    All signs say smoke free but the whole place smelled like weed, lobby hallways rooms was horrible. And trying to get more towels when only 2 in the room and you have 3 people was a struggle. Room had burns in the chair, cabinets and small frig wobbled or pieces missing.

    I liked the quiet location. I didn’t like that one of the lamps in the room was broken ( from the base) causing it to lean and I came out of my room to go get some ice and I was informed that they don’t have an ice machine.

    The worst. The pool didnt work and we was misinformed when we checked in. We checked out a day early and they didnt want to close out the reservation. Then they was suppose to return money back for a day we didnt stay there because we checked out early. Instead of returning the money they charged us the money they were suppose to return. Till this day im still dealing with expedia and the hotel calling every day to get my 108 they were suppose to return and the extra 108 they charge me

    The staff are rude and unhelpful. The door to the room was not working properly. The light would go on but the door would not open. We reported this multiple times and all the manager did was reprogram the card total of 6 times. The property is run down and was being worked on poorly during the visit. The pool was drained and not available as advertised. The wallpaper was being painted over so the halls smelled of paint and there were handwritten signs saying we apologize for the wet paint. The room was dirty. The bathtub had black on the bottom and rust. There was no toilet paper holder. The water pressure sucked also. The free breakfast was a joke as you could have cereal or a waffle. The area where the hotel is located is sketchy and wreaked of marijuana. We saw people smoking were right outside the doors also.

    Unfortunately we lost all our money for our night stay as our rv wouldn't fit in there parking lot . We actually found another motel just down the street with a normal sized parking lot but of course paid out for another nights rate .

    The room numbers are written on paper stuck on the doors.. They overbooked several reservations and gave me a room key to an occupied room. No more rooms were available so of course I'm still waiting for my "REFUND" days later.. Only stay here if you don't have anywhere else to go... 10/10 would not recommend!

    The room was noisy, with neighbors watching tv until 2am. The hall and elevator had a strong weed smell. The phone in the room didn’t work, the TV was out of focus. The ad said warm breakfast, but it only had toast and waffles, with OJ and coffee. We were four guests and they only gave us three bath towels; when we asked for more, the reception said they were going to deliver and never did. We asked the housekeeper when she finally showed up, and she said she wasn’t allowed to. She left without cleaning/organizing the room. We were there for four nights and housekeeping only showed up once. We had to put the trash can out by the door to see if someone would empty it, since nobody was coming to clean the room. Staff was not friendly! Do not recommend and will not stay there again!

    Likely a Hotels.com thing, but my name, my reservation number, and phone number were all needed and after trying each one it was no, we don't have you in our system and me worrying - especially since I had already paid. Just looking at the top glaze there was no possible way I was even dipping a toe in the pool. A shame because I picked this place over a closer one so I could relax in the pool at the end of the day. The business station with the printer - their own computer wasn't even connecting to their own wifi. Thankfully I am a tech sort of guy and got it working after about 15 minutes. I then had to go beg for paper and for the briefest moment I worried she would say no - thank goodness I was dressed in my business attire and she decided to give me some. And again, a hotels.com thing and a trip insurance thing that I bought - but I checked out about 8 am with one night left on my booking and was still charged for it. Jumping through hoops with the insurance and might not get it back. Again, not really a THEM thing, although I did check out early... oh well.

    Several issues with my stay. I traveled for work for :20 years before I retired and this was by far my worst stay anywhere. They lied to me before I arrived by telling me the pool was open when I called before booking. The pool had been closed by the city because of as permit issue. The shower head was so full I rust I couldn’t use it. The breakfast bad had very minimal options. The only stair case was out of order and if the elevator was into or there was a fire and you could not use the elevator you could be stranded. All the hallways and the entire parking lot smelled so bad with weed you need to wear a mask. Several other smaller issues but all combined my stay was terrible. I called Expedia about my stay since I booked through them for a refund, they contacted the location and reviewed my issues with management and asked for a refund and all I got was some extra points on my account. Dissatisfied with Expedia and Sleep Inn and Suites. Never recommend either one to anyone.

    Hotel needs a makeover. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately there were a lot of people smoking marijuana in there rooms and the smell permeates the hallways and comes into the bathroom through the vent. The free breakfast didn’t include scrambled eggs or meat so a little disappointed. Staff was friendly enough. Also the parking lot had several abandoned cars in it and it was improper plowed after the big snowstorm and that limited the availability of parking. It’s also not in a very nice of safe feeling area. Overall 2/5 would not recommend.

    First the staff member was soo rude, we got here and they gave me a room at the 3rd floor, when we got there the key didnt work i went down to the main desk and this guy gave me another room number, i got there and it was a completely messy room… came down back again and told him to this time come with me to check the room, this time he gave me one at the second floor and when he tried opening the room it didn’t work… he came back down and got me a new room which had 2 dirty towels around and one bed had a stain, i honestly accepted the room because i was TIRED. Everything was either dirty, smelled really bad ir falling apart because its too old. There was trash all over the halls and even the food leftovers…

    The staff was very friendly, accommodated every request, and gave us a late check out. Breakfast was good, apples, boiled eggs, coffee, waffle maker and syrup cups, cereal, bread with jam packets, apple juice. Wifi was good. No cost for parking, no need for a parking tag. Elevator worked. cheapest gas in Maryland right around the corner. Things that were not OK: 1) only apple juice dispenser worked. If you pressed any other button, the whole machine leaked water from all nozzles. 2) printer was out of order 3) i went on Thanksgiving, it was cold outside, I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. However, when we got there, pool was closed. It had failed inspection and was decommissioned for whole of 2025. 4) keycard stopped working twice. Had to go to front desk to have them reporgrammed. 5) Biggest issue: We were on fourth floor, and there was a strong smell of weed in the corridor and in our room. I sleep badly, so when I got up at 5 am, no weed smell. So someone on our floor was smoking inside all five night we stayed there. I have a 5 year old and a 16 month year old, so we fixed the issue by blasting the A/C at full power throughout the room.

    I will never stay at this hotel. The front desk person was horrible. We rented a handicap accessible room and the front desk clerk told us we don't look handicap. The front desk clerk proceeded to argue with us and told us to leave his hotel. The front desk clerk should be fired. Please do not stay at this hotel. We had to call the cops because he treated us horribly and refused to give us our money back.

It looked like they had a problem so I decided not to stay and ask the manager who is the owner to give me back my money and he said he’ll have to talk to you all cause it’s a third party Totally ignore my concerns.     We always had to get a new card for the room when returning. Cards did not work, pool was closed. We stayed 4 nights and requested the roomed to be cleaned but it didn't. Check out isn't until 11, housekeeping opened our room door at 10:38am the day we were checking out.

    The pool was closed because the ownership didn’t renew their permit for 2025. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The electric in the bathroom was faulty as the lights were all dim due to brownout, the bathroom electric outlets were only able to power a night light, and if a heir dryer was plugged in nothing happened but dimming the night light. The doorknob stop was pushed into the wall. The interior automatic sliding doors weren’t working and had to be opened by hand. The parking lot had an empty wine bottle next to the fire hydrant. There was a huge cricket on the wall. The breakfast had only waffles, cereal and a few pieces of bread available. No orange juice as the machine was broken. Reccomend you stay anywhere else than this property.

    I had a very bad interaction with the man that checked me in regarding my medical alert service dog. I was out near D.C for a concert and i had decided to check in before the concert and then head over so I didn't have my bags in my car all night. As I was about to leave again to go to my concert, the man that had checked me in started yelling that I had a dog and that I would have to be moved and charged because of my pet. I calmly attempted to explain federal law and that my dog is a task trained medical alert dog and therefore by the eyes of the law is considered medical equipment but he just continued to yell at me and tell me that because it was his building it was his choice. I pulled up the ADA.gov site to show him the federal law and he started svreaming about where her papers were if she was a service dog. It was extremely discriminatory and stressful, and the interaction went on so long that I unfortunately missed the train i was supposed to be on so I was almost late for my concert. The interaction also caused some discomfort when returning that evening and checking out the next morning due to fear of being yelled at once again. Overall not a bad building, but the staff need better training on federal law and customer service

    Newly renovated room with upgraded tv. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets have a high thread count. The down pillows I just sink into. It’s quiet and I enjoy luxurious hot shower and sleep like a baby!! I hope they continue with the upgrades in the hallways.

    Room 310 there was a stinch that would not quit! I sprayed disinfectants, air freshener, perfume and it still fought through all of that. It maybe the carpet or furniture, I don’t know?? But my NOSE is way too sensitive to ever stay in THAT ROOM ever again!

    The area the hotel was located in was nice but that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about my experience. This hotel was terrible, very unsanitary. The room was old fashion and smelled like mildew. And had stains on the sofa & carpets, the sheets on the bed were dingy. The bathroom also was old fashion, the tub had rust around it, the towels & wash clothes also were dingy. The Tv didn’t work it didn’t have any service it read poor connection. The pool was out of service, yet on the website it’s portrayed to be operable. The worse thing about my experience is I asked for a full refund for my two day reservation due to the unsanitary conditions the manager went back & forth with me because she wanted to offer me 1 day back even though I was only in the hotel for 30 mins. After going back and forth for about 10 mins she finally said ok I’ll give you a full refund but I believe she only did that because there was other customers in the lobby and she didn’t want them to hear my complaints. I checked my account around a hour later it showed two transactions 1 for a full refund & one for a charge for 1 night that she made after I left the premises. So not only do they have a unsanitary establishment but they also have bad business ethics. I don’t even understand how this place is still able to operate and I will be disputing the charge for the one night with my bank. This whole experience was unacceptable very unsatisfied.

    I travelled far to check in and arrived and was told the system was down and they could not process my payment so they sent me away. I was beyond upset and too exhausted to do anything about it.

    I drove 4 hours to check in. Just for them to tell me that there system was down and that they weren’t checking people in. So I asked the ladies at the desk what should I do because I made my reservation months in advance and have no where to stay. The lady at the front desk pretty much told me “find another hotel.” She offered no solution which left me stranded in a place where I was only visiting for Beyoncé's concert. I asked for the manager and she acted as if she went to the back to get him then came back out and said “you can find another hotel since our system is down.” Both women at the front desk were unprofessional and rude. So I just found another hotel after a few hotels told me that they were booked. Then I get a notification on my card that they were trying to charge my card (which declined because my card is locked). I contacted Expedia about this and no help was offered on either end which left me pretty to fend for myself. I will NEVER book with this property again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Open smelling Trash can in the Hotel Entrance. Pool wasn’t working , but use it to advertise online, try Gym Machines not working . This is disappointing. Will never sleep here again

    This olace robs people. We arrived to a broke down pool and were told the pool would not be fixed during our stay. The clerk AND the MANAGER told me that he would issue a full refund when hotels.com called them. I followed the protocol he requested and then he refused to refund me. Just stole my money when i didn't even stay at rhe establishment and he guaranteed a refund. Liars, cheaters, theives. Don't stay in this broke down disgusting place.

    Was disappointed that the pool wasn't open. We had my niece with us & that was an amenity we wanted for her & we werent told it was closed. Breakfast was a bit of a let down as well not many choices. The over all stay was good though. Staff was friendly & the rooms were clean

    The elevator was FILTHY!! They need a new cleaning crew. I checked out around 10am and the hallway was lined with TRASH. There was a fowl smell and I was grossed out! That experience definitely is not worth the $104 price tag for one night.

    We arrived at the property and as we were walking toward the elevator to go to our room, we saw the pool... empty. A sign on the door to the pool area said no permit, pool closed. I spoke to the assistant manager, who told me I could not be refunded so we could stay somewhere else and told me that I could not even receive a discount on our stay. He stated the website says that the pool is closed, and I showed him the website where it says there is a pool. We stayed here for my son's 11th birthday present because he loves swimming and loves hotel pools. Needless to say, he was very disappointed. On top of all that, we asked for an extra blanket our first night so our son could sleep. The room we bokked had a king bed and pull-out sofa. The sofa had a fitted sheet but no extra blanket to sleep. The gentleman at the front desk said they're were no extra blankets. Odd that a hotel does not have extra linens for the guests, especially in rooms where linens aren't already provided like in rooms with double beds.

    The cleaning staff does not speak English and refuses to take the trash daily. It’s like you have to hunt them down and beg them to give you clean towels and take out the trash. It’s utterly ridiculous!

    Pool was closed; never said online about it being closed, we went breakfast at 8 and there was barely anything there;no yogurt or milk. Vending on my floor was out of service and had to go to main floor, broken bathroom shower door.

    They charged my card too many times and Im still waiting to see if they are going to credit my account or if I will have to dispute the charges. It needs some serious upgrading. The pool isnt working, the hallways were hot and the floor felt like it wasnt always steady. The ac in the room didnt work the room never got cool even on 60 degrees.They say its a non smoking hotel but man the floor I was on people were definitely smoking.

    Where do I start? The front desk Indian man was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. No eye contact, treated us as if paying customers were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was confusion about the duration of my stay, and instead of contacting me, we arrived to find ourselves locked out of the room and threatened to have law enforcement called to remove us from the premises like common criminals. I am a GOLD star traveler and have NEVER been mistreated in such a way at any hotel or MOTEL, for that matter, in my entire life. We checked out immediately and completed our stay at another nearby hotel. Please think carefully before booking this hotel if you are a person of color, you will not be treated with any kind of respect!

    I was put in a room directly across from one under refurbishment. Loud. Dirty. I was “upgraded” to an equally shabby room with a loveseat. The elevator never came. The tub had rust stains. The carpet was filthy. The TV had zero channels. I have no words for how awful this hotel is.

    There were roaches in bathroom a few times. About six total bugs. There were roach traps so an effort is being made to remedy this condition. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

    The front desk person was rude. Never spoke to me just nodded his head to where i pay. People were in the lobby hanging out when i came and left (same people). There was two roaches running around the bathroom. I left at 11:30. Waste of my money. Sad because i was there when it first opened and it was beautifully ran. Definitely will not be coming back and i plan to tell others.

    The maids were great , morning staff were great , desk clerks were not up to their job . Bathroom was disgusting tub , toilet & floor very poor ! Found dirt & items behind the air conditioner ! The cleaning staff must do only what they can !! Found " dead " rat outside near handicap parking !! Parking lot very dirty & torn up !! The bed was great & no phone near the bed !! Elevator smelled ( people either cooking or other things . We were not too pleased !! Never again will we stay there !!

    My first room had bed bugs, switched rooms and all was good, aside from the run down and unkept condition of both rooms I stayed in. Both suites, I may add. After four days in the second room and washing/sanitizing all personal belongings, the bedding was changed and I got bed bugs again. This place is a disgrace of an establishment.

    Hotel was very clean, just outdated. They could use more lighting in the parking lot for safety since the area is kind of shady. I didn't have any major issues during my stay but it was not very impressive either considering the price. It's not much better than the cheap motel located next to it.

    The bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned, there was hair in it. Also, the cable wire on the tv was loose, and the tv didn’t work. The person at the front desk moved us to a different room which was bigger than our first room however, the tub had rust in it.
