and the employees took care of us. Everything was above and beyond. We will continue to trust this location for all future bookings.

There are more than 10 crickets in the room. I have to killed them. The body wash of the bottle is empty.

All was good. Only negative was odd smell when you first entered room, but not noticeable after a couple of minutes.
