We had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Sam and Paulin who were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their outstanding hospitality made a great experience even better. Highly recommended

Arrived late to check in and the front door was locked. Call box didn’t work. Had to call the front desk number to get inside. Overall, it was a decent stay. Breakfast was also decent.

My checkout time was for 11am, staff have been knocking on my door since 8am and every 30 mins after while I was trying to sleep. That’s unacceptable, do better.

Great place. Plenty of food in the area. Haruka Buffet was great. Breakfast at hotel was great. Didn’t use pool but looked very clean. Coffee 24/7 from a machine that grinds it fresh and dispenses. Room was spotless and walk in shower. Very quiet.

I wouldn’t let my dog stay here! In town for a funeral so I just wanted to shower, get dressed & head straight there but I couldn’t do that because the tub appeared dirty(which they brushed off as just being old). The toilet handle was broken & later replaced only for the damn toilet to overflow causing piss & water to flood the room. When I contacted guest services at 7:40am was told there was no one available because maintenance doesn’t come in until 9am. And to add insult to injury, when I called downstairs to complain of the toilet I was told that I should’ve only had 3 people in the room because that’s what my reservation stated. I went to that desk with PROOF of my booking showing 5 people & was met with rude & dismissive behavior. I was even threatened to be put out of the property all because they know that property is trash. I had no time once I arrived to pack everything back up & move to another room without missing the funeral service I drove over 14hrs for as I was also traveling with 2 small children. There were people hanging around outside the property & someone in the parking lot sitting in their car at 8:30am blasting music & smoking. There is clearly a homelessness issue in that area hence the property needing to lock the front doors at 11pm & needing to be buzzed in if you come in after 11pm. It was more like a prison than a hotel! Start sharing HONEST reviews & not ones submitted by hotel staff or friends & family of staff members!

Room was nice with a comfortable bed frig in room,and coffee maker. The room had a strong odor of some kind of strong scent,over the top. Bathroom shower door would not stay shut while in use,so water was on the floor when finished. Breakfast was good with different choices.

Did not go to any shops nearby. This was just a relaxation staycation because of the death of my husband a year ago on the 4th of April. Needed to not be at home on that day so this visit of me and my sister was perfect.

My handicap room was great, good on size, was clean, lot's of space The mattress was in a slope you have to turn those king mattress. I slept across the bed to avoid the sink in the middle. The soft sink in the middle. In the bathroom the bench is to low not for big folks and it needs to be clean with comet for the dried skin and soap.

This was my 3 visted to you business. We had to change roons in the mid night. We were on the second floor the room had roaches. I was so disappointed because my other visted was on point.

The staff was great and addressed my concerns. However, I had to get my key card reprogrammed twice during my stay. This is very inconvenient espeially for someone who is mobility impaired such as I am. The system needs to be updated to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

For a night or two if you need to be near the hospital, this is the best option. The staff here has always been terrific. Ms. Pauline at the front desk is great! The place is a little older and the showers could stand to be deep cleaned. But the king rooms with the sofas are spacious and nice.

I stayed for two nights and found the front desk staff to be very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to unwind. While the fitness room could use some improvements, I overall had a pleasant visit.

My husband and I stayed here while a family member was hospitalized close by. We stayed for 3 days and booked each night separately. The staff was very helpful and understanding about our situation and our stay was a blessing as the hospital is only a couple blocks away. If we should find ourselves in a similar situation we would have no problem staying at Holiday Inn Express.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Carpet throughout is really noticeably dirty. Not sure if it was an anomaly but each night when i got back from work pretty late multiple people were loitering in the parking lot. A bit uncomfortable but nothing threatening

Checked in from a day of traveling. The room was very nice and clean. Attempted to take a shower and discovered that the bath would turn on but not the shower. Attempted to turn the water off and it wouldn’t shut off. When I went to the front desk the receptionist was apologetic but was not able to give us an alternate room. We slept the rest of the night with the water still running.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. But the carpet needs replacing and the king suite (with sleeper sofa) was too small for a family of four.

bed is very comfortable, I like the fact they have sink/kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave. I am an IHG member and they were kind enough to give me 12 noon check out.

Overall, customer service was nice, room was okay, but the toilet in our bathroom had a leak that caused a puddle to form on the floor of the bathroom.

The room was out dated. The decor was old and the desk lamp was falling apart. The bathroom is small. Very tight for 1 person trying to shower. It was uncomfortable due to the steam on the mirror and no vented fan to help pull out hot air.

I am a stickler for cleanliness. I always travel with a blacklight flashlight to check the sheets and bedding for stains and bedbugs. Not only was there not a single hair or spot ANYWHERE on this bed, THE SHEETS WERE SOO WHITE AND CLEAN!!! I had to tell the staff, who was extremely professional and courteous, how happy I was with the results of my black light test!! Extremely nice rooms and a staff that went above and beyond what was required of them!!

It’s not bad for the price, just come prepared with drinks or snacks because the snack machine was broken and previous guests stated the same. The breakfast has options that could please some, the water pressure in the shower was definitely the best part of my stay.

The vending machines were out of order or empty. The staff should have notified us of that.

We were at Northside Hospital for a surgery and it was super convenient, reasonable and a very nice room.

The manager lied and acting that she was looking into a complaint that was made by my mother and she never reached out to anyone!!! Unconcerned unfriendly and actually a dishonest women!!! My mom found crack in her room and that what it was a crack motel. Very disappointing my family and I were there for a funeral losing a immediate family member!! They wanted to give 50 percent off of one night out of five for the crack that was found. It’s not about the money but the principle of decency when their establishment is responsible for this being left the room. Either a staff member has a substance use disorder or a customer and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. It was found in the bathroom on the floor. For the Hilton Inn ING I’m sooo disappointed

I didn’t think the access to the property was easy to identify. The breakfast was good but the space was cramped.Otherwise our stay was great!!

When we tried to use our shower door you could not shut it properly and requested it to be fixed which it was not. They did finally move us to a different room but after two days of using a broken door. They knew about the problem when they gave us the room. The two bedside reading lights did not work and that did not get fixed either. Poor maintenance and should not put guests in a room when they know there are problems. We like Holiday Inn Express but this one needs some work
