Reviews
The hotel is praised for its spacious rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location close to the strip and the Sphere. However, some guests have reported issues with the AC, shower water temperature, and limited food options on site.

Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. More affordable than hotels on the strip, but close enough to enjoy the strip. Beautiful view of the strip and mountains from our balcony. We will return.

Friendly helpful staff. Room was upgraded to a lovely suite with a view of the Sphere. The indoor/ outdoor pool and spa were very nice. They have a nice bar and lounge with hand crafted cocktails.
- 5/5
Nice big room with view of Sphere. Quiet hotel with no casinos or kids so very nice and chill. Michael at front desk and all the staff super helpful. Couple bad things…you can make you own coffee but if you want to buy a cup to go its $6.00 for tiny cup. Theres no restaurant open for lunch. No bottled water in room, also a charge. And pool is tiny and not sunny. Also, need to ask to have room cleaned, they don’t do every day. So you may need to ask for more TP paper towels and soap. But they are very accommodating and I will stay again.
- 5/5
Great location! Michael, Justis and the entire staff were amazing! It was our anniversary and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Great pool, great breakfast with Justis each morning. We felt like we were with family. The room was fabulous and huge! Phenomenal view of The Sphere! Wow!! We sat on the balcony with mountains in the background and watching the Sphere was amazing. We walked a great deal because the location was so great. We will definitely return. Thank you everyone!!! :-)

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Gives suggestion and recommendation with their utmost capabilities.

I thought there was a free breakfast but wasn’t and I booked it because it said it had a spa and it didn’t. I think they should update the advertising.

The staff was amazing! Friendly and welcoming. Discovered this gem about 4 years ago and it’s the only place I stay now! Location is quiet but still a short 10 minute walk (I walk slow) to the strip.
- 5/5
The bar was also nice and affordable. I would definitely stay at the Platinum again.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful when we arrived early We were allowed access to the parking garage that accommodated a taller SUV as well as access to the pool right away. We went out for a meal and the front desk called to let us know our room was ready an hour before regular check in which was greatly appreciated. We had been driving for 2 days beforehand and camping, so staying in a king suite was understandably dramatic contrast, and gave us extra time to relax before our concert at the Sphere. We needed to shift and adjust much of our gear, and while the suite was kind of large, it was great to spread out and the full sized kitchen and bar counter was very convenient. The room and bed were super comfy and clean, the view was incredible, and was absolutely perfect for our needs.

I loved that this hotel was not a casino! It’s easy to check in and easy to find your room. The rooms are huge! The pool is nice with a view of the strip and the Sphere. Very quick and easy walk to the Sphere and the Linq Promenade. Highly recommend!

One of our best and cleanest stays in Las Vegas. We will be coming back here for sure.
- 4/5
Overall I would stay here again for the location, price, and room amenities.
- 5/5
Beautiful room, great view, very clean and classy decor
- 4/5
Good location where it was close enough to the Strip but avoided the Strip chaos. Plus free parking!
- 4/5
Excellent location, just off the strip. Quiet and safe area, not like some other "off strip" accommodations. Staff was kind and professional. Room was as expected; bed and pillow were so comfortable. Some obvious signs of previous guests (clothing under the bed, tape on the walls, dirty balcony floor). Could use a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning.

- 4/5
The room was great and very spacious, however, there were some spots uncleaned and there were a few big moths.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our time; easy walks to attractions, happy hour, and complimentary parking were great. We had a chance to eat supper on property. The beer & wine was excellent. My burger was perfect & the fries were delicious.
- 4.5/5
Great stay for Vegas! Non smoking no casino no chaos. Close enough to strip sphere or outskirts. Love the spa and pool and onsite dining. There were roaches in the pool bathrooms
- 4/5
The advertisement led me to think the hotel was very close to the strip. Not really close a pretty long walk and the walk was not easy a lot of traffic ect.
- 5/5
Very nice friendly helpful service 👌
- 5/5
What a gem in a great location! We had a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, incredibly spacious. Walking distance to the Sphere and High Roller, as well as plenty of nearby casinos. Outside of the shower not being piping hot, we loved everything about the Platinum. Pool on the 5th floor with indoor/outdoor access for shaded or sunny swimming, and a large hot tub. Highly recommend, will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
This is the only place I want to stay when I come to Vegas. Clean, easy and close to strip. No casino so a bit quiet. Staff is great. Room is always comfy and relaxing.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, not very eco-friendly. Helpful staff.
- 5/5
The King Suite was huge with separate bedroom, spacious bathroom, and full kitchen with good appliances, although we did not use them. Quiet location on high floor with wonderful view of the Sphere.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!!
- 5/5
The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. It’s quite spacious and comfortable. Great location for seeing a show at the Sphere, especially if you want to get away from the hassle of the strip
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff. The room was amazing for the price
- 5/5
Best view of the sphere from 14th floor suite. Definitely will come back and highly recommended!
- 5/5
great proximity to the Sphere!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Room was very clean, love the pool, front desk where very nice.. I’ll stay here again
- 4/5
Nice clean efficient hotel and staff
- 3/5
The room was very average though. Seemed to need some TLC and attention to some of the little things. There were several outlets that didn’t work, the toilet was so loud and ran off and on for no reason. There’s very little space to put clothes other than the closets. The room had a very small dresser that wouldn’t hold two people’s things at all. One of us had to live out of the suitcase for 5 days and that was inconvenient. Same for the bathroom. Nowhere to put anything. Would be nice to have a vanity with a shelf or drawer. I expected more and while these things aren’t deal breakers for the most part, I know there’s places in Vegas where I could find these things for the same price.
- 5/5
Close to sphere, friendly staff clean room
- 5/5
Easy check in, parking. Everything was clean and close enough to the strip.
- 4/5
Needs to be upgraded a bit otherwise very easy to get in and out. No casino traffic is nice. Walk to Sphere was easy
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
It was fine
- 3/5
Needs a nicer pool. Building is fairly old. better wifi. Water took forever to get hot while waiting to take a shower.
- 4/5
The staff was very accommodating after an unforseen mishap.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Sink in bathroom was stopped up. Ice maker in kitchen did not work. No room service.
- 5/5
Nice large suites. Friendly staff. Great location one block off strip. Rooms a bit dated but the size and cleanliness make up for it. I’d 100% stay here again.
- 5/5
The proximity to center strip was fabulous. The free parking was convenient and plentiful and there were two electric car chargers, at least one available when we needed it. The apartment was much larger than I expected. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked! The view of the lights at night was great! I honestly can’t think of anything.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. Check in was quick. Loved the free parking. Next time I’ll see if I can get a room on a higher floor for a great view.
- 4/5
Very comfortable stay. Lovely hotel.
- 5/5
Sean Williams is one of the IT/engineers that helped with the bluetooth speaker in our room. Friendly man who provided great customer service.
- 0.5/5
Lock systems are not working not bathroom mats and balcony view is locked waste of money
- 1/5
Staff was very nice. Room had bed bugs
- 5/5
The property was very spacious, clean. Just exceptional.
- 5/5
The host was very, very responsive. The staff was friendly. The room was large, well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was close to the strip, but far enough off to get away from the chaos. Proximity to the Sphere was perfect. The only negative was that the hot tub was out of commission during our visit, but the pool was great.
- 5/5
Incredible stay!! Very comfortable room, big and clean. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Welcoming staff, nice heated pool, clean and spacious room, and free parking.
- 4/5
Worth for the money we spent.
- 4/5
Rooms are very large, well stocked/maintained, and very easy walk to strip. Staff was very friendly. Only issue was getting into our room at 4pm...we got the run around about when the room would be ready and that was a little stressful (I though 4pm check in was a guarantee, but they made it sound like more of a loose goal).
- 5/5
Clean and convenient location. Happy that the suite was non-smoking & casino free. Great location to walk to everything and having the full kitchen saved us a lot of money. Loved having coffe on the balcony each morning and seeing the beautiful mountains as well as the Sphere.
- 5/5
Really surprised in best way- beautiful, super clean one bedroom king suite. Full kitchen and living room area. Hotel located very close to the Sphere and about 15-25 minutes to Forum Shops and Venetian. Our room was quiet and we had a great stay. Non smoking hotel a plus for us. We will definitely come again.
- 3/5
The room was great. Fireplace don't work. Night staff seemed like she didnt want us to stay there.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly, room was clean and very big! Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. The hotel was quiet and off the beaten path but still accessible to the prime locations on the strip. All within walking distance, monorail included! The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and affordable. We were pleased and happily able to focus on a magnificent Valentine's Getaway!!! Not too much! Just wished the hotel had a lunch schedule!
- 5/5
Cleanliness, organized, staff very friendly
- 5/5
Spacious, clean, kitchenette, washer/dryer in a Princess Suite, staff friendliness, helpful, and explained things well. We were able to leave our luggage as we came early, we just did not want to leave our stuff in our rental vehicle. Bellman was very helpful. We had a complimentary bottle of Rose Wine on Valentine’s Day, plus a small gift bag for V-Day. Good-smelling hallways. Safe area. Walkable to strip. Extra stuff that we may need, blanket and pillows, coffeemaker, microwave, utensils, plates etc. it was an excellent stay!
- 3/5
No sheets on pull out bed
- 5/5
Room was dated but clean and spacious for 5 adults. Front desk staff was kind and location is 10 mins walk from the Strip.
- 5/5
Clean room and really friendly staff
- 5/5
Perfect venue. Loved it.
- 4/5
Clean spacious room staff is nice
- 5/5
Although a little dated, the room was very clean. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful! I would stay there again!
- 5/5
Beautiful, spacious suite, well appointed, comfortable and and with a great view and a good location a short walk from The Strip, this hotel rates as one of the best we've stayed at.
- 4/5
Good location for events at the sphere.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and smoke free rooms!!
- 5/5
Great location, non-gaming hotel close to everything. Walking distance to The Sphere and the Strip, yet quiet and super clean. Rooms were very spacious with full kitchens. The entire staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Only downside is the spa is closed, but have arrangements with area facilities. We'll be staying again on our return to LV!
- 5/5
This was an outstanding property. Very convenient to sphere the strip and casinos.
- 5/5
Staff courteous, room spotless, nice bar, best breakfast in town, great sandwiches at the bar.
- 3/5
The view was great!! Had to wait for it to be cleaned, although the staff who cleaned was excellent!
- 5/5
Clean room, kind friendly help, washer and dryer in room!!!! Fabulous experience!
- 5/5
The Queen Suite had more then enough room for 4 adults. Large bathroom, great kitchen and fireplace were icing on the cake. Short walk to the sphere and strip. Will be my go to hotel next time I'm in Vegas. Friendly staff too.whtown.
- 4/5
Big bath tab
- 4/5
The couch was full of pet hair.
- 5/5
Other than the freezer not working correctly, it was a comfortable nice new years stay.
- 4/5
Room and suite were very large. Walkable to Sphere and the Venetian. Good option if you are looking for a smoke free hotel and something away from the Strip. Negatives include: hot tub was broken the entire stay and we never got a full housecleaning (despite asking twice).
- 5/5
Enjoyed the room and the view
- 4/5
Room service didn’t work, nice view, room looked a bit old but clean
- 5/5

Thank you Shania for welcoming me at check in and check out. Your kindness is greatly appreciated. I enjoyed staying at the platinum and particularly enjoyed having a W/D in addition to laundry supplies compliments the hotel in my suite. The suite was perfect, beautifully decorated, clean with a balcony for fresh air. The hotel is non smoking which is a plus. Thank you to the doorman always greeting guest with a smile. I appreciated being directed to the best breakfast near by @ Marilyn’s in the Tuscany Hotel & Casino.
- 5/5
Great view of the Strip. A lot of space, perfect for a family trip.
- 5/5
Second stay at hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub is a great amenity. Free parking very much appreciated. Easy in and out. Hotel situated within walking distance of the strip. Will come back again.
- 4/5
Staff is great, and the hotel is in a great location. Great value for the $.
- 5/5
We had such a nice experience here, from the front desk staff to the bartender. It was so quiet, even between rooms. It was beautiful with a great view of the strip. We were extremely happy with our stay!
- 4/5
We reported any issues to the front desk. Vegas is a mess with construction all over, including in front of the Platinum. We didnt plan to drive so this wasnt a big issue.
- 4/5
Staff, clean rooms, amenities
- 4/5
Nice hotel room clean only thing room had fireplace that didn’t work.
- 5/5
Great kitchen
- 4/5
Ok off strip hotel - friendly staff
- 5/5
Nice location near but not on the strip. Easy parking . Clean room, comfortable, nice amenities, nice pool and hot tub.
- 5/5
Close to the strip with out being on the strip. I also like that there wasn’t a casino. A restaurant or two would have been welcome.
- 5/5
Room was large and clean. Staff were great!
- 5/5
Clean, spacious suites. Walking distance to The Sphere.
- 5/5
We liked the balcony view of the Sphere, and that it’s not too far from the strip.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly front staff and lounge staff.
- 5/5
Amazing view of the Vegas strip, specifically the sphere!
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony of the Strip were gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful and exceeded all expectations.Close to the Strip and the Sphere. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on our next vidit
- 5/5
The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Tim checked us in and was extremely nice and a pleasure to talk to. The room was absolutely AMAZING! We had an unobstructed view of the sphere which was mesmerizing!! And my husband and I used the giant sized tub which was much needed. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back!
- 5/5
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BEST!
- 4/5
The room was great Location was a little far from our plans
- 5/5
Such a lovely stay! Everything we needed, super spacious room, the best staff, and walkable location! Will be back
- 3.5/5
Our check-in time was 1pm. We arrived at 1:20, room had not been cleaned yet. Had to wait over an hour for maid service to arrive & finish. Uncomfortable pillows. Only 1 hand towel. No cream or sugar for coffee. We were not able to make the room cooler, the thermostat (would only stay at that temperature). The couch is very uncomfortable. Dirty/damaged remotes.
- 5/5
The room was nice and the staff friendly.
- 5/5
Smoke free, no casino, a delight
- 5/5
The room was very nice. The only problem was the bow dryer did not work and was out of body wash.
- 4/5
Spectacular view of Sphere and the bathroom was impressively large and clean. One issue stood out — the sink design isn’t user-friendly for shorter guests. It’s set far back on the countertop, which made it difficult to bend over to wash my face or brush my teeth. Other than that, everything else about the stay was good. And thank you for the complimentary bottle of red wine!
- 3/5
Surprised that breakfast was not included, had a problem maintenance disnt take care of as promised.. all and all feeling ia that I didnt get my money's worth.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed finding Platinum Hotel. Great staff, extremely clean and well kept. Quiet and yet close to the strip and attractions (we went to Sphere). Easy walk. Thank you.
- 5/5
Amazing staff, dog friendly, and if you are going to the Sphere... the best place to stay.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Didn't get to try the pool as it closes at 9pm but hopefully another time. The room was very large. Staff were pleasant.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
Very very quiet stay. We didn’t hear anything. Room was comfortable. Couches were worn, carpet worn, and room was semi clean. I know this is LV and people wear and tear this stuff. I wasn’t looking for high end. The sun comes right through in mornings and you can really see how filthy things are. The bed was comfy, the tub was great, shower hot. The drains need to be cleaned out. Close to strip and the Sphere. Walking distance to both. Don’t come to Vegas and expect things to be at your front door. You have to walk.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and patient, we personally had an amazing view from our room and the room was basically an apartment. 15m walk from the Bellagio side of the strip. Found an amazing restaurant called Lolo’s Chicken and Waffles a 10m walk away. Based on the room we booked it also came with a bottle of wine. I would lodge here again based on this first experience!
- 5/5
Yes the kitchen was awesome
- 5/5
The only hitch in my giddyup was the diversions for the Formula 1 race, which made it so Uber couldn’t get closer than half a block. Not the hotel’s fault.
- 5/5
We arrived not knowing about building work going on, we have stayed at this property numerous times, it is fabulous but think we should have bern informed about the noise which was happening all day and night for 5 days. We complained to the hotel and to be fair they waivered the resort fee for those days. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who doesnt want noise off the strip, its only a 10min walk and your right in the middle of everything. Fabulous room we always book the princess suite, it has everything you need including washer and dryer, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to vegas.
- 5/5
Spacious, comfortable, not too far from the madding crowd!
- 5/5
Only had 1 small issue and they were quick to resolve it.
- 4/5
Safe and secure, good location to all the attractions and combined with free complimentary covered car parking, made this hotel stay very comfortable.
- 5/5
Great place if you want an appointment and a casino, yet close to yhe strip the monorail and buses
- 5/5
The hotel is great with all areas attractive.
- 5/5
The most family friendly hotel in Las Vegas. Rooms are roomy, a home away from home, close to the strip but without the noise and smoke. Excellent customer service and great staff and food. It my 5th time here and I look forward to coming back. My CHOICE HOTEL and place to stay. Awesome
- 1/5
The shower took a half an hour to warm up
- 5/5
Very very good hotel, with very kind and special service.
- 4/5
The water in the sink wasn't drain well.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was upgraded and suite is very nice
- 4/5
The pool was nice and peaceful, comfortable beds, big bathroom, great view on the Sphere. It’s 15 minutes walk from the main part of the strip. The decoration was old fashioned and the kitchen was small.
- 4.5/5
Location and no casino on the premises. I like the hotel.
- 5/5
Platinum hotel was an amazing stay the rooms being very spacious more the the normal. Everything is conveniently close and the staff was always great with whatever we needed. Me la pase bien.
- 4/5
Unable to get the air conditioner to work properly

- 5/5
I’ve been coming here for years. No my family and I have been come here for years. Always a good time.
- 5/5
Very large room. Delicious breakfast at fifth-floor restaurant.
- 5/5
Perfect for our family of 4. Full kitchen and huge tub were great additions since we have 2 kids. Convenient location, away from strip crowd/traffic, but walking distance to strip. Free parking which is unfortunately rare nowadays. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
- 5/5
This place is our go-to when traveling with friends and family. The rooms are extremely spacious.
- 4/5
Check in was easy and quick, we received a free bottle of wine. Parking was free and plentiful in their own parking structure. Room was clean and incredibly quiet. Bathroom was huge! Tub and shower, two sinks and a closet. Nice that there is access to the bathroom from both the bedroom and living space. The pull out couch was nice but not super comfy. It was nice to have the separate space to sleep though. Loved having a balcony and the unexpected bonus was the view of the Sphere! It was fun to watch it from our room (406). The hotel was also an easy walk to the strip, we walked to dinner at Cesar’s, it was very convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They have a number you can text questions/requests too. I would definitely stay here again. Comparable places had smaller beds and not as much space.
- 2/5
Although our toilet didn't flush. When leaving for the day we asked for the toilet be fixed. When we got back after about 8 hours later our room door was ajar. We called the front desk and security came up and luckily nothing appeared to be missing. We asked to speak to manager about what happened, it has been a week without a return call. We will stay elsewhere next trip.
- 4/5
Reasonable price unlike Venetian which gouges on concert nights. No casino, no smoking. Had some TV issues and no restaurant open for lunch except weekends. Front desk was very nice.
- 5/5
Great Working Staff
- 4/5
Too dark in the nights
- 5/5
Great room, but uncomfortable chairs, too low, and the restaurant was closed both days we were there, unbeknownst to the front desk staff.
- 5/5
10 min walk from the strip, but you get an entire condo unit, so more space than a noisy hotel. Pool was great, service was great.
- 5/5
All very well !
- 5/5
Every thing it’s Excellent!!
- 5/5
Last minute trip and found this hotel that cover all my needs. Staff were helpful and very professional. Room was excellent ,very comfortable and close to strip.
- 5/5
They were great
- 5/5
The staff is excellent. Everyone was very welcoming and knew a lot about the area. I plan to stay here again.
- 5/5
I liked this property workers and room service is very nice and respectful the pool is very clean and accessible my overall experience at this hotel was amazing!
- 5/5
Clean and cozy. Best place for family especially with kids. The kitchen and amenities are perfect!

Wonderfull property. Excellent service, room and location. All amenities are excelent.
- 5/5
Excellent overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 4.5/5
Great location for Sphere show. Also, had separate sleeping areas for our family.
- 5/5
Really nice hotel
- 5/5
Very quiet in the room Gym was fully equipped . A great stay . Within walking distance to so much stuff . Great view of the sphere from the hotel windows
- 5/5
Rooms were clean. The hospitality staff were exceptional. The room was spacious, it had all the things needed for a family trip. I enjoyed that there was no smoking or casino. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family as well as my future stays.
- 2/5
Unfortunately we noticed the A/C went out in our room when we arrived at 12:30 AM the second night. They immediately switched our room to find out that that room also gad A/C issues. The hallway was cooler than the condo. They reimbursed us the resort fee that one night which was no comparison ti the night that we passed. It was horrible. If the A/C had been working, it would have been great.
- 5/5
I like the staffs nice behavior. Easy parking
- 5/5
The pullout bed was a little small. One of the side tables in the bedroom was a little wobbly, and the light bulb wasn't working too well, but there were 2 side tables with 2 lamps so it was fine. Not enough shampoo or conditioner. Had to bring our own which was also ok
- 5/5
Great size of the room Great staff Nothing bad to say
- 5/5
Our room was quite big. Enough room for 4
- 5/5
The Platinum is about a 20 minute walk to the Strip on a street that leads to Bellagio, Ceasar's Palace, Flamingo, as well as restaurants. It was exceptionally quiet, clean, the room was the size of an apartment. I would definitely return in the future!!
- 5/5
Such a A1 property! They were extremely welcoming, friendly and professional from the moment I walked up to the hotel! I was impressed at what a nice environment the lobby and beyond were, I brought my dog with me on this trip and they were so kind to him and gave us two treats for him! If I am ever in need of a staycation I will definitely be back to this location!

The rooms are huge - we kept the sofa bed extended the whole time and still had space to walk around it. The location is good - only two blocks from the strip. Parking is free - I had two vehicles. The pet fee is only $150 per stay. Having a full kitchen is great. The 24-hour fitness center is more than adequate and the indoor / outdoor pool is open 9:00 to 9:00. The main downsides were that room service was hit-or-miss and the maintenance man was slow to fix things or never came. The unit condition was a little on the older side - especially the tile floors.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. We ended up getting upgraded to a strip view on the 11th floor right in front of the elevator. Plus a bottle of wine. Room was large and clean. Very happy with our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. The only thing I would have liked is later pool hours for adults. This isn't a "party property", so having the ability to relax in/by the pool for an hour or two longer would have been appreciated.

I love this hotel. It is just off the Strip but so convenient for everything. Never a queue at check in or check out. Easy self parking. A nice pool. No casino so nice, relaxed and quiet. A great experience and the staff are the best!

Michael and the rest of the staff members were really friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to do an early check in . This really saved my day.

I really enjoy staying at the Platinum Hotel & Spa! No smoking and no casinos!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The space was very clean and well stocked! We will be back!

According to my receipt from hotels.com my first payment would come out and then the second when I checked out. Instead the hotel decided to charge the entire amount and an additional deposit which would be refunded in “5-10” days. Because the city was selling out and we arrived after a long drive I decided to pay the extortion. Then we got to our 8th floor and apparently there was a sewer leak/smell, so after one night we just gave up and checked out. Not amused.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were all very kind, helpful and accommodating!

Great place to stay especially if you don’t want to be on the Vegas strip but still close enough to walk. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Sphere which was perfect for us since we were going there for a concert. I would highly recommend staying there.
- 4/5
Great location if you are seeing a concert at The Sphere. Large, comfortable rooms with a kitchen.
- 5/5
It was close to the event I was attending.
- 5/5
Close enough to all the action and far enough from it when you want a break from it all
- 3/5
Had issues with living room tv for first day.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and comfortable and very close to the strip
- 5/5
Great value room was big and clean scooter service was nice would stay again

Much bigger suite even than I expected. Clean. Easy parking. Easy walk to Sphere and strip.
- 3/5
Everything was great, except I was charged twice for my pet fee, which I don’t appreciate. I was told at. Check in it was $150, and I was charged $340! NOT COOL. Would like to be refunded for the extra charge please thanks

Great option for near strip hotel. The staff were really helpful.
- 2/5
Dingy rooms, dirty couch, TV didn't work. Not double panel glass so we heard music all night from the streets.
- 5/5
No casino, you park to check in. Very chill. Put your luggage in room, go back and park car and it is super close. Easy walk to sphere.
- 5/5
Spacious, inviting room; soaking tub; fully equipped and attractive kitchen; nice to have a balcony.
- 3/5
Plenty of space in suite. Only negative was that the room is a bit worn and could use an update.
- 5/5
Great place that’s NOT a casino, so no smoke. Close to the Sphere (walking distance) and spacious suites.
- 4/5
The room was very big and accommodating. Very spacious.
- 5/5
Loved the square footage of the room. Staff were very welcoming. Easy access from parking garage. Great views of the sphere. Liked the fact that the hotel does not have the hustle and bustle of a casino hotel.
- 5/5
I liked our view of the sphere, the large room and full kitchen oh and the bathroom was nice too with double sinks and a huge tub.
- 2/5
Run down hotel. Don’t stay here unless cheap prices are the most important criteria

Property had an amazing view of the Sphere! The walk to the strip monorail was quick and convenient.
- 3/5
The staff were not helpful at all
- 5/5
We love that there is absolutely no smoking at this hotel and no noisy casino. The room was very spacious and clean and within easy walking distance to the Sphere.
- 5/5
The freezer didn’t work so I didn’t have ice, the tv in the living room didn’t work but tv in bedroom did, my key card wouldn’t work to go up but I could go down,

So upset that our room with walk out balcony advisor one if there walls next to pool that we could not uns. Why do they have a fee of $45 a day for services we can’t use.
- 5/5
Truly recommend this place for a stay in Vegas, very decent priced for the proximity to the strip, for the amenities it offers and for the excellent service
- 5/5
Room was very nice and the view was spectacular
- 5/5
Great place to stay in Vegas. Large, comfortable suite. Nice breakfast available in the hotel. Easy walking distance to the Strip. All the benefits of staying in Vegas without the noise, crowds and smoke.
- 5/5
Our suite was great. A fully functional kitchen. We were able to order our groceries, cook and enjoy the scenery from the balcony; we also were able to have our friends come by to relax and eat. Because it is actually a one bedroom apartment. There wasn’t a dislike found with this stay.
- 4/5
The location is good. Free parking is very convenient. The Room are very spacious. The Bed is too soft for me. otherwise, there is no complain.
- 5/5
Loved the suite and staff was great!
- 5/5
The suite was Beautiful and very comforting. Thank you!
- 5/5
A reasonable price for a great room. Full kitchen, living room, big bedroom and bathroom. Huge tub. Easy walk to the Strip.
- 5/5
The pet area was okay and kept clean, however the adjacent lot on the other side of the fence was full of trash and detracted from the otherwise clean hotel grounds.
- 5/5
Very quiet, clean, bed very comfortable, full size kitchen to include everything you need to cook, also has full size side by side refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. Bathroom has shower and full size tub. 5 minute walking to the Monorail to take you down the strip. We could see the Sphere from our room and also free parking. We were given a complementary bottle of wine at check in. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Lyndsey the front of house manager was so accommodating, super nice and the rest her staff was the same. Great hotel, large bedroom and the full kitchen is great when staying for work.
- 5/5
A block and half to strip. Staying here again
- 5/5
Loved the hotel. Super clean. Just like the pics. I wish the shower got hotter. That’s my only complaint. I’d still book again, though :-)
- 2/5
pool was closed. we chose this property for the pool and hot tub.
- 4/5
It is a non smoking and no casino hotel. Perfect for a quiet get away as well as a long day to wind down with the smoke and noise.
- 5/5
Pick floors 3rd and below and park very close to your room. No need to uae elevator .The rooms are very big , with separate kitchen and sala.
- 5/5
I got a free wine bottle upon arrival, and my room had a lundry machine. Best stay i ever had.
- 5/5
And, what special, Im not sure if its upgraded, but we got the room that face the Sphere, its awesomely WOW.
- 5/5
Fully equipped kitchen, separate bath and shower, ensuite laundry.
- 5/5
The only way to make the property any better would be to pick it up and move it a little closer to the strip and to add a washing machine and dryer to the room. In order to get similar conveniences in a hotel room on the strip you have to pay AT LEAST five times the price of this room. If you are okay with walking or taking an Uber the strip is only about a half mile away and is visible from the hotel. We usually walked directly from the hotel to either the strip or to the monorail at the Flamingo station which is a little further than a quarter mile away. There's a full kitchen, a balcony, a tub and a walk-in shower. The room is very spacious and so is the bathroom. This was a couple's retreat for us but this would have been great for a family of four as well. There's tons of seating and the bedroom is completely separated from the rest of the hotel room/apartment. One of the couches can convert into a bed. One advantage of it not being directly on the strip is that it is quick and easy to get in and out if you are driving or taking an Uber. The entrance is right off of the road, has nearly no traffic, and has a convenient design for quick Uber pickups and drop-offs. It's not the cheapest room in the area but definitely not one of the most expensive. I think the value is great because I stayed at a suite in the Cosmopolitan six months prior and paid about four times the price but did not have a full kitchen. I don't always use all of the amenities but I like having them.

If we go back to Vegas, we'd stay here again. Hotel employess were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great location, suites, breakfast and dinner options
- 5/5
Great location and amenities were good!
- 3/5
It’s not a 4 star hotel.
- 5/5
Awesome experience
- 4.5/5
No bedding for the pull out queen bed. Even if I had to make up the bed myself, it would better than no sheets and blankets available on the bed or to use!
- 5/5
I loved everything about this property. Loved that facts that’s right off the strip away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Not too far or close from the strip shenanigans. 3 minute walk to the food court which takes you through the horse shoe hotel right up the strip. Views are amazing especially at night! Thanks for “Happy Birthday Card” & banner! I would recommend this spot to anyone in a heart beat. ? Absolutely no complaints
- 5/5
The balcony has a perfect view of the Sphere. It was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
