Checked in first room the TV did not work. My room was switched to a room with rust on the floor of the tub. Breakfast I saw mold on one slice of bread, on an other day I saw mold on a English muffin, which I disposed. Exterior ash trays were over flowing and never emptied, during my stay. At the front entrance next the public trash can a box of wine was placed this was observed the morning before I checked out and was not removed by the next morning at my check out.

spout faucet is broke that means when we lifted it up ONLY less haff the water go to the shower the rest go down the tub. Another problem is when you lifted the drain lid it will go down right away. Do not book room 118 till they fix that problems.

The pool was green with algae. TV did not work. Bathroom door would not close. Room was dingy. Staff said facility was being renovated- but there was no evidence of that happening.

Actual rooms were wonderful. Both downstairs bathrooms had doors that would not close at all. The men’s room was filthy. The breakfast was wonderful with an amazing server.

Our car was damaged in the parking lot of this hotel and the manager would not let the Police Officer view the security cameras for his investigation. I would not recommend anyone staying here because if your vehicle is damaged, you will experience the same situation as we did! This was not our fault. We had to file under our insurance policy and pay hundred of dollars out of our pocket, which may have been avoided if the manager would have allowed the Police Officer to view the security cameras. We will not stay here again. Poor customer service on hotel management.

Found a butter wrapper with residual in refrigerator. A clipped toe nail on floor. Did sleep great, staff very friendly, breakfast was good. Great shower, a very comfortable stay. I would stay there again.

I was impressed with all aspects of the hotel. Very nice place to stay and welcoming to my dog.

My initial room was terrible, it seemed like housekeeping just quit for the day while cleaning the room.

The breakfast food was terrible. The sausage, especially. This was below average for a Hampton Inn. The only thing good about the facility was the lobby. Everything else is outdated and overpriced. It would be hard to stay at another one.

The man at the front desk was super nice. The pool wasn't open. It's July, how many months do they need for maintenance? The bath tub was not clean. The room had a bad odor.

I sooo enjoyed that breakfast !!! I had 2 cheese omelettes, sausage, waffle and coffee !! Everything was absolutely tasty ! The staff were very helpful with escorting my wife and me up to our 3rd floor room, it was right by the elevator which is great for my wife (she is disabled). We were able to get in & out at our leisure and go visit our grandson . Hampton Inns can be very proud of their Staff at the Lawrenceville location, they were 'Fabulous' !!! No big deal, my TV remote needed new batteries and the gentleman at the desk brought a new remote to my room !!

I was woke up at approximately 7, 7:30 in the morning to the sound of banging on the wall just behind my head. I was not told, nor was it in the listing that there was construction going on. I was basically dismissed from front desk. No resolution

It is old and outdated. I don’t think they clean the bathtub. There were dirt spots on the bedspread and on the corner of the sheets.

Breakfast was the same thing every day. Sad.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful, but we stayed for 4 days and housekeeping only came once and barely cleaned. There were red stains on the floor that stained our socks and there was an open hole in the bathroom ceiling.

Due to severe flooding in my area I called to cancel the reservation. I believe the gentleman I spoke to was Kain or someone similar to that. He was very hard to understand and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I was charged for the entire stay and did not even get to take the trip because we were under a national disaster in our area. I asked to speak to his manager which he stated there was none he was the only person I could speak to. Overall I can’t say nothing bad about the hotel itself because I never got to stay there. So my low ratings was not bad on the hotel but the service and treatment I received trying to cancel my reservation. This makes me never want to use Expedia again and use my social media platform to ensure my friends there friends and anyone they know does not utilize Expedia either. A business as big as this one should be a little more compassionate when speaking to customers.

This is an older hotel that is trying to be great. The smell tells it all. Some Reno has been done but clearly not at the level of the Hampton Inns that I’ve stayed in before. We had neighbors on both sides that were either partying or arguing. We called down around 1:30 am and Allen working nights came up and knocked on door and told them to turn down the music and they did one notch. Around 2:45 we called again and he came and knocked and they wouldn’t answer him so he left. We got to sleep around 4:00am

Very noisy in the hall ways, room smelled of cigarettes. Breakfast buffet was very poorly kept. This was the worst Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed in.

Majority of staff were friendly. Only one person wasn’t very customer service friendly. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but overall okay. There was no or minimal fruit offered or healthy options available. They did offer coloring sheets and crayons for kids daily which I appreciated. Would go back again and kids enjoyed their stay.

I thought nothing of it until in a conversation with my brother (another guest at the hotel) she told him I was a pain in the A-S-S. I was shocked! She later apologized and said she was only kidding. While I accepted her apology, I told her that if any of my employees had made a comment like that to customers they would no longer be working for me. I later found out she is a MANAGER. I hope someone has a talk with her on customer service expectations. Also one day there was no hot water.

One bad situation was the hotel returned a package stating that I wasn’t staying there the same day it arrived instead of holding it. This was horrible because I never received my package it made my opinion of the staff bad. Why not just hold it for 2/3 days then return it?

Great hot breakfast However, being a pet lover, but don't like necessarily staying & the possibilities of them getting on the furniture, beds,,floors & than me walked or using it afterwards. There should at least be a weight &/or size limits. Beware This is a pet friendly hotel, as most are anyway. Hard to find one that's not "Pet Friendly "

Staff were great..our room however, not really. No hot water in bathroom sink. Towel bar kept falling apart. Sheet would not stay on bed.

When we arrived the room temp was on 78. We lowered it to 68. Left for a few hours to arrive back to room temp of 79. Called front desk and told him the ac was not working. He came and checked and said only the fan was running not the floor unit but the controls were in the wall. Said it should start to cool. 3:00am still 78 on the thermostat. Never had this problem before. Why would you have thermostat on 78 when offering this room for stay?? Ac should have been checked prior to us checking in

The room was not really clean and the tub was so stained. Plus there isn’t much around here although there is a Kroger you can walk too. Would not stay there again.

Our room smelled heavily of bleach and seemed to be very damp . Carpet almost felt damp . Others in our group said they felt their rooms were musty . Could be because we were on the 1st floor.

Property is just average. Location central in an average area. Property a bit setback and secluded at night. Beds were a bit lumpy, pillows flat and breakfast ok with waffle machines not fully functional. Stayed there twice in the last couple of years but will probably stay at another location on my next visit.

The check in was quick and the staff very friendly. However, the shower door came out of the track and the bar on the door fell off while trying to take a shower. This was dangerous and could have caused a serious injury. Thankfully, no injury happened as a result of this poor maintenance.
