Not sure if there were drugs or prostitution going on. Cars and motorcycles noise went on all night.

It was a chilly night and the heat setting only blew cool air. No warm air. Fortunately the bedding was thick enough to stay warm enough. The room, while clean, was very “worn” (cracked toilet lid, burnt microwave door, etc.).

I reserved a room with king size bed nonsmoking, and the staff changed it to two beds, and the smell of cigarette was obvious.

Room had no refrigerator no microwave no ironing. Only ice machine they had was broken. Better to stay at 7 11

(faulse advertising) No Daily housekeeping, front desk said once a week only on Monday, heater was working well but room has a lot of air leaks (no weather striping door) that is why heater is not holding, noise the whole night from heater, still too cold. Floor is sharp with the damaged and uneven, can get hurt. Car parking was fine no one break into, 24 hrs front desk and free coffee at reception. No shampoo/conditioner in the bathroon. Price as advertised (thank you).

LODGING SEEMED AS IFNIT WERE UNDERGOING UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS. ALTHOUGH i was booked online, staff seemed nonchalant and prejudiced and placed me in rooms which needed remodeling, extra cleaning. Other than that, i did not like the staff trying to take advantage of booking practices. I did not feel saf3 in my room. I did not report it to authorities as they would not have done anything.

I have never seen so many roaches in my life…..I don’t even know what the housekeepers there do because they damn sure don’t clean. My bed didn’t even have a frame it was literally sitting on cinder blocks. It should be illegal to charge people to live in squalor

Property rooms are decent for the price. The hotel did have a few unpleasant cleaning staff meaning they weren't very nice. The walls are thin and woke up to the noise of my next door neighbors loud 3am phone convos. Aside these inconveniences its quiet a good place for your money!

First, sign I should have left was when I pulled into where the room was located, there were over a dozen people in the parking lot, cooking outside with chairs and furniture and kids playing. As soon as I opened the door to my room and turned on the light, roaches went scattering. I went right to the office, and he gave me a room across from the original. I opened that room, and there was a bug right by the door. I called him over, and he said the bug came from under the door. Excuse me!! Unacceptable. As I sat in my car, I saw another couple go check into the room I was originally in, my skin was crawling, so I went right back to the office and turned the key in. At that point, I didn't care if I was getting my money back or not. I refused to stay there. As late as it was, I got back in my car, drove another 30 minutes, and paid double, but the room was clean and we were safe.

The staff member at the desk is an amazing person. Everything is convenient to our place work. The only thing is that some of the residents have their kids out all night with noise while you're trying to get sleep. All at all, I would definitely choose this place again. Good job!

The room was basic. Just a bar of soap and thin towels. The floors were damaged and uneven. The bathroom door would not close completely. It was a very cheap stay for a quick overnight on a snowy night.

It was clean but the room was old that was fine there were plenty of towelsand the bed linen was also very clean. The bed was also very comfortable This was a deluxe room. It had a kitchenette microwave small stove and fridge. I didnt use them so cant judge room was large. Bad part was I am handicapped can't stand for periods after driving across to 2 states my room keys didn't work. Housekeeping ignored me, key 3 didnt work master keys didnt work after the 3rd time going to the office explaining each time about my difficulties i couldnt even use their bathroom they said i could go across they street to McDonald's,they broke into the room.. internet coudnt connect office not very help full next day keys not working again still no internet was finally able to connect but only at the office once connected at the office it ran fine. Room heat wasnt working correctly it was too cold or like a sana display saying 72 room feeling like 89 at71 starts out warm then blows cold air for hours feeling like 62 in the room nothing in between. I really wasnt looking for much but feel like i got even less. I need aplace with no stairs internet and be accessible.. meaning i could get in and out. Hey they had great water pressure and wonderfully hot water didnt think to take photos

The guy at the front desk when I checked in was very inconsiderate. He also gave me a dirty room. Whether the app or me chose the room. Just because it was a smoking room it should not reek of cigarettes and urine. The beds had no comforters and the thin ones they had on the bed had burn holes. The only ice machine is at the front desk and if you're in the back of the hotel that's a hike. Drive up there. There is a large Rock Weller on site who apparently lives there. Watch out for that cause the owner doesn't look like he knows what he is doing.i will never stay here again. It was a bad experience. I'm moving and my place wasn't ready.

It's a good hotel for a short stay. Very convenient however the room had bugs not roaches but bugs. We couldn't use our microwave because it had bugs in it but beyond that everything else was fine. Comfy beds and hot water but lack of tv channels. Not bad but not great.

All you need to know is that we checked out 30 minutes after checking in. The room was disgusting. It was dirty, there was paint peeling from the wall, handled missing from furniture, and the top of the dresser was destroyed. I didn't even want to put of bag down for fear of bugs getting into our stuff. We literally checked out and left 30 minutes after getting there and found another hotel. They were to refund us, but have not up to this point.

The room contained microwave, fridge and a big tv. İt was clean, staff was kind. 40 min far from DC center. There was no breakfast but they serve coffee in the morning. You can take hot water when you want. There are a lot of restaurant, Macdonald , Starbucks, wallmart, Target, even dollar tree around it. When its price considering, I liked more than I expect.

I walked in and thought at least it smells like they just cleaned it put us in a smoker room that was strong AND I didn’t see any bugs the reason we were here is because the Marriott said I needed some type of paper work for my already paid for booked room but they gave me my money back this was only one available long story short THE BUGS came out you couldn’t turn off a light big medium small roaches RUN STAY AWAY we stayed up for 2 days showed them in person for proof and got our money back as well

I am extremely disappointed to find out that your housekeeping people totally ignored the “DO NOT DISTRUB” sign on my door on 9/5/24. I asked at check-in for no housekeeping service for the 3 nights I would be staying here, this obviously DID NOT get communicated to the housekeeping folks (despite it being noted by the person staffing the desk). I came in from a short trip to get breakfast to find that my room had been entered and my key card would no longer work. The office person reset my key card, and I entered my room to find fortunately nothing had been removed. Trust me, I WILL NOT patronize this establishment again as I cannot trust them. P.S. The sheet on my bed has cigarette holes burnt in it. I am not and have never been a smoker so do not try and charge for violating a non-smoking room.

The photo you showed of this Travelodge Motel was completely different when I got there pool not operating front desk 30 no snacks available concrete sidewalk all broken on the pathway to our room to watch a step. I almost fell twice. Parking lot needs to be paved many many years ago terrible Towels, paper soap in the room tissue in the room no basket for ice in the room two thin pillows blanket

Man at desk said he would change our room if we had not touched anything. By the time I got back to the room my husband (83) had lain down and had the pillows at his head so we were not able to change rooms. At midnight, a bunch of loud vehicles were outside our room with shouting and laughter for about 20 minutes. This area is sketchy so I didn’t dare address the matter with them. Couldn’t call front desk as there is no room phone and I didn’t have the number to call on my cell. This is, without doubt, the worst accommodation we have ever rented. Positive - the bed sheets were clean are roomy, covering the seams of the mattress very well. We didn’t dare use the blanket for fear of bedbugs and as soon as we got home, showered and washed all clothing in hot water and bleach, then put in dryer for at least an hour.

Honestly I had a good time using this motel. Check in was easy. Parking was easy. The motels bed was a little uncomfortable but it was manageable for a night. I love the fact that our tv had Netflix on it. Anyways, if I ever stay over there again I would def use this motel again.

Average condition I thought price should have been maybe $55 with taxes maybe $60 total the TV had limited channels and one light in room did not have a shade which made it unfinished,little things matter and internet in some rooms were down maintenance man had to reset TV set little things had king-size bed in room a positive laminate flooring positive fridge and microwave a positive shower works but water adequate temperature would be nice if hottet

Rooms are always pretty clean but we did have quite a few problems with the key card the last two nights and the door seemed really loose.i mentioned it to someone at night day before I left and he just acted like ohhh well ... Gave me a new key card and it worked so whatever but I didn't feel like he cared to much but when I mentioned it to a different guy this morning he was very understanding about it and even sent someone over right away to check it out. I love that they have microwave and fridge in room beds are decently comfortable microwave is a little small and took awhile longer to heat things but it worked . Not much options on TV choices don't get a lot of channels. But over all they were accomodating and it was comfortable and affordable and near a lot of things. I'd definitely stay again . Hoping to next month but we will see .

Nothing in this whole process was proper. Disgustingly unprofessional and just plain bad business.

I thought our stay was good until I went to rebook and was told I was banned from the property. When I asked why I was told the reason was not indicated. I went back the following date I was told the GM would be back. I asked to see him and he came out and I asked him why I was banned from the property and he had no idea. He said he’d call me later that day and he did not. When I called I was told I had too much luggage. That it too me two trips to get my luggage out of the room. I contacted Expedia to cancel the reservation I made and told him what they said and they were amazed and they paid the difference between Travelodge and the Best Western I was already at which was very good. I would very much like to know who the owner is of the travel lodge.

It was okay for my work week very quiet and sleep well. Went back to SC without any issues.

All was well. Seen a few baby roaches around but that is not unusual for a property that has multiple different people everyday. Was clearly not an infestation so I wasn’t bothered. Very clean seemingly with plenty of food and convenience near by. Will definitely be back.
