Staff was not helpful with luggage or deliveries
- 5/5
Great hotel and location was under construction at time but was still great stay
- 5/5
Ive been coming here since 10 years old im 33 now and I bring my kids here. Off the strip but has everything a family needs movies pool spa bowling . Love this place
- 5/5
back again at my favorite hotel to stay at in Vegas. I noticed they are renovating the rooms and I can't wait to come back and stay at one of them. Still my favorite hotel to stay at.
- 1/5
The hotel room smelled like sewer, we asked to change rooms in which they did. They charged excessive fees, the water was shut off without notice for 10 hours. Construction was being done without notice prior to booking. It was the worst experience at any hotel I’ve been to. The staff were very rude and not helpful at all! I’m not sure how this hotel has remained open.
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and everything is excellent.
- 4/5
The hotel is updating the property and I could hear the construction noise starting very early in the morning. But we were out all day and the noise had stopped by 4pm. The rooms are large but definitely needed a much needed face lift. Thought it was odd not to have a closet in the room. Just a hanging rod in the bathroom to hang up clothes. We ate in the cafe for breakfast and had dinner in the Asian restaurant. Both were really good. The location was good and all the hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming.
- 4/5
Was no water in the room at 11PM till 8 AM
- 3/5
Hotel floor smelled horrible. Smelled like old trash or something. I’ve never had a bad experience there so I was very disappointed
- 1/5
I would not even give this place 1 star. Horrible stay, room smell like sewer, I had an old bar of soap left in the shower, I didn’t even feel comfortable walking barefooted in my room, water was shut off without notice, when I called to speak with the front desk manager she was very rude, cared less about my experience and continue to go against me when I told her I was not given notice about the water being shut off. I also informed the manager that I tried to go bowling when it opened and was advised the lanes would not be open until the evening. All she had to say was I don’t know nothing about that. When I told her I was gonna write a review, she lied about her name placed me on a long hold which someone else had picked up and when I asked for the front desk manager and gave the name she provided me they informed me That they had no manager at that name they gave me the correct name, which was Val Luis. There was not one employee in that place that was welcoming Or helpful every employee that I came in contact with We’re rude and made it very obvious that they hated their job. I would never in my life if it was the last place open stay at this hotel again or recommended to anybody.
- 5/5
Great value! I will definitely stay here again for a future visit. They are undergoing room renovations and we stayed in one of the newly renovated smoke-free rooms. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I love the location as I do not like staying downtown or on the strip. This is so close to Chinatown where most of the food joints we frequent are located. Front desk, bell, and valet staff were all very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Drain for tub and sink was slow to drain. Standing in the tub with dirty water. Needs new adapters etc for mobile devices. Lighting is very dim. But overall pleasant stay in the casino area! Friendly staff helps.
- 5/5
The renovations are amazing. We will definitely visit again!
- 3/5
Stayed in a renovated room. No mini fridge, no complimentary bottled water. Bathroom was not too clean. Lots of hair in shower drain and a streak of something on toilet seat. Beds were comfortable and clean. Didn't use casino or dining. Valet parking a plus. Would stay again with upgrades.
- 2/5
Normally when we have have stayed there it's been decent. This time however construction to rooms was going on . No water from 11pm to 8am . Asked for extra blankets and lady said we will get to you when we get to you and hung up . Waited about an hour called back and lady said we are busy and hung phone up . So no blankets for kids . Pool was nice as always . That's about only good thing . For the resort fee they charged it should of been waived .
- 5/5
The property was under construction (remodeling)and there was a lot of dust by the elevators. Some down the hallway Ice wasn’t easily available. However the staff was great and accommodated us and moved us to a floor without construction. Just check to see if it’s finished if you book.
- 1/5
They didnt extend
- 4/5
It was a great stay. Easy and smooth check in and out. Had a good good court and loved the pool!!!
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
I had stayed there about 10 years ago and had a better experience. The property has declined a bit, but still not a bad value for what we paid. It looks like they are renovating a little bit on the floors so that was in progress. Didn’t like that the rooms were not cleaned daily. With two of us in a room using amenities, a daily cleaning, and fresh towels would’ve been nice. The outside of the hotel and pool area was a little dirty
- 5/5
love the free parking. great location close to strip. nice pool and gym.
- 3/5
No good places to eat. No more buffet, no hot dog stand, restaurant closed at 2pm (not open for dinner) TGIFriday's was taken out and nothing put in place of it and didn't care for any of the places to eat at food court. The best place to eat was Don Miguel's Mexican restaurant that you took out years ago. I booked our room through Expedia, if I had known you were renovating I would have stayed somewhere else. Nit happy this trip at all.
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Nice location, not on the strip, so parking is easier— good service, swimming pool, and clean, spacious rooms.
- 5/5
Cute and off strip but good vibes good pool
- 5/5
All the staff was very friendly. It was a really cool place to stay with everything you need.
- 5/5
nice
- 1/5
They put me in a room furthest from the elevators, on a weekday. Noisy people in the hallway late night to early morning. The ice machine was broken the whole time there, I had to take the elevator to the upper floors to get ice. Lastly, NO MINI REFRIGERATORS IN THE ROOM, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $30 FOR THE REFRIGERATOR, ON TOP OF THE RESORT FEE.
- 5/5
Friendly staff everywhere I went in Orleans!
- 3/5
You’ll have to walk through the casino with cigarettes stench on your way to your hotel rooms. My fridge and coffee machine were not working during my stay and I asked for a coffee machine replacement and they didn’t follow through. The room service is packed in takeout containers. Enough food options within hotel premises. Staff are all relatively nice and helpful. Premium suite hotel was nice and big but could’ve been cleaner.
- 5/5
There was construction going on at the hotel but it didn’t disrupt our stay. The room was large and clean.
- 4/5
Thank you. Had a fun time!😄
- 5/5
Super nice hotel, love the parking they’re doing renovations I would love to have a fridge but it’s not a dealbreaker, love my staying in the casino is always nice, this is my 4th time booking in, i will do it again soon
- 4/5
Tub was not draining good. Other than that it was fine. I like the bottled water they have in the room.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 3/5
The bathroom had tile that needed to be replaced and so did the toilet.
- 4/5
Everything was good, except our shower had no hot water for our entire duration.
- 4/5
Bowling was great
- 5/5
The staff
- 4/5
The water was not hot and was cloudy white and I couldn't shower the last two days.
- 5/5
Will be coming back in a couple of weeks
- 5/5
Off the strip but everything you need
- 4/5
I was in Vegas for a work event and it was a fine place to stay to not have to leave the hotel for anything I needed. Restaurants, pool and jacuzzi.
- 3/5
The front desk was not friendly so that set the tone. Our room was okay but needed a deep clean . The pool was the best part.
- 5/5
It was an enjoyable stay.
- 1/5
Self check in is a headache and
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, incredibly spacious room when upgraded. Thank you!
- 5/5
It was a nice stay. There were renovations going on on our floor but staffs were very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel and clean even with all the renovations going on
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Felt that the carpet in the room could have used another vaccuum, but otherwise the bathroom and bed were quite clean.
- 4/5
The employees at the reception/registration were very polite and helpful. I found finding how much it costs per night very confusing. I think when something says TOTAL, I assume that it is the TOTAL AMOUNT PER NIGHT. That was not what I experienced. It would be helpful to make it clear online what TOTAL AMOUNT MEANS. Thank you
- 5/5
Great pool.
- 4/5
The room was clean, the check-in process was smooth. This is a good hotel if you want the Vegas experience but you don’t want to be on the strip. Free parking was great, and the drive to the strip south side only 10 minutes away. Also very close to the airport-10-15 minutes away. My only disappointments were no microwave in the room, and the pool closed at 6PM. There was a mini fridge, but I had read prior to staying sometimes you get charged for the fridge. We did not. Also we did early check in at the kiosk and did not pay a fee for that. According to others’ reviews, apparently that can happen. All in all, love the Orleans, it’s a great cost-effective and safe place to stay!
- 5/5
Clean room; friendly staff; not far from the strip
- 3/5
Very noisy. Doors slamming. Sliding door to bathrooms are always stuck and very difficult to open and close. No mini fridge.
- 1/5
Staff interactions were professional, hotel is being remodeled. Assigned us a room in the 6th floor and it was chaos. Construction debris, dust, no ice or vending machines available. In order to get ice and water guests are forced to ride two different elevators to upper floors. Upper floors were cleaner, could have assigned us a decent floor/room. The Orleans has a new Sales Prevention Department and I was convinced: pick another hotel.
- 5/5
Orlean's is my always stay place. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable and high quality. It's older and smaller but homey. Parking is free and convenient.
- 3/5
Good luck sleeping with the construction. Will be great after construction is over.
- 2/5
For a vegas hotel not directly on the strip I wasnt expecting much however it seems that the staff was lacking. In classic Vegas style my sibling accidently got sick on the bed sheets and blankets. I of course stripped the bed and made a neat pile near tbe door and called for housekeeping to help us get new sheets. They told me they would and so we went out for breakfast. Four hours later the room was not cleaned and the stained bed sheets were still on the floor. We called again and was rudely greeted by front staff saying they only clean rooms if we are staying more than two nights. I clarrifed that we just wanted clean sheets because someone got sick. The lady was short with us and told us someone would come by. Shocker considering we called one more time and no one came to clean the sheets during our two night stay. The only saving grace of this place was free valet. Other than that I dont think id stay again.
- 3/5
The coffee shop restaurant is only open from 6am-2pm instead of 24hrs. We definitely missed not having the coffee shop available late at night. As far as gambling, we usually always have good luck and this trip did not disappoint. I won over $10,000 on multiple machines. And my husband also did well on the machines. As far as gaming, The Orleans has always been our favorite.
- 3/5
Lots of parking available and great location. Hotel is outdated and is showing wear & tear. They need to update their toiletries & switch to the refillable containers like other hotels because they still have the tiny ones and it's always not enough. No mini refrigerator in the room.
- 5/5
My room was excellent. The view of the pool was great. It was clean and that is most important.
- 5/5
It was a very comfortable room, and eat to navigate through the building.
- 4/5
This place meet all my expectations.
- 5/5
My stay is Always fun and memorable
- 4/5
The receptionist was excellent they comped me a free night
- 5/5
Room was great just missing refrigerador and microwave
- 5/5
It was good can’t complain for the price. Just the bathroom needed a little cleaning.
- 5/5
We had a great stay here. They were in the middle of construction and updating the property. We got an older room and it really wasn’t that bad. It was clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size. The staff we ran into were all super kind. We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Other than that, everything was great. Will definitely consider staying again!
- 5/5
Great place and the remodel is great!
- 5/5
Very reasonable property. Great blackjack rules, affordable rooms.
- 5/5
Its a good place to stay if you don't want to stay on the strip. Cinemark movie theaters are part of the Casino and always have something for every one. During our stay we saw Michael, a great movie.Alcohol and water bottles are expensive so bring your own. Many liquor outlets are nearby. Overall we had a good relaxing time
- 3/5
Poor wifi. Staff are approachable.
- 3/5
i stayed there before and it was great. Not this time. The room i got smelled, and i changed rooms which was just a bit better. Yes, you are doing construction, but it should not smell like that. I asked a staff to get me towels, because it smelled funny, but the staff lady never brought any towels. Disappointed. I will not stay there again.
- 4/5
The shower could use some work. The water pressure was so high that it hurt and there wasn’t much warm water.
- 5/5
The rooms were out dated. A lot of construction going on.. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went to the Amazing Con and everything was convenient and near by.
- 4/5
I really did like the property right until our last day and that is when they started their construction.
- 5/5
Always nice to stay at the Orleans. Good place and good people.
- 4/5
The restaurants in this hotel are top notch! I cant say enough about them. We had fun in the casino. It was not overly crowded and we had an easy time getting around and playing the games. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a great time! I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay off the strip!
- 4/5
Beautiful property. Only thing there was no fridge or microwave in the room. The left overs I had from the restaurants there I had to throw away. I did not appreciate that part
- 5/5
I love this property and all the amenities. We continue to visit property for softball tournaments and also stayed at the property for UNLV spring graduation. Love Love Love this property and everything around it.
- 5/5
Went with my teen sons. They loved the bowling alley and theater. Food court was a hit as well as the pool. Really nice room, overall great experience and great price
- 5/5
The hotel was great, I wish there was a microwave. I was there to work and with I could warm up food.
- 4/5
Overall stay was good for the price. Not really walking distance to the strip during the hot summer. Property has everything you need for a short stay. Rooms are a bit dated. No mini fridge was a bummer especially in the hot summer when keeping a couple of chilled bottles of water would have been nice. The ice and ice bucket didnt cut it. Variety of food options was OK for our needs. However the sushi at the Asian fusion place was terrible. But the breakfast at the other restaurant was excellent. From check in to house keeping to wait staff...were all very nice and helpful. Great staff makes a world of difference and can make up for other down sides.
- 3/5
The gaming area was very reasonable. Also a lot of places to eat within the hotel.
- 4/5
Clean room. Mini fridge would help.
- 5/5
Needs some updating but otherwise it was good.
- 5/5
Nice, clean hotel. Lots of dining and entertainment options!
- 2/5
The room was filthy. The bathroom was covered in pubic hair all over the ground in front of the sink as well as in front of the toilet as well as shards of toilet paper that fell off of peoples bottoms when they wiped. There was even a pubic hair on top of the little silver holder underneath the soap and lotion place there. There were also other short hairs littered on the bathroom sink and even stuck here on tables. The cleaning staff clearly did not care at all as long as the bedsheets were changed. The bedside table that carried the phone was filthy with sticky rings from drinks that did not have coasters as well as blue gunk that look like toothpaste. And finally the red runner that goes across the bed you can tell has not been washed for months. It had stains and other sticky substances on it. This hotel really does not care at all they just want a quick turnover. Upon checking out I left a ziploc full of specialty Hawaiian teas that I needed for an event but when I called after checking out they said that they did not have it tho I bet the staff kept it. I will not be returning ever. I stayed in two hotels following my stay at the Orleans and none of them had any of the hairy bathroom problems or any of the filthy problems. I thought maybe the standard in Vegas was low but it turns out it was just this disgusting hotel. I told front desk, but no remedy. I flagged a housekeeper in the hallway in the morning but she said full service wasn’t her job
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The casino was great winnings were much appreciated and fun. The food court was nice. The kids loved the pizza.
- 3/5
Rooms were smoky
- 5/5
The people at the front desk were amazing.
- 4/5
always like the Orleans, elevators to floor 8 was needs to be fixed.
- 4/5
Its a really nic
- 5/5
My stay at The Orleans was better than expected! Check in was a breeze and the room was spacious for 4 of us. We enjoyed the location because we like to venture into China town which was super close! We also took advantage of the pool. It was nice and clean. We really got to relax. Definitely staying here again!
- 3/5
Hair dryer and some outlets weren't working. Hard to find a parking space.
- 3/5
The hotel is going through renovations.. but the plumbing was horrible .. I would never stay there again
- 5/5
Ice available was minimal for rooms
- 3/5
Restaurant choice poor.
- 4/5
Very disappointed in the assistance when requested for internet connection. I spent 45 minutes getting it resolved and they made ME talk to their internet provider instead of just providing me a different access code. Absolutely ridiculous!
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Our floor near elevator was still being renovated.
- 3/5
The stay was ok but for me personally it was to cold in the and no coffee maker and room service I order beautiful in morning thinking they deliver to my room instead I had to walk to get it and im a elderly woman but other than that everything was okay
- 1/5
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean hotel in Las Vegas. There are zero signs directing hotel guests to either check-in or parking. Once you find the parking garage, it's a 20 minute walk to the actual hotel, and you have to traverse the garage, the casino, a back alley, more casino, and a long walkway to the elevators, which, by the way, all smell horribly of cigarette smoke. Yes, I understand it's attached to a casino, but this is 2026, and at least where I'm from in California, smoking is prohibited in all public places as well as outside the entrances. Vegas could benefit from similar laws. If people want to give themselves cancer, that's on them, but subjecting hotel guests to their disgusting and deadly habit is not ok. The room was also extremely disappointing - no soap for the shower, the bed sheets weren't even tucked in, the shower didn't drain at all, so by the time you're finished showering, you're standing in a bathtub full of dirty water, the AC was noisy....you get the idea. 1 star at best.
- 3/5
Helpful, polite staff. Area not walkable, but Uber/taxi available. Allegiant stadium close by.
- 2/5
The roomd
- 3/5
The Hotel rooms are under renovation and the room was outdated. If I would have known this before I booked a room there i would have stayed somewhere else. The room wasn't the cleanest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't think they should have rented rooms on the floors that construction and renovation was going on. Getting out of an elevator into dust filled area with concrete floors and plastic all over was not inviting at all. The Casino, lobby and Spa and pool area was nice.
- 3/5
Charged for miniature fridge without knowledge. Room outdated. Shades falling apart. Room noisy from construction. .Great coffee from Whisk at $4,59 a cup. Coffee shop closes 2 pm daily.
- 4/5
I did get a good location for a room even if it was not one of the ones being updated. Even with it by the pool, the noise from the pool was barely noticeable. My issues were the temperature in the room and the not so functioning thermostat. I did notify someone at first problem however I did not follow up again until check out. While I was not expecting some kind of compensation , at least telling me the food credit was posted on my account was available right away would have been nice. I was not notified until check out and then had no time to use it as my uber was outside already. Disappointing. I love this hotel and would stay again as I know that this unpleasant experience is not norm and staff are usually more friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Came for a concert and chose the hotel that seemed the nicest. Bad experience. The rooms bed and bathroom had hair on it. The shower was clogged and standing water had stuff floating in it. Rested our head for 3 hours and headed back for 5+ hour drive back.
- 3/5
Only thing that was a problem was they put us on a floor they were remodeling lots of drywall dust no refrigerators no microwaves no coffee pots and you had to go up four floors just to get ice
- 5/5
Casino paid off well
- 5/5
The room doesn’t have microwave and fridge other than that everything was excellent.
- 4/5
The room was clean but the toilet ran all the time and I had to fix it
- 5/5
Newly upgraded rooms, no construction noise, floor by floor. All staff were very helpful and friendly. $0.00 valet service, unheard of in this day and age, plus they are quick and efficient. Had no problems tipping them as a thank you.
- 4/5
great time. thanks guys
- 3/5
Did not use the amenities. Spacious room, but VERY dark. More Lighting would be a PLUS. Staff friendly and check in was quick. Be prepared to pay a Resort fee. Also, at the end of May, they host High School Graduations=Less parking and more foot traffic. One night stay is good. I would not plan my whole vacation stay here or in Las Vegas.
- 5/5
Room was great and spacious
- 5/5
10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Great property easy in and out of the casino pool was amazing not busy lots of chairs
- 4/5
Great location! Getting a Uber to the strip or back was super simple and fast. Free valet during your stay as well. The on-site restaurants were very good. Highly recommend making a reservation, only because the wait time could be a while. Especially on the weekend.
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance
- 5/5
Me and my husband stayed for 4 days soon as We arrived they were welcoming friendly and helpful we came out for a graduation 🎓 class of 2026 family came to the hotel and they were very professional in helping assist me with everything 😁 We will be back
- 5/5
Beautiful remodeled rooms
- 4/5
Nice large and clean rooms. Comfortable beds, decent sized TVs, but no coffee maker in the rooms. Also no mini fridge. Hotel was in the middle of a remodel but was still clean and quite.
- 5/5
First time staying here and we had a great experience. Room was nice and clean and staff were very friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
We paid over $46 for the hotel resort fee. They’ll only clean your room and make your beds every third days Asked maid for towels on our second day she had a bad attitude and said why you will put some in on the third day. I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t use the same tile for three or four days after it’s late on the floor just overall the service sucked with the maids in the room. Why are we paying resort fee when you can’t get any thing done in your room? I won’t stay there again.
- 5/5
We reserved a premium room , It was newly renovated and clean.Housekeeping staff were very attentive when you need something. The manager who assisted to rectify our messed up room reservation on our 1st night was very helpful and gave us food credit instead and immediately transferred us to another room the ff day.
- 5/5
Really nice, clean and convenient.
- 4/5
Love the hotel
- 1/5
I picked this hotel based off of family and friend recommendations. Upon arrival I was told my original booking of 2 Queen beds was not available and the only option was a single king size, with a “free” roll away bed, and a view of the strip. They were fully booked the days we were staying but we were encouraged to come back to the desk every day after 12pm! There were 3 other guests checking in at the same time as us and we were all told a similar story OR the room was given away completely and they had nothing to offer. The view of the strip was the parking garage because we were on a lower floor. The bathroom had tons of hair, some gross sticky stuff on the ceiling, and the couch had cigarette burns. The room service didn’t work once during my 4 night stay. The hotel is extremely dated so they’re doing construction. Expect loud noises and fumes. For a nonsmoking area, as soon as you stepped off the elevator all you could smell was weed. I wish I booked my original hotel but now I know not to return in the future.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay, plenty of things for my 9-year-old to do within the hotel. Only downside, there was no microwave/refrigerator within the room, nowhere to heat up a meal within the hotel, and pool closed at 7 pm. Other than that, the place was a nice stay.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
The rooms were spacious, clean n my room had a beautiful view of the strip. Parking n valet are free. You just have to tip the valet staffs which they were very attentive, helpful, polite n kind. I never used valet but waiting to be picked up from family members I see them run n are helpful to guests n very well manner. Some guests are rude n bossy but I see the valet attendants put up with the guests rudeness n have smile on their faces. I m not sure about them work for tips only but hope the hotel have them on their paychecks cos of their hard work. Heads up--garage parking is a lil walking distances from the guests rooms but it's free. Hotel parking in Vegas are very expensive esp in da strip so it's a blessing for Orleans to have free parking. Expect like a open walk through (like a valley looking area) from the garage parking to the hotel guests. It's just a separation of the hotel n casino but it's all connected. Just heads up cos I was confused when a kind employee who didn't clock in yet but still guide me to the hotel guests elevator. Expect to show your room key to enter thru the hotel elevators. It's safe n well monitored. Tip--the entrance is wea the valet n taxi area at. That's the entrance to the guests registration. U either use valet or drop family members there n go park at the garage. The parking in front of the casino is always packed so use the garage parking. Orleans was good to me n my granddaughter. I loved it there n it was safe too. Good luck.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, spacey and I loved the beds. Only thing is no ice on our floor 17.
- 5/5
Great stay and value
- 3/5
Average property nothing unique about it. They are making needed improvements but they are not there yet.
- 5/5
Great stay in one of the renovated rooms. Only bummer was the arcade was closed at 9:15 on the holiday.
- 5/5
which makes it more enjoyable - not too crowded. Location is wonderful for events at the Allegiant. Not a bad walk if the weather is good. There’s some construction going on right now so I assume it will be better in the future. And the price is reasonable. It’s my go-to hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing stay, convenient and affordable.
- 4/5
I liked there were restaurants on site. We liked the gaming. We didn’t like the room it was outdated and tub was gross. They don’t clean rooms daily and the pool closes super early
- 3/5
Hotel room did not come with a microwave or a mini fridge. Fridge was $30 extra for the stay. Room service for amenities such as towels or even the delivery of the fridge took anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
- 2/5
Nmnmm
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
All staff were wonderful and helpful. Improved eating establishments, especially a 24 hr cafe not closing in mid afternoon. Food prices and specials need to be priced moderately like they are at the South Point which is your competition for myself and friends dollars.
- 3/5
Air conditioning was loud and didn’t reliably work. Sink would back up overnight and fill with black sludge. It’s too bad, really. Location was convenient. I tried to make it work but staff was inflexible. Probably won’t be doing that again.
- 5/5
Elevator security.
- 5/5
💪
- 4/5
The rooms didn’t have a mini refrigerator or a microwave oven. These two amenities seem standard at other hotels that I’ve stayed at in Las Vegas. Other than that we did have a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Nice rooms. Wish there were more coffee options, but that's a me problem
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff. Would stay again.
- 1/5
First off to begin, we were looking for a coffee maker in the room none to be had. Second we were looking for a refrigerator. None to be had, but of course you could always rent one, just one more way for them to get money out of the guest. Will certainly never ever stay here again for what they were charging per night. Then they tried to attach a smoking fee onto the room of $250. Well, I do not smoke. So check your bills before you leave the resort and they charge your credit card.
- 5/5
I would recommend and visit again
- 1/5
The carpet wasn’t cleanthe housekeeper knocked the door with a coin every day. The first day I got poop allover the place.
- 3/5
The hotel/casino is pretty dated. Rooms are fine, nothing special. Check in was easy. There are a couple of restaurants that are open late which is nice. The pool area was nice and not overcrowded. I would probably not stay again.
- 3/5
Although it’s off the strip, this hotel has everything you need!!! Great gambling, dining and entertainment options.
- 3/5
It will be better once they finish by the their u poo grades. My room was very old and used, like an old motel. Didn't get a newly renovated room. Casino was the same as it was 25 years ago.
- 5/5
We loved our stay here and will be back every time we are in Vegas. Our room was recently renovated and sparkling clean. The property is less than five minutes from the strip with free parking, four restaurants, a food court, a bowling alley, a movie theater, and the usual gambling opportunities. The pool area looked fantastic. I feel like we discovered a hidden gem.
- 4/5
Nice place easy check-in
- 5/5
Overall good hotel experience. Good service and family friendly. Movie theater and arcade Game Center and bowling alley
- 5/5
Everything about this trip was amazing from friendly staff to clean and organized room. Only thing was missing was a mini fridge and or microwave in the room. Other then tbat 5 star rating
- 5/5
Room was recently renovated. Staff was very friendly. Restaurants had good service and really good food.
- 4/5
Needs ice machine on every floor…
- 5/5
Room was a little outdated but that is because they are still renovating slowly each floor. Could use updates in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. All was working and had a nice view of the strip.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Very pleasant, lots of staff at checking which was late late at night.

Nice hotel but was under restoration. Check-in person was very helpful when I used the kiosk, bathroom shower/tub wasn’t in good shape, nice king size bed, asked for extra pillows and in less than five minutes received them. Room was clean but there wasn’t a mini-fridge. Good for a one night stay.
- 4/5
Security was rude to my daughters so tell them to be more considerate instead of ganging up on two young females
- 3/5
Poker room and casino are cool, room is okay a bit old and bathroom very basic, water pressure was low.. otherwise good value for money. Location is okay.
- 3/5
Its okay
- 5/5
Good stay, only went to Fuddruckers and whisk&bowl for breakfast
- 5/5
Rooms were clean. Good stay.
- 3/5
Pool closes at 6pm, not as clean as you would expect, the staff got by with the bare minimum I would give this hotel 2 1/2 stars at most, the price was ok and we went to las vegas to go have fun so we didn’t stay long in the hotel, bottom line if you’re planning for a dream vacation don’t stay there but if you are like us that prefer to spend the extra cash somewhere else and not on the hotel it works
- 5/5
Great staff big casino great bar and food selection
- 5/5
Door handle was loose and kept having to fix it to get door to close. Shower head was pulling away from wall but again they were under construction for updates so I’m sure I got the good price for being in an outdated room.
- 5/5
The room was clean and it had everything we needed. Staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Stayed at the orleans and had a good time. Bed was good and towels plentiful. Air conditioner worked well
- 3/5
It was never mentioned to us the property is under construction...and we stayed on a floor that was UNDER construction. The floor lobby (10th floor) had no carpet, plastic covering the carpet that still remained, painting being done, workers... You think during remodel they would just close one floor at a time.
- 5/5
It was a great cheer weekend. Everyone was super helpful

Stay was good but casino reeked of cigarette smoke..only drawback if you are a non smoker
- 4/5
I only spent one night at New Orleans so I didn’t really get to get into the amenities, but the casino was really nice and so are the restaurants. It’s cool that they have a movie theater & a bowling alley on site though. I bought a film on the TV and the sound didn’t sync, but the staff took it off my bill which I appreciated. The hotel is undergoing renovations so I would really recommend booking a premium room or asking for a room upgrade at the front desk. The construction does start pretty early, but I wasn’t very close to it so it wasn’t too bad. The room rates are the best you will find near the strip right now, though because of it. I think the hotel will be really a lot better off for the renovation. My room was really cute and had a lot of charging ports, a fridge that wasn’t stocked with stuff, a coffee maker and they have room service that’s really affordable. The television was really big and the shower is a walk-in. I think they could use more amenities like a face wash or something to make it sparkle, but there were lots of towels and the beds are comfortable. I had made a reservation for the oyster bar on OpenTable, but it was their first day closing an hour early. The manager came out to see me and was very nice about it. So I went to the Ondor Asian Kitchen and got Tuna Tataki and shrimp dumplings. It was very good and open late! Simply because of all the construction, I wouldn’t expect your stay to be organized, but I did have a nice time.
- 5/5
Friendly staff.

Wonderful front desk staff at Orleans casino. clean and entertaining. security 11p_7a cool people
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean, easy access to the strip, the staff was very helpful.

I got this room just to sleep in for a few hours, so when we arrived later than planned, I didn’t think it made sense to go down to the lobby and complain since we were only there for about 3 hours. But honestly, the cleanliness was really disappointing. One of the beds had a yellow stain on the sheets along with dirt/crumbs in the bed, so I ended up sleeping in the other bed with my sister instead. I’m not a confrontational person, so I didn’t say anything at the time, but I do wish I had. When we first walked in, there were gummy bears on the floor, which made it obvious the room hadn’t been vacuumed or properly cleaned. I made sure to take pictures just in case. I honestly didn’t even get good sleep because I kept thinking about how dirty and unsanitary the room felt. Overall, the experience was really disappointing and definitely did not feel like a properly cleaned hotel room.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
Check in system was no good!
- 4/5
Check-in clerk was pleasant, and took time to locate a room close to elevator. At discharge, the first clerk took time to wipe both of her eyes, and forehead with a tissue before helping me. I asked her to please clean her hands before helping me. She refused ( not verbal), but said that she would give me a paperless receipt. This practice is unsanitary, and a good way to pass germs. I checked out with the clerk next to her.

Goo hotel
- 2/5
Beat up AND under construction. Never received my 2 bottles of water I was supposed to get with my room. Dated bathroom. Disappointed
- 5/5
The hotel provided a clean room with the view that I requested which was perfect. Only downside was the noise of water from the toilet but so far the stay was great. I would definitely book again.
- 3/5
Room was clean but the AC was old and made a heck of a lot of noise.

- 4/5
Unfortunately, my experience with Expedia was very disappointing. The lack of support and unwillingness to resolve the issue left a very negative impression.
- 4/5
The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel is under construction, but it was quiet on the weekend days. Only wish it was a non-smoking casino. Good burgers at the food court. The Copper cafe was great, too! Another bonus was free parking. Make sure to check out the Irish bar across the street. Excellent!
- 5/5
very very huge property and a lot of walking involved. It actually reminded me of an airport. Other than that. It was all good. if you’re looking for a small cozy spot, this would not be your place to stay. We are not gamblers but still it all worked out OK.
- 1/5
We were offered this hotel. As our other reservation was not found .It is very old smelly and we are seniors asked for close to elevators .We had to walk so far then the elevator doors kept closing on the electric wheelchair .It is not handicapped friendly or to code .I do not recommemd at all old smelly broken ac bad
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
The room was very nice; clean and very comfortable also roomy. We were on the 10th floor and late night the hallway was somewhat noisy but it is Vegas! Big problem with coffee in the morning. One place to get coffee. I waited 45 minutes to get coffee - no small pots in the room. There is a convention halll within the complex-so there were a ton of kids everywhere - we were 2 adults. I think this is a family with kids hotel. Strange closure hours for the pools - like 5:30pm closed. The hotel was super busy - there was evidence of renovation, but it wasn’t a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful -
- 2/5
I tried to rely on tv since I didn’t have my phone. Their cable system had like 10 channels
- 4/5
I rented a daybed and spent a day at the pool while waiting for friends to get into town. The pool area and service was great. My only disappointment was that they did not have veggie options for cold food aside from a fruit/cheese platter. The sandwich options did look nice for those who are interested. I would recommend everyone to visit the pool area here.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff and clean rooms
- 3/5
Hotel is currently under renovation but the part we stayed in was very dated and old fashioned. Casino is very smokey and hotel doesn't have as many amenities as others
- 5/5
Under renovation but still a great stay. The newly remodeled rooms are extremely well appointed. Very comfortable. Sports book is small but accommodating (especially for horse players). We had a great time.
- 1/5
They have no coffee makers in the room. No refrigerator in the room. No ice machine on my floor. They didn’t make up room at all the whole weekend
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
We stayed there just for one night in our way to California. We stayed I. The older rooms. They are spacious but very outdated and old.
- 5/5
They did a good job remodeling the rooms and it was very clean I would stay there again. Great for families
- 5/5
Away from the strip but was an easy walk during the day time hours. Would stay here again. Enjoyed it.
- 5/5
Construction going on. Plastic on the floors. It was terrible
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and staff was very nice
- 5/5
Should have let us know that was renovations being done
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff good. All good during my stay.
- 5/5
Excellent service by the staff and food court was helpful in getting late night food without having to leave the casino.
- 4/5
We had the new remodeled room
- 5/5
Hotel was under construction but all went well
- 4/5
I like the Orleans because I play poker there, but the food choices are poor. The items in the food court haven't changed in years. The cafe closes for dinner. Since the buffet closed there have been not much improvement in the food availability. They are remodeling the rooms though. I didn't get one this last trip, but look forward to getting one next time.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay here. Check in was easy and the room was much nicer than the pictures showed. It’s a little off the strip, so just know you’ll have to uber or drive everywhere. Otherwise, it’s in a great location, close to the freeway and a 711 on the corner. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Clean room and overall hotel/ casino. Staff was well prepared for busy cheer comp weekend making sure everyone was safe and had everything needed

My stay was from Friday to Monday cheer competition, which we have done for the past 4 years and this time it was the worse ever. The bath tub was clogged it and took maintenance over 24 hours to come. Then we needed extra towels and I had to literally go look for a staff member myself. Housekeeping never came to bring us extra towels or blanket we requested. Then Saturday evening we get back to our room and it was a big gray trash bag tied to the dresser. Now we did not leave a lot of trash in the room when we left Saturday afternoon so it was no need for a big trash bag to be left in my room. The only thing housekeeping did was take out the trash which had cups and napkins in. I was so disappointed with my stay this time around that next year I’m already thinking about staying at another hotel. Oh then I asked a staff at the front desk will I be compensated for my inconvenience she said why would I be compensated.
- 3/5
It is a construction hellhole right now. The pool area has a sewage smell around the perimeter.
- 4/5
The staff is very professional and the hotel is very clean as long as you don't have a room on a floor under construction. The restaurants are okay but the café has short hours so anything late night is at small food court with minimal selections of foods.

Really convenient for cheer competitions.

Boyd, at check in was great had a little mishap and he handled it quickly and with ease, super friendly staff except for the elevator security they don’t speak much. Everything and most everyone where very friendly and kind
- 2/5
So my daughter and I went there for a concert stayed for two nights when we checked in on the first night our air conditioner in our room sounded like a lawnmower or a tractor who is about to explode. I called the front desk. They said they’d have somebody come up and look at it they never did so night too. We slept without air-conditioning because the noise was so horrific it was hurting our ears. I wish they would’ve done something about this then I would’ve given the hotel about a rating.
- 4/5
Had a premium room, it was nicer than the older rooms however the bathroom sink did leak and they had to come to fix it, which was a little frustrating since it was a newer room.
- 3/5
New Orleans hotel is grand but out dated. The pool is huge and glamorous. Was open but did not use it. The rooms are good size, but the outdated need upgrades, shower old did not feel comfortable to use it. Stayed only 1 night. The rooms are smoke free however, the casino has smoking and smells bad not recommended. The price was expensive $160 per night and for the price not worth it but stayed there for group event. Will not recommend or go again.

- 1/5
Hotels.com is horrible. I never stayed here. You messed up my reservation so I can’t do anything but write it zero star stars.
- 4/5
Room was old and dirty, there were hair on the bathroom floor and dead spiders.
- 5/5
Hotel was undergoing remodeling
- 3/5
Clean hotel my only complaint is that they redid the hotel and the paint was incredibly strong so I gave you a pretty bad headache outside of that. It was a nice stay
- 2/5
Our door to the bathroom never shut -the shower was clogged and no one ever showed up to fix it. Even after I called many time. The Place is old and it shows. Couldn’t get to our fridge we paid for and if my daughters cheer comp wasn’t there I would NEVER go back. But after many years sometimes it’s easier staying there. However I’m going back to my Fairfield by marriot
- 3/5
Great hotel and extremely nice staff. Amenities were average. Free parking is a huge benefit. My biggest comment is if there is major interior construction on every floor and hallway they shouldn’t be charging event prices for the added inconvenience of downed elevators, lack of hallway lighting, and incomplete flooring. All in all it was a great stay and there are some really positive changes ahead for the Orleans once the remodel is complete… but I wasn’t informed of the construction at booking and don’t think they should have charged event prices under the circumstances.
- 1/5
We only stayed here out of convenience because the cheer competition was located here. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Unsafe Construction happening on several floors; elevators overly crowded and would not stop on all floors; no electricity and loud noises on several floors; someone was occupying my room when we first arrived, front desk staff never apologized. Casino is so Smokey and smelly, restaurants were awful and overpriced.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Nice pool bar
- 3/5
One thing do surprises me is - no daily housekeeping or room cleaning service, even if you called to request, they ONLY cleaned up the trash and replaced new towels for you. That's what they called it as "Housekeeping" even you were staying there for 4 days 3 nights. No bed fix or bathroom cleaning service during your entire stay. Also, even with the new room they used the old A/C system, which either blows your head off and leave you in a freezing cold temp, or stay hot with stiffy smell condition if you turn that A/C thing off. Will not stay for sure if it's not because of the cheer comp event.
- 5/5
I was so pleasantly surprised, This hotel is newly renovated the floors are clean and the staff is amazing not only are they helpful they are kind and i'm obsessed with this hotel. they facilitated eveything for our cheer comp weekend. Book now and tip the staff they deserve it
- 5/5
The Orleans is my go-to hotel for Vegas and the employees are friendly. Half of our floor appeared to be in construction, curious to know what's happening. The only thing I ever say is that there is no refrigerator in the rooms (not sure if all are like that). It was a great stay. thank you!
- 5/5
Clean room. Wonderful staff. Great Casino!
- 3/5
I only stayed at this specific Hotel/Casino because the Cheer competition happening that weekend. Other than that I wouldn’t have stayed. Too old. Room was very outdated. Our bathroom floor was dirty and had hairs, screws, and clothing tags that I had to pick up when we arrived. I wish I would have taken a picture but it’s just not something I do. The carpeting looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. But it looks like it’s under construction so that’s a plus.
- 2/5
There were hidden costs that I didn’t know about that were a surprise upon arrival and check out.
- 5/5
Hotel is getting remodeled and elevators were not going to certain floors but overall clean, comfortable, and convenient.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Good restaurants. Staff professional and friendly. Highly recommend

The Orleans is a nice property but something’s are outdated but overall I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Yes it was lively and i had wine one night
- 5/5
The Orleans has everything you need.
- 5/5
Wasn’t clean enough
- 5/5
Check if with the hotel to see if they are done with renovations because there are some floors that are under construction and they don’t tell you about them. We stayed on level 19 and it was okay.
- 2/5
We could not bring food/drinks to the room to have later. I called the front desk, was told 'we can bring one to your room - we charge $30.' Wow ! I just got ice for the ice bucket instead ! Restaurants were average quality anyway, short hours, some days not even open. We couldn't go to the steakhouse when we were there, it was closed.
- 5/5
Casino was fun rooms were clean service was good as well definitely will be back
- 5/5
Very good
- 1/5
The hotel was terrible The room was still messy when I checked in The floors had not been off they were hair and I don't know what chemicals on the middle of the floor. The sink and the tub we're backed up and spilling sewage back into the sink. Definitely stay away from this hotel
- 3/5
The tv didn’t work and there was no refrigerator included in the room. Rooms needs upgrades
- 2/5
The most I like about this casino is how they accommodates semi trucks and love using their slot machines, but for some reason the quality of service is getting worse, my last stay I requested a mini fridge and it came wet and stink pretty bad I had to air it and clean it once again since it took too long so I didn’t to call all over again, and the worse part that my A/C was set to heat only I called the reception they said someone should go look at it and get it fixed was waiting the whole night couldn’t sleep from the heat and no one came, went down myself next day to complain about the A/C then apparently someone came and fixed it while I was out.
- 3/5
we were told they would not make up the room untill the 3rd day. they don't give you clean towels or empty the trash anymore.

We always stayed here for 20 years, but they locals are coming in and they are not good locals. Trashy place and over run with homelessness inside. Not good, it went down the tubes. We are never staying there again.
- 3/5
Your site does not give the total price as they charged me a resort fee at check in which I was not aware of from you. You show a price which states a price with all taxes and fees but that is not correct. You should make corrections so others are not caught off guard as I was. Don’t be fooled by the Vegas casinos as they will low ball a room price but add about the same amount for resort fee which in non negotiable
- 4/5
Room was clean and spacious. Food and shopping was great.
- 4/5
The remodeled rooms are really nice, nicer than the room at Paris which we stayed at the night before. The casino needs to be updated drastically IMO. The staff also needs a major attitude adjustment. The lady at the self check in kiosk was rude to myself and other customers checking in at the same time as the billing screen that pops up is misleading. I know she gets the same question probably over and over again but there is still a way of talking to paying customers. The beverage servers in the casino also seem like they don't want to be there or work.
- 5/5
What I do like is how big and spacious the rooms are. Very well kept. I like the centralness of the property for getting to attractions without having to deal with the strip and its traffic. My biggest complaint is the lack of variety in the restaurants in the hotel. We ended up going to the In-n-Out Burger down the street and other restaurants around the area.
- 5/5
The Orleans is great! The rooms are clean, well appointed and have great views of the Strip. The staff is very helpful and kind throughout. Bowling leagues, movie theaters, great food, music, pool/spa and of course the bars and gambling made it a fun weekend for our family!
- 5/5
I love The Orleans!!! I stay there all the time and it is awesome! Very clean rooms, great places to eat, and fun entertainment!
- 5/5
I've stayed here a few times already and have nothing but positive things to say. The hotel is awesome, rooms are clean, casino itself is cool, great food and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like the new kiosk self check in. Definitely will be back in the future.
- 5/5
Only down side and it’s just personal preference is the coffee shop inside isn’t worth the cost, drinks were made incorrectly and the lady just grabbed my drink from my hand and threw it in the trash aggressively when I asked it to be made how I asked for it. Which threw me off guard because she was just very unpleasant and that’s not the vibes I got from any other staff. Just go find a Starbucks or other coffee shop for real coffee!
- 2/5
The hotel probably works for travellers looking for gambling but didn't suit our family travel. The parking lot was huge (and packed) so it took around 7 minutes to walk to our room. There was no fridge in the room. Door to the shower opens on the half that's far from the shower head, so my wife had to get ready to shower in cold water for a period before getting hot water.
- 5/5
Amazing downstairs cafe
- 2/5
The hot tub was broken. No fridge in room. No coffee make in room. Did have a safe. Housekeeping did not come and I had to call them to come. The tub constantly drained in the bathtub. The casino was nice. Nice poker room.
- 5/5
This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel and no issues whatsoever.
- 5/5
Room was clean, parking was easy, polite staff
- 5/5
I wish the room had a coffee maker, but other than that, great stay!

Very clean, nice room great staff. I would def stay there again!
- 5/5
Shawn at check in was very professional and helpful!
- 4/5
Great place to stay. Very convenient to most things in town. Only wish I had a refrigerator and coffee maker.
- 5/5
Easy to arrive and valet parking friendly and tips no charges
- 5/5
The best thing about that property was actual human interaction at the check in desk... There Was no computers , no ipads , just humans!!!
- 3/5
Smoking! To much
- 3/5
A lot of the bars were closed (week day maybe) Selection of restaurants very limited found I had to leave the premises. Casino was fine, staff was fine. Room was clean but they are remolding the rooms, my room was right next to the dumping area and was very loud, loud and disturbing. The toilet was leaking and continued to refill but it was nothing compared to the construction noise. Worst stay ever.
- 5/5
So much so good

First time staying here and was extremely pleased. The staff was Wonderful and the rooms were very nice. Will DEFINITELY come back !
- 5/5
The newly renovated rooms are amazing. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The lights were kind of weird, they automatically turn off if they don’t sense motion, and then it can be difficult to get them to turn back on. Kept going off while I was doing my makeup 😂 also, the lighting isn’t very bright, especially near the one mirror in the room. But everything else is great!
- 3/5
The property was clean but tired and worn out. The pool and hot tub were closed despite being in the 80's and March. The fitness center closes at 6pm? Who knows why that is. The rooms were clean but really old and worn out. The area is fine, not near enough to the strip to walk. No fridge or microwave in the room, not even a coffee maker which I found weird. The parking was free and abundant. Fine for very basic accommodations, but I would not stay here again given all of the choices in the area.
- 5/5
Nice stay! Very affordable for the 2 nights that we stayed.
- 2/5
Pool was closed. Should at least open the pool area, very warm days could have been spent out there if t had been open

- 4/5
It was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway
- 5/5
The room was clean and appropriate for the time we spent there. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in assisting with our early check in. What I really liked was the valet service, they were quick and convenient.
- 5/5
For a Saturday or was such an easy process to valet, check in and get in our room. The casino floor was easy to maneuver and there were great options to eat. Our room over looked the pool area which seemed very nice. We didn't have time for that on this trip and I think it was closed but nice to look at first thing in the morning.
- 5/5
Room was amazing
- 2/5
Room was big and a great view of the strip. I asked for a king bed with strip view and we moved to 3 rooms before they actually got us into one. No breakfast, no free coffee for guests. You have to be sitting at a machine or table to get free coffee or pop even as a guest. I'm in KC and even the casinos there have free pop and coffee stations for anyone who wants it. The bartenders seemed ticked off when you sit at the bar and put your card in to get a free drink even though you are going to tip them. The poker room has 1 waitress at a time and when there are 20 tables going don't expect to get anything too fast. I waited 45 minutes just for her to come get my order so I went to the bar right outside the poker room and he told me I had to wait for the waitress. They stopped the free shuttle to the strip which was a great amenity for those without a car. Ridiculous nickel and diming you to death. I don't know if this is standard treatment at other Vegas hotels but I won't be back to this one. What happened to the good ole Vegas!

- 1/5
They double charged me ruined my bank account also I had to pay 400 dollars in atm fees because there atm doesn’t tell you that despite the 8.99 fee you get charged another 2.59 cents later
- 3/5
The room was fine and the little contact with the staff was fine but the hotel reeks of cigarette smoke and it made my wife and I sick.
- 4/5
Room was great!

- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Loved it, staff was great, the food was awesome, Als and A&B
- 3/5
The room itself was decent but needs to be refurbished! The tub/shower is slippery. There are no USB ports to be found. The electrical outlets would barely hold the plug to charge your phone. There should at least be a fridge in the room.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!
- 4/5
Clean room with a beautiful view of the pool. I just wish I had a fridge and microwave in the room.
- 2/5
Service was not good. Check out desk was hard to understand and not very attentive. Room light by bed was shorting out, requested fix twice with nothing. Room service was poor. Asked multiple times for extra towels nd never got them. Over room quality wasn’t good.
- 3/5
Beds were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Pls improve the quality of the rooms. It is out dated and the rug smells. The mattress is old as well.
- 2/5
They are going thru a super noisy remodel, noisy at day noisy at night, staff really nice
- 4/5
The updated rooms are clean.
- 3/5
The entire casino smells of cigarette smoke, with no way to avoid it. I spent the majority of the stay on benadryl, and outdoors as I'm allergic. There was fecal matter on the wall of the bathroom. When attempting to phone the front desk at first the phone was unplugged, and once I connected it no one answered. I ended up getting out my bleach wipes and cleaning it myself. We found a sewing pin on the floor, thankfully my daughter had shoes on. The remote control for the TV did not work in the living room, we found a second one under the bed which controlled both TV's. The wait for the elevators is ridiculous, especially for the higher floors. There were unsupervised children doing sack races with the pillowcases in the halls. This hotel stay was anything but relaxing. We will never book this hotel again.
- 5/5
Room was great! Staff was amazinf
- 3/5
The room was clean, the staff was good, but my only complaint was that the beds were very uncomfortable!!!

Room was not clean, heater stuck on, check in counter staff was rude to me due to third party booking.
- 4/5
Room was ok .. Air conditioner blew moldy smelling air ! Staff was nice at check in ..SAecurity at the elevators were very rude !
- 3/5
Refrigerator and microwave in the room
- 2/5
It was in the 30s outside so the heater was needed. Turned it on and the smell of burning plastic set off the fire alarm. Gave us headaches to smell all night,They sent a tech at 1AM even though I tried to call and cancel till the morning because we were exhausted from flying in late. I put the do not disturb but he knocked anyway. The came around 6:30PM the next day. He believed the new heater had a plastic part that someone forgot to remove so it just burned through it. We slept in sweaters and beanies. The blinking light sensors in the room were unnerving. The lamp didn’t work next to the bed. The construction started at 9AM hammering next door. We were miserable. No sympathy from the front desk. Don’t bother renting a fridge unless you want everything frozen. Resort fee for a place with a closed pool..lame. I can see why L.V. Is dying. Lines are awful going up to the elevators as an event was going on so screaming cheer leaders everywhere. The stairs were closed with a guard in front of them. Ordered room service and the Mac salad tasted spoiled. Food was gross. It was exhausting and a waste of money. Positives? The room was very clean. There’s a few good chain fast food places. Repair man was friendly. Security working the annoying elevator lines were very sweet.
- 5/5
Good but the hotel needs to upgrade doesn’t have connection for the device everything is old
- 3/5
Rooms are dated. We returned to our room with the sink full of stinky sewage(?). Took staff many hours to arrive to fix it. Bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
The room smelled musty the entire time, there was some blood stain on the wall. The air conditioner filter was sticking out some and so not sure what was going on there. The resort fee is stupid.
- 3/5
Room was ok. Hotel was being renovated and we were in the u renovated section so ill give leniency however our room was never cleaned in all of the 4 nights we stayed. We had to ask for extra towels. We started with 3 for our family of 4. Also no refrigerator microwave coffee maker…. Really missed the basic amenities.
- 5/5
The remodeled room was great
- 2/5
TV broken, sewer smell, towels stunk, poor customer policies. Bathroom sink backed up it the sink at random times. Lock box didn’t work, no safe. Response times to fix took hours but no fixes for most issues.
- 1/5
My room was never cleaned. Bedding was never changed during a 4 night stay. Upon speaking to the manager Val at checkout- she stated that The Orleans Hotel and Casino only cleans rooms once every 3 days. I find this to be shocking disappointing especially amid the bedbug outbreak.
- 4/5
Everything was good but that construction was out of hand good thing i bought my sound machine
- 3/5
Air quality inside the hotel can improve. We can smell cigarettes through our room vents. Lighting in the room is too dark. Carpets in the room old and dirty stained.
- 5/5
It was very accommodating staying here for the Jamz competition even though it was an older upscale hotel the amenities worked and movie theater was awesome
- 5/5
Quick professional and pleasant staff. Hotel and rooms are clean and spacious
- 5/5
Room was clean large room. It was comfortable.
- 1/5
I left an item in the room and called immediately the day of and a couple of times after. They were unwilling to help retrieve the item. Kept saying room is occupied but
- 2/5
We were disappointed in construction going on, said no work before 8:30 am but they were working making noise at 7:30 am
- 5/5
good for the price
- 4/5
Smooth kiosk check in.
- 4/5
Perfect for the price!
- 3/5
Room was not cleaned ( leaves were on the floor in several places, the bathroom sink was clogged). My roommate was bitten by fleas (I wasn’t). There was pet hair on the couch and chairs (which got all over our clothing). Not too happy.
- 5/5
Room was nice, hotel was clean
- 4/5
Room was spacious
- 3/5
Ok stay
- 4/5
Staff are friendly, amenities and room are excellent.great strip view. Truly I would recommend 100%
- 5/5
clean and nice rooms
- 5/5
The room was cozy, comfy, well maintained, with a pull out sofa, great wifi, free parking and close to the action in Las Vegas. Food was good at the food court, and the drinks were heavy. Will definitely be back.
- 3/5
The elevator situation was horrendous. I will never stay here again because of this. Lines like Disneyland waiting for the elevator. Waited 20 minutes several times. And coming down with luggage was a nightmare. Had to split our family of 5 into 3 groups and took about 20 minutes for all 3 groups to squeeze onto separate elevators.
- 4/5
Room was clean, good experience!
- 5/5
We like all the amenities that they have.
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
O
- 5/5
Staff is always great
- 2/5
Hotel room was very aged. Toilet was hard to flush and door did not want to lock. Will not stay here again. Was very disappointed.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Customer service was excellent.Condition of rooms could improve. They're not just outdated but the carpets and shower were not clean. The shower has mildew groiwing in the grout and carpets felt dirty and a little sticky imo. There was a terrible sewage smell in the corridor passing to the Arena and you can smell it in parts of the casino as well. This smell was a problem last year that seems to have gotten worse this year. That screams to me a deferred maintenence issue that's not being dealt with. This is an older property but with the amount of traffic it should be better maintained. Also, I already knew this from last year, but do not expect waters and a fridge in your room. Come prepared for that.
- 4/5
I really liked the self check in kiosks
- 4/5
Very clean, new carpet, upgraded comfy couch, soft clean sheets, quality mattress. Well appointed room included couch, club chair and coffee table plus 2 Q beds. Only conveniences missing are a coffee maker & fridge/microwave. Plenty of charging ports near beds. Smelled fresh/clean.
- 2/5
We never received house cleaning, garbage was overflowing after 3 days. Ran out of towels, had to wait in line for elevator several times
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Carpet was dirty, AC unit was pulled from the wall, thermostat didn’t work well, very noisy. The cafe staff were very accommodating and attentive.
- 2/5
Staff, we’re in a very foul mood.
- 1/5
Hotel is old, no fridge in room, no hot water in the mornings, in the evenings the water switches back amd fourth from hot to cold. Food in hotel very overpriced. I will never stay there again.

Room was disgusting. I had to be moved to a different room. And it was still dirty. This hotel is a dump.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was clean and quit. The staff was helpful
- 5/5
Loved my stay here. All the staff is so friendly
- 2/5
We are charged a $46 resort fee even though the pool is closed since it is winter. The pool area looked pretty nice but why are we charged when it was closed? Why not adjust the "resort" fee since there was nothing we received for this fee. Plus the rooms were rundown and no coffee offered. Front desk is not helpful and a little rude. Vegas has tons of hotel rooms to choose from - no thank you.
- 2.5/5
Room in construction area. Hotel area a mess. Security unresponsive to unsupervised children running in halls knocking on random doors and being loud. Rates way too high for quality of property. No room service available for dinner.
- 2/5
Very weird and strong musky smell in the room.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and very nice help with the housekeepers thank you very much
- 3/5
The staff was great, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The bedroom itself was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom had a few issues. The bathtub was not fully clean, and there was visible grout on the tile. There was also no hot water initially; my husband had to adjust the temperature from under the sink. When first turning on the shower, the water pressure was very low and took some time to build up. Additionally, the shower did not drain properly while in use. Other than these issues, the room was fine for the price I paid.
- 5/5
Very friendly, comfortable and clean hotel with excellent staff.
- 4/5
We were up in the floor with construction, found hair in the tub but overall we were ok.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Didnt use the Hot Tub
- 5/5
Very quiet, comfortable beds,
- 5/5
Always nice at the Orleans.
- 3/5
First off it’s a casino. So the check-in experience was OK. I had to physically ask for a map of the property in the amenities that were offered within the complex. This was a New Year’s weekend. Stay. Check out was spot on point but interesting to know that if you have any credits through host Hotels.com or anything through that matter, make sure when you’re at the hotel you find out what the restrictions are of where you can use those credits because there are several places there that those credits cannot be used. They’ll still charge it to the room with a hotel will not credit you your money back on those purchases. Also, during the check-in process, I know I’m jumping all over the place. The person didn’t have any knowledge of what they were doing for New Year’s, and I had to speak to several different people kinda get an idea for an example. I spoke to the security guard and they’re the ones that went the extra mile to find out oh, they’re opening up the rooftop to let people watch the fireworks for New Year’s. But as far as with the casino is offering, we had the ads over on the TV but nothing like be here at midnight have a glass of champagne or anything like that or what parties and stuff that they were doing throughout the evening, you physically had to go and find that information of yourself as far as thing as they want to invite you in, but they don’t wanna tell you what’s going on that’s problem.
- 5/5
Good deal!
- 3/5
The room was very old looking. They are doing a renovation though.
- 5/5
Clean, easy checkin, very acommodating during unexpected event.
- 5/5
The room was immaculate and I loved the hospitality of the staff. They smiled and greeted me.

- 4/5

- 5/5
I love my room and the staff are very nice and accommodating.
- 4/5
Great deal over New Years Eve. Reasonable price, clean, safe and plenty to do on site. No BS fees and free parking
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 1/5
Don't let them put you in a room that overlooks the loading dock (northeast part of the building) unless you like the sound of trucks and their backup alarms.
- 2/5
We could smell the cigarette smoke throughout the whole casino. Room appearance is not in the best condition. Cleaning was also
- 3/5
I called they had me on hold about an hour for WiFi and never got help
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
Front desk is not so friendly. Giving 3 star because of the free parking and large casino place.
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
The Orleans Hotel and Casino is located about 10-15 minutes driving from Strip. Our room was clean, quiet and cozy, the beds were comfortable.
- 1/5
This hotel is so over priced. They charge the same price as the strip after all the fees. Not worth it. And after I checked out on the TV as most people do, and left the keys in the room. I was charged a $50 late check out fee. Ridiculous. I would never stay here again
- 5/5
Everything went well, check in, check out zero issues, room was ok
- 5/5
Clean, quiet
- 4/5
Not a fan of the Asian restaurant, my Mongolian beef was slimy, not at all crisp… I couldn’t even eat it, but the soup was good.
- 5/5
Con’s: $30 fee for requested refrigerator. Cigarette smoke throughout entire main floor. (I suppose that’s true for most hotels in Las Vegas, but still.)
- 5/5
Very spotless and everyone was really nice
- 5/5
Loved the room
- 4/5
The room didn’t have coffee machine or a refrigerator. Our bathroom for some reason was smelling of smoke. Commute to the strip is decent. I was expecting it to be better.
- 1/5
No kids pool Available. The hotel is filled with cigarette smoke, no microwave or fridge in the rooms. Room service didn’t show up after reminding 3 times after 3 days.
- 3/5
Older property needs updating, currently under renovations. Coffee shop and Ondori restaurant are fine and offer good value. Only bad meal was at Bailiwick pub - Steak was dry and overcooked, salad came out same time as entree, bar staff was indifferent, overall service was poor.
- 5/5
our stay worked out great. the staff was very courteous and the room faced the strip so we got to see the fireworks display from our window. The room was clean but is due for an upgrade. Would stay there again.
- 4/5
My room didn't have any amenities like refrigerator, microwave, bar, tea/coffee maker etc.

For the price this place works great. Good two star experience close to the strip but out of the madness.
- 3/5
Second-hand smoke throughout the hotel. Rooms are dated.
- 5/5
Yes, the room was spotless, staff very friendly and accommodating!!!
- 4/5
Clean but not spotless.
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was comfy. The only complaint we have is that the pocket door was hard to open and close and the toilet was hard for my wife to get up without help.
- 5/5
Nice and affordable
- 1/5
Room had dirty towels when I walked in . Broken light
- 4/5
Closed swimming pool
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean and staff was pleasant.
- 4/5
It was good for the reason we went to Las Vegas.
- 2/5
Hugely disappointed expedia in i couldn't get through but more disappointed in The Orleans. First room was very dated and the tv wouldn't work and the toilet kept clogging. I was moved to another room a few doors down because maintenance took 2hrs and didn't show. The second room had great water pressure but low flush pressure. Same thing it clogged. Crappy hotel for sure
- 5/5
Clean rooms and great price
