The Jacuzzi was closed. For being a casino there were a lot of bar stations but only one open in the early morning. The pool was extremely hot. Ya granted it is hot but they should have it thermostat controlled with as long as they been open. No one wants a bathwater for pool. There is no point. It is so dirty you can see the filth on the sides. No good food options untill eleven when it is time to check out. The dinner at the all you can eat buffet was so gross I can barely swallow the food. Laughlin sounds exiting for a vacation or birthday, caution with care. 😂

Riverside Resort is a good place for elders, and young children. If you are a person who looks for nightlife, Riverside Resort is not it. My room was no different than a days in room, with the exception of a small sofa(2 seater). I guess because of the sofa, it was considered a "mini suite". Shower water was good and noisy, lol. Front desk was helpful. Sportsbook is right next to the bowling alley. Food selections are okay. I would recommend the Prime Rib Room(about $30 plus tax). Just know, you only get one serving of prime rib.

easy check in, room was spacious and clean...the only thing was the sliding view window was quite dirty, unable to enjoy the view 100@ there was Pidgeon poop on the balcony so unable to go out to enjoy the view that way also. Although there was shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. there was no body wash or hair conditioner, and only one tiny bar of soap to use for hands and shower! those were all minor complaints. Overall the room was comfortable and our stay was very pleasant

Rooms are really outdated and could use an update. I tried to add an extra night but the staff member said I couldn’t since I made my reservation through a third party and would be changed an additional resort fee. Which you would think they would want rooms filled instead of being vacant. Ended up staying elsewhere for the remainder of the night

Very nice view of the Colorado River from our south tower room and the adults only pool was great . We also saw a movie 🎥🍿 for $6

This hotel was great. We met great people & had a lot of fun. The casino, views, and pools were wonderful. We went bowling, gambled, rented jet ski's, drank at the pool bar that overlooked the river and even fished a little. We had a great time & will definitely be back. WAY BETTER THAN VEGAS!

clean,..not happy that the $100 added room fee that was not supposed to be charged to my card was...so now I have to call casino and get charge removed.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful especially at the adult pool.
