    Very well maintained and staff were nothing but friendly. Only thing that was a bit less welcoming were signs on posts in the parking lot (at least 15) with big QR codes telling you that you have to pay for parking. I have never seen that in a big open hotel parking lot in a suburban setting. The hotel was in a setting that no one other than guests would come to park. Just add to the cost of room if you must, but just not a good look.

    The breakfast was great. The yogurt machine didn't seem to be working properly and the line to get a waffle was very long, so i gave up. But we enjoyed our breakfast The pool was closed, and it would have been good if we had been notified. My grandson was extremely upset that he couldn't swim. And as I stated before, the line to the waffle maker was way too long. Perhaps another one or two makers would help??

    The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. One of the nicest staffs we have encountered in any hotel. Room was spacious and clean with the extras you would expect from a Home2 Suites. Definitely one of the best stays we have had.

Full size fridge in the room and small kitchen area to hold all our travel snacks. 2 queen beds were amazing and comfortable. loved the option for Netflix login in the room to occupy my kiddos. location is very close to food and shopping. Breakfast was outstanding, different hot/cold options on weekends. Outdoor patio area with firepit seating was a nice touch.     The room was very clean and comfortable. The appliances were new, and there was plenty of space. The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was amazing, with many options to choose from. The only downside was that the pool was closed, but I assume it was because it was not the season for it to be open. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Its in a great location for anyone visiting Midevil Times Restaurant its only a couple minutes away. Beds are comfy and rooms are nice. The noise wasnt nice. Our hallway was very loud with other guests well into midnight. We also had some kids knock on door and run off multiple times. The TV didnt work in our room. My husband tried everything and he is tech savvy. We got in late and left early so it didnt matter but otherwise I would have been upset. The breakfast bar was not that great. A waffle machine. Bagels. Fruit. Cereal. They had potato wedges. It was an on the go breakfast. Ive had hotels that serve big continental style breakfast gravy biscuits, bacon, srambled eggs, the works but this one was small. We only stayed 1 night and doubtful id book again. They also have signs all over wanting you to pay to park even tho your a guest. We spoke to some other guests and it was clear noone was paying. We didnt get towed so hey it was a win. Overall we slept some, grabbed a muffin & banana and hit the road.

We liked our stay so much that we are coming back in a week to stay again. The only disappointment was the pool not being available. It was understandable that it was not open to the public due to the high levels of tree pollen in the pool. It looked like a swamp, and hopefully, when we return, it will be open to public use.

    Property was good. Having to pay to on the property was expected and not appreciated. Had to pay $15 per day at the venue location which we were there for 17 hours. Hotel parking was $11. I complained to the manager for which they waved the parking fee. Sadly, the cost of the room on a non-event weekend would have been almost 70% less. The hotel should be ashamed of price inflation because the ACC Women's basketball tournament was the same weekend.

    Stayed 4 nights. Everything was great! We love the big rooms and the full kitchen. The only problem was the dishwasher didn’t work. We tried to start it before checking out. Unfortunately, we wound up leaving the few dirty dishes in the dishwasher, as we had to leave.

The only issue I have is that they need to fix that other elevator. This is the second time I have come back within the span of a month and the elevator is still not fixed.     The very first time housekeeping finally cleaned our room, they left our door wide open after servicing it. We left around 9–10 AM and came back at 10 PM to find our room unlocked and open all day. This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety issue. Anyone could have entered our room or taken our belongings. For most of the week, there was no housekeeping at all. Towels piled up, the trash overflowed, and the room became unsanitary. It was disgusting to be forced to live like that in a place we paid good money for. When we spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing, we were told that if housekeeping knocks early in the morning around 8:30 AM and you ask them to come back later, they simply won’t clean your room at all.     The very first time housekeeping finally cleaned our room, they left our door wide open after servicing it. We left around 9–10 AM and came back at 10 PM to find our room unlocked and open all day. This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety issue. Anyone could have entered our room or taken our belongings. For most of the week, there was no housekeeping at all. Towels piled up, the trash overflowed, and the room became unsanitary. It was disgusting to be forced to live like that in a place we paid good money for. When we spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing, we were told that if housekeeping knocks early in the morning around 8:30 AM and you ask them to come back later, they simply won’t clean your room at all. That is not reasonable or professional service. Between the lack of cleaning, the safety risk of leaving our door open, and the poor management response, this was a terrible experience. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

    room 230 is located near the laundry room where you can hear loud noises all day and night. very difficult to rest. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. I really didnt have the energy to complain especially since everything and everyone else were so pleasant.

    This place was incredible! Was right by a mall in a really nice area. Place was clean, staff very nice. The bed was so comfortable including the bedding and pillows. I loved the room we stayed in, had a nice view. I loved how quiet it was as well. Breakfast was good too! Made our trip more enjoyable knowing we had a safe place to come back to after being out all day. Would love to stay there again❤️

    I was very cordial and did not give any pushback as I needed to read the policies. I’ve reviewed the policies and found no restriction against compensation or rewards for third-party bookings(also considering that I am a Hilton Honors member). Additionally, the room was not thoroughly cleaned and we had to wipe down surfaces, including the dishwasher. Given that a key amenity was unavailable and the room was not properly prepared, I’m requesting a partial refund or hotel credit/points as a resolution, which something I’ve never done at any hotel. Even though Maria was not rude, I explained that we booked the room with the bathtub amenity because it was my mothers birthday, but she didn’t seem to truly want to compensate for the inconvenience in anyway as I’m sure she could if she truly wanted to. I was not able to think of any justification as to why the last room with a bathtub was not reserved and our room be given to whom ever came previously. I hope management makes a mend. On the brighter side, the hotel was very nice overall.

    The hotel is fine. The disappointing thing is that they charge for parking now. Someone help this make sense! It isn't a charge to the room at booking, but a separate charge upon check-in. This was my 3rd time for putting professional guests up a few nights and I am covering the charges. They are charged for parking! They don't have my card and were told it cannot be charged to the room. Ridiculous! This is not in the city. It's not a convention center. It's Home2Suites in Lawrenceville, GA. Just up your room rates and make the real cost known up front. Really disappointing. What will they charge for next?

    The hotel is clean. My room, however, smelled so strongly of some kind of room freshener (Febreze maybe?) that it disrupted my sleep the first night. I’m not sure if there was a smell they were trying to cover up, or if that’s just how they clean the rooms. On our second night there was a loud birthday party in a couple rooms and the second floor hallway. My daughter was cat called by some of the party guests while she walked to her room, and there were party guests knocking on room doors while they partied in the hallway. This went on until 2:00am. Only after 3 complaints to the front desk did the noise finally stop. The party noise should have been cut off at 10:00, and cat calling other guests in a common area should not have been tolerated by hotel staff. This group should have been kicked out after the first warning went unheeded.

    The hotel is pet friendly, my family did not take out pets, meaning that the cleanness of the hotel should be impeccable. This was not the case. The hotel had a horrible wet dog smell.     Shuttle would have been nice Uber from Hartsfield-Jackson is about $50 so that’s $100 round trip. Parking is also not free at about $11.50 per day. It’s overall not a bad experience just be prepared. Very clean and modern rooms.

    Ok older property. Paying to park trend has made it to outer Atlanta as well. Nothing special but OK to stay. There were tons of out of control children there as well. Staff did their best but parents were definitely lacking in taking charge of their children.

    I was placed in an accessibility room when that’s not what I asked for. Double bed when I was supposed to have a king. The worst check in process I’ve ever experienced
