This hotel was very clean! It's in a great location, close to the hwy and within walking distance to the mall. My accommodations were excellent and I found the bed & linen to be quite comfortable. Every staff member I encountered (from the front desk, to the kitchen and also the housekeepers) were friendly and professional. They went out of their way to assist and to also check on me. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had trouble with the elevator button but when we reported it they fixed it immediatly. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is great. We've stayed there twice this year and will be back. Our stays are family stays.

They don’t even keep a disposable toothbrush, or toothpaste in the room. This is the first time I experienced it. There is an EMPTY small fridge in the room (I expected bottled water in it). I booked the room through a third party, but they charged me $15 when I checked in, for a reason I didn’t understand, no receipt. I was not happy!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and offered suggestions for activities for my kids. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and changed every morning. The dining area was large and accommodated a lot of guests comfortably. I enjoyed having coffee available in the lobby 24 hrs. That was my favorite part of the stay. I would stay here again if I end up in the area again.

We stayed in a suite like room; had a couch area with sofa bed and a tv in there, then it went into the bedroom with a king bed and its own tv. Plenty amount of space for adults, kids, and dog.

We needed a place between GA and NC and this was perfect. Had a super late check out (past midnight) and someone was available to greet us and check us in. Very friendly and professional. The room was spotless. The bed comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and food was good.

50 % of the parking lot was closed off. One of the two elevators was out of service. The ice machine was out of service. The microwave was about the size of a shoebox and didn't heat food well. The refrigerator was so small, it couldn't hold a 1 gallon jug of water.

The only issues I had were the pool was under maintenance while I was there and there were some guests that were quite rowdy in the parking lot making it difficult for me to sleep on my final night, but the hotel couldn't control that.

Remodeled room, quiet, highway access, great shower, beds are hard but I slept well, a/c works great, Marques at the front desk went above and beyond. Still in the remodel process but it did not affect our stay. Pool was closed but we were prepared for that. We recommend Jim and Nicks BBQ and Wise coffee shop in the area.

Seeing kiosk with beverages/snacks, etc. Was unexpected.. very nice. The entrance lobby was gutter out. Not a pleasant experience. When you go away you want to go to a beautiful place. They should have charge less since we didn't get to have a full experience. Our bed wasn't comfortable more less the pillow. The front desk welcoming. Breakfast.

The hotel was under construction, but we were there for a concert at Gas South Arena. It's so convenient for the arena and we just took an Uber over. There staff were all so friendly and inviting. The night time staff and day shift were all so nice and I will be back! We will always stay here, in the future!

The shower was broken, failed to move us to another room in a timely fashion. Gave us down graded room and said no other rooms were available, but during check in another guest was told they did have suites available. When checking out I was told the manager Stephanie would contact us on what they would do to resolve this. She never called. I called and was only offered 15K in points.

Absolutely ridiculous! I have several videos of how loud the construction noise *Right above my room* was. Then the lights flickering randomly. I’m appalled that this place would even let people book these rooms. Nobody was prepared for the misery of that trip! Never EVER again will I stay in a Hampton inn!

I could hear the "peppy" elevator music in my room at night. The TV appeared to be over a decade old and would pixelate between channel changes. The bed was very squeaky. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean enough, but they definitely need to turn down the elevator music and make some updates.

They charge a $15 deposit on a credit card so make sure u bring one. But that’s not bad compared to other places.The front desk lady was very patient with me at check in. The room was not what I was expecting it was better!! I booked 1 king size bed and whirlpool jacuzzi tub with jets!!!! It was amazing just what I was looking for. The bed and pillows were super comfortable!! The free breakfast was good. This will be my spot either once a month or every other month. The price was very reasonable especially for the tub.

Toilet set was very low without a grab bar. Unable to find a guide on the tv remote which made it difficult to find something to watch. Need a charging station with USB ports too. Chair was broken in the room. The right arm was loose and u couldn’t lean back in the chair without falling. Also, I couldn’t find a height adjustment on the chair.

Excellent one night stay! I recommend this property. Very clean, safe area, good free parking, friendly staff. Very close to the arena. I used the Hilton App for a keyless entry and loved it. Breakfast area is very nice although the food is just your basic cereal, bagels, scramble eggs, sausage patties, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, coffee. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had 509. 5th floor and very quiet. Shower had large shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers. Bathroom had a little night light, which I loved! Liked the closet with mirror door bc of the full size mirror. I also liked the large desk and chair. TV needs updating bc is not your thin flat one, but rather those thick flats, but it worked good and it had DirectTv on it with a good variety of channels. Beds were very cleaned and comfortable. Window faced north, to the parking lot (which I liked bc I could see my car) and to the Homewood Suits Hotel. The lobby had a little pantry with snacks n drinks for purchase and they can charge it to your room. For those that would like to know, the brand of their bottled water is Dasani (my daughter is picky and likes Zepherhills; in case others are picky too and would like to know). Breakfast hours were 6am to 10am. Fridge worked well in the room. I enjoyed my stay at this property and would stay again :)

I stayed for my birthday weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Had a very nice stay

Check in was smooth and we had no problems during our stay. We've stayed here many times and the rooms have been renovated since our last stay. Everything was great.

Room was good size for handicapped person. Asked for a shower stool which was brought promptly.

Front staff was very nice. Nice room. Close to mall and dining choices.

Friendly service

We stayed here for a concert in south gas arena. The place is a little far to walk but can be done if it weren’t for the massive under pass and highways. It is very close though and convenient location. Staff were very nice and friendly. Only thing, the shower had hair and soap residue from previous guest. That to me is a NO NO but the rest of the room was very clean.

Staff was friendly, respectful, kind and helpful. Rooms were well made.

The AC was working, but couldn’t keep up. Woke up many times due to overheating and it being stuffy. Breakfast was average.

Friendly environment and staff. Everyone was very courteous, the place was clean. We loved it there.

Cleanliness was great, the staff were very nice as well. I can only disagree with how old and uncomfortable are the beds. Make so much noise too.
