Clean. Some of the staff, could not communicate well in English. Some of them had heavy accents. The telephone in the room was not in working order. The stopper in the bathroom wash basin was not working properly, and water was not draining.

Convenient, clean and quiet. Also very close to my event location . The staff was courteous, professional and helpful. That i couldn't stay a few more days.

The property walls and carpet looks ancient, they could do with a renovation. The breakfast is terrible, I have never stayed in a hotel where you get served with disposable cutleries, the food choices were limited, after my first night I avoided breakfast. I had to ask for a room change as I saw insects and finally killed a roach and took a picture for evidence. I was bitten by something as well. This morning I found another insect crawling on the window I took pictures but as I was leaving today it didn’t matter. I made a mistake booking this location as I saw and affiliation to Marriott and assumed it was a proper hotel not knowing this was just a Motel. The staff were helpful and switched my room on request.

The cleanliness was a big fact. Also asked for some items but never received them. However, the staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast options were great. They were very accommodating.

I didn’t like the customer service. There was one friendly concierge, but the concierge at check out was not friendly. I also didn’t like the bathroom. It looked like there was a leak and it was patched up in the bathroom.

Our stay was by no means exceptional, but it was good for the price. The hotel was fine, although a little dated and in need of a facelift in areas. Breakfast was not quite up to the standards of Fairfield Inns we have stayed at out west. People were friendly and helpful.

Beds were too soft to sleep on exhaust system in the bathroom was not there so when so the mirror got so foggy in the room and also when somebody went to the bathroom, it would have a really musty smell. I hope you understand what I’m saying overall, it was not a good experience. I was there for my father‘s funeral because the funeral home was close by otherwise I wouldn’t come there again

We had four hotel rooms. We stayed there because of a funeral. The exhaust didn’t work or actually there was no exhaust in the bathroom after a shower got really really musty. Beds were very uncomfortable. They were too soft. We were there for today two days and we did not get our coffee filledBathroom. One of the rooms had no shampoo in the bathroom the most thing that really bothered me about this hotel was there was loud music coming from outside while we were trying to sleep because had to go to a funeral the next day.

There was loud music coming at night when we were trying to sleep. We were out of coffee creamer, sugar even when we stayed the second night there was no conditioner in the bathroom for the hair. There was no exhaust system in the bathroom. Everything got fogged up. it was kind of wet. It was yucky.

I reserved a king and got 2 queen beds. Rugs and room smelled damped and dirty. There was no ventilation in bathroom. Mole on ceiling and vent that did not work in bathroom.

Excellent staff! Very responsive. Front desk associate Camille, was outstanding. Place was very clean. The exercise room is extremely small (4 -person capacity). This is what warranted the 4 star rating. Breakfast was good, room was a a bit small. I would recommend.

Great placeto stay. Rooms were good. The only thing was my sons car window got smashed in along with another guests car. Not the hotels fault but pretty upset about it.still never received my full refund. They comped the room but money is out in limbo somewhere

It was decent, the breakfast area was a little tight for getting food. The selection wasn’t as large as other hotels but it was okay, they had eggs and sausage patties, bagels, English muffins, make your own waffles, apples, oranges and yogurt. The dining area had plenty of tables and was spaced out decently.

I don’t recommend this hotel - especially not for an extended stay. Disappointed in the lack of detail by the housekeeping staff. They need to ensure that the refrigerators, microwaves, and lamps are very clean. These are all apart of the room. While there, a few cars got broken into and I know someone went through my car. The hotel is not in a good neighborhood. Also, I saw a roach climb up the wall inside my room —which was the last straw and prompted my departure.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s not in a good neighborhood. While there, several cars were broken into. Also, I found a roach crawling up the wall. Housekeeping and maintenance here are subpar. They’re not meticulous and hang towels and shower curtains with strings on them - instead of cutting them off to have a polished look. The fixtures in the tub were coming off and not sealed to the wall - my tub had rust stains inside the tub. The beds need to be made better. The base of the lamps need to be cleaned. Overall, their housekeeping and maintenance manager is not doing a good job. These things are easy to fix with care and more attention to detail. It’s not a place I would recommend.

I had a procedure at a nearby surgical center, with follow up appointment the following morning, hotel was very close less than 3 miles away. Very great option to stay in the area.. well rested safe at this point.

Ran into a "tipsy" person on the elevator after I checked in. Some noisy people in the room next door and slamming doors in the middle of the night. But, none of that is stuff that the hotel can control. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Decent area.

Good stay. Good location between Bmore and DC. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Good amount of parking. Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was simple. Cleanliness was good. Property felt a bit older, but was still in good shape. Would stay again.

Our bathroom was flooded as the shower curtains were smaller than bath tub called front desk no one showed up until an hour and gave extra towel to put on floor the breakfast lobby was small and noisy

For a marriot brand hotel it is way below expectations. From clogged bath tubs to evident lack of cleanliness, I would not recommend anyone stay here. Thought i would get some relief from visiting the pool or gym but the pool was also dirty and the gym just was not a gym. No space to workout at all, and really only one person at a time could be in there. The usual highlight for most is the breakfast but honestly the only thing worth coming down for was the bacon, but how can anyone mess up bacon. I appreciated the safety of locked doors at night and the location plus how kind all of the staff were but thats not what anyone looks forward to for a hotel stay. Will not be returning.

The front desk lady was very professional and courteous. The checking in process was fast and very informative. Enjoyed the amenities on the property. Especially the breakfast, food all fresh and cooked to perfection!

The whole stay was excellent. Of particular mention is Marlie at the front desk. She was dealing with the Microsoft issue and maintained a very professional, positive attitude amidst difficult customers.

The housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning our room and providing fresh towels daily upon request. The Cons: The room we had was very warm despite setting the control to the lowest setting. The building is showing wear and tear. Limited options for breakfast. The fitness center could use some updates including fixing the treadmill, or switch out one of the treadmills for an exercise bike, and more free weights to select from. Overall a decent stay.

Property was fine. Breakfast was well stocked and the people working the breakfast were very friendly. Poo is only open til 8pm which is annoying and also Expedia said there was a hot tub and this location there is not one. We were very disappointed about that.

Location was key and conveniently walking distance to major shops and restaurants. The free breakfast was an added bonus good selection, clean space and plenty of room for solo and family travelers.

The staff was quite helpful, warm and welcoming. Everyone seems quite accessible and conversation with every staff member we met was easy to have. Housekeeping crew was top notch and accommodating as well. Definitely will stay there when im back in the area and recommend it to friends as well.

This hotel could definitely use some renovating especially to the bathroom. A lot of the hotel guest slammed their doors so it was super loud and annoying throughout the night. Definitely recommend installing something on the hotel doors so that it doesn’t slam shut.

Very friendly staff from when we got there. Very convenient to many restaurants, especially Mid Atlantic Seafood which was right next door. Food was excellent. The breakfast was very good at the restaurant. Would not hesitate to stay there when we go back.
