STAY HERE! I was having a hard time finding somewhere in the area to book that wasn't a motel or completely unaffordable, and the Sea Spray Inn absolutely blew me away. The location is perfect, one block away from the beach and a block away from restaurants and bars. The room was great, the king size bed was memory foam and better than my own bed at home! Even the couches were comfortable. The sheets, towels and pillows were soft and good quality, everything smelled clean and pleasant. The pool was warm enough to enjoy at night and early morning. The ammenities are awesome. We had a late flight out so we were able to check our luggage and still use the pool and beach chairs, as well as a shower and bathroom in the free laundry facility after checkout. Gettting around the town was FREE in the little electric buses. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, 4 days was not enough we will definitely be back. This has been one of my favorite stays ever.

This is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is across the street from the beach, very easy access. The kitchen has all the cooking supplies you beed to cook a full meal which helps keep cost down. The pool is small but very clean and warm. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a. Nice bbq. This waa my third time staying here and I woukd definitely come back

Check-in was great. Cindy gave us recommendations and walked us up to our room. Pool was very nice and clean. We can confirm you do get a teddy bear. Beach access is wonderful and walking distance to restaurants.

Just a great place to stay!

We just finished a stay at this property and had a great experience. Location was amazing with restaurants, beach, stores less than a block away. Room was an adequate size and was clean and management was present at any time to make sure we had everything we needed. Pool was comfortable and clean. Great stay at this location!

Absolutely the best place I've ever stayed. From the first greeting by Cindy to the checkout process, the Sea Spray Inn is outstanding. The studio was white glove clean, room was very quiet (never heard my neighbors), had everything I needed (inc beach chairs and umbrellas), and was a short walk to the beach. This will be my new "go to" place to stay when I travel to S. Florida.

We have definitely found our place in Florida! Great small hotel, amazing staff, walkable to downtown and such a great stay! We will be back!!!

The reef for snorkeling/scuba diving is literally across the street. Tons of shops/restaurants a block or two away. Comfortable, quiet, laundry on site (free). Chairs and umbrella for beach use available. Staff excellent at check in and out

Comfy and quaint! I couldn't recommend this place enough, a little slice of paradise.

It's the little things that they do for guests that will make book them every year. Little snacks, water, even coffee! I will always stay here when visiting!

After four previous Fort Lauderdale trips for beach swims and nice restaurants, Sea Spray Inn will be my permanent hotel for so many reasons - friendly staff, beautiful pool areas, rooms cleaner and updated better than any Hilton or Marriott, perfect location to walk 70 yards and be in the ocean, no traffic noise, etc. Cindy at the front desk is so nice and gives you the local scene lowdown.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Spray Inn. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that was clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and relaxing. The location is quiet and convenient for beach and dining.

The property was clean and supplied everything that you would need for a beach getaway. The staff are nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the place.

Excellent choice. The property owner actually called me at home in Canada to make sure I was going to get there and have the after hours instructions perfectly. Everything was clean, The pool was good as well. Nice spot.

Had the most wonderful time with the place being near the beach and dining options. There was no need to ever use the car with the hotel's proximity. They were renovating the pool when there, which was a negligible inconvenience that did not detract from the experience. That just means they will be better when I return.

A true gem in LBTS, so well located and just such a clean and well managed place. Hope to get to go back soon!

Clean and comfortable

This was our first trip to Ft Lauderdale- we absolutely loved our stay Sea Spray Inn! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, the pools were great, and every employee we encountered was so pleasant! We will definitely be back!

The coolest part was the kitchen and refrigerator, which really made dinner and lunch a no brainer. Another great perk is having apartment style living that’s really private—you totally dont have to deal with running into other guests at all.

Fantastic stay in Lauderdale by the Sea at the Sea Spray in. Fabulous location walkable to the town square where lots of eateries and shopping were found. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition, the grounds are well kept, and the amenities were plentiful. Would highly recommend a stay here!

The property while older is being maintained and updated beautifully. The rooms are super clean with everything that you need. The grounds are lush, great BBQ’s and nice pools. Beach is only a half block away and the inn provides back pack chairs for the beach.The management and staff, in particular Cindy are so helpful, warm and friendly. This is now our #1 choice of places to stay in the area

My wife and I stayed at The Sea Spray Inn for 3 nights and it will now become our place to stay when in Lauderdale by the Sea. Cindy the manager was wonderful, showing us our room and its amenities and an overview of the property. The room was clean and bright. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Outside the room were table and chairs overlooking the pool (with a nice partial view of the ocean,) We grilled dinner on the gas grill which was immaculate, (and a Weber Genesis!). They give you beach towels and chairs and there is free laundry on premise also. The location is a few minute walk to great restaurants and everything Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. Sea Spray is a great value and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to return!!

The staff was absolutely amazing! The little apartment was extremely clean and fully stocked, including a little goodie basket and two waters in the refrigerator. The pool was clean and the grounds were kept extremely clean. Would highly suggest this place and would stay there again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Sea Spray Inn was charming and conveniently located to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops.

My friend and I came to Sea Spray in for the first time during the 4th of July holiday. Cindy and her staff are amazing. This place is a great location relaxing location very close to the beach. Our condo not only clean but cozy as well. We will be returning for sure.

Cindy and her staff are absolutely fantastic. The Sea Spray Inn location is perfect for LBTS! 50 steps to the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaurants and the City Center. The room was clean and updated. Very comfy bed and the shower pressure was very strong. Also the 2nd pool has lots of shade if you like that!

This is a quaint facility. We have a family of 5 and it was great. Beach access was across the street and many nice restaurants and shops one block away. There are also convenient stores, adult beverage stores, and grocery stores all around.

Great location. Fast and efficient check in. Manager Cindy very friendly and professional. Gave us a personal tour of the property helped with luggage and made us feel comfortable and at home. Rooms were large and very clean. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to go back. All staff friendly and courteous.

All around well run. Management obviously cares. Little things like designated parking, big pieces of soap, large fluffy towels and on and on, just well done in many ways.

Another outstanding stay at Sea Spray Inn. This place is so comfortable. The rooms are well equipped, the beds are super comfortable and the area around the pool is very clean and very inviting. Lovely place, very welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Very relaxing time spent here and very good location for the centre of Ft Lauderdale by the Sea and the beach.

We stayed in a studio suite and the bathroom and kitchen are small but well appointed. Definitely a 5 star!

This is a smaller property (based on number of units), but it has everything and is located in a great spot in Lauderdale by the Sea. We had never been to the Fort Lauderdale area before, and this is more than we hoped. Thanks for everything, and we will see you again!

What a terrific hotel. From arrival to departure a pure pleasure. Staff is accommodating and friendly. They have two pools to choose from. One is pretty much directly in the sun. The other is a little more secluded with palm trees and a hot tub. The place is clean. It is safe. It's one block from the beach and one block from all the beach bars and restaurants. Our room was clean and updated. There is pretty much nothing i can say in the negative about Sea Spray.

What a gem! We had such a wonderful stay. Debbie was so welcoming and personable. Joseé was an amazing communicator and so helpful. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. I will be back as soon as I can get there!

Right in the heart of laudersale-by-the-sea. A few steps from the beach, the hotel has chairs and umbrellas to use free of charge, 2 nice pools when you need a break from the sand and is walking distance to so many food and entertainment options

I go to this part of Florida a couple of times a year, but this was the first time it was just my kids and I, and the first time I stayed at this location. Based on the glowing reviews, we expected better. Be aware that there are three distinct locations adjacent to one another. My kids and I did not stay in the location represented in the pictures, even though we did have access to the pool shown in the pictures. While our room was nice, clean, and close to the beach, it was NOT the room I booked several weeks in advance of our stay. My reservation was for a King bed and a single bed with a partial view of the ocean. Instead, we had to settle for a Queen bed and a pull-out sofabed that was terrible...very uncomfortable due to the steel bar that traversed the underside of the mattress. This was clearly a smaller room than expected (Occupancy 2), with no partial view of the ocean. To make matters worse, when I questioned it upon arrival, I was initially made to feel as if I had got it wrong and was told that no such room existed. I did not want to pursue it any further since we were there for a short stay (3 nights). However, the attendant, Debbie, who was very nice and quite helpful, did bring up my concern with the owner who acknowledged the "mistake" and provided a partial refund. I was grateful for the refund, but it did not help make sleeping in the sofabed any more comfortable. Overall a nice place, so I have mixed feelings about whether or not I would stay here again.

What a great place, they are all so friendly, non-hovering but available. Rooms were large, clean, quiet and Reasonable! Just a short walk to restaurants, Walgreens, small convenience store and a liquor store. Fabulous time, I definitely will be going back....again and again.

Everything was just perfect

Unfortunately, our (3) day stay was cut short to (1) night as my wife and her friend had gotten sick. But, the Sea Spray is an exceptional place and the staff is incredibly friendly, they are more than willing to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. In addition, they are in a prime location to the beach and the main strip, you could not ask for a better place to stay.

We loved everything about this beautiful little place. Everyone was very friendly Cindy was very accommodating. We will be back!

The staff and hotel were perfect!!!! Every detail was covered. Two pools 1 hot tub across the street from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Towels and bedding were great. 3 blocks to restaurants, 1 block from Walgreens that has a liquor store.

Loved our stay here! Staff was top notch, so friendly and accommodating. Beach is steps away and having beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels was so handy! Room was very clean and the kitchen area was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. Bathroom was spacious and towels were plentiful and big. Short walk to restaurants, Walgreens and liquor store. We didn’t have a car and it didn’t matter. Pool area was nice to sit and relax at after a long day. We will definitely be back!
