My room smelled like dogs, and hair was on the furniture and the legs of the old outdated chairs were chewed up. The pool was dirty and the bar be cue grill, the breakfast was terrible. I wouldn't let a dog stay here, not worth the money.

First time in years feeling comfortable barefoot in a hotel shower or even the floor. Everything was clean.

Rooms and service were good but if you plan on using the pull out couch in a King room, ilthe couch has to be moved in order to fit or else the end of the bed hang on the end the king bed.

The Management...Especially Cerene(?)...From helping with Uber to Dining Suggestions. Cleaning Staff Never Missing. No Spills, Dust, or Trash to Found. The Gym; clean and well stacked with Towels. The Equipment was well maintained and All Working. Computer for guest was easy to use and in an open area, that my husband could accompany me and yet watch the TV , while waiting Peaceful environment setting...

Very friendly and clean hotel. Nice workout room and decent breakfast (not special). Has a fireplace which was a nice touch. The 1st floor by the road can get noisy. 25 minutes from the Georgia Aquarium

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was the most impressive. I was not expecting a full size refrigerator and a complete kitchen set up. When I didn’t make the complimentary breakfast, I had the option to cook my own using the pots and pans in the room. Towne Place is my new “go to” when traveling.

Very good condition overall but the breakfast food isn't good at all. Don't buy breakfast at this place again.

I likes hotel and would stay here again. It's not walkable. The hotel was generally clean and staff friendly. I was disappointed with cleaning staff. There is a pamphlet in the room saying full clean on 5th day and orher than that basics on every second day. I stayed 6 nights and no one came into room to clean. I had housekeeping ask if we needed anythjng twice. I asked for towels and i brought dirty towels to the door. The next time asked them to take trash and i brought them trash to the door. I also asked desk for toilet paper and paper towels since no one came to replace. On day 5 housekeeper came at approx 1pm.We had just brought lunch back so we asked her if she could come back in 30 minutes. She said yes. We left room and left a tip for housekeeping. When i returned several hours later no cleaning was done but the tip was gone. I am not sure if this was a miscommunication with a different language. However, I do not understand why she entered, took the tip, then left without doing anything at all. Dirty towels on the counter and floor and sheets not changed nor was the bed made. I went down to the desk to let the clerk know what had happened and that i was confused why the housekeeping staff took the cash tip without doing anything. The desk clerk told me he would let the housekeeping manager know also said i could have late checkout 1pm. I had 3 knocks on door between 1150 and 1250 from 3 different cleaners. Obviously desk clerk didnt communicate to housekeeping staff

We stayed for 3 days and I was very pleased with this hotel. I am picky in hotels but was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was excellent. all of the staff were pleasant and did a fabulous job. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel looked new. It was very clean in all areas. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Its also in a good neighborhood with shops only a few minutes away. I would definitely stay here again if I was anywhere in the area.

I never got a chance to stay. They said the date I booked for was filled. But I received a reservation for the following week which I could not use. I called the hotel. They said they were unable to help me. I couldn't even resolve the issue of being booked the following week. So, you guys just took money from me, with no way to fix the issue. I was going to stop the payment through my bank, but I was extremely busy and forgot. I feel this is bad business.

we come visit family a lot in Lawrenceville and have stayed in almost all the hotels around the area and this has been our best experience

I loved every bit of it. The front desk was so awesome and very kind. Rebecca was great. The next front front deak attendant at night, which I didnt remember her name came to my room to help with the remote that was not working. I love feeling like my comfort is priority.

Parking and access was a breeze.

Everything was great other than the TV had a short in it. Would not come on. Called the desk and all they could do was apologize. Not sure what the other options would have been, but for the type of stay we had, we planned on a night in watching a movie. Would not come on then would come on, go off, come on, go off. Staff was polite, just a little unhelpful in our situation.

The hotel room was clean. My qonly con is the bed. It was so hard. I tosses and turned all night.

The hotel has cheap worn out mattresses. The street traffic was really loud all night. Both mornings you had to wait for any meat or eggs to be put out. Also the room is very tiny. The resolution which was slow coming from the manager was to let me pay for my stay again but give me a bigger room. I expected more from a Marriott hotel. We just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in North Carolina and it was amazing! Save your money):

Not a very good hotel for long stay because they don’t clean the rooms everyday or every other day. We requested 3 days in a row but nothing happened. Finally wrote an email to General Manager and only that day someone came and took the garbage and changed the towels around 4pm.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Very clean, close to gas south arena, and a beautiful area.

The place is nice but management is TERRIBLE! He lies so much! I didn’t get to stay two nights of the four I stayed. I was promised a refund for those two days and I explained and showed proof of me fleeing a domestic dispute due to the other party finding out my whereabouts and they refused to reimburse me

I would give this a 5 star if they made the beds daily like there competition in the area

A very nicely updated hotel. My room had a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom was very nicely done. My only complaint would be that the room was not very sound proof.

The staff @ the hotel were nice & always friendly. The amenities were great! The location was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay again.

Upon arriving, we were put in a room with a shower when we were supposed to have a tub and we were too tired to try and deal with it. The shower also only has one side covered with a glass pane and the other half is completely open so it's freezing when you shower. Our washcloths were also possibly not clean/fresh. The body wash was also empty in the shower so we had to use shampoo. Our kitchen wasn't cleaned properly and we found opened packets of coffee accessories, a dirty mug in the cabinet, and a couple spots of what looks like blood on the comforter. We also didn't attempt to pull the sofa bed out, but I can't imagine there is enough room to do so or at least not without limiting all walking space between the beds. There are also no trash bags in the trash bins so you can only throw certain things away without leaving a mess. We have been to several hotels in the last month and this is the only one we won't be returning to. Won't let me upload photos.

It is hard to find a decent property in metro Atlanta for a reasonable price this was the cleanest I've stayed in and it had a very convenient mini kitchen with pots and dishes and a sizeable refrigerator. I will definitely be staying here again.

My only suggestion: I stayed in a handicapped accessible room. the toilets in these rooms should be high/chair height....not the standard height.

The stay was great! The checkin process was super easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The rooms were clean and had just about anything you needed; fridge, mini stovetop, iron, towels. My little one slept on the sofa bed which was quite comfy as well. The area was nice and quiet and centrally located to grab and necessities we needed. Will definitely save this stop for future trips. Thank you!

I absolutely loved TownePlace - Lawrenceville. The staff was courteous, the facility was clean and well maintained, and it was conveniently located. My family was in transition because we sold our home and had been waiting to close on our new home. TownePlace felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.

Best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. Flew in red eye and they made sure I could do an early check in so I could get a quick nap. Always welcomed with a smile by all employees at front desk

The room was clean it was the carpet that had several tears and holes in it.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is only a few years old so everything is very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. The shower was so great I could have stayed in it for hours and the bed was very comfortable. We had a kitchen in our room and everything we needed. The only thing we didn't care for were the frozen breakfast sandwiches that were available to purchase (although it's still better than airline food). It also would have been nice if breakfast had been until 10 instead of 9, but that's personal preference. It really was beautifully done and well run. We would definitely stay there again and we will tell all of our friends that's were they need to stay if they are in the area.

It seemed right in the middle of everything

It's a shame because the hotel is really fine, but the thin floors ruined the nice stay for me. You can hear every time someone walks across the floor and both nights I was awakened by the people above me. It sounds as if there is no carpeting in any of the rooms!

The hotel is conveniently located, very well maintained, and staffed by the friendliest employees one can hope for. The one thing that could have been better is the size of the rooms; they are comfortable but small. Not a problem if your plan is to only use the room to sleep in but not great if you need to work while you travel.

Amazing stay. Was there for sons baseball tournament with other families. Used the outside grill area several nights and was great. The only complaint we had was breakfast being available a little later but we managed. Hope to stay again if son plays again near that area.

Weekend stay to visit Atlanta over New Years holiday. Easy access to everything. Full kitchen with basic equipment, large fridge. Comfortable beds, generous amount of towels and toiletries. Good variety at complementary breakfast.

So clean. Everything one could need. The lady at check-in was great. I believe her name was Princess. She for my husband and me and our later arriving son and still later arriving daughter and their families all to be near each other on the same floor. Much appreciated!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a graduation and stayed 4 nights this past May (2022). The hotel is in close proximity to restaurants and strip malls. The hotel was quiet inside and outside. The staff was pleasant. I would’ve liked to have seen signage regarding breakfast. I didn’t see hours posted or any type of messaging about breakfast in the hotel or in our room. I came downstairs about 9:30am one day and all I saw were ripened bananas and yogurt and string cheese in a small refrigerator.
