It was conveniently located for me coming from north to DC on the way. The parking was spacious, the room is renovated, and no carpet with vinyl flooring. Window can be opened too. Staffs were very listening and caring which seem to reflect the quality of care in the property. Nothing really I didn’t like.

I did not like anything about this stay. The room has falling apart cracked paint broken furniture the TV barely worked the bathroom was so small the towels didn't match no toiletries i had to go buy things..the pillows were yellow the room smelled the window was broken it was noisy everything about the place was bad

I suspect it was the owner who finally came and I suspect English was not his first language since he was not sociable and took a long time looking at the computer before giving us a room key. The hallways were worn looking but the room was neat and clean, which is important. We only needed a place to sleep and we went on our way early the next day. I would guess it is a family owned place.

The area is wonderful it is across the street from a mall and also some restaurants and fast food places. The only thing about this place is that it is not ADA, other than that lovely place.

It was missing the chair of the office table, the fridge was too noisy it woke me up

The front desk staff were great. Check in was easy. The room was clean and the desk was useful. The linens could of been better as the comforter was small and thin. The big window didn't have black out curtains and the street lights/ parking lot lights entered our room at night. The tv had a lot of channels and kept my husband entertained, lol. The shower and bed were both clean which are musts for our stays. The room and area were quiet. The location was close to everything and off a highway which was great for the festival we attended. We would definately stay again!!

It is a small simple place but extremely convenient with the parking right outside the door but most important when we arrived the onsite worker went out of his way to make sure everything got done right and helpful and convenient for us.

Gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and helpful to customers. Building run down, shower door not level so won’t stay shut, no food available. Price reflects amenities.

They were decent

My room was clean and the staff was great. They replaced my refrigerator in less than 5 minutes. Will stay here again.

Far better than expectations. Comfortable bed, quiet, nice, updated bathrooms. Great value for money. The worst thing was that it took the AC a bit of time to get as cold as I like, but it wasn't really a problem.

Cant say anything negative

Phenomenal customer service, the front desk associates were incredibly friendly, it was nice and quiet, the Internet was reliable and everything was easy to understand! We will be staying here again whenever we are in the area!

Quiet and relax for the night

I felt interaction with front desk staff at one point was unnecessary. I had a friend help me move luggage from my car to my room. I was the only one listed on the room, and the front desk person accosted my guest and warned him against staying long. I wasn't present at the moment as I was placing things in the room, yet when I came out to ask what the commotion was about he overexplained that he was reacting to a situation that happened a week prior. None of his prior experiences are relevant to me or my situation. His assumptions were insulting.

Very nice owner who works the front desk. Older motel that's been recently updated. Good value for the cost.

It is our second stay here. The rooms are very clean and modern. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator. The outside of the hotel does not justify how good the rooms are. The hotel location is very close to restaurants and stores. We will be back in new couple of weeks in the area and there is no reason why we should not stay here. It is a hidden gem.

Owner was horrible to the point I had to leave and stay at another hotel. Extremely rude and should not have any customers moving forward.

Not well lit in entry and lobby at night. The curtain over the window was not light blocking at all! The hallway was very narrow. Back stairs were metal and looked rickety. No frills, older, basic, motel that has had some cosmetic updates. The room was recently painted and floors were updated. Bathroom had been recently renovated. The bed wasn't terrible, just okay comfort wise. The towels were a bit thin and rough.I booked based on a review rating average of 8/10. I question those high reviews. When we went to check our room, someone was laying across the hallway, passed out, blocking our way. I was afraid they had OD'd. We told the night manager who came and roused the apparent guest. They had a key and staggered into their room. Yikes.If it hadn't been so late when we arrived I likely would have left, sacrificing our room fee.

It was a very easy check in. There are no elevators so you have to walk up several steps. Our room was average. The bed was adequate for one night. There were old stains on the box spring mattress covering. The towel to put on the floor was dirty and dingy and still hanging up on the rack. One of the wash cloths was frayed and should of been replaced. One other thing to note is the shower door constantly opened up when showering, so I had to put a washcloth in between the door to keep it closed, this should be fixed. We did use the microwave which was sufficient but could of stood a cleaning. Overall the place was doable for a night or two. The area had lots of stores so it was good for getting what you needed like toiletries and food. Would I stay there again, I highly doubt it.

Comfortable and safe

Comfortable, quiet,clean, excellent for short term stay or long term. Huge size rooms . I never had any issue.

The places in a good location for accessing the area, there are loud parties I think it's from a church that uses the dental building next-door in during the week in nights it's just constant bass.

Clean Door on the bathroom

The room was great and the staff is very friendly. The wifi is kind of slow, but other than that, it's great.

When we first got there, the attendant couldn't find our reservation. We were quoted 3 different prices for the room. The next day the manager actually came to our room and offered a refund of he difference between the price that we booked here and the price we were charged. Overall they took care of the mix up

This property is a great value for the price. Very clean! The owners are friendly and want you to enjoy your stay. I felt safe on the property but would have preferred to have a second lock on the door.

Broken bed 🛏️

Twas a good experience! My stay was comfortable, clean and accommodating. I had to request the use of an iron and an ironing board and that went well. Everything in my room worked (microwave, fridge, bathroom amenities, TV) but wish I was able to keep my air conditioning running while I away from my room so it wouldn't have been so stuffy upon my return. I was out all day. The weather was nice and hot, high in the 80s. I believe there was a sign in my room requesting to turn it off when I left the room. My other minor surprise was that there were no ground level rooms. You either had to walk up 6 stairs to get to the 2nd level or go down 6 stairs to get to the lower-level rooms. They had a community microwave and vending machines in the ground lobby area if you didn't have one in your room. My room had a view of their parking lot, so I was able to see my parked vehicle from my window. I was also able to use my Firestick with their TV. Overall, I was a happy camper, and I enjoyed my stay!

Bedding had old blood stains on it. Surface clean but needed a deep clean

First hotel I have stayed in in years that did not even have coffee and tea available in the morning... really no frills. But great price, and tons of places all around it to get coffee and food, etc.

the definition of Don't Judge a book by its cover! smaller not too fancy hotels can be sketchy but dont let the look of this one deter you. this hotel was great for a short stay with everything being clean and quiet, smoke free and with accomodating, freindly staff. A Family owned hotel that suited my needs perfectly. Can't beat the price point either.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! In no way does this hotel look like a nice hotel from the outside but it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in at this price range. You’ll never find another hotel this nice for this price. I HIGHLY recommend

Room was clean and comfortable, the property doesn’t look appealing at first glance but inside is much better. I stayed one night and it’s close to markets and restaurants and service was friendly and helpful.

This hotel definitely had renovations.. it doesnt look that greaf from outside but the location and the interior of the hotel are great! I will book this place again.

The property does not present well from the outside, but the inside is quite another story. Halls are quite nice and room was even better. We were very pleased with our stay at the Red Crown Inn.

From the outside, it is a bit shady; all paperwork is done by hand. But, the rooms are newly renovated, which is rare in motels. Really clean and nice rooms. There are no smells, and it is all brand new.

Did not extend reservation for another day due to “maintenance”, I don’t really believe that. Also shower is not level.

Overall, it is good value. Nice and clean budget hotel. Floor is laminate. It makes the room easier to clean. Heating works well. It is noisy however. Fridge was noisy too. There was no hot water or coffee machine in the hotel. Overall, it was fine.

Rooms are clean and the facility is quiet. Convenient to grocery and other shopping. Close to major highways, so commuting is easy.

I liked the hotel to be honest the customer service was great. It was clean and the biggest issues for me is there is one entrance to the hotel and that is going through the front lobby. The other thing that was annoying was the internet service it was really slow and as soon as I left I started getting updates and messages. The bed in our room was not that comfortable either very hard and made noise as if it was broken.

Clean, quiet, and convenient to shopping & commute to NARA College Park.

The hotel room was very clean and the room is big. No phone in room so you must ASK while in the lobby for the room Wi-Fi password or else you will be taking a walk back down to lobby. I stayed in suite 219 which had a remodeled bathroom and also slept very well. The only complaint is with the water pressure in the shower is ok but appears to be one of these energy saver so not strong enough for my liking. Although the lobby when your enter the hotel is not most updated; the rooms themselves are nice, quiet and the location seems very safe. Noticed hotel is located next to a church!

the hotel was dirty outside and inn. they didn't have a housekeeper to clean for them. they claimed that they were renovating, and refund to give us our refund.

The check-in process was fine, a gentleman was having some trouble with the computer system but all issues were addressed as soon as possible. The room itself was great! Bed was comfortable and sheets were good quality. The room had clean wood-like flooring, a microwave and mini fridge. The room was exactly as pictured. The place does not look like much from the inside but you can see the place is improving. Would stay here again because of location and my expectation were met for a comfortable stay.

Happy to find a place with inexpensive rooms on a graduation weekend and rainy night when everything else was closed. Will certainly come back if I need a decent room to sleep in and an easy place to park close to DC. Staff was very friendly and made check-in easy despite the hour. Not far from a Starbucks and some strip mall stuff.

Room had grease stains on door and furniture. A/c looked like it hasnt been cleaned or serviced in at least a decade. Room did not look like pictures. Hotel smelled like marijuana. I would never stay here again.

Room was very dirty, found food crumbs from potato chips on the seat of the desk chair, as well as on the carpet around the desk. Other than that, it was ok.

The wall heating units are very noisy when coming on or going off. Both the regular motor sound is very loud, and sometimes there's a high-pitched squeaking when between run cycles. Makes it very hard to sleep. Had a very loud neighbor the 2nd night, across the hall from me. He was on his phone loudly for almost 2 hours, from about 6am to 8am. It look a long time for the hotel staff lady to tell him to be quiet. It was only after the 2nd time I told the staff, that they said something. Just one lock on door. Check-in process is very long. Found a couple hairs from past tenant. One on washcloth. One on the bedsheet. Would probably look elsewhere next time.

Wonderful property. Doesn't look like much on the outside but rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Large shower. Excellent and friendly service. Outstanding value.

Pros: price, location, clean, easy to get to, comfortable (for what it is), good A/C unit, lots of electrical outlets throughout the room, very inexpensive vending machines, good shower water pressure (high shower head for tall people like me!) Cons: no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no complimentary shampoo/conditioner (small bar soap only), ***bathroom mirror is way to low (top of the mirror was below the height of my chin-view in the mirror was from my armpits to my knees unless I significantly leaned over/crouched down... good thing I didn't need to shave!).*** Noisy floor (sounds like the faux hardwood flooring wasn't installed properly... it would flex noisily) Other: microwave and toaster oven available by the vending machines. Ice bucket in room, but I did not see an ice source (didn't go looking for one either, sooo...). Quite a few stores, places to eat and gas stations in the immediate area. Overall, I had a good single night stay... I didn't expect much at this price point... I just needed/wanted someplace to leave my stuff, sleep and clean up while I attended a couple area events. All said and done, I would stay here again since none of the cons were deal breakers (although the bathroom mirror thing was a nuisance).

Front desk guy was very nice, room looked to have been updated recently and for a lower end place was clean and refreshing. Outside of the building was rough, when we parked I found a needle on the ground and pill bottles thrown in the bushes. We were going to a concert at MPP and it was a quick 20 min drive.

Didn’t stay contacted your company and the hotel who agreed to give me my money back because your site booked me in the wrong state and still have been charged and no refund issued.

Hands down, best motel that I have ever stayed at. The concierge named Sameer that was working that shift made the whole checking in and checking out a breeze. Very attentive and well mannered. Everything was clean and organized.

Ac does not work properly. Went to went desk about Ac not working properly. Was advised that is how it is the ac comes on and off and will not cool room properly. They reported the owners set it up to work like does. No offer to change rooms. Decoded not to rent additional nights after that discussion.

This place is great. Very friendly staff. They escort you to your room make sure everything is great. Very clean. No microwave in room but one available. Parkin is tight for trailers. But its doable. Highly recommend. Thanks guys your awesome.

This was actually the second time we have stayed at this hotel and were surprised that the front desk staff had remembered us from last year! The rooms are clean and quiet, perfect place to stay when visiting DC which is about 30 minutes away.

Very nice, felt safe good price for area. In the future work on parking lot and building looks a little old. Its not run down just looks like it could use sn update.
