    Lukewarm shower water for the first three days, then hot. No writing table (or other surface) or chair in the room. No coffee set-up. No microwave. No USB outlet. Excellent exercise room.

    I walked into trash on my floor, 2 room lights inoperable, and my sink backing up. Upon check-in, the person checking me in was unfriendly and didn’t explain where I should head to the elevators until I expressed that I’ve never been here before and I’d like for. She was very dismissive and even sent me to the wrong tower for my room. This experience was horrible.

    Terrible service at reception to checkin. I was waiting for a long time like 30 min even being 4th in line. The 2 people at the desk disappeared for a long time and the one did not even take new customers. Also bad sound isolation to the rooms, I could not sleep due to neighbors and even the snoring from that other room connected to mine was very bad during nights and even mornings. The water at the sink was cold for the first couple days too due to some repairs.

    Since you get to the property you are followed and harrased, chased by employees of the Time Share, rooms smell, bed has contamination with fungi, carpets smell, everyone seems to be in a bad mood. Service at the one of the bars was horrible, service at the Sports Notebook was better but sub par even when very little customers were there. We had to contact lost and found, they don’t work at night, open at 11 am, are rude and unapologetic, they lack empathy and only do the bare minimum. My boyfriend is a retired celebrated army sergeant, we got to LV early and even though we had two rooms and asked nicely if one of the rooms was available we were charged $45 dollars for “early check in” and given the smelliest most gross room available, I’m a doctor of medicine and just needed to rest. The person right next to me got a room in the renovated wing of the hotel without any extra charges! We were scammed by one of the stores in the lobby and never saw the store open again. It was such a stressful experience to even get help, we are about to fly again to Las Vegas and will be staying at a different location, for less than we paid at the Westgate and we already expect it to be a better experience. In summary if you are looking and find you can afford a little more, research and read the reviews before you book, and keep in mind you can always get the treatment the next customer right behind us got, so just pray!

    We stayed here with our 2 young kids and they absolutely loved this hotel. The pool is very nice, the gym is huge and everything you need is on property. We had an amazing view of the sphere from our room and cant wait to stay again!

    We were approached by people trying to sell us tickets to shows, time shares, other things…it’s just as you’d expect a hotel in Vegas to be…at the checkin we were charged an additional $50+ for the “resort fee” - something not mentioned when we booked through Expedia. Our room was on the 18th floor. Ok view. Stank of febreeze…the shower took 15 minutes to get hot…thankfully we were only staying one night before getting out of there to stay closer to Zion and Bryce.

    Como aspectos postivos la vista hacia la esfera es muy buena, el personal es amable al momento de hacer el check in y check out y te dejan dejar tus maletas si llegas antes sin ningun costo, en cuanto a las cosas que no nos gustaron, escogimos el lugar porque decía que las familias lo recomendaban pero el ambiente no es adecuado para niños. No habia muchas opciones de comida dentro del hotel y los panfletos que te dan son de locaciones que ya estan cerradas. En cuanto a la limpieza, la tina estaba en malas condiciones y sucia.

    Fantastic stay from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was met at the entrance and chose valet parking, which made the experience so much more pleasant. Check-in was an absolute breeze. My room was clean to perfection, incredibly comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Room service was excellent as well. Will definitely be back!

    Our TV didn't work the whole time we were there until the night before we were leaving the bathtub kept dripping you couldn't turn it off it was leaking so you had to listen to that half the night called downstairs twice nothing ever got resolved went to the front desk and told her about our problems and then the next time we called they said there was no record of it room needs to be updated rust stains in a tub around the baseboards just not very pleasant and the three little tubes of shampoo and conditioner and lotion they couldn't get any smaller I'm just glad I brought my own soap or else I wouldn't have had enough for me and my wife

    In the lobby, the hotel staff know we are from Canada and said could bring us the restaurant for a free lunch and coupons for dinner. Unfortunately it's a trap. As soon as they got all of our information including visa card information, we were told waiting outside. A while later, some one coming to us saying no free lunch because they're afraid we do not fully understand their presentation. We do not understand why the hotel staff bringing us to the restaurant for free lunch and another staff working in the restaurant saying no free lunch after they got us personal information. Is there any related free lunch and presentation?

    The room appeared to be visibly clean. However, I am a very observant person and noticed under a layer of bed sheets that there was a little residue like if someone took their feet off of the floor into the bed. Another thing is, I was in the room taking a nap when a cleaner came to clean. I could see the bathroom through the mirror. The cleaning lady scrubbed the sink with the same brush as the toilet.

    bad Horrible experience – Live bug in bed, zero customer service, and no apology! I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Westgate. For a hotel of this reputation, the level of hygiene and customer service was absolutely unacceptable. On the day I checked in, I discovered a live caterpillar (a live bug) crawling on my bed. It was incredibly disgusting and completely ruined my comfort. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue and requested a room change. However, the staff showed absolutely no urgency. After waiting in that disgusting room for over half an hour with no one showing up or following up, I had to pack my bags and go down to the lobby to handle the room change myself. To make matters worse, there has been no follow-up, no explanation, and not a single word of apology from the management since the incident. The lack of basic cleanliness is alarming, but the complete indifference of the staff is even worse. I will definitely not be staying here again, and I highly recommend others to look elsewhere if they value cleanliness and decent service.

    Very old facility and they have ensured that same thing reflects in their staff. Minimum staff age seems to 75 years old with few rather negligible young that too in mid 50’s are witnessed. They dont even give complementary small water bottle. The closest shop is opposite to the property on a fuel station and he ensures that he charges you nothing less than a resort rates. One big water bottle $12. The location is also pathetic no use of monorail as it doesn’t serve the purpose. The staff for no reason has attitude issues specially the reception as well housekeeping. They have only one answer to all your queries NO. Worst experience of life. I normally don’t write negative reviews but this time i had to as this is not a resort but a dungeon where you are stuck for your stay. Booking.com should not be promoting this facility as this reflects on their due diligence. Nothing worst hotel to stay.

    We had two issues with the plumbing. Took over 2 hours for a tech to come. We wanted to take a shuttle to the Strip (per the schedule) and guest services stated there were no more shuttle rides. Additionally, the pool is ridiculously small for the size of the hotel.

Also, this hotel is selling some kind of apartments and putting people in debts. They pressure people to buy time shares, very aggressively. I unfortunately got hotel discount and got to go for the presentation, and they pressured us for 3 and a half hours, not 90 mins that they promised. I explained we need to leave to a hospital for my fiancés father, they did not have any respect, interrupted me and still pressured us to buy these shares. Thanks god, I have enough experience in sales and finances, and did not fall for this. Please be careful and don’t rush your decision it’s a first red flag when someone trying to rush you. Do your research before making any financial decisions.

    First worker told us we could not check in early so we changed in the bathroom. Then we went to check in our bags and that worker then tells us that we are able to check in early. You’re immediately trying to get scammed for money and time shares as soon as you walk in. Our room smelled like pee but we tried to get past it until we found a giant roach in our room. Took about 10 calls and finally going down in person to get them to do anything about it. They switched us rooms but we never saw them get rid of the roach in the original room.

    Well we checked in at 3pm and we were hungry. We wanted to eat where there was a variety and the cafe was closed. There was no room service. The main restaurants didn’t open till 5:30pm and the food court was bar food which we didn’t want. They need a better variety and to open the cafe.

    The room was not as pictured, much more dated than they show online, and not very clean. We had pet hair all over the side of the bed, mattress cover and floor, and towels that had been used in bathroom, one was damp and had clearly been soiled, others were heavily stained and rough. Had to ask for others. The staff was nice, but they all try to sell you on “gifts” to attend a time share meeting during your stay. It got very annoying after the 3rd time and in and out of elevators. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Cool seeing all the Elvis stuff, decent food options aside from cost, and nice view from the room. Not sure if we would stay again.

    Overall room was clean and spacious. Wifi wasn't great in the room. Downside not very many options for late nite dining. We arrived late in the evening our first night, not wanting to go to the strip as we wanted to relax, but had no choice but to venture out. Monorail access is great. Valet parking was great, resort should offer free parking to offset resort fees.

    The rooms were not cleaned very well and could use some updating. I carry Lysol wipes just in case and I used a whole pack cleaning our room. We kept finding business cards on the floor which leads me to believe they didn’t vacuum. The shower curtain was really dirty and ripped in several spots. We did utilize the spa for massages and that was clean and the staff were nice. The food was great at the restaurants inside the resort.

    Room was updated and clean, but it was frustrating because we placed towels on the floor to be changed and housekeeping re-folded them for reuse in our room. We had to ask for fresh ones from housekeeping. Pool was extremely small and overly crowded, water smelled a little like urine, and was only open from 10am-6pm which was disappointing. Food at the pool is also first come first serve and once they run out, staff stated they do not replenish. No coffee or complimentary water in room so we had to buy each time from their very overpriced shops downstairs. Air conditioning felt like it wasn’t working in the casino a couple nights and it got real hot, real fast.

    pool area. however the whirlpool only had 3 working jets in a very large pool the tv remote had to be fixed. the safe had to be fixed. in standard rooms there is no chair or table. at peak times only 2 of the 6 elevators worked. the water supply and water temperature were unreliable and in some parts completely shut off for extended periods of time. whirlpool jets needed restoration.

    The hotels heyday is definitely over. The best part is the location of Las Vegas Loop right out the front door. But otherwise the hotel is definitely old, the room was clean but very dated. There was no TV for one night, the elevators were down the next day, and then the water got shut off the final day for an emergency. Could've been a better experience overall.

    I loved that the facilities were clean, quiet and had many options for food and shopping and slots within its own building. I didn’t have to leave except for work.     Propert was very clean, room was clean and modern with a great view. The place had everything needed for my stay. The hotel has casino downstairs along with a sports book, poker room, pool and spa. Bar in the lobby had live music. The nicest thing for socializing with my friends on the strip was direct access to the Monorail. I was able to get up and down north and south strip for cheap, without using ride share apps. Will definitely be staying again!

    The room decor is maybe a little on the corny side, but very clean and super functional. My upgraded room had a fun bar with a coffee maker dishwasher sink. Things that I haven't seen in many of the rooms I've stayed. All the staff was super helpful. There were lots of amenities that I didn't get to try, but it really is just as good as many of the higher priced places on the strip.

    The bed was uncomfortable. Shower leaked. Outlet burned out my hair tools. And I was charged a late check out fee when I checked out at 10:30 am. When I called to ask about it I was told someone from my room called and said I would be checking out after 1pm. I was able to get my money reimbursed after a week. I will not be syaying at Westgate again

    Ok so when I arrived I pulled up behind a family unloading there luggage, I put my car in park wasn't sure what to do. A big truck pulled up behind me and got so close to me I thought he was going to run me over, so I pulled forward and stopped. There was no one to ask where to park so I pulled around the building and self parked. I wasn't sure where the front desk was turns out I had to walk a quarter mile to get to the front desk."no luggage carts". Finally got there and someone approached us immediately. She was very helpful she even walked up up to the front desk. We got checked in no problems, it was easy. Then when we turn around the same lady approached us gave us dinner recommendation and showed us where our rooms were. Very cool. So when we got to our room "it was very confusing". It smelled bad. I mean bad. It looked as if the room had not been rented for a very long time. It was dusty dirty there was a old bathtub with rust and no light bulbs in bathroom. No coffee pot or microwave or hairdryer. The dresser looked like a 5year old painted it and dust everywhere. Now, I booked a wild card room, wasn't sure what to expect. I told the front desk I know I booked a cheap room not the dirtiest room. It was as if the room was frozen in time. I was in a room no one has been in for years.     We were offered no compensation for the inconvenience. However, when we were sent a text from Westgate giving us a $75 a day credit, that wasn't actually a credit, Dre was kind enough to honor the text giving us a credit for $75. The pool was a hot mess with not enough seating or staff. Instead of so many towel people, you could have used them for bar/hostess service.

    One other complaint was, this was one of the timeshare hotels, and they were EVERYWHERE! offering free this and that. Because i was with my daughter and not my husband I wasnt allowed to get any deals. The lady actually gave attitude to the other employee that brought us to th ecounter and yelled "She is MARRIED and her husbands IS NOT HERE WITH HER!!" she then slammed down a free comedy club card and said "here, thats all you get!!" i was confused at first (this was as soon as we got there and had no clue who these people were, i was asking the one woman about a cirque show when she scooped us over to that counter) and asked her "What do you mean? so, if i was married and my husband was here, what would i get??" She abruptly said " you would of gotten over $700 worth of stuff!!" with a tone like basically telling me to go away, you are nothing to me! Great start eh? Was very upsetting at the time, but now that I educated myself once getting to the room and googling it, lol, I am now aware of who these people are and stay as far away from them that i can! Pool was amazing, room was top notch with amazing views

    The staff here was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The room itself, though, was dirty. The duvet cover had something on it, the bathtub was honestly just gross, there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and hair still from previous guests and things just overall seemed kind of dusty and not really taken care of.

I picked this hotel because it was in an excellent location. If I had known what a crappy hotel it was I would have made another choice. Don't worry you won't see me again. And your checkout procedure is a relic of the 20th century.

    First of all i booked the room because they offered me 75 dollars in food credit, when I checked in the lady told me she didn't see my offer, then we paid 50 extra dollars to check in early and the room they gave us smelled so bad Me and my Wife could not take it we had to change our room. Overall wasn't bad really good restaurants, wish I had my 75 food credit they offered while booking the room, Edge Stakehouse can get expensive.

    Got to the room and they were fine. Nothing special. Mostly clean? There was a soaking wet spot on the floor about the size of a plate and that was off putting. No coffee maker, no microwave, no water refill area in the whole hotel. All the amenities (fitness center, hot tub) close down incredibly early (thought this was vegas?? Why are things closing at 5pm) so we weren't even able to use them our entire stay so that was pointless and made the sting of "resort" fees even sharper. Apparently you can't even be in the outside area after 6pm or the staff will harass you and say it's closed - not in the pool area, just outside. They also continued to lurk in the lobby, trying to get your attention to drag you back to the counter and sell you stuff every single time you leave your room. It was so incredibly off putting and I've never experienced that at any other hotel in vegas. I will absolutely not be staying here again.

    There was construction going on they were putting in a new bar so the machines were really tight when I didn’t win barely anything just enough to keep playing grinding going on all day super annoying my room had a septic smell to it. I was on the 15th floor, I think after I was in it for a while I got used to it, but I’m not kidding you when I walk through that door the first thing I smelt was a septic poop. I got a OK deal on this hotel but I would probably never stay there again. It’s too far off the beaten path and the room was smelly.

    Everything was really great. Just 1 single nit great thing for me anyway was the "resort fees" that ended up being almost as the total price I paid for the entire time I was there for the room itself for the 3 days. The resort fees ended up being right at 60 a day. Includes wifi, pool, and fitness center. I didnt bring a bayhing suit nor did I plan on using any of those amenities and truly will look closer next time in case I missed it in the fine print.

    Ace here. The Westgate is great! If you can get a good deal just book it. They were courteous and willing to offer free room upgrades if available. If your looking for low key and short walks this is not the place. But if you are looking for a full Vegas casino atmoshpere this is the place. Alot to see and do.

    Taco place inside of there was horrible. I even got sick from it. The only other restaurant that was open was Benihana’s and the line was super long. There should have been free breakfast for $200 a night. There was a promotional guy trying to give away free merch in exchange for booking 1 or 2 more nights, he was very pushy and rude. However, the guy at the front desk who booked our room was super friendly And professional. The room itself was decent. No real complaints about that. The hotel itself was not that nice at all. We will never stay there again

    When I first walked in to the room. I went to the bathroom and it was dirty. There was some hair on the floor and also the shower tub was dirty. When you flush the toilet, it was very loud. When I took a shower, the spout diverter. When you pull on it in order to get the water flowing to shower head. It was coming out of the wall. I took a picture of it. Also I could hear the people in next room very clearly. And there is more. I’m not the type of person that likes to complain but this was very bad. And an other thing, I don’t understand if you’re staying at a hotel. Why should you pay for self parking. This was terrible.

It became annoying how many times we were approached during our stay. It is also not a 90 minute presentation like originally promised. More like 3 + hours. We didn’t appreciate being bullied when we kept declining the offers that were presented to us. Time shares are not for everyone and it was not a great experience when you feel like you are being pressured and judged when you say no.

    The room was not bad. No coffee maker though. A welcome water bottle would be nice since there is no drinking water on the premises.The guest services only cares about timeshare. Timeshare process is longer than they tell you and they don't treat you right. Don't fall for the lunch - it's mostly salad. The resort fee is high but I was not sure what it covers. The website lists wifi, gym and pool, which I didn't use. Location is a bit far. They do have a shuttle but it's every hour. Every 30 min would be more convenient. I will probably choose a different resort in the future.

    Everything we need in one location. The sportsbook amenities are pretty good…could be a bit better, getting kinda worn out. Good mix of older and new slots…which we like! Live music every evening! Nice bars and TVs for game watching every where in the casino. Decent rooms and prices are very fair for everything they offer on site. The monorail is just outside the front entrance if you do want to venture out. All in all our favorite place in Vegas! This is the kind of place you end up extending and returning too! Happy New Year!

    House keeping did not come to our room to see if we needed anything the whole stay and when I called to have something brought, it was delivered with unfriendliness, like we were bothering them. A house keeper came by 2 hours before our checkout time and I don't know what she said", broken english. But she wasn't asking me if I needed anyhthing because she didn't have anything. I felt like she was seeing if we were still there.

    The room wasn’t as clean as could be. I found a bottle under the bed, and trash behind the tv. There was a dental floss toothpick on the floor under the desk. Other than those items the room was fairly clean. The room itself was wonderful. It wasn’t the room I requested, but I’m assuming they didn’t have anything else left the clerk at the front desk didn’t mention that she was giving me a room with a double bed. She just let me be surprised when I got up there. But I love the room. I love the view from the room. I loved being on the 22nd floor. Most of the staff members were excellent and professional, and friendly. There were a few who seemed disgruntled and angry. One who stands out in particular was a server at the food court, but I must say that all of the staff at Sid’s cafe were very professional, courteous, and prompt with service.

    This hotel stay was the worst I have experienced in my life. We did not receive housekeeping services until our third day, despite multiple calls requesting service. We ran out of toilet paper and had overflowing garbage. We called and requested housekeeping on our second day when we ran out of toilet paper and they brought more toilet paper but simply left it sitting outside our door with no housekeeping. We did not have a Do Not Disturb sign on our door at any point. When we finally spoke with staff about the issue, they said they could not understand how this happened, however I have since read multiple reviews from other guests describing this exact same experience at this hotel. We called again the morning of our third day and requested housekeeping, left for a few hours and came back to no housekeeping service, called again and were told someone would come, came back half a day later and still had no housekeeping, only garbage bags left outside our door, called a third time and requested a manager and were told there were no records of our previous calls but now that they knew we needed housekeeping someone would come. They sent someone who could only empty the garbage but could not clean the room and he requested that a housekeeper come. Our room was finally cleaned at 1:30 a.m. on our fourth day. Not to mention the valet parking, they charge $20 per day but attempted twice to charge us $20 multiple times for the same day within hours of each other even after we showed

    The hotel seems very dated all depending upon the floor wing and room! The walks are paper thin on the 11th floor—I had to change rooms to avoid hearing blaring TV all night and conversations! Also very smoky filled.

    Rooms were very clean and nicely renovated. Hotel staff at the registration were very helpful and valet parking was fast. Monorail station is right in front of the hotel. This is an older structure and grounds were a work in progress. For the price it was a great value.

    we received no maid service for our entire stay! I called the front desk to ask for towels on our 4th day, spoke to a manager on our 5th day and ran out of toilet paper on our 6th day. Motel 6 treats you better than this, and doesn't charge a $50 a day resort fee.

    The Westgate is always my go-to place to stay when visiting Vegas...I love being able to jump on the monorail and be wherever I want to go in town for a reasonable price. The rooms are always clean and there are plenty of high-end restaurants on property. The biggest draw-back on my last trip was the endless barrage of time-share sales pitches. It got to the point where we would try to find alternate routes to avoid the sales vultures lurking in the hallways. Other than that, the Westgate is still one of the best values on the strip.

    Good last minute stay and great location specially due to the monorail being there. Room was decent, yet the bathroom sink clogged right away and the shower head was loose. The staff was nice; however, the staff that are trying to persuade you to go to the free breakfast and get rewards, completely overwhelm you because they are very pushy, yet we didn’t fall for it after at least 50 offers in 3 days. The casino service never came to our table or machine when we requested it. Food was good at the food court and cafe. Also, least but not least, we asked for housekeeping on the morning and when we came back at night we realized that they did not clean our room. Overall, it was a good stay and would stay here again due to the first mentioned items, but nothing is ever perfect

    Staffs are great, amenties also are good, however, the air conditiner in my room didn't work well sometimes. Once I asked front staff, my room become warm. After that, it is warmer than temperature I expected in spite of setting temperature. I mean control system is not good a bit. lt is within the condition I can sleep.

    First thing I noticed when I entered the room is the large mirror on the wall was dirty! The paint on the bathroom door was peeling off. The room was old, but it was clean. No complimentary water, was not informed where the ice machines were located. The front desk staff did not inform me that there was a free shuttle to the strip. Nor did they inform me that if you scan the barcode on the hotel card you can see everything that is happening at the hotel. I only found out that information when I checked out, I was very disappointed!

    The whole buildings staff is amazing, friendly, and made us feel welcome. The room and view were great. Location was good, lots of stuff nearby including the strip, and the monotrail is right there. Highly suggest using it. The bar vibe is awesome and all the food spots were phenomenal.     This is where we stay in Las Vegas. It's an excellent facility with plenty to offer. Dining, entertainment and gambling are on site. The fact that there is a monorail stop at the Westgate is a hugh benefit and allows afforable and easy transport along the strip, which is great since we travel to many differne venues. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say.

    Staff was great. The location was great too, I didn't want to be right on the strip and this was perfect. My complaints are the resort fees seem high for no reason. I have cell service, so i didn’t even connect to wifi. You could at least let that fee cover parking. When your pool is closed, the fee should go down. You offered literally nothing at over $50 a day.

    On our way in,we were Pleasantly greeted by staff. We were offered free things at the ser ice desk. We got excited since it was ZTE 4qour anniversary.The first room was not in good condition. Then were downgraded to another room. We were moved to 3 different rooms. It took long to settle in since we had already unpacked. We were offered free comedy tickets though.the staff is amazing!!! Great service. 👍
