We stayed two nights and we very pleased overall. The room was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were helpful. We will stay again when we return to the area.

The location was great and proximity to additional retail was helpful for last minute needed items. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location of the hotel was okay. Ac got cold. The staff was rude. the house keepers walk into your room without knocking, they remake beds and pretend they charged sheets. Even Coffee was left in room from previous guest. You have to ask multiple times for new towels. The TVs only catch 8 channels.

We enjoyed the breakfast but the room I stayed in had a very loose tile that was coming up - it was almost dangerous. The place was clean and most of the staff were very nice. I would stay again.

I can honestly say I wasn't expecting much from a Comfort Inn but this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very very clean and well maintained. The room was well equipped with enough towels and pillows. I was really impressed.

Location familiarity (we’ve stayed there each year since 2019) The water in the shower would not get warm enough(seemed to be blocked from turning on hot water)

The room did not have a refrigerator so I left my leftovers on top of the air conditioner overnight and woke up to ants infesting my food container. They need to exterminate more that should not have happened. Other than that it was a decent hotel.

First room I was given had an odor of mildew carpet it was on the first floor. I asked the front desk to come and verify the smell was what I observed but she declined. Instead they moved me to another room on the 3rd floor and the manager mentioned that he could guarantee this room had no smell. It made me believe they may have known the first room was a lesser quality room and rented it to me anyway. The replacement room was much better.

Bed was a little to hard for my back.

I liked that I was able to make an easy booking and a room was available on the main floor. My rating would have changed but from the moment I arrived, the front desk staffer (Mike Patel) was a terrible customer service rep. Learned he is the general manager so didn’t have anyone to share feedback about his rudeness, unprofessional and poor representation as a front desk person. He never greeted me, only said a few words like “ID” and that I was taking too long paying with my credit card on the credit card machine. Rather than talking, he performed gestures and did signals so that I could read his mind. Again, never said hello, did not display a positive image, never thanked me … noting. Actions and words speak louder than anything and if he is the general manager, wow! After I paid, got my key card and walked away he felt compelled to say a few things under his breath as I was walking away. It prompted me to stop and turn around because all this time, he did not really communicate with me and when he got caught and I asked if he had something to say, he tried to be nice. By then, it was too late and his words felt degrading. As a woman, I felt disrespected, unsafe and unwelcome. Pretty certain there have been complaints against him. I did have to tell him that respect and professionalism is important. Check the cameras for March 19 after 11 pm. However, my check out the next morning was incredible. A lady name BJ was impressive. I am glad my daughter was able to witness the night and day experience. I really hate that she saw the night experience.

Location, gym, breakfast, not a whole lot of people, smaller hotel with decent amenities, it was clean enough The rooms could use some upgrades, my tv wasn’t working in my king suite, went downstairs 3 times before I got a solution. The pull out bed was broken.

The hotel in general was very nice but there were little details such as the faucet in our bathroom not being connected to the sink that stuck out in my mind. The chair in the room looked stained and seemed out dated in general. The staff was great and extremely friendly. This was our second time staying in the hotel so I cannot say that I don't like it. I know that this last part cannot be helped but the only entrance/exit is a bit inconvenient since you have to perform a U-Turn to get to most other places.

The road was clean and it felt really comfy. Definitely worth the money. I checked in at about 10:30 PM. And my checkout time was at 12 PM and it was contactless. I was supplied towels whenever I needed them and the room was well stocked The only thing I didn’t like was we stayed on the second floor and it seemed faster taking the stairs then it did the elevator , but elevators will be elevators, but that definitely does not have any impact on how good of a hotel this was.

This is a nice, convenient little hotel. I love the lobby area and the rooms are decorated in a good style-modern but not stark. It’s cozy here. The rooms are a little older and have some wear, but it was very clean and comfortable. There is less sound proofing at this hotel than some others, but that was the only negative I found. Nice staff too!

The other desk clerk was just as pleasant., I cannot remember her name but she works the desk until Kelly arrives at 10:00 pm. She also was really compassionate about my situation for being there. I was attending my sister funeral. She and Kelly took really good care of me and my family. Thank you both. ❤️

The property and our room were clean, but the breakfast wasn't great. Our bathroom had a missing towel bar above the toilet, a loose toilet seat, and a sink stopper that wouldn't stay up, causing the water to drain slowly. We give this hotel an overall 3 rating.

Called in to see if we can check in before 3 (around 1) they were adamant for a 3pm check in so we waited. After 3 we went to check in and the people at the front desk ignored us for about 15 minutes and didn’t notice us until someone else walked in. After that, 2 other people were checked in and got their rooms before we did. They than told us the room wasnt ready. We then waited over an hour for our room until finally after 4 we got our room. All this while having to wait with 2 toddlers. Truly the worst experience

We were told it was being fixed and also that they would buy ice. 4 days with no ice was totally unacceptable. We noticed numerous drug deals in parking lot. Cleaning was supposed to be every 3rd day but they came on 1st day.

Everything was great, will probably return if necessary. We were there for a medical procedure at Northside Hospital. It was a little unsettling to have what appeared to be a bullet or rock hole in the window. Assume it is on a short list to replace the glass.

I liked that the hotel layout was very walkable, the stairway was internal like a house, and led to the lobby area. The breakfast area was very clean and convenient, with all of the amenities. An absolute life-saver for the late-in and early-out traveler.

A wonderful place to stay! The area was clean, quiet and close to everything we needed. The staff was very gracious and check-in took no time at all. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we look for in a hotel. Even the tv had great channels! There were decaf options for me and a great breakfast. My stay was good and the location was okay. Parking is very tight. . I booked a king suite with a small sitting area. The room was good, decorated well, but it would’ve been nice if the TV was on a swivel so that when I’m sitting in the small sitting area, I can watch the TV.

I did not like it there. The entrance smells and the bathroom floor was dirty. A towel dropped at floor and it was very dirty. The paper holder was not right screwed at the bathroom counter. Elevator was broken.

The hotel is so convenient to the Hospital! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed and would highly recommend. Super clean and also has a nice breakfast!

Nice, safe area. A bit hard to find, look carefully when you turn on the road. Room was warm when entering. Nice and clean. The breakfast was typical. Fruit, yogurt, breads and waffles. They had great herbed potatoes, but the eggs were inedible. Very salty and texture was strange. The coffee was good. All in all a good stay.

It was nice, convenient, quiet, and it had a lot of little necessity places in the surrounding location.

Very pleasant stay! Clean

An accessibility room was booked due to my mom's limitation; however, the slippery floors in the bathroom are not safe unless you put the towels on the floors. The detachable shower head needs a lower level housing for easier reach. There was a large centipede in the tub. The carpets needed deodorizing which gave off an odor and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.
