Reviews
The Vdara hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and helpful staff. Guests appreciate the lack of a casino, which makes for a quieter, smoke-free environment. However, there are consistent complaints about the condition of the rooms, with many guests feeling they are outdated and in need of refurbishment. Issues with amenities such as the TV, air conditioning, and kitchen appliances are also frequently mentioned.

Bathroom room faucet was loose to the touch. Had to use one hand to hold it and the other to turn it on. In room tablet for room functions did not work at all. Was there for 4 nights. I alerted staff about this at check in and nothing was done about it during my entire stay

Love staying here. Studio parlors with fountain views are great!

Expect more additional fees when checking in…that is not clearly stated or advertised…let them know and let will work with you you lower the amount…although the couple next to me has their resort fees removed, I was not so fortunate…upfront awareness nd open communication prior to booking is important “ so you will know up front…no guessing or “changes” required. If you request a high floor and don’t get it I suggest keep pushing…we had a panoramic room and were staring at concrete…same price…which was unfortunate for this who have never been to Vegas before…we saw nothing but trains and cars which we could have did at home for free…ask as many question as you need to get a true feel and layout of the property…would stay there again for access but there would be certain non-negotiables I would clearly have in place or find somewhere else to stay that would offer that same for a fraction of the cost and resort fees like a high floor and a less of a “daily” charge.

What you see in the pictures is not what you get. They show you layouts to several different rooms to have you under the impression of what your room will look like. We chose a suite for our Anniversary. We received a very basic suite with no windows in the restroom, and a view of the outside of the strip. We requested a high floor room with a fountain view. Deposits are the same amount as the daily cost plus the resort fees. They ONLY have valet parking unless you park further away and walk. Overall I would have rather stayed somewhere else but I still enjoyed the experience. Just won’t stay there again. We had hardly any privacy being so close to the elevators. I paid extra for accommodations I didn’t receive.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the that this resort is a family-friendly one. Will definitely return!
- 4/5
Hotel is good.

The Vdara is a nongaming property located in the CityCenter about a 60 meter walk from the Aria and connected via pedestrian walkway to the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. Great location. I had a suite with 2 bathrooms for a reasonable price. Reliable and consistent internet and workspace. Shower controls were intuitive and effective. Plenty of towels. Mobile checkin was reasonbly intuitive.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
My room was clean. Self-parking is only at Aria, but you can take the monorail between Aria, Bellagio, Vdara, and Park MGM easily. Expensive these days.

Nice stay.
- 5/5
Great location; a quick walk indoors to the Cosmo and the Bellagio, and outdoors to the Aria. Quiet and clean. We’re very happy with our stay. The pool is nice too.
- 5/5
Great location and service, very easy access to ride the Uber.
- 5/5
The room was very cleaned in the hotel. Casino was really nice.
- 4.5/5
Upon check in I was pleasantly surprised to be moved to a higher floor of the hotel & was delighted to have a view of the Bellagio fountains! Rooms are very big with a lovely bathroom & big comfy bed. The hotel is in a good location, with access to other hotels with casino’s.

Professional staff everyone is super nice and accommodating would stay here again. The only thing I dislike is the valet parking which is 40 dollars a day which I think is predatory. No public parking paid parking besides that.
- 2/5
Front desk staff was non communicative and sent us to the wrong hotel. Rooms shower didn’t work and lighting didn’t work.
- 5/5
Amazing experience. Clean room. And easily and walkable to lot of places
- 5/5
I love this hotel. A lot of hotels don’t offer microwaves or mini stoves at the Las Vegas strip. But this one does so that’s what I like the most about it. Everything was clean.
- 5/5
The spa experience was great!
- 5/5
Great 3 night stay with great view and great room and overall hotel. Huge bathroom including soaking tub and good water pressure in shower.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
All good, except gym was old or poor maintained
- 5/5
Love everything about this hotel
- 4/5
It was a good and comfortable 2 night weekend stay in their Parlor Room unit. There were a few things that needed some maintenance (i.e. damaged lampshade, burned out reading light). Other than that, front desk staff offered free water bottles so that we didn't have to purchase the water bottles in the room. Now that is nice considering the additional hotel usage fee they will charge when you check in.
- 5/5
Great stay! Rooms were clean, updated and mattresses were very comfortable
- 5/5
Ery clean. No smoke!!!! Very quiet hotel away from crowds but still so vlose to the strip. Best location. And best for families with older kids.
- 3/5
I have gone to Vegas a couple of times a year for the last 15 years and this hotel for the cost was just ok.
- 5/5
nice
- 4/5
Always a convenient and easy place to stay in Las Vegas, without the casino. Aria and Cosmopolitan hotels are within walking distance for restaurants and nightlife. Vdara is an island of calm to come back to after a long day of LV chaos.
- 5/5
We didn't use the spa or the casino.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3.5/5
Nice staff, clean room, dog friendly with nice, clean, shady dog park right outside and additional gated area for people and dogs. Valet is easy and can even tip via kiosk. We had a nice view from the room and it was quiet. The website says you can self park at the aria. But it is not close and not easy to find. Very frustrating. Spent too much time looking for it our first night. Not really many food options but cosmo and aria are a short walk away and easily accessible. Dog fee is expensive at 150 a night.
- 5/5
Check in was very quick and the room was located on the 16th floor. The elevators were super quick and the panoramic view was of the Allegiant stadium. The hotel was very clean and connects to the Bellagio, Aria and Cosmopolitan, which was extremely convenient. There was nothing I disliked about the stay, so this is going to sound nit-picky, but given the length of our stay (10 nights), I felt like we should have been given cutlery / crockery without having to ask for it.

Had a horrible experience at this hotel. First be prepared to spend more for the incidental deposit than your entire stay ($900 for a 3 night stay), Lights in the bathroom didn’t work, do not disturb sign was on the door and the housekeeper still knocked on the door, there was a mess left in the sink from a previous tenant, the blackout curtains don’t block the light from the exterior accent lights and made it bright in the room all night every night, the convenience market in the lobby is a blatant rip off ( extremely overpriced) and the worst part was the some kind of motorized power washing or something at the pool right outside my window and kept me up all night. This hotel seems to be run by amateur hoteliers. Very disappointing

The location The room is dirty and not being clean. When we entered the room, used Coke cup from previous guest was placed on table. My son complaimed the Front Desk, they said that they would send someone to check but nobody. On other day, when we open the cabinet under the sink, so many trasks were there. We again complaned and they told us to send a house-keeping Manager to check, but again nobody. It seems they didnt care on what we complained. My family used to stay at Vdara many many times but this is the worst time for us. Even we had to pay very high rate. Not recommended

Overall enjoyed my stay
- 2/5
The room was clean, bed and bed linens were comfortable. In room coffee maker was a Keurig, which is fine if that had been specified or complimentary coffee was provided, it was not. The in-room bar was not stocked and refrigerator did not work. Inquiring required numerous calls and escalation to management after being notified of the "requirement to request a 'working' refrigerator". Finally, and worst of all, "adjacent" self-parking is literally located 40 minutes away in the Aria self-parking, parking lot. After locating an available space, the ordeal requires negotiating elevators, escalators, catwalks, a tram ride.... Moving from the parking lot to the hotel required a visit to four or more MGM properties to cover the distance that according to Google maps was less than 800 feet, under a half mile. Distance between the Harmon Ave. Aria and Vdara valets is about 436 feet.

It was next to the Aria where I was attending two exhibits. There was no casino and no smoking - a very positive thing. Walking through the other casino hotels is torture. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There was no explanation at check in about turning on a main power switch first or where it was located, and the blinds are power only. The blinds switch was impossible to find in the dark and it was a very tiny button. I thought there was something wrong with the room and had to go back down and wait in line again to switch rooms, only to find the same problem in the new (less nice) room (with peeling wall paper). It took 3 calls to the front desk and about 10 tries but I finally opened the blinds - and just left them open. And I lost the upgraded room I had paid for. Completely ridiculous design that should have been flagged at check in. There is no decent restaurant onsite - only a "market" with very limited and not inviting options and limited bar food service. The exorbitant "resort fee" was charged on top of what I understood was a rate that had already included all fees - and doubled the price of the room I thought had been a good deal. And I used no resort facilities! Total rip off.

The blackout shades are useless. There are separate panels that don’t connect and let the sun through, which is awful. What’s the point of them? Location is awful. Valet only is annoying and expensive (or walk far to self park).

Awesome hotel. Right next to Aria, which has all the restaurants and entertainment, Vdara is nice, cheaper than Aria, but you get to use tje gym at Aria, and all the cool stuff they have. The beat gym i have ever seen in a hotel at Aria, and tiu get to use it if you stay at Vdara
- 5/5
Just had a bad experience with valet Other than that I had an awesome time
- 2.5/5
Location was good. MOST staff was friendly. Definitely confusing to get to driving in, and when walking back from the main strip. Fridge wasn’t properly working no matter what setting we tried; due to that some of our stuff had to be thrown out. Bathroom sink in our room was not working properly at all. Clogged, slow draining. Had issues with it three times during my 6 night stay.

Vdara was a beautiful and comfortable hotel! I will definitely stay again someday!
- 3/5
Had an okay experience. The staff were very sweet, I got to have a beautiful view as well. Unfortunately, the first morning there was a live bed bug on the bed. Had to ask for clean sheets. The fridge also didn’t work very well, it didn’t keep anything as cool as I wish for it to be. And the room was a bit dusty.

I enjoyed my stay. Not a picky guy so everything was exceptional to me. I was given a room on the 21st floor and it came with a great view. Would stay again. Also security was on top of who could enter elevators leading to rooms and I loved that!!!!

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the facilities were well-maintained. The biggest complaint was that the check-in process took twenty minutes (I booked weeks in advance) and included the front desk offering me a room without a functioning shower for a $100 discount! I refused, and then she made a series of phone calls; 15 minutes later, she found a room.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The tablet in my room did not work so I couldn't really review amenities or menus. I requested a real coffee cup via the text assistant, but it was never delivered. I ended up having to spend $18 on a coffee kit which consisted of 2 paper cups and 2 coffee pods.

- 5/5
Lovely stay!
- 4/5
Save yourself unnecessary additional charges by opening the bottle of Figi water or the packaged Keurig coffee pods that are placed in the rooms -- each is an $18 pop. The property is great for what it is; a non-casino spa hotel centrally located on the strip. It's not the Wynn, and that's showing more and more these days. Been staying there for at least a decade.
- 3/5
Ridiculous system of tapping you room key on the way to the elevators. They have to have a poor guy manning the elevators pleading with people to tap their card on this wooden box just before the elevators. It was painful to watch.

- 3/5
The rooms are decorated very cold. Feels like a Holiday Inn and a nice hotel in Vegas, but it is clean and the aria is right there, but I wish they would just add some soul to the rooms.
- 4/5
The property was great and in a nice location the lobby and check-in process were great. Our room was just a bit dirty. It needs a little update. There were fingerprints and smears of handprints where people had touched doors that were not wiped. It looked like it hadn't had a good clean everything seemed very dusty and lots of caked on grime and dust in our room. The bed was comfortable, most of the big things (bathroom) that we were touching and interacting with were clean, but just a slight air of dustiness and neglect in our room.
- 4/5
The Vdarra is close to Las Vegas Blvd. and the major casinos; has multiple walkways to them. It's very clean and a comfortable place to stay in Vegas.
- 5/5
I stayed for work, and it was great. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a kitchen included. You have to walk to the other hotels for the casinos and dining, but I would have done so anyway. I would definitely stay again.

Drink prices at the bar were ridiculous, once again. Vegas really does not want to keep people coming back. $50 after tip for 2 drinks every time we went to bar.
- 5/5
By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful views!
- 4/5
Parking was quoted as 40 and was charged additional 20 for over night fee. Since we were staying the night that should have been assumed. They should just quote the price at 60. Tired of hidden fees

Food crumbs as well as a dried food spot on the table near the couch. I called down to ask for a new room and I the woman I spoke was quite rude and interrupted me saying I needed to go down to the lobby to get a new room and to bring all our stuff… this required us to ask and wait for yet another bell hop since they don’t let you use your own bell carts so we paid an additional tip to another bellman just to move rooms. I spoke with the manager and she did waive the resort fee for me and put us on a high floor (which the original front desk for said was not available when I asked for it the fist time). We also had to pay $40 for the night of parking. Incredibly expensive for very low quality.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, friendly, courteous staff. I'll be back for sure.
- 3/5
I worst thing about this hotel was the parking unless you are paying valet prepare to unload at check out and have 1 person go park the car quite a ways away. No parking on site only valet
- 5/5
The kitchen has nothing in it. You need to ask for what you need.
- 4.5/5
The rooms are large and well equipped. Our view of the fountains at the Bellagio was great. No casino crowds or halls filled with cigarette smoke. Connecting bridge to the Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan hotels was very convenient. Restaurant choices for breakfast and lunch are uninspiring.

The room itself was very nice The staff, one of the front desk reps said I was only going to be charged $300 for security deposit then that even I was charged an additional $415 I come down and talk to a different rep and she said she “disputed” them and it wasn’t disputed she said it was used at the bar and I told her that I was never there. So my room number was held accountable for someone else’s during my trip and no one assisted with it. Mind you I was at wrestlemania for this entire time so there no way I was at the hotel when the transactions were made during the day.

The hotel is nice and in a wonderful location. The common areas are very small and have very little to offer. The pool is not huge but nice if not crowded. The rooms are nice but we got the wrong room. Supposedly we had a "king size bed" but the bed was not a true king but something in between a queen and a king. My biggest concern is the staff, I did not find them to be caring or helpful to solve problems. For example, there was no bellhops to help with suitcases and when I went to the desk (with my suitcases) I was told to go back outside and wait for them but there was no one outside. there also was no concern with getting the wrong room and when I asked for service they only did half of what was asked.

Nice not to have a casino downstairs. Relatively quiet except for one night around 2am when people were going to there suite and their voices travelled through the corridor and doors slammed which vibrated into our suite. Apart from that one incident I’d stay there again. There is a coffee machine but no coffee to put in it so take your own.

We had booked two rooms for our family with the intention of staying close to each other. One part of our family even arrived two days earlier and informed the resort in advance about our request to have rooms close together, or at least on the same side. However, this request was not accommodated. In fact, our rooms were not even on the same elevator side. Each time we wanted to meet, we had to go down to the lobby, switch elevators, and then go back up to the other room, which became quite inconvenient throughout our stay. Additionally, the sofa bed in the room could not be used, which further impacted our comfort and added to the disappointment. While the room itself was okay, the overall experience did not meet expectations for the price and the level of service we anticipated. Given the inconvenience and lack of accommodation for a fairly reasonable request, our stay at Vdara was not as satisfying as we had hoped.
- 5/5
Room is clean and the hotel lotion is great because it connect with Bellagio and cosmopolitan within walking distance. The downside - staffs are not really friendly at valet parking, express check out process is a bit confusing.
- 3/5
Five night stay and our room was only cleaned once, after multiple complaints
- 5/5
Nice property. We liked that it didn’t have a casino/non-smoking so it wasn’t super busy. No long waits for food or drinks. The spa was nice, it was higher end but not super luxury. Taxi station was super helpful. Connected to Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Aria hotels.

We didn’t get any house keeping during our 4 day stay. We had a toddler so you can imagine the mess over 4 days. The toddler has a spit up and we explicitly requested the front desk( since phone was not working and speaking to the cleaning staff in the hallway didn’t work ) , still no show of house keeping. Everything else was ok.
- 2/5
Originally booked a studio room with king bed, prior to traveling hotel sent an email asking if we wanted to upgrade to a room with a view of the Bellagio fountain and we accepted. Then at check in hostess said non were available. I was really looking forward to it and was disappointed. Found several long hairs in the shower. I did like that there was a walk way that connects the Vdara with the Bellagio, and the location was convenient.
- 5/5
Very nice very clean
- 5/5
We didn’t have lake view but view still good. Housekeeping responses really quick.
- 4/5
Location. I don’t think Vdara has upgraded the room interiors since it opened in late 2009. The current furniture and overall aesthetic seems worn in, tired.
- 1/5
Feminine product used in the room. Made staff aware. No refund from hotel except resort fee. Very unhappy
- 5/5
- 4/5
there was a broom in the room
- 4/5
Room was nice and view of Belagio fountains was cool. Nice to be able to cook in room but refrigerator is too small. Also no salt or pepper available anywhere in the hotel. Bring your own and any spices you need. Not many dining choices in Vdara. Aria has more but stinks of cigarettes and extremely expensive. Over $50 for 2 burgers and fries with no drinks.
- 5/5
View from the room is amazing. You can see all the changes in the sky, Eifell towers lighing, and fountaind dancing.
- 5/5
I've always had a wonderful experience at Vdara Hotel. I've stayed here about 6 times. Each time was great. I have no complaints. this location is very central to other hotels or shopping. The bridge to connect to Cosmo or Bellagio is a huge bonus, to avoid the extreme heat or cold/dark nights in the Winter.
- 4/5
Room was oddly very noisy. Housekeeping kept bashing against the walls facing the hallway and for some odd reason I could hear my neighbors voices in the kitchen area.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the location, room was very nice, spacious and clean!
- 4.5/5
No smoking! No restaurant to sit and have breakfast. No hairdryer in the room!
- 5/5
So nice having quick access from the curb to your room. No need to walk through a huge lobby and casino just to get to your room or the pool/spa. So many other options so close that it is hardly an inconvenience if you want the casino experience. Love the walkways to Aria and Vellagio.
- 4/5
I should also mention that the shower drain was rather slow, causing water to almost rise to the door ledge.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, especially if you’re trying to avoid staying in a property with a casino
- 1/5
Had an executive suite for a week. Zero utensils or amenities in the kitchen. Stained carpet, mushy mattress.
- 2/5
The pool was not open until April 3rd to which the amenity price was not adjusted for. A staff member during an elevator ride mentioned that we could use the Aria hotel pool (this also happened to be on the 3rd.) The lack of communication from the front desk was absurd. The kitchen was NOT stocked with any utensils, we had to request those. The mini fridge was TINY. The temperature was mildly cold as well. It also lacked a freezer. When cleaning staff took any dirty dishes, they failed to replace anything that they took out. So it was a constant need to ask for replenishments of basic kitchen amenities. The staff had lovely smiles but the stay was frustrating, lacked true amenities that were still FULLY priced, overall not a good experience.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
Large room and bathroom. I really liked the small kitchen and dining area. Clean, safe hotel.
- 2/5
Property has a good location, quiet enough and easy to get around. Room was dirty, we requested new sheets multiple times and they never sent any. We had to wait a long time for our room to be ready, as we continued to wait we had to change babies diaper but the main lobby restroom didn’t have a changing table.

Property was amazing.

All good other than old furniture.
- 4/5
Very pretty and clean I had to pay 3 times for one night
- 4/5
Our room could have been cleaner.
- 4.5/5
Room size, bathroom size, separation of living and sleeping areas. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels. Lower floors hear noises associated with service areas, such as loading truck backup alarms. Reading lights were not bright enough. Self park a good distance away.
- 4.5/5
Loved staying in a hotel without a casino Big suites with great view of the strip and the Bellagio fountains
- 0.5/5
Ballet was trying to charge me $100 for parking. No pool
- 4/5
The room itself was beautiful — very spacious, modern, and comfortable. The view was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. We also genuinely enjoyed the food on property — everything we tried was great. There were several communication and cleanliness issues that were frustrating. The in-room tablet did not work, and when we reported it, we were basically told there was nothing they could do. That felt dismissive. We were given K-cups, snacks, and other items in the room, but no one explained that these were chargeable — and that even picking them up could result in a fee. We’ve never stayed somewhere with that system before, so clearer communication upfront would have helped avoid confusion. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom. With three women sharing a room and no housekeeping service, it became really inconvenient — we had nowhere to hang damp towels. There was no kitchenware in the room. A sign said we could request it, but it’s unclear why basic items wouldn’t just already be available. We were told we could use the pool at Aria, but that information only came from a waitress downstairs — not the front desk. That feels like something guests should be informed about upon check-in. Unfortunately, there was also a large stain on the couch that appeared to be bodily fluid, which was pretty off-putting and made us question the cleanliness standards.
- 5/5
Beautiful room. For unknown reasons our room was not cleaned, bed not made….on day 2. Great view. Our check representative was fantastic!
- 5/5
Very clean. Hospital staff. And great spacious rooms.
- 3/5
We always love staying but this time was disappointing. Our bed was broke and maintenance never came up to address it. Also I’m a Titanium with Marriott and didn’t realize The Vdara was now part of Bonvoy so no points were added due to the reservation being done on Expedia.
- 5/5
Everything was so nice very clean
- 5/5
Very grateful for the amazing upgrade to a suite.
- 4/5
Downsides-- -although there was a kitchen, there were no plates/utensils--had to contact guest services. This was odd. -Despite paying for a corner suite--and the pictures showed gorgeous views of Vegas--my room's view was of the wall of the parking garage, the garage itself, and the utility parking. -Getting to-fro was a bit of a pain. Glad to see that the Aria/Vdara properties spend the $$ for a 3-stop tram between properties, but it felt inconvenient and yet convenient at the same time. -Parking-- at the Vdara it is only Valet parking at $40/night. There is self-parking for $20 but behind the Aria building, so it required the using the tram. This is really inconvenient. And the desk clerk did not ask about parking, ie. adding it to our room card, so we initially thought we had to pay $20 each time we entered/exited. These were all minor inconveniences which would have made a truly 5 star stay.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 3/5
The rooms are nice but the fact that there's a full kitchen and not even 1 coffee mug or fork is ridiculous. I asked for a coffee mug and a coffee pod and was told it was by 'request' - but there was no mention of the cost. When the woman brought it up - she told me that it would be $18 (for 2 coffee cups) - I cancelled. Coffee should be included in a room costing over $250 a night. And be more transparent about charges.
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and very spacious. The amenities are nice with a large bathtub. Always a good choice.
- 5/5
great option. Will look for a room with two queen size beds not a sofa bed

- 5/5
Clean, smoke-free and gorgeous view!
- 5/5
Spotless room plenty of towels and extra bed set so no need to call staff for anything becasue they already had the room setup with everything we needed.
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly and room was very clean
- 3/5
Rooms were dated. Minimal areas to sit outside lobby in am/night. Charges for water, coffee in rooms.
- 5/5
Room was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Amenities like. Microwave. Soaking tub great.
- 5/5
Room is clean! Love the complimentary bottled water n appreciate the coffee maker
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was a great size and very clean Staff were very nice Lobby and rooms did not have cigarette smell that is common to other Vegas properties Love the kitchenette Cons: The entry area of the room was really dark and the lights are not bright enough The blackout shades had huge gaps that let in exterior lights which made it impossible to sleep well The hotel does not offer flatter pillows - only the larger stuffed pillows which also made it hard to sleep The rooms don't come with an electric kettle, utensils or plates - you need to call housekeeping to request all those items The biggest con is that in the kitchen there were 2 cardboard coffee cups (disposable), that one would assume are to use with the provided Keurig coffee maker. They are not specially marked as chargeable, and neither is the water on the counter top. When checking out the bill for EACH coffee cup was $18! This is absolutely outrageos and my elderly parents who stayed had no idea these cheap disposable coffee cups were going to be charged. Luckily the front desk removed the charge when I explained my elderly parents did not know about the charge. But all the same, items like this need to be marked clearly or provided complimentary.

Great room and such a beautiful hotel.
- 5/5
Luxury hotel with amazing views! Loved it!!
- 4/5
Room was clean and modern
- 4/5
Room was serviced everyday. Atmosphere was peaceful. Disappointed that the pool was closed.
- 2/5
We had two problems with room cleaning. The day after our arrival, we left the hotel around 2 PM and requested room cleaning. We arrived at 7 PM and the cleaner was still cleaning the room, so we had to cut the cleaning short to take a nap. The following day, we left at 12:30 PM and returned at midnight, clearly stating that the room needed to be cleaned using the light system, but it was never cleaned. This is not good service! We reported this to reception, but there was no solution as we were leaving the next morning.
- 5/5
it’s great being in Vegas and not being at a casino
- 5/5
Great location the hotel is so clean , beautiful room great customer service.
- 2/5
My Room was ran through, window panels had burns on them, shades had holes in them the curtains were filthy, the walls in the hall was also filthy. My corner suite was tiny. The lay out sofa bed was filthy. Lamp shades were dirty. Paid nearly $1600 for two nights wasn’t what was expected. Vdara has lost credibility, and needs remodeling asap.
- 5/5
The room was great I had a great night
- 1/5
No hair dryer and rude head of housekeeping.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and had a Starbucks downstairs.
- 1/5
No communication with hotel in regards to my multiple times of reaching out.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff prompt and responsive.
- 5/5
One of the finest resorts on the strip!
- 3/5
Very nice room, unfortunately it was bare bones. Not even a K-cup for the coffee machine. No water bottles, basically channel changers and towels. There was a tablet that I assume was to control things in the room, it did not work. We called to have it fixed or replaced and they said they would send someone to replace it. No one ever came. While not essential, it would’ve been nice to use all the amenities we paid for in the room. I checked in using the app so I didn’t ever deal with anyone at the desk. My only experience was with whoever answered the phone and said they’d send someone up, and didn’t. Unfortunately my only experience with an employee was subpar. Overall, it got the job done, had a very cool view, not worth the money per night (over 300$)
- 5/5

In an effort to not throw anyone in particular under the bus, I'll just say that I'd rather not stay there again. Great location though.

A hotel on the strip. No casino. But attached to casinos. Amazing. We are already planning our next trip.

- 5/5
There is no casino at this hotel so good for families. The location was good for taking a taxi, In and out through the back. The breakfast at the bar in lobby is much better than the cafe. You pay for everything and anything to open in the kitchen which didn’t even have cups unless you asked just FYI. I stayed in a fountain view room and the Sphere and fountain view was AMAZING!
- 3/5
Rooms are tired, the carpet in my room was filthy. No toiletries provided (no cotton swabs etc) outside of the large (not tamper-proof) shower stuff. Wouldn’t come back.
- 5/5
Stunning room and view!
- 4/5
Nice room. Vegas is expensive.
- 1/5
When I went to change rooms front desk told me they were full capacity, nothing could be done to make any room change. I went online after and could see countless suites available for the duration of my stay. Rooms and hotel were a bit tire/old looking as well, could do with a renovation. Definitely not 5 stars, not anymore. I ended up checking out early. Front desk said hotels.com could call them to waive the fee. When hotel.com called them they refused to waive the fee. This pace is a scam, don't go here.
- 2/5
The room was not cleaned and not ready after the previous guests. There was not room cleaning during the 2-night stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Location was perfect.
- 4/5
Everything was good. Wish the pool area was open we had a place to sit outside in the sun
- 5/5
Great spacious room and loved how quiet the hotel was. Self check in and digital key was easy !
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, Thank You. The room, the staff, also the hotel.
- 2/5
Phone in the room not working. Housekeeping missed to tidy our room
- 5/5
Clean rooms and courteous staff overall, however Adrian and Jake @ the front desk stood out the most. Top tier customer service! There was another gentleman that was by the elevators that had top tier customer service as well, however I did not get his name. Employee 710960-HOM. 10 out of 10, I do recommend!

Front desk staff were very friendly. Room was ready early upon arrival. Nice bar/restaurant in lobby. Excellent location at centre of action on strip. Will definitely stay here again!!!
- 5/5
clean! Courteous staff
- 5/5
Great room with view. Easy access to Vegas strip. Value for money and comfortable stay Hard to reach staff through phone.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and secluded in a corner of the Vdara building. We were on the 35th floor in stayed in what resembled an apartment. There is no on-site parking for Vdara so i highly suggest you grab an MGM parking pass for $20 per day and parking in the Chelsea parking lot at Cosmopolitan.
- 5/5
Huge room. Great views
- 3/5
Long check in process and hotel staff wasn't very informed. Rooms was run down. needs a face lift. Room provide a kitchen but no plates or utensils. The can be ordered but they provide plasticware and paper napkins. Garbage disposal didn't work. Room controller didn't work work and we called and asked for new one. They were out and apologized. Light is kitchen kept going on and off and it couldn't be fixed. No trash can in kitchen which isn't helpful if you intended on using the kitchen. Asked for garbage bags and they bought 55 gallon drum bags. The room layout is great. The hotel is quiet. But the execution isn't where is need to be. Seems like every MGM hotel has gone down hill over the years. If you don't value the kitchen, stay at the Wynn or Encore.
- 5/5
So happy we chose VDara. Such a convenient location to move between different properties. It was clean and everyone was so friendly.
- 4/5
we were just enjoying our time and staying
- 1/5
I was given a room with a panoramic garage view and additional charges for resort fee and parking. This one. Ight cost me an additional $100 and the pains of chasing answers and confirmation, calls being dropped etc.
- 5/5
We reserved a studio with kitchenette. There were no plates or utensils - if you want them, you should order it from the housekeepers. We did check-in on the MGM app and got digital room key.
- 5/5
The room was great. But the check-in staff failed to present the in & out parking option.
- 5/5
Clean place
- 5/5
Great staff clean and comfortable room
- 5/5
Nice staff, great hotel. Connected to Aria, easy to access to restaurants. No parking directly at hotel though
- 4/5
nothing for breakfast
- 1/5
Arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't clean, cleaner left cleaning items all over the room. Phone in the room was unplugged and wasn't working. iPAd provided in the room to order for room service won't charge. We requested cleaning 3x and to have the items fixed but it wasn't done until our second day. Almost all requests (utensils, extra towels, fan, etc.) never arrived until we called again. We valet our car and upon return the car has smashed tail lights. No one in the hotel would take accountability. Filed police report with Las Vegas PD and reported it to insurance. Will never stay again.
- 3/5
Parking sucks
- 3/5
The hotel was fine, but i had paid for a room with a view of the Bellagio fountain and i could see less than half of the fountain. It would have been clearly outlined that it was an obstructed view.
- 3/5
The room was not clean.
- 1/5
I reserved a room with specific features - king bed, separate living space, separate dining space, desk - and upon arrival, the room the hotel assigned me had NONE of these. In attempting to get the room I reserved, the hotel only offered to waive two nights of the resort fee for their breach. We checked out within 12 hours and had to quickly find another property that had these characteristics right before New Year's Eve. To add to the disappointment, the hotel treated us poorly on our anniversary, making the brief experience that much worse.
- 1/5
The wallpaper was peeling- everywhere in our hall with black mold behind it. They charge for even coffee, and if you try and call the front desk? Expect to be on hold for at least 30 minutes. Waste of money.
- 4/5
It was nice! We went to Aria to eat. There were more options and easier. The Starbucks downstairs is nice though! Liked this place a lot. The only down fall is that if you need towels or cleaning, it doesn’t happen! I forgot the light was on to not be serviced by housekeeping, so called for towels twice and they never came. In room dining is limited and extremely expensive. All info is on an iPad and if it’s not charged, you cants get QR codes for menus or options of anything. We felt safe and it felt clean. The tub felt like it could’ve been scrubbed one more time. But other wise we loved our stay and it was perfect for what we were doing. Staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
Durty the safa bed was ben not conform at all. No parking I has to park at other hotals.
- 5/5
location is great--no casino is great and means it smells smoke-free! We loved having an extra half bath, which made our suite perfect for two parents and a teen. Liked having a fridge, and a washer/dryer. Staff were helpful. The property shows a bit of wear--but we had zero problems and would stay there again in a second!
- 5/5
Absolutely fantastic property and can’t wait to stay here again

I arrived late at night due to a midnight flight, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious suite, which was greatly appreciated. A wonderful start to my stay.
- 5/5
We stayed here with our family and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient.
- 4/5
Room was nice although some of the furniture showed wear and tear. Room was clean, staff was very good, room service was excellent.
- 5/5
Loved the proximity to all things.
- 5/5
Staff are nice. They hand out the free bottle water when the 24 hours market sells for $11 per bottle
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Parking is complicated
- 4/5
Self Parking is too far!
- 1/5
Worst room ever. This is the first time I have filed a formal complaint with the hotel and with Expedia. The room was so bad, that we left the hotel after one night. I have a case open with Expedia and I expect full refund.
- 5/5
Love the convenience of Vdara and access to other hotels and dining.
- 5/5
The view was really nice! Menu was good
- 2/5
I booked and stayed in Suite with family members (all 4 guests), Vdara had coffee machines in room without coffee, water, tea…,one of the windows could not open shade, the kitchen without dishes and bowls or cups, nothings at all…the fridge have nothing even we want to drink and pay for it… Poor.
- 1/5
The room smelt like smoke, not very clean. Housekeeping never came once in 4 days
- 4/5
Nice small hotel, without casino
- 5/5
Very quite clean and warm! Less traffic!
- 5/5
Wonderful location, magnificent rooms.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice view.
- 3/5
The mattress is not comfortable and the curtains are not cover the light from outside, it is really effective my rest time over night
- 2/5
The room was not particularly clean, they charge you for coffee in the room, they force you to valet your car for $40/day, they still tack on $55 a day for resort fees which is a huge scam, their service at the front desk is awful and unresponsive. The only redeeming things are it's pet friendly and in a central location. Otherwise it's an overpriced, poorly run hotel with front desk service and valet service that comes with a huge attitude and dismissive behavior. Will never stay here again.
- 2/5
Room - all the lights were not functioning, the bed is not a king size as described.

- 5/5
Good clean and comfortable
- 5/5
No complaints!
- 1/5
No self parking next to the hotel. It’s a hassle.
- 3/5
We did not know or offered a breakfast. Some of the staffs are rude. I did not get the room I specifically booked. Charged couple of times for refreshments that we did not get, called them to refund it. Check out kiosk was not easy, we tried couple of times. It should be quick and easy to check out. I was not happy with my stay.
- 5/5
Best service and room quality
- 1/5
When we arrived Vdara Hotel at 12/23, 5:40P. The Valet parking had a long line waiting. We waited about 20 minutes. Then, We chech-in at around 6:00P. The counter only had 2 or 3 person taking the check-in work. Everyone was very frustrate.
- 4/5
Everything about our stay was wonderful - just one thing could have been better: quality of pull-out sofa bed. Otherwise - totally recommend.
- 4/5
Clean room/friendly
- 1/5
I made a reservation and paid in full on 10/23/2025 for a "Studio Two Queen" bed room for 12/21/2025. Please note that my reservation was confirmed and paid in full almost *2 months in advance*. When I checked in on 12/21/2025, I was told that the hotel was completely full and that they only had a room with 1 king bed. This is *completely unacceptable*, as we are a family of 4 and my confirmed reservation was changed *without any notice nor my consent*. I would like to get a full refund for my reservation or a comparable compensation for future stay. Thank you.
- 1/5
Lacking the stuff. Only 2 or 3 stuff at check-in counter. Valet parking waited for at least 20 minutes. No free drinking water provide each room. You pay the high price if you use thier's. Not recommend to stay this Hotel
- 4/5
Room was clean if a little dated. Fridge is very small and the shower head could have been better. If you want a view get an odd numbered room. Odd numbers look out at the Aria while even numbers look out over the Bellagio back lot.

- 4/5
Great location, and nice spacious room, wonderful bathroom with soaker tub. The blackout curtains didn't actually cover the windows completely, so there was a lot of light coming through.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating!
- 5/5
Spacious and clean great view.
- 5/5
Love the Vdara rooms. Spacious, clean, contemporary.
- 2/5
Housekeeping staff was friendly. The furniture in the room looked worn. We were visiting in down season. There were other five star hotels that we could’ve stayed at for a fraction of the price. Overall, the price didn’t match the quality. Plus, you can’t use the hot tub without purchasing spa amenities.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Vdara Hotel & Spa. Customer service fell short, basic amenities like bathrobes were missing, and room cleaning costs an extra $59 plus taxes when booking through a third party.

Vdara is a gem with a super comfy bed and great rooms.

Great location, room was small

Overall, the hotel was exactly what we needed for a week in Vegas. Great location on centre strip. Easy walking north and south for whatever you wanted to do, see or eat. Room (Fountain view) was clean but none of the extra touches you’d expect from a 5* hotel (basic bathroom amenities only) and no welcome gifts which seem pretty common in upscale hotels these days. This is a vast hotel and it’s pretty soulless. There is a bar in the lobby (not cheap but it’s Vegas) and no real dining option other than a Starbucks (great fresh brew) and a cafe/shop which even by hotel standards was a disgraceful rip off (a bottle of water and 2 diet cokes for $24!). Staff were hit and miss. Bell boys and luggage guys out the front, super helpful. Check in desk, dismissive, rude and uninterested. Security staff are (maybe rightly) extra vigilant but I’m not convinced their job is to grip a guest for closing their eyes in the lobby while they wait for a cab telling them “you can’t sleep in the lobby”. Not like I’d rolled out a sleeping bag and lay down on a sofa! Really unimpressed with that on check out day. 4 stars is as much as I can give. The lack of a casino was actually a bonus and very happy with that as it just felt like a regular hotel. No idea how it’s a 5* by other big city standards though.

Room was spotless and the staff were courteous and informative.
- 4/5
Good location and peice
- 5/5
One of the best Hotels in Vegas
- 5/5
Clean. No complaints. Walking distance from Arya, bellagio and cosmopolitan. All in all good value for price.
- 1/5
Used to be such an amazing hotel. The AC didn’t work for the whole entire day. No one apologized, no compensation whatsoever. Wouldn’t even allow for a later check out. The maintenance guy came and fixed. Since all the hotel rooms were booked solid. Wouldn’t even accommodate. Was coming regularly to this hotel for the past 12 years. Not anymore, exceptionally poor service
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms. Hotel has direct access to Aria, Bellagio, and tram with access to other MGM properties and t-mobile arena.
- 5/5
Great location and easy to get around. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
It was very relaxing
- 5/5
Friendly staff

Loved
- 5/5
Staff was nice. They hold your luggage for free if you are early for check in or have a late flight after checking out. Hotel was very clean. It was nice that there was no casino. Walking to the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio was very easy! Aria is right across the street. Great location.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and very spacious. Excellent friendly staff.
- 5/5
Room was beautiful and spacious and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean, Amazing view of the strip/fountains! Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the soaking tub the most. Will say the no self parking is maddening but once we figured you can park at any Cesar’s property it was a breeze!
- 3/5
Rooms were outstanding. Completely quiet and comfortable, well appointed. A good value. Would have liked pod coffeemaker or similar as complimentary perk. $14 for a bottle of water on the mini bar not good. Shared parking garage just OK. Elevators to garage smelled REALLY BAD.
- 5/5
Great access to the bellagio, Cosmo, and Aria and a really friendly staff
- 3/5
Lots of plumbing issues and was moved rooms smh
- 5/5
Vdara is awesome. Every time we stay there with my wife we love it and this time was no different.
- 1/5
Check-in was a really tough experience. Room wasn't ready for hours
- 5/5
The best, as always, never disappoints us. ❤️
- 5/5
My wife and I really enjoyed our vacation there for our first time there…
- 3/5
The room was good. It would be better to equip the things they list on amenities if they want to accommodate customers who want kitchen. The blackouts didn't work, and it was too bright to sleep. Also, the sound of heater or air circulator was too noisy in the night.
- 1/5
It took an hour to valet and check in. Then i was charged $162 for resort fees and Hotels told me it was only $63 due at check in. I will never go back to Las Vegas or book with Hotels.com.
- 4/5
Love this hotel, but my room smelled like cat piss. Stay here all the time and love it, but not pleased that I must have got a room after someone stayed prior with a cat.
- 5/5
Great customer service!!
- 5/5
Easy check in online
- 5/5
Vdara great place to stay with family. Safe, Quiet.
- 4/5
Very little options of dining restaurants. Spacious room.
- 4/5
Room was great. People ar great. Parking is a mess. And very expensive.
- 4/5
The kitchens do not come with dishes. When we ordered dishes, they arrived dirty. Our kuerig maker was broken. When I called to ask for a replacement, I was told every time I place a mug on the maker, I’d be charged 20 bucks, so did I really want a coffee maker delivered. While this did not end up being the actual policy, he goal was achieved in not having to create a ticket and bring us a maker because I said never mind. The digital room key was flakey so we just relied on the plastic key cards. There were several other minor inconveniences. When I reported the issues, they did remove the resort fees; which is why I’m rating a 4 star instead of 1 or 2 star.
- 1/5
House keeping wasn’t done even after request. Took 8 hrs to get rolling bed delivered
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Spotless room! Quiet floor! Customer service, I must give it 5 Stars. I loved everything about Vdara. I highly recommend it, without reservation. I’ll definitely stay here many times and again.
- 5/5
Spacious room, clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 4/5
Room was clean and maintained well. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
Check in was slow and lines were long . Just trying to key an lost key had to wait in line for 1/2 hour. (need a separate customer service area for non check in issues)
- 3/5
And stuff missing in the fridge . The most upsetting thing was under wear form we don't even know who. We just wish it would of been cleaned well and not things missing in fridge, and underwear . We couldn't put our clothes away . Hope I can get my full deposit ! We left the room clear than what they gave it to us and we didn't touch anything in the fridge stuff was missing I have pictures .
- 3/5
My room needed up dating, there were stains on the carpet and in the bathroom. The "pot lights" some were out in the ceiling. Couldn't get the A/C to work properly. I got a kitchen suite and I didn't ask for one. The pool was closed the Bellagio pool was open next door. The sauna and steam room costs ($100.00) a day its free at the Conrad. I was very disappointed.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Liked the size of the room
- 4/5
Good overall. Some broken items in the suite; better routine maintenance would be good.
- 4/5
It used to be much better
- 5/5
Spacious and clean room with great amenities and accessible to other locations via the Tram.
- 5/5
Love the hotel. Is quiet, clean and doesn't smell like smoke. The people is very friendly.
- 5/5
Hard to see why you’d stay anywhere else for the value you get at Vdara. No casino? Who cares — you’re steps from the Cosmopolitan, ARIA, and Bellagio. This all-suites property is the best value on the Strip, IMO.
- 5/5
Room was great, check in and check out was easy. Top rated hotel. Just beware of the extra food and drink items in the room. The paper coffee cup kits look simple and in my experience are for free coffee, but turns out the kit was $18 and my wife picked up a candy pack to look at it and then put it back. Just picking up had it charge us for that. A call to the front desk fixed it, but wonder how many people don't check their bills for stuff like that. Just felt sneaky.
- 3/5
Check-in process was easy!!! My room was disgusting. Someone’s makeup was left on the bathroom counter. The garbage wasn’t emptied. And a few other random items were left on the table. Not impressed.
- 5/5
Spotless rooms with generous room sleeping 3 adults. The staff was impeccable. The amenitues were outstanding. I was dissapointed about not having and complimentary coffee for the room.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Perfectly located and connected to wonderful shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
excellent!
- 1/5
Not worth the expense.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The facility was clean. Service workers were friendly and helpful. I would go back there again.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Spacious rooms and great location.
- 3/5
The rooms are tiered. The staff can be very unfriendly.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Rented a high end suite. Suite had nothing in it. Great run for ex, no soaps for the tub. Washer and dryer yet no detergent. The staff cold as can be tho not rude, off-putting. For the prices I expected at least smiling faces
- 5/5
Beautiful room!!
- 5/5
Beautiful room!!
- 3/5
Room appeared too worn. Housekeeping not great. Parking very far away. No room options at check in. You get what you get.
- 5/5
Always a great time!
- 5/5
Nice room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
I didn’t hear much outside noise, staff was courteous the entire stay. Could have more movies available while relaxing in your room.
- 5/5
Always a good stay
- 5/5
The rooms are beautiful and always up to standard
- 5/5
We had an excellent weekend the Vdara is perfectly located where is easy to go places using the tram or walking.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Thank you!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 5/5
The room was great and the staff were really nice.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly front desk & house keeping.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous. The room was mostly clean but it looked worn from use and lack of maintenance. The carpeting was torn away from where it meets the kitchen tiling. Also the carpeting had stained spots on it and one of the lamp shades had champagne spray on it.
- 5/5
No complaints
- 3/5
Room showed signs of wear, and the light switches were poorly located. The bathroom door made a terrible creaking noise when closed (which was fixed), but the door handle still made noise when turned. Overall the room and available amenities (including no notice about seasonal pool closure) fell far below our expectations.
- 3/5
Staff were rude.
- 5/5
Great location. Like a hotel without casino bu have great access to Aria and Bellogio
- 5/5
Breakfast cafe was reasonable too. Sadly pool was closed.
- 5/5
We stay at the Vdara every time we visit Vegas. It’s like our home away from home. The rooms are spacious suites which are always very clean. The elevators are super close to the exits and we appreciate not having to walk through a casino to find the check in desk. We love this property and will continue to stay here!
- 5/5
It is a quiet nice place. Comfortable room
- 5/5
Excellent smoke free hotel in a brilliant centre strip location, a couple of minutes walk through hotel lobby to Cosmopolitan casino or tram links etc. generous room size with separate lounge area and kitchenette (fridge, hotplate, microwave, coffee machine) which was great for making a morning coffee or quick snack. We had a fountain view room with great view of Bellagio. Fountains and the strip etc. would definitely return here.
- 5/5
The hotel is immaculate, smells clean as soon as you walk in. Can’t fault a thing, even the weather was spot on too. When we return to vegas, this is where we will be staying again.
- 5/5
The whole experience was wonderful and so worth it. Thank you Vdara!!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Awesome staff, clean, nonsmoking
- 5/5
Hotel and staff where great!!!
- 5/5
Room was gorgeous. I got upgraded. Nice size room.
- 3/5
Large room and bathroom. Decent location. Smoke free. But the pool closed at 6pm, the fridge was too small to hold a takeout box, and there was zero soundproofing... constant noise from traffic, maids carts, conversations and doors slamming. The bathroom had no fan, no hooks and the floor was absolutely filthy.
- 1/5
When I checked out I asked for a receipt and it said nothing about the charge.
- 3/5
very hard to find self parking.
- 5/5
Room was better than expected, clean and perfect location. So easy to get to around without having to walk thru a casino.
- 4/5
Large room great for a business trip or family. Not having the casino on the property made it easy to get to the gym, pool or just grab coffee in the morning. Super quick walk to the bellagio, aria or cosmo.
- 5/5
I liked how clean and quiet it was. Also housekeeping was excellent.
- 5/5
Clean room, very nice sleeping bed. Very quiet and safe. Not many dining options connected to Aria and cosmopolitan hotel but overall I loved it. Wish i would've brought my bathing suit because it was great weather.
- 5/5
Great location Nothing we were happy the aria was so close!
- 3/5
The hotel obviously needs some updates. Things are starting to wear and some electronics that should be a cool convenience (like power to shades/blackout shades) not working very well. The mobile check in/out function was a joke and didn't work for either. The lines at the front desk were way too long and staff had very little sense of urgency. Waiting 25-30 minutes to check out was not fun. The guy barking at people to scan their key at the hotel is off-putting, and him running back and forth between elevator bays was just weird. The approach to service and courtesy was not on par with what I experienced the last time I stayed here.
- 3/5
Nice hotel but like everything in Las Vegas overpriced. The $55.00 plus tax resort fee is a joke.
- 5/5
I liked the convenience of restaurants and in room kitchenette
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room. Elevator looking worn and not kept updated. Fitness room was small and closed at 5pm…not very accommodating to a 24 hour town.
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel is amazing. The look, the smell, the convenience. The staff treats everyone like VIP’s. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Always enjoy Vdara - very spacious and comfortable rooms, great view of the strip and Bellagio fountains. The housekeeping is of a consistently high standard and they are very accommodating. It is very quiet and we never hear any noise from surrounding rooms. A great central position and the check in process is relatively quick and pleasant. It is an older property and sometimes you can be unlucky with a room but the room we had this time was great - a few little knocks but very clean and a very deep bath. We will be back.
- 4/5
Was a nice room and very quiet hotel. Located in a great area. Having the kitchenette was great but the fridge was too small.
- 3/5
I paid a premium for a panorama view suite as I was there for three nights and was going to be very busy with work and wanted a refuge to return to. Honestly, it was ok but as other reviews stated, the view sucks if you get the fifth floor room. Blazing lights, tram running past your window, most of which are dirty to begin with. I mean it's ok but for the same price at Cosmo or Aria you get a real view and a better over all experience. It's not terrible by any means, however I also got a call on the third night at 11:45 pm, waking me up from the hotel manager asking if my room change had happened. Absurd, he apologized but just really sloppy. They also hit my card for $750 with out telling me, despite by room being paid for in advance on Hotels.com, which I get covers incidentals but the charge is still there and 48 hours later still isn't adjusted for the actual bill. In short the experience was just OK, staff was always decent and professional, it's just not worth paying a premium for those suites compared to the cost value at other locations.
