The bathroom had the toilet paper holder broken so paper roll would not stay on, mini fridge did not work, plugs for chargers only 1 worked out of 4 in the room. Towels looked old and overused. Pool was dirty with debris not enough to keep us from swimming but it looked like they had not cleaned it that morning. Many of the restaurants inside the hotel were closed.
- 4/5
great location, not enough late night food choices, slow check in process. That's the only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star rating.
- 5/5
Great location and facilities
- 5/5
The rooms were clean staff great and the price was right
- 3/5
To all my gamers out there who travel with their gaming systems I wouldn’t recommend this place.. I was on vacation and on the way back spent two night at this hotel and the tvs don’t let you connect to it. They have the HDMI ports but it doesn’t let you connect to it.

Location
- 5/5
Fun and affordable. Great location!
- 5/5
Nice room for the price.
- 3/5
The rooms are not well kept they’re not dirt dirty but they are not well kept, the light fixtures are really dusty the top window of our room had a small crack on it the WiFi was not good at all. Overall this hotel was okay what I did like was the kids arcade and the pool.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The best service and attention to us. Very clean the rooms the casino is amazing. I want to go back soon
- 3/5
Horrible wifi
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the hotel and its proximity to the Mall connecting hotel. Everything was in walking distance
- 3/5
That was my first time staying at the Treasure Island, and stayed the Weekend. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the over-all facility is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel amenities good but, for example, the pool and Jacuzzi are small for the amounts of guests due to lower price. they do have a nice fitness center and their Spa looks nice, but I didn’t used it.I didn’t eat at their restaurants. Nothing is included on the room’s price, but hey, it’s Las Vegas!
- 5/5
Great room, friendly staff, clean casino. overall a great place!
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
Great clean rooms no smell we had a wonderful time!
- 4/5
Hotel restaurants such as the coffee shop should be open 24hrs
- 3/5
Free parking was a plus. The rooms AC wasn’t that great
- 3/5
Bed was horrible. It was hard and we did not sleep well either night. Pillows were flat and very uncomfortable as well. Casino was extremely smoky. I don’t think the air filters were working very well. Other casinos we were in were not as smoky. I don’t think we will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Clean room, great water pressure, no long wait for hot water 👍 and very friendly and helpful personnel. My luggage was immediately in my room.
- 5/5
Very family friendly, clean and spacious
- 3/5
Overall, the hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. All of them were very very Customer Service orientated, but our air-conditioning in our room wasn't working that great and in Vegas that's important. Also, the pool area was third class the chaise lounge cushions were stained. They just looked really old. The pool itself was very crowded because it's such a small area and the towels were like old gym towels. The bar outside wasn't very nice. I said they had a swim at bar which I did not see in all the aesthetics of the pool were just below minimal. Like I said above the hotel itself was at least a four out of five you could tell they had updated the rooms and the mattresses and pillows were pretty comfortable, which would've made the room a five out of five if the AC had worked hallways were maintained and looked clean. Elevators worked and seemed to be clean as well. Food and entertainment within the hotel was pretty decent and all I'd say you could stay here for the price. It was worth it just don't expect anything great from the pool and hopefully they get this AC situation under control.
- 5/5
Was good enough for a weeekend stay
- 4/5
Clean hotel, central location on the strip next to hard rock hotel, good food options inside hotel. Pool was great with a DJ. My room was on the 5th floor, south tower. Clean room with no issues. Would stay again if price is right..
- 1/5
I wouod not recommend staying there
- 5/5
Very clean and upgraded hotel.
- 3/5
Room was clean but the air and tv were not working correctly. When I mentioned it to staff, help was sent immediately. Pool area could use some updates with towels and cushions, as they seem old and worn out. Overall, great location for what we needed(concert at the Sphere), helpful staff, and clean rooms.

Liked staff, except front desk manager (FDM). The FDM did not show sympathy, empathy, nor did he address my concerns where a basic standard TV channel ABC was blocked in my room, per front desk personnel. FDM told me that in order to see the ABC channel, I would need to purchase the cable TV service package, same as the hotel sportsbar. This was disrespectful received from a manager and he did not acknowledge the inconvenience this caused for me as a die hard New York Knicks Fan where I couldn't utilize that channel to watch the FINAL 2026 NBA championship in my own paid for room. I had to go downstairs and watch the SAME blocked channel in a sportsbar. This was majorly inconvenient and disheartening that I could not watch the biggest game of the year inside the privacyof my room. Still awaiting a follow response from FDM todate (6/14/26). Please consider contacting me by phone or email (TI has my contact info) to offer a complimentary accommodation stay in the near future.
- 5/5
great time
- 2/5
- 3/5
Free parking was convenient. Upon arrival, did a self check-in at the kiosk because I didn’t see the lobby. The room assigned was ok, a little outdated. The bed sheet wasn’t tucked in and the window was so dirty that when I tried taking a picture, my phone said to clean the lense. I went to find the lobby because I wanted to find out how to get my Expedia perk. The worker, Pritesh, was not very friendly and said I wasn’t an Expedia VIP member even though I was showing him my app. I hate having to pay the resort fees even though I don’t use any of their “amenities.” Not the usual hotel I stay at but opted to stay here because of the proximity to The Sphere.
- 5/5
This is probably the best value for your hard earned dollars. I got a suite for good deal the view was great, the space was really night. I wish the light switches were a little easier to find in the dark because banging your feet and knee on that durable furniture sure does hurt. The AC could be a little colder but that's about it everything was great
- 5/5
i wish there was a microwave in the rooms
- 4/5
.This place was absolutely one of the best places to stay. It’s conveniently located in the center of everything, with CVS, Walgreens, and many other stores nearby. The only downside was that there was a daily deposit fee of $100, which added to the resort fee. Despite this, I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Updated rooms. Great stay
- 5/5
This place was a nice stay for the price and all the amenities you get you really can’t go wrong. Location is wonderful you have nice places all around, we enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
Not bad for a short stay
- 2/5
Bathroom clogged and very noisy from next room.
- 4/5
Still a clean room in a great location.
- 5/5
I liked that I had a view , I did like the casino it was big and full of games. I did enjoy the free parking. It was convenient to have a cvs there for essentials needs.
- 4/5
We we promised some "VIP Perks" such as food and drink discounts but were not offered any.
- 4/5
It serves a purpose, good rooms, friendly staff and walkable to other casinos in the strip. However, they can use an upgrade, esp the carpets, they stink. They really need to start with that. But overall, I would recommend the place if you are looking for affordable/on the strip property.
- 4/5
Great location. Great price. If you want less “noise” but still be on the strip, Treasure Island is for you.
- 5/5
A live person check in was a nightmare. It took 45 minutes to check in.
- 3/5
Some rooms didn't have microwaves, several hidden fees . Room was hot. No comp breakfast.
- 5/5
Very clean facility. You could stay in the hotel premise the entire stay if you didn’t want to relax. Everything is available with several shops, restaurants, and don’t forget the pool! Great experience, spacious rooms and free parking! Will book again 😊
- 5/5
Thank you staff.
- 5/5
Amazing experience and the staff so friendly
- 5/5
Very peaceful very clean thank you so much ! Will recommend coming here again
- 4/5
Clean, soda machine was not working on the floor
- 5/5
Clean room, easy check in and check out
- 2/5
Why don’t you help seniors with checking in and letting them have room closer to front desk? Instead of travel to the farthest corner of the hotel? GFI Outlet looked dangerous and needs replacing in the room. Staff unfriendly. Hours of pool were not the best. Bar staff very unfriendly. Breakfast not cooked fully for cornbeef hash. staff not helpful. Gilleys staff stood there when we were at podium waiting for a seat. Hatd to go to them and ask for a table. Good at Gilleys was very good. Service bad
- 3/5
I was pleasantly surprised at the upgrade to what I booked. Made the experience SO much better. Really enjoyed the pool. Our breakfast waiter was VERY good. Pleasant and enjoyable.
- 4/5
Once we got into our room on the 33rd floor, our fridge was frozen over and was not working correctly. The ice machine on our floor was not working either. We defrosted our fridge ourselves and then it did work. The room was clean and comfortable and it was a great location on the Vegas Strip. We stayed for 2 nights and the rest of the stay was good. We did use the workout room and it was really nice and clean.
- 4/5
Good stay. Clean rooms and good taxi services

This isn’t my first time staying at treasure Island. I usually like this hotel, but we had bad bugs so at 4 o’clock in the morning we had to move from one room to another room that was an inconvenience to us on our first night. We had only just made it in by 12 midnight and we put down our bags and went out to have dinner and gamble for a little while and by the time we got back to the hotel at four to lay down and get comfortable, they will bedbugs in our bed. Other than that the hotel is pretty nice. They try to accommodate us as much as they can, but I think they could’ve been better.
- 4/5
Beautiful view but I would have liked to have two beds
- 5/5
Convenient stay, walking to the sphere , Ceasars palace , and other hotels were easy. Parking was free and garage was easy to get into from the freeway
- 5/5
Staff was very kind and helpful
- 4/5
👍
- 3/5
Didn’t like I paid for a strip view and was placed facing construction I paid extra for it
- 5/5
The only thing I really missed was having a coffee maker in the room. Everything else was great
- 4/5
Overall the hotel was great. The only issue we had was the plumbing in our room was clogging and we had to call maintenance to check it out.
- 3/5
The staff at the pool was very rude!
- 5/5
great stay!
- 5/5
I like your hotel
- 5/5
Very nice, good location good prices stayed here many times and again soon.
- 1/5
Everything was great the only thing that was not mentioned was the 100.00 a night deposit a lot of other guest were not able to afford that while checking and lost their reservation. This does not need to be in a fine print it needs to be mentioned as a fee aside from the resorts daily fee. Ruined my entire vacation and experience.
- 3/5
Our stay was great. Rooms were nice. Great price. Parking was key, especially if your going.to the sphere for a show. Only complaint was the room A/C. We could never get the room cold enough.
- 3/5
Hotel was okay. There was a moldy smell all over the place and the shower drain was clogged. Pool closes at 7pm which is ridiculous, especially on the sunny days in Vegas people would like to go out to the pool after 7pm when it cools down a bit.
- 5/5
no tengo quejas , todo el servicio está muy bien … de verdad , lo recomiendo muchísimo
- 3/5
The room was inexpensive, spacious, and had two bathrooms. It was also outdated, a little musty, and I had bug bites across my back in the morning. The cabanas were inexpensive. The pool was very cloudy, and seemed dirty. Slots didn’t pay Jack. Meh!
- 4/5
Was there an airport shuttle?
- 5/5
Great room, terrific staff, awesome view, will definately stay there again!
- 4/5
Treasure Island is in a great location and a good deal, but very dated inside the casino and rooms. We had the continental breakfast which was muffins and a very hard boiled egg. Probably won’t stay there again.
- 2/5
AC was not that cold.
- 5/5
Excellent property. Very clean and well maintained. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Location was perfect. Hotel was clean and reasonably priced. Staff was helpful.
- 4/5
Easy Access To All Valet Was Great !! But No Beer Service At The Slots ' was There Playing For Over An Hour And Not One Cocktail Sever Came Around??
- 5/5
Beds were comfy, room was clean.
- 4/5
Great location.
- 4/5
It was an easy check in and check out process. Not a bad area to stay in either. Really enjoyed my time while there. Parking is free which is always a plus. Room was kept clean. Overall the stay was great.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious
- 1/5
Old
- 4/5
No respetan las reservas que se hacen con anterioridad
- 5/5
nice
- 5/5
The hotel was a nice hotel for our family.
- 4/5
Treasure Island is in need of updates but aside from this we had a good trip.
- 5/5
Clean room kind staff would stay again
- 3/5
Rate was fair, but they charged an additional fee at check in, so I paid too much.
- 2/5
Hated that there were only 2 very slow employees at the counter to help w check-in. The line was ridiculously long. And the self check in machine (not in lobby) wasnt working. Last thing you want to encounter after a long flight. The lobby/check in counter has 1, 2 person circle thing to sit. So while we wait inna long line to check in, whoever is w us cant even rest their legs as no where to sit. When we finally got to our room it was hot and muggy. A/C was off. Had to turn on a wait forever for the room to cool. The location is convention though. Very close to venetian and I liked the Starbucks that was in the corner. Uber pickup spot was easy & close to front.
- 5/5
convenient location to the Sphere
- 4/5
The property was good. The beds are not so comfortable though.
- 5/5
Excellent location, close to downtown Las Vegas and the Strip. The hotel offered good value, clean rooms, and friendly service. Many attractions, restaurants, and casinos were within easy reach. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
- 5/5
Cleanliness, staff are helpful & friendly
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Great location and a good value Some food outlets had closed since my last visit
- 3/5
Have stayed several times, but first time to see black mold in the shower, where the tile meets the bathtub. Two spots I photographed, and let Guest services know before checking out. Good proximity to Fashion Show Mall and other venues. I will return.
- 4/5
There are no coffee maker or microwave in rooms, Guests would like coffee before heading out early and it would be nice to be able to heat leftovers since portions tend to be large.
- 5/5
Great deal, free parking, nice room!
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 1/5
Very poor
- 3.5/5
Good
- 4/5
Great central location. Staff were really good. Christian on reception was very helpful when we asked for a room change. Rooms clean, bed very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean with a great shower. Staff around the pool were rude and unhelpful particularly a young girl working at the entrance to the pool on Tuesday 8th June. Ice creams only sold at the weekend around the pool !!
- 4/5
Free parking was great. Location was good place on the strip. Not central so not too loud, but right on the end for walking, etc. We saw Cirque du Soliel, which was in the hotel, so that was very convenient. Food options were OK but not amazing.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 4.5/5
Great location and value for money. Clean and everything works. Rooms are accurately described. Free parking if you have a car The facility is aging, so parts that are hard to replace may not be super modern. But things worked and were clean.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
The property is great I like everything the rooms where great
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Much better than i expected, staff at check in desk were very helpful location is very good aswell definitely would recommend or stay again.
- 4/5
Location, I was able to walk to the wyn for dinner , concert at the sphere and trade shows at the Vegas convention center Pool and restaurants
- 4/5
The coffee shop breasfast food portion was big and tasted very good and the price is reasonable. And I really enjoy relaxing in the pool area. Also the gift shop opened 24 hour when I can get some gifts to my friends at midnight. The only thing I regarded is not booked my room at Treasury Island website instead of used the third party website. If I book at the treasury island website will save me money get voucher for food and save me time for check in and check out.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable rooms. Fast response to requests. What we didn’t like was the pool area. Most of the lounge chairs are under direct sun all day long, with absolutely no shade and no umbrellas provided. If you want to stay in the shaded area, you have to pay around $280, which is an unreasonable amount just to avoid sitting under the burning sun.
- 3/5
good location good staff no coffee in rooms toilet handle broke
- 1/5
Location and free parking Rooms outdated air conditiong doesnt cool ,old towels hallway smell bad
- 3.5/5
On strip Cost . They charge me the same rate for all days .. normally Sunday n Monday are cheaper ..
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location! There's a CVS attached to the hotel which was very convenient. There is also a Starbucks and a café for people who enjoy their morning coffee! The pool was a bit on the small side but there was plenty of lounge chairs and a DJ. The room was comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Beyond a great experience loved self check out
- 3/5
I also appreciated the free parking, which is becoming rare in Vegas. While some parts of the hotel feel a little dated, everything was well maintained and worked fine. Noise levels were reasonable, and the beds were comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, Treasure Island is a great value hotel in Las Vegas. It may not be ultra-luxury, but it offers a solid experience, a convenient location, and good amenities for the price. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was well maintained and great location
- 5/5
It’s nice experience!
- 3/5
Free in and out parking is good. The Coffee Shoppe food was good and reasonable price.
- 5/5
Todo muy bien
- 2/5
Staff in casino were rude
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Clean room, staff are friendly. Easy access to mall and other nearby hotels.
- 5/5
Free parking. Best deal.
- 5/5
Very relaxing great location
- 5/5
Love the hotel & casino. I didn’t like that the internet & cable tv were not working the last day of my stay.
- 5/5
I love the hotel. I will be back soon
- 5/5
It was great for our family trip ✔️
- 5/5
Rooms were big and clean. Pool chair rentals where high.
- 4/5
Very convenient location on the strip. You can walk across the street to fashion show mall. It’s only minutes away from Venetian, Palazzo and Wynn. There is a CVS at the entrance of TI, very convenient. Self check in is very efficient and staff pretty helpful. Overall it is good value.
- 4/5
The coffee shops and convenience stores were open after 6am. Right at 6am, there was a line of 20+ at Starbucks. Need to open earlier. Believe it or not, a lot of people get up early in Vegas - have golf outings or day trips planned.
- 5/5
Barely stayed in the room but it was nice and clean
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
Parking was great! Pool area limited!
- 5/5
Liked the clean rooms
- 3/5
The room looks to old
- 5/5
Amazing room with a view. 1st time staying here, will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Exlent
- 2/5
Also, we had somebody pounding on our door at 4:50 AM swearing and cussing to let them in when I said you have the wrong room he kept kicking and cussing and pounding on our door for about 10 minutes till I said I was gonna call the front desk
- 4/5
Everything was fine but ice machines on floors always out.
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent
- 5/5
Hotel was big and the price was reasonable. It had everything from restaurants to pharmacy to pool/spa. Free self parking which you can't beat. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Hoteland rooms where clean. Saw a lot of families as well. Close walking distance to Venetian and Caesar palace. I would definitely book again.
- 4/5
Great breakfasts at Coffee Shop. There was a lot of security and we felt safe. The pool area is beautiful with restaurants, bars, and waitresses. Hotel even has room service! We will probably stay here again.
- 3/5
Adequate rooms, family-friendly, reasonable prices and free parking. Not many local eateries on property, but sky bridge links TI to the Venetian.
- 3/5
At check in the attendant was beyond rude. We where not notified about the 100.00 a night deposit (yes100.00 a night) so since we stayed 5 nights that killed a lot of the extra money we brought. Non of the ice makers worked on our floor or the 2 below us. The room was very small the pool was even smaller being only 3 feet deep. Not at all what you would expect from a resort. The Food is beyond pricey. I don't know if I would ever stay here again
- 5/5
Clean rooms friendly staff
- 5/5
Close everything
- 4/5
The pool was nice however there wasn't much offered for food and variety of drink service in the pool area. We weren't allowed to bring our own water yet the water they.provided was in a container with cups and the water was warm. Staff was friendly enough but not overly helpful. I had questions at checkout but was told to drop my key in the box and the bill would be emailed to me. There were ALOT of hidden fees that we weren't expecting. I did appreciate being able to park there foe no additional costs
- 4/5
Easy check in and check out. The parking is not far from the hotel lobby
- 3/5
No coffee machine, no water to drink, no complimentary coffee or tea
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, family friendly
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, good location.
- 5/5
Everything was very good
- 3/5
It’s decent. I would recommend going to the front desk and not using the express check-in kiosk. I was assigned a room automatically which I think was an error. The carpets in my hotel room were soaking wet. The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room and the bathroom was slightly dirty. There were also burn holes in our blankets. I expressed my concerns immediately to the front desk clerk, Clarissa, and she had a housekeeper come and spray air freshener. That really didn’t help for our four day stay with the wet carpets. It’s a good thing we had sandals kind of like prison. When I reserved the room, it was for a king or two queen beds. At the kiosk, it asked me if I would like to upgrade to a deluxe two queen bed suite, this was my daughter‘s graduation trip so I figured why not it was only $30 a night, it was the same exact room that I booked. They charged me extra for two queen beds instead of one king I have screenshots of this, and they insist that this was a “deluxe room.” We had a view of the strip and the pool below, which was nice. The pool is nice but a little small. The coffee shop restaurant is great, Larri the server is a gem. Overall, I’d say 5/10 stars. It’s decent, it’s dated and needs some updates but it’s not terrible for the price. I would’ve rated higher if my concerns were addressed instead of brushed off. Also, the breakfast you’ll pay $20 extra for, the “continental breakfast” is a small muffin, croissant, danish, and fruit.
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was perfect!
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff was super helpful l. And breakfast was DELICIOUS
- 5/5
We expected a functioning Krispy Kreme but without that and no food court and the Cafe only open breakfast and lunch, food options were very limited. Disappointed that there was no live poker.
- 3/5
The room we got was very spacious but still very dated. We liked the location and easy access to the Venetian bridge. Breakfast was delicious and the pool is family friendly. Overall, enjoyed the hotel. Our main critique is how dated the rooms and elevators still are
- 4/5
Would be nice if they filled the vending machines instead of me walking several times to the CVS site for a drink or snack
- 3/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Clean quiet non-smoking room. Easy to park. Loved the Cirque du Soleil show on property.
- 5/5
Great place to stay on the Vegas strip. Walkable to many places
- 4/5
The pool area is so fun!
- 4/5
Thought I was getting a good deal. Check in then said have a resort fee of over 50.00 dollars.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and conveniently located
- 3/5
Great staff allowing for late checkouts and response when called, they were excellent and promptly attended to what was asked. Very great staff but hotel is outdated.
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was great. I love the pool, location, and great restaurants inside the property.
- 5/5
Nice for an older hotel. No fridge to keep things cool. Shower pipes made noise when hot water was running.
- 5/5
Praise all around. Arcade should be a bit more kid win friendly.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at TI. Very clean and spacious hotel it was. The staff are friendly and the hotel felt very safe and welcoming. The rooms were very good as well. The pool was also fun! Will visit again!
- 5/5
The room was clean and didn't smell like smoke. Slept soundly. No noise coming through the walls

- 4/5
The location of Treasure Island was good and the prices of rooms very reasonable.
- 4/5
The property is iconic!
- 5/5
Great

At our hotel registration, we were told continental breakfast would be included. The only breakfast options were served and paid for at their restaurant. As an adventurous duo, we decided to try out the timeshare option. We were repeatedly lied to by the person who had convinced us to try the option. She lied about the proximity of the Uber driver, about the availability of other timeshare locations, about the proximity of the freebie slot machine gift certificates, and, most importantly, she left us stranded 20 minutes away from our hotel with no option of a return ride. She should be held accountable for her actions. Our room was a bit of a disappointment. For lack of a better word, it would've been nice to have the options to make our own coffee in the morning and to buy water or soda from the mini fridge. Towels and other amenities were always an issue that needed to be requested. Truthfully, I will not be returning to Treasure Island. I will be trying the Venetian instead.

Overall is great
- 5/5
Great service will stay here next trip
- 5/5
The stay was amazing. The hotel was clean and close to all the fun things on the strip.
- 5/5
I made my mistake when I arrive at Vegas. However, the front desk managers were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my family’s stay in Las Vegas memorable.
- 5/5
I love the shower very spacious in the bathroom as well.
- 4/5
Clean roils but dated. Very friendly cleaning staff and so helpful. Easy access ti the strip. Starbucks out the door of hotel.
- 4.5/5
The location was great. The rooms and beds were comfortable. We made a very late check in and when we got to the room, the buth tub drain was blocked. They sent us a technician at 02:30, who fixed the problem in five minutes...! Very impressive and very responsive..! Everything else was as expected and
- 3/5
Also, for those that hate cigarette smoke. This hotel has both smoking and non smoking rooms. In my opinion it draws more smokers. Really noticeable in the casino that there a lot lot of smokers
- 4/5
Location
- 2/5
The battery on my door died so I couldn’t get into my room. It took security to break into my room and change the battery to let me in. The carpet was super sticky as if someone put old lollipops all over the floor.
- 3/5
Good location to the sphere
- 4/5
Front desk staff were extremely friendly and grounds were well maintained with the exception of the front of property where vacant senior frogs and walkway is torn up. We did not use any amenities and were still charged the full use cost of these. Even when just wanting to view the pool deck, we were told no due to my wife having a bag with a snow globe in it l. Even asked if they could hold at the booth while we checked out the area and were told no.
- 5/5
We enjoyed breakfast at the Coffee Shop, a meals at Gilleys and the Sports Bar. Convenient.
- 4/5
Clean room,
- 3/5
So for overall price it was not such a great deal!
- 5/5
Though dated, room clean. Issue bath tub draining slowly, quickly repaired. Breakfast at coffee shop, not worth the price even with coupon. Starbucks on the property, a big plus.
- 1/5
The advertised room rate was nowhere near what we ultimately paid. After already spending approximately $1,500 on the reservation, we were shocked by the additional fees, deposits, and charges required at check-in. The final cost felt misleading and far exceeded expectations. The property itself showed signs of neglect. Cleanliness was inconsistent, common areas often appeared dirty, and the hotel felt dated and poorly maintained for the price being charged. The pool was another letdown. It was overcrowded, difficult to find seating, and lacked the relaxing resort atmosphere advertised by the hotel. What makes this especially frustrating is that Las Vegas was incredible. We loved the restaurants, the Bellagio fountains, Fremont Street, and the Sphere. The hotel, however, was easily the weakest part of the trip. For the amount of money guests are expected to spend, transparency, cleanliness, and a quality resort experience should be the minimum standard. Treasure Island failed to deliver on all three. We will return to Las Vegas, but we will not be returning to Treasure Island.
- 3/5
It was a good room to sleep in but we had issues with our toilet the entire stay where it stopped working at some point. Also I was pressured into giving a tip to the guy who took our bags to be checked in. I didn’t want him messing with our stuff and he was very relentless with it. Watch out for an older guy with glasses. Prob won’t be back👍
- 4.5/5

The location and the parking The food court there’s not so much stuff
- 5/5
It was a good stay for us.
- 4/5
I was very surprised to see that the Hotel did not supply an electric kettle and tea/coffee/creamer sachet in the room. We are a tea drinker. We need our tea every morning. I had to go down hunting for hot water and creamer every morning which was a major inconvenience and embarrassing to say the least. I would expect such a basic thing from such a big and reputed hotel.
- 4/5
I stayed here last week while going to the BTS concert at allegiant stadium. The room was clean and they offer free parking which was nice.
- 5/5
The staff at check in was very nice and friendly. She upgraded us to a room with a view which we loved. The hotel had free parking and that was a major plus! I would go back and stay at TI!

We will not stay here again or recommend to friends and family!!! Extremely disappointed. We have stayed here in the past and it used to be good. Now it’s a dump, poorly managed and over all dirty and poorly maintained!!!!!
- 5/5
Very close and accessible

This is my first time to stay at Treasure Island. And I must say it was a good experience. I like how convenient it is to walk to the strip and to other hotels.

- 4/5
Excellent location at an affordable price. The free parking garage made driving carefree. Beware… don’t pay for the “breakfast included” unless you are OK with a very small continental breakfast at a restaurant that serves full breakfast meals.
- 4/5
Location Property looks old
- 3/5
The reservation was under my name but the credit card used to make the reservation was my company's, so they wouldn't let me check in unless the person with the credit card was present. Had to wait 3 hrs til my coworker was off work to be able to check in.
- 3/5
Free parking , good size clean room Self checking in, due to certain aspects that by talking to a human , could have been explained , waiting on staffs attitude when they knew you were on the already paid for buffet breakfast , knowing that a tip was not forth coming for the job they are paid to do !
- 2.5/5
It was good It wasn't clean enough
- 1/5
Although we opted for a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the room when we arrived, which was disappointing and inconsistent with our reservation request.
- 5/5
The room was big and clean, and the view was great.
- 5/5
Staff was nice and helpful.
- 1/5
Hidden fee Charging $113 of resource fee that we did not know when booking
- 4/5

- 4/5
The location is convenient.
- 4/5
The room was ok considering the age of the hotel. It was not as clean as expected. The fridge barely worked.
- 4/5
Breakfast was available from a few different places..room was nice .my TV was defective white spots across screen..
- 5/5
Clean hotel , feel safe
- 4/5
Still one of the hotels with good value for the price during EDC week.
- 4/5
Self parking is nice. We had a loud argument in the room next to ours. We called the front desk and security handled the situation within five minutes. Excellent service!
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned, there was hair in my shower upon arrival. Restaurants on site, per the website state they are open 24 hours a day when in fact they are not! One karaoke bar where the bartenders take turns screaming in the microphone. Also if connected to the WiFi expect it to drop yours devices as well as the in room tv hourly!
- 4/5
i really liked the hotel been there before the only thing might be need to do try to fo id remodel the Ac as some of them kind of noisy other than that is nice and cheap
- 4/5
Decent hotel. Not the cleanest…but wasn’t gross. Beds were comfortable. The pool was fun on a Saturday with a live DJ. Food options weren’t great. Close to lots of things!
- 4/5
Great value for staying in Vegas. Pool was great. Starbucks was nice to have on the property I just wished there were more fast/casual dining options there. Overall good rooms for a quick stay to go to the sphere.

Room was clean enough but had some remaining trash in places. Overall the hotel is older but still nice. Just be aware of $100 a night deposit. Money goes right back after checkout so use a credit card. Staff was friendly but hotel has limited food choices.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at TI. We were so excited when we found out we were upgraded to an executive suite at check-in. The whole property was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was very helpful. What a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay at Treasure Island again!!
- 5/5
Shops and everything you could need right there
- 5/5
Great view from the room and the check in staff were really great with us as well
- 5/5
Clean room. Would have liked to have a microwave and coffee maker
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and a convenient CVS is located in the same building.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean.Pool was clean and enjoyable. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good in their restaurant, but cost $52.00 for 2. Check in was crazy, crazy and long lines. Mystere was unusual.
- 3/5
Check is was a nightmare
- 4/5
Staff was great
- 3/5
It would be better if there’s a complimentary water and coffee since the hotel imposed a resort fee which we did not really use at all since our day is filed with excursion.
- 5/5

This hotel is always value for money for staying in the strip. Location is grat, confy rooms. Pmly problem this time is that we had three days without cleaning service... even though we did complaint about it. First time we have an issue about this-
- 5/5
Good value. Pool isn't open late, but I can't say anything bad.
- 3/5
first time after doing all my trips with Expedia that this happened, I will try to book directly with the hotel. Bye bye Expedia will miss you!
- 4/5
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at TI! The check-in process was quick, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. My room was immaculately clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
- 2/5
During the check in time we were allotted a room with two queen beds whereas we actually booked a spacious king bed room, and that also we were never informed at the reception. Lady who gave us the room keys didn’t mention anything about that and she was very cold and u friendly when I reported her the issues I noticed inside the room upon checking in. Room was not properly done, there was a hairpin and an used towel and tissue tucked underneath the pillow on one of the bed and the curtain linens were so dirty that it caught us dust allergy the moment we tried to pull those. Also there were hair strands found on either of the beds so overall a very disgusting mess in a 4 star property at such a prime location
- 5/5

- 2/5
location cleanliness, they didn't clean my room every day
- 4/5
Do not get the breakfast add on. Complete rip off. Hotel is a god value for the money. Room was clean Only complaint was the cheap shampoo
- 3/5
After adding an additional $150 for a higher view room, we entered to find no towels, a bathroom sink that required fixing for draining issues, and an unpleasant odor. There was no complimentary water, no robes, and the towels were shabby. And while gambling we had to purchase drinks as there didn't seem to be floor servers offering complimentary drinks. I gave 3 stars only because of the location, but will not be returning when there are so many options in las Vegas
- 3/5
The lady at the self-parking area was very polite and helpful. She explained the valet parking process and electric vehicle charging options very clearly. I would also like to appreciate John at the valet parking service — he was very polite and helped with charging my car. Overall, the parking and valet services were excellent. However, the room experience was very disappointing. There was no coffee machine in the room, which is a very common amenity even in small hotels. I did not expect this from Treasure Island. Another issue was the room view. While booking, I specifically selected a room with a view, and I also requested this again during check-in. Unfortunately, I was given a room where the windows were blocked by commercial advertisements. This was especially disappointing because I brought my elderly parents with the intention of showing them the Las Vegas Strip from the room, since they cannot walk long distances due to knee pain. We were very disappointed with the receptionist. If she had informed us honestly that no view rooms were available, I would have chosen a different hotel. I was surprised by this experience, especially since many rooms appeared to be available during Memorial Day weekend. I would request the TI reception staff to clearly explain room conditions, available views, and services during check-in so guests can make informed decisions.

Clean rooms, nice eateries inside. As is typical of many hotels, not all the plugs or USB ports worked
- 5/5
No microwave or coffee machine in the rooms.
- 2/5
Hotel alarm went off in the early hours of the morning for 5 minutes+, twice, and no explanation or apology.
- 5/5
The room was so clean and met my expectations except that there was a working fridge. The fridge in the room was not working. Room 4011
- 4/5
Its was oki , not exceptional. Lower then expected. Very good location
- 1/5
Skin irritation on my face turned out to be bed bugs. Treasure Island has done nothing to rectify the situation and provided generic phone number someone will follow up in 5-7 days.
- 2/5
Plus whatever we paid each night, we had to pay a resort fee for ridiculous stuff like a printer, fax, and gym (which we never used). This is not ethical! Don't recommend the hotel!
- 5/5
Came here for EDC weekend and really enjoyed my stay would highly recommend to anyone considering very clean and affordable and the casino is very nice
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean property and staff were friendly. Close to all Vegas attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
A lot of unexpected fees. Trying to overcharge you for resort fee deposits and so and so never tell you about that in advance.

Room is outdated. Ac did not feel like it was working

All were excellent except for the broken shower head, it was literally like taking a shower on a water hose. They need to upgrade those.

La atención del personal desde el Loby , porque mi primer idioma es el español y todo el personal me ayudó bastante bien👏👏
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Overall stay was excellent
- 5/5
Never been to Vegas so I thought it was a good place to start. Had no idea about the resort fees as they are not advertised on the hotel bargain apps. I’ll know next time; however, it was still a good deal. Next time I will rent a car. Spent way too much on ride share.
- 4/5
Cons - casino and food.
- 5/5
Very affordable and clean I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Experience was ok.
- 5/5
Location is great!. Early check in at 8am was on only $30 well worth it. Close walk over bridge 🌉 to other side of strip.
- 2/5
We also asked about a military discount because we were told they offer one, and the receptionist acted like he didn’t really want to help or be bothered with it. I understand everyone can have rough days, but the customer service could’ve definitely been better. We are not obligated to it one bit, but he could have been a little kinder.
- 4/5
Good Hotel. It is a four-star Hotel.
- 5/5
Not to mention, the Canal Shoppes are right across the street!
- 4/5
Can't think of anything
- 3/5
- 5/5
Very rare to meet staff in Rooms area.
- 5/5
Good deal for central Las Vegas strip location
- 5/5
Room was clean and overall the hotel was clean and the stuff were so nice!
- 2/5
I sent my expedia requesting 2 queens for my room. Upon arrival and checking in the staff put a $200 dollar hold on my card which was different than what I was informed. Then when I went in to our room I found out that I didnt recieve the 2 queen beds. I called the front desk and to clarify what happened. They said that expedia sent in my reservation without my request of 2 queens and that i should call back in a couple of hours to see if thre are rooms available. Mind you i paid $50 extra for an early check in, at 11:45am. The few first people to check in and yet they said there was nothing available when i called back. They lied to my face. The rooms were clean but I had a terrible experience with the staff!
- 5/5
We checked in early Friday afternoon. The hotel staff was very nice and pleasant to work with answered all our questions. Security was at the elevators to ensure everyone had a room key. The room was very nice and clean. The maid staff was very helpful over the course of three days. Parking was free. The pool was very nice catering to families. The overall day was great.

Amazing place to stay
- 5/5
The check in process was very smooth and easy. The front desk staff were very friendly. I've stayed at TI many times. The room was very clean. There are plenty of restaurants and options available. Close to everything. Most of all the price for the stay was well worth it considering the events going on. Would highly recommend. If you are going to the Sphere in LV, it is the best hotel to stay @ becasuse you can walk to the Sphere in 15-20 minutes.
- 4/5
I like the location of Treasure Island . We really enjoyed Gillies as well and the little sports bar inside the casino was pretty good . Mystere was excellent we really enjoyed that I saw it 32 years ago and it was excellent still today that was my favorite thing. Checking in was annoying because the chicken process didn't work it wouldn't take my elevated driver's license but luckily we had someone standing near who noticed we were having trouble and she walked us to the front desk and we went through the line for the special people so at that point check in went fine . But had she not been there I would have been a mess so grateful she was there.

It was great staying in Treasure Island, the proximity to everything and also cleanness of the facility was great. Hotel well maintained
- 5/5
Though Treasure Island is one of the older hotels on the strip, my stay here was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and housekeeping kept the room in order without me having to really ask for anything extra. For the price, it was worth it. Would stay here again.

We got woken up everyday at 8:00 am to construction being done on the floor above us.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle - took too long but the room was clean. Property is located walking distance to many restaurants and the sphere. Good meal options within the resort. Pool area clean and very nice.
- 4/5
Didn’t like that Popeyes chicken and Krispy Kreme were closed down. They were our quick go to places. Pool closes at 5pm is disappointing!

Easy check in and check out at the kiosk. Fun DJ at the pool. Lots of loungers.
- 5/5
One thing I would recommend for future guests is to plan ahead and book shows, restaurants, and activities early because there is so much to do around the hotel. Wear comfortable shoes because you’ll definitely be doing a lot of walking! Also, make time to enjoy the hotel amenities and nearby attractions it truly makes the trip even better. Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and memorable stay. Highly recommend Treasure Island for anyone visiting Las Vegas!
- 2/5
Not so good. Wanted to charge for no smoking room

- 4/5
A okay
- 4/5
The only thing that seemed weird was the elevator security. I've been to a lot of Hotels in Vegas, this was the first that had security at the elevators. After about 10 trips past, having to show my to room card, I asked the guard, why? She mentioned homeless people, didn't make much sense to me. Seems spendy for the hotel to have 2 security guards 24/7 at the elevators. Whatever.
- 5/5
This was my first time at Treasure Island and I will definitely be back. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Was very nice and clean. Dj at the pool was so good. Would definitely stay there again

First day. fridge and safe didn't work. Told staff and didn't get it fixed for 2 days. Probably wouldn't stay their again

- 5/5
Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and willing to help no matter what time of night. We were within walking distance to pretty much anything we needed.

I didn't like the breakfast included , the same thing every day no other option.
- 5/5
Great location and many amenities.
- 5/5
Clean room, no weird smells. Very clean and elegant. Free parking was so amazing. Premises are clean. No complaints
- 2/5
Staff were generally rude, looks like Vegas is going down hill- hotel looked like it was deteriorating, using the hot water vibrated the entire room.. house keeping left soiled linen on the bed instead of changing the sheets. Found that very odd.
- 3/5
No breakfast area , need more variety food
- 4/5
Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few small issues, but nothing major enough to affect the overall experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.
- 5/5
Overall a great experience! Nothing bad to say .
- 4/5
Treasure Island is clean and has comfortable beds. We did experience more traffic noise than we were expecting 29 floors up. We had a great time at the pool one afternoon. It's a quick walk over to a viewing area for the sphere and the Venetian with all its amenities is close by.
- 4/5
Location is wonderful at the heart of Las Vegas The staff were highly unprofessional throughout the stay. The check-in process took more than two hours due to long queues, despite the flight already being delayed by nearly four hours, which made the experience even more exhausting. Although breakfast was included in my room tariff, the breakfast provided was extremely disappointing, and the staff handling the service were rude and unfriendly. The check-in staff issued us breakfast vouchers, but upon reaching the restaurant, we were informed that only a very basic breakfast combo was available with no alternative options. Even when we offered to pay the price difference for better options, no flexibility or assistance was provided.

Enjoyed the Oleksandra Spa, Francesco' Pizza and Yogurt shop. Room was just average run of the house but comfortable. Hotel is convenient to lots of popular attractions like Sphere and Madame Toussoud's.

Nice room great view
- 5/5
The room was clean and ready except there were no towels. Luckily the cleaning lady was nearby and she readily provided us what we needed. We really appreciate her kind assistance.

Decent.

Breakfast was 1 medium boiled egg, a fruit salad, 1 muffin and1 pastry, no options. Run of house room, make sure you go to reservation desk to choose 1 bed or two or if you have any accommodations, otherwise you will get the “next available” room. Have your room key available as security may check when heading to elevator. Our stay was good. No major complaints other than the complimentary breakfast. Room was clean, most of the staff were nice. 1 security guard picked and chose whose keys to check. It seemed if he felt you didn’t belong, you were asked to show your key. When called out, he started checking every group had a key.

Close to all attractions.
- 5/5
We loved the casino. I didn’t want to leave.
- 4/5
Good room to crash in when you’re out and about most of the time. Wish the pool hours were longer. Slot machines could use more cleaning too.

First time staying at Treasure Island, I really enjoyed their casino and restaurants GILLYS was amazing and the free continental breakfast from the coffee shop was good. Our room was on the 33rd floor and was difficult to find at first from finding the right elevator to the floor and finding the right hallway to the room. The room it self was clean but not spotless as there was pistachios shells under the chair and heavy dust on bathroom vent. The toilet ran all day and night and thought housekeeping would notice and get it taken care of but the four nights we were there all we heard was the toilet when we were in the room. The tub was amazing but the shower head was very disappointing because the shower head was so small and the water pressure was really low, that turned a 5 minute shower into a 25 minute shower. That made it difficult for the four of us staying in the room, the last night there it was very windy and the window vent popped open and would not stay closed so that added to even more noise from the toilet to the window. I was in Vegas for my daughters graduation from UNLV, there were a lot of events going on and hotels were getting booked quick so I ended picking Treasure Island because it was on the strip but mostly for the free parking. It was very convenient to the shops and strip but the room was most disappointing.

First off, parking and wifi isn't free. It's included in the Resort fees, which is almost $50 a night. I always make the best of a trip, but I wouldn't stay there again. I got shocked all day, every day. I think from the carpet, in the hall. The water from the restroom sink never got hot. Warm, at best. The towels looked as old as me, 58 tomorrow 5/24... The location is great. You can walk across the street to the Fashion Mall, Palazzo, Wynn and Venetian, using a bridge.
- 2/5
The pool was only open from 9-5. It was not available when we had time to swim. The staff communicated poorly when there was an issue that required us to change rooms. They did not offer any discoubt for the inconvenience
- 4/5
Clean, good staff.
- 5/5
Great place but the pool closes really early
- 5/5
I liked that it was located centrally in the strip. Very affordable and will definitely be back.
- 5/5
The o my downfall of this hotel is that they close the pool waaaay too early! It’s ridiculous. There are many of people who don’t gamble and want to spend their time at the pool in May , when it’s hot!
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Clean room and shops
- 5/5
Our room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable! We will stay here again!
- 5/5
Everything was ok, I really recommend it because it is clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Location was great with shopping and dining options so close, although not in busiest part of the strip. Rooms were well maintained and staff was around if needed. Starbucks (two locations) super close was great since no coffeemaker provided in the room. Close to CVS for forgotten essentials. For the price it was really an excellent stay!
- 5/5
I am not saying others weren’t helpful, but the custodian who walked us across to where we needed to be and the maids/ home keeping ladies who went to gather what we needed and understood my apologies for leaving a wine stain on a towel.these are the comfort people that make us want to return. 😊
- 4/5
Excellent location on the Strip. Across from Fashion Mall, Wynn & Encore and obviously on the Strip itself. Nice they have a CVS attached to the casino. That is huge for getting/buying water & snacks. Starbucks is also in the casino. Sports book area is nothing to gawk at but good enough. Hotel room was nice and clean and the TV works. My biggest complaint & I notice this about LV hotels are their shower drains. I mean like wth? What is up with the plumbing?
- 4/5
That the coffee place was closed most off the day .
- 5/5
Good and kind

I loved how the hotel was on the strip

It's the first time I've stayed and the truth is I loved everything very friendly and everything clean I'll stay there again

Had to wait half an hour in line to check in. Then got locked out of my room because the clerk hadn’t processed my credit card successfully. Took three trips to the front desk and guest services (and an hour) to fix the problem. Received a $50 voucher for breakfast for my trouble which was rejected because my account had been closed out in anticipation of my checking out that morning. Fortunately, that only took a few minutes to fix. Miserable experience.
- 5/5
Not the nicest hotel on the block but great for the price and location to the Sphere. Fridge in room no microwave. Rooms big and clean.
- 5/5
Clean room, has a pizza shop that’s open late and great priced after hitting the slots and tables. Has vending machines on floors if you need a drink or snack. Good view
- 2/5
The property is really in need of upgrades. Towels are frayed, door would not open one night because battery failed which took two trips up and down to the front desk.
- 4/5
Ridiculously expensive.. 2 drinks by the pool $50.. love the decor.. hate that the pool and hot tub close at 5
- 4/5
Clean room. Good sports bar. Good price. Will return

Clean and friendly will be back again !
- 5/5
The location was great a relatively short walk to everywhere.
- 5/5
Always a fun and relaxing place to stay. Close enough to the main strip and still far enough away!
- 4/5
A lot of things near by. The suite was nice, but a bit out of date compared to other places.
- 5/5
TI is always my first choice!

The vibe of the hotel sits perfectly in the middle ground between upscale and fun Vegas chaos. Not super ratchet, not ultra luxury like Fontainebleau Las Vegas, just a really fun, affordable, energetic place with an excellent location on the Strip. The pool was clean and relaxing. I’m an early riser so my partner and I had no problem getting great chairs in the morning, but by around 11 AM it definitely gets packed. Tons of fun restaurants and kitschy bars onsite too. The karaoke at the American themed bar was unexpectedly one of the highlights of the trip. There was also a cowboy themed bar that looked like a blast, but they wanted a $10 cover charge even though I was already paying a resort fee and staying at the hote so out of principle I skipped it. This hotel is PERFECT if you’re seeing a show at the Sphere. You can basically cross the street or take the pedestrian bridge into The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and walk all the way to the Sphere mostly indoors. Overall, super fun stay. Great value, great location, spacious rooms, and exactly the kind of Vegas
- 2/5
They want your money and won't help customers. Sad
- 3/5
Window glass was leaking and letting air in.. Mini fridge gaskets were falling off Lights in bathroom fleckered.. Hot water supply line for shower vibrated when using water Entry door to room had bad seal on it. Caused door to vibrate when other guests nearby open and shut their doors

Amazing service and clean room
- 5/5
The room looks big - but it showed wear and tear
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean and walking distance to the sphere.
- 1/5
It took 2hrs to check in. There were 6 self check in kiosks and 4 were broken.
- 5/5
Location
- 4/5
The gambling here is fun and "affordable" compared to other spots. The check in process was a little difficult but we had multiple rooms, different cards to charge to, etc. The self check in system could be improved to handle more complex reservations. More staff at check in desk during peak weekend would have improved the check in experience.
- 3/5
Older hotel. Needs an update.
- 5/5
Every thing was great.
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were awesome, only bummer was the pool closes at 5 daily. Huge win was CVS being attached to the hotel and good pizza and wings in the hotel.
- 4.5/5
Clean bright and friendly staff No bad feedback

Very well located, the building is old as well as the furniture! The coffee inclueded was ok! The location!
- 5/5
Loved it
- 3/5
Treasure Island is starting to get very dated and it shows. There are some good things, however. Check-in was quick and easy - I arrived on a Saturday at 1:30pm. The location is excellent. Free parking is a rarity nowadays. On the down side, I was just very disappointed with the room - it is small, dark and seems old. It almost felt like a motel room. The bathroom had nice tile floors, yet the shower head was a ridiculous, cheap, ugly, $5 shower head. I don't know how a hotel like this can't spend a little money on a minor upgrade to give it a better feel.
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
It is fine.

The mini suite was ok but window on sunshade applied and it was partially coming off. Shower was not clean, had big glob of hair on the floor.
