Great hotel but you have to tell them to service your room daily. Didn’t leave coffee or coffee cups 1 day. Otherwise great stay.

Location of my room to my where I parked my car. My room smelled like wet dogs and the carpet had old urine spots from past dogs stay. My room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator and my coffee maker didn’t have any coffee. For the amount I paid for one night stay breakfast should’ve been included. Did not sleep well do to the odor of my room.

The stay was great. I would recommend it for anyone to stay. The breakfast was good and people was very friendly. Very safe place to stay. The room were comfy but didn't like we had ask for a refrigerator it took forever to cool and had to go down stairs to use the microwave to heat food. The bathroom were quite small. The staff was professional at all times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree Hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The warm oatmeal chocolate chip cookies were absolutely delicious and a wonderful treat. Thank you for providing such excellent hospitality! Have an Amazing Day on purpose!

Johnathon the chef was an amazing all around helper! The shower was good. Rooms were clean and check in and out was simple. There is no pool. There are not many places near it. Coffee was not worth the money. I really was a good place to stay a night or 2.

The facility is very clean, spacious, beautiful ambiance and much more. The bar attached to the facility makes it even more interesting.

Rooms are smelly and outdated. Holes in the wall. Very old and stained carpet.

The staff were very polite, helpful & passionate. The room was clean. I just wish breakfast was included. I also wish they had a mini fridge in the room. I will be booking to stay again in a couple weeks.

We were on the 6th floor and immediately noticed that the hallway carpet while plush and updated style wise, it was also a tad worn and not too clean. The room carpet was the same. It room was musty and felt damp…the musty smell did improve with the AC on consistently but did not completely go away. Hotel itself felt worn and needs updating. Staff were great.

The hotel manager Kristine contacted me and gave me $25 credit. What a joke. Staff and rooms not good. Not to mention its $3 for a coffee in the hotel. I could go further into detail if needed. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

I really enjoyed the warm hospitality of this hotel. The receptionist at the front desk kindly gave us complimentary delicious warm chocolate chip cookies. I was deeply touched by her kindness! I highly recommend this hotel.

Expedia never sent in the registration so it took 1.5 hours to check in. Room was clean except for clogged dirty toilet that was left.

We stayed for 3 nights during a hockey tournament. Check in was easy. Plenty of free parking. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Will stay again if in the area.

We checked in late (around 11pm) and missed receiving our cookie, but the gentlemen who assisted us in checking in was so helpful in putting our family rooms together. This property could use some updating, refreshing and repairing, but overall was clean. We were sad that the buffet breakfast wasn't available. Only a continental breakfast (Tuesday morning). We ordered a little something for our grandson off the paying menu and us adults had some coffee and we ended up grabbing some Dunkin Donuts sandwiches before jumping back on the highway to carry us adults over to our next stop. $16.95 for breakfast is never going to happen - that's crazy. The trim in some of the rooms is completely beat up. The hooks in our bathroom were falling off & unusable. Could use minor maintenance attention.

This hotel had an unscheduled full on dance party in the lobby right outside of the guest rooms. Management could not be bothered to quiet them down or make them leave and offered no accommodation or remuneration for the inconvenience and rudeness

Ice machine. Spacious room. That is it! Very small, like for small children - toilet. Too low to the floor - toilet. We are senior citizens so this hurt our knees. Very poorly attached seat on toilet. Breakfast was just like free breakfast at Hampton Inn, but not as tasty. Not worth money at all.

First time Hilton stay, requested a standard room, the carpet was well worn, pest running across the wall, problem with wi-fi connection, we were not happy with the stay.

The breakfast was awesome, i recommend anyone to add it to your stay. The staff goes above and beyond to serve you and the are was always clean. Parking is very easy and accessible, even for handicapped guest. Rooms was very tidy and clean.

We chose this hotel for its convenient on/off location to I 95. But it turned out to be a friendly, quiet, clean and comfortable stay. Loved the Tex-Mex restaurant and the breakfast buffet too.

Its an older property so you expect some deficiencies, like worn carpet, stains on carpet etc. But the big ball of hair in the shower was just poor cleaning. That set the whole tone for a Lysol run and cleaning it myself. Still decent for the price, location but YEAH that one was a buzz killer.

the room was terrible and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. 2,5 at best. the hotel had a party going on until 2am and we could hear the music loud even on the 4th floor. complained and staff said everyone is complaining, what nothing i can do.

I booked this specific hotel because it had breakfast. When booking I made sure that breakfast was included with my room choice. Once I got there, the lady approached me while I ate and asked if I had the breakfast add-on. I said I selected to have breakfast included in my room fee so it should be. She came back with a receipt saying it was not added to my room and I needed to pay right then and there. It was only $17 but for the scene that was caused and the pressure to pay while I was eating left a non-pleasant taste in my mouth. It wasn’t about the money, it simply could have been added to the card on file.

I had a medical procedure in the Baltimore area, with a 5 AM call time to arrive at the facility. The staff was wonderful, accommodating my late check-in, and I was able to have a successful procedure that morning.

The receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. I was pleased I was able to check in earlier than initially stated. I entered a tidy room which is always expected, but not always delivered.

The staff were polite kind, and helpful. The restaurant needs to upgrade the wine selection. Every room should have a refrigerator. The hotel needs a pool.

Too bad this stay wasn't as good as the last--I hope they replace the mattress and check the shower drains more carefully.

We were there for my niece graduation/birthday celebration. I truly enjoyed my stay. The bed was so comfortable. Didn’t have any problems falling asleep. The staff were friendly. And the breakfast was great.

Odd room layout. Way overpriced! No breakfast included at that price was ridiculous!

I couldn’t sleep. It felt like I was being bitten by fleas all night. The staff was not very welcoming. I stood there for a few minutes before they said a word to me. Didn’t give me a cookie. Not on the same level as other Doubletree hotels.

Great location and easy check in. Clean comfortable room with exception of toddler height toilet.

All the staff are great specially in the breakfast buffer in the morning, all of themare always on top of everything

The property was very nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, but my only complaint is that they install adult commodes in the rooms. The commodes are small and very low to the floor. They are definitely not for adults! Other than that very nice stay.

Yes, when checking in the receptionist charge my credit card twice for the same room, I try to get this situation fix all weekend my weekend was a is disaster do the fact my account was left in the negative im still waiting for something to happen a refund will be appreciated. Thank you

There was dried blood on the sheet, the staff happily replaced the bedding. The ceiling was peeling due to the visible water damage. Overall the staff were very nice & the warm cookies were a great welcome gift.

The property was nice but can definitely use renovations. Remove or replace the carpet which you can smell as soon as you walk in the hotel.

Every time I visit the Doubletree Laurel, MD the customer care and service is exceptional!

We stayed at the hotel for over a week. We did not like the idea of them not doing housekeeping the entire time. When we do ask for items we were met with not happy faces as if we were asking for too much.

This was not the usual Doubletree. It was dated, water would get cold while showering, no hosekeeping services even upon request, door jammed for the bathroom and TV stopped working on the last day. My experience was not the greatest.

I use to work for DoubleTree in the 90’s. They have always been my favorite reasonably priced hotel. I am glad they still have the cookies. This is the only hotel I will stay at when I’m going home to visit. There was a Jamaican lady that checked us in. She was very pleasant and welcoming.

Great. I had asked for room service which they mentioned I was late in requesting, but they will try. And when I came back in the evening, it was taken care of. Much appreciated

Very nice Hotel and staff. Shopping and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes driving time.

Nice staff, comfy bed, minimal amenities, 'park at your own risk' signs in parking lot.

Overall, it was a good place, had trouble with my TV about 1015 at night and they sent somebody up there who immediately fixed it. Quite impressive.

I paid for a king size mattress, came in and said only queens since all was taken. I asked if they will change the price. Front Desk representative said no its all the same. I do not believe that becuase i booked pnline and sw the difference in price. I had no choice but to stay there since i was extremely tired. That is not proper way to have that kid of service and paying for the wrong kind of room. Not happy at all! Waste of a lot of money.

Upon checking in, the clerk gave us a room that was being occupied by another customer. He appeared to be unfazed and nonchalant. When checking out, the clerk acted as if I was bothering him. Im not use to this type of customer service. Im use to the clerks being very nice, speaking as you enter the hotel and passing by the front desk.

Easy to get to off I95. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. A good choice.

When I booked the room, I paid a surcharge for breakfast, however, when I got to the hotel, I was told that breakfast was 18 dollars a person. The shower in the room was elevated with a cloth shower curtain so when the shower was used, a huge pool of water ran down to the sink and toilet which made the floor slippery and dangerous. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable.

This was a great property for my short weekend trip. Restaurant on site and gas station right next door. Very clean and great staff.

Ho-hum hotel, looking tired and in the middle of nowhere. Room was in need of updating and the toilet leaked with a seat that moved around, No complimentary breakfast. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
