    The views from our room were phenomenal, especially overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and the Bellagio fountains. Watching the fountains from above was a memorable experience. We also loved the location. Being able to walk directly to Vdara and Bellagio without having to step outside was incredibly convenient, especially during the busy evenings. The combination of great entertainment, stunning views, and an unbeatable location made for a wonderful stay.

    This hotel is great! We stayed in a balcony suite overlooking the Belagio fountain. The room and view is amazing! We have stayed here before and made sure we got the same view again this time. We did have some issues with the housekeeping this time though. The bedspread was not clean and they had to come change it out. There's a huge bathtub with a view in these rooms. Ours had a ring around it that my wife had to clean before she could use it. There were a few other small things with the cleanliness of our room this time. We love this property and will be back but we expect higher cleanliness standards from a higher end property like this. We used the spa and it was great! Massage was one of the best we've had. All in all we really like the Cosmopolitan and will likely return.

    Checking in was a nite mare 45 minutes in line. Then said they would text me when my room was ready. Three and a half hours later I went up and asked about my room. They said I would need to wail for the second test. It never arrived. I texted the number back complaining and they said my room was ready. I had to stand in line again when they told me my room was ready. Four and a half hours later. But they said they didn’t no anything about the text I was supposed to receive. Check out process was equally awful! Scan a bar code check out failed every time even though I could see my bill. Went to a keyosk would not work. Not standing in line: I had to call the hotel to check out. Then could not get out of the parking garage machine not working properly! I was charged $25 parking to check in another $25 when I came back.

    Tldr: Cosmopolitan is nice, great spot, good food and bars. Lanai suite is nice and enjoyed the stary. The check in process was the only part that felt less than ideal. Was told early check-in was available when arrived. Then proceeded to wait 2+ hours for the room, but they kept telling us it was ready. Communicating there was an issue or a wait would have been helpful so we wouldn't have to sit there thinking we were getting the room any minute. There was a spot on the carpet that was clean but a appeared something happened there which makes me think that was part of the delay. To remedy the issue they gave us a couple of $20 vouchers which considering the price of the room could have been better. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a good time.

    The rooms were nice. Both suites (Lanai & 2bd/2br City suite) were great and spacious. Cosmopolitan overall is a great spot on the strip. So far best experience right in the middle of the strip. Service was good overall. Casino is great. Made some money too. Clean which is highest priority. The less than good: The Lanai suite seemed have had something happen to the carpet near the bed. Were checked in pretty late considering was told early check in was available. So waited a long time to get a room. Seemed like something happened in the room and they had to take care of it. Better communication would have made it more bearable. Was given a couple of vouchers to make up for it so was helpful, but overall for the price felt they could have done more to remedy the situation. Mostly communication would have helped because they kept saying they were getting it ready any minute only to wait 2+ hours thinking we'd get the room any minute.

    The room that we stayed in was OK I love the terrace but the carpet was pulling apart. The wallpaper was coming . It could’ve been that we got a room because we have a dog, but I felt should’ve been nicer. my favorite part was the terrace.

    They didn’t really honor any of the hotels.com benefits unless we asked multiple times and had to call after check out to have them adjust the bill. No early check in, no late check out, super long lines at the front desk for anything and they weren’t very welcoming, but all service was pretty quick when you call from your room. Room service, pool waitstaff and the bell staff were the most helpful. Overall a nice vacation.

    By 3:30 p.m., after the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time had already passed, I went back to the front desk to ask about my room. The employee told me they were “finishing up” and that I would receive a text shortly. When I still heard nothing, I returned again at 4:15 p.m. and explained that it was already well past check-in time and asked what was going on. The staff member helping me responded with an attitude, made a phone call, and then simply handed me my room keys without an apology or any explanation. The only thing she said was to use the elevator behind me. This was the worst customer service I have experienced at any Las Vegas hotel despite staying at many different resorts over the years. Delays can happen, but poor communication and an unwelcoming attitude are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will not be staying here again.

    It took quite a bit of time to check in, even at 9:00 PM on a Wednesday night. There were not very many reps working the check in desks. The woman we interacted with was friendly and helpful and offered us bottles of water while she worked on getting room assignments. We had reserved two rooms, and she bumped us up to a 2 bedroom penthouse suite as well as a 1 bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the pool. Needless to say, the rooms were beautiful, and the upgrades were much appreciated! The rooms were both spotless and in excellent condition. Parking in the garage was $20 I believe, and it took us a few loops to find a parking spot.

    We had a great time. Location was great, everything was clean, beds were super comfortable. Checkin was a bit of a mess -- We got a message saying we would be able to check in early (noon) through the expedia app. When we got to the hotel (12:30) we were told the room wasn't ready yet and that we'd receive a text when it was. We didn't receive a text that the room was ready until 4 (an hour after regular check in).

    Upon check-in, the experience was already soured. A very rude gentleman with an iPad treated me like I didn’t exist and spoke to me condescendingly and was patronizing. That was my first experience of waiting for my room. The hotel sent me two notifications prior to check-in that I was “VIP” status, which meant if rooms were available I could check in as early as 1:00, unfortunately, none were available for me to check into, and my room was not ready until after 4 o’clock. They had told me I would receive a text, I did not receive a text and had to get back in line to check in to discover that indeed, the room was ready. My view was supposed to be of the Bellagio fountains, while I could see the fountains the view was primarily of HVAC and dumpsters. Not being high enough in the building meant I was close enough to the street to really be overlooking a parking lot and hotel equipment/garbage. There were not enough tables open, and the ones that were open were all $50 minimum, unless you wanted to play Free bet 21… which is not blackjack. The towels were like sandpaper, the TV remotes barely worked, and the glass on the balcony was disgusting.

    It’s quite amazing at the cosmopolitan that you have the opportunity to have fresh air in your hotel room with their terraces. Vegas is very stuffy and most of the casinos are smoky and closed up. I appreciate how fun the Cosmo casino and hotel is. Being able to wake up at six in the morning and open your door to fresh air is a game changer. The sports book is fun as well. They have an ample amount of swat machines and table games. The pools are nice. Good times.

    The room was nice, nothing special, except for the pillows which were horrible (maybe a way to boost their neck massage services on the casino floor). The hallway had a room service cart across from my room, with old food sitting for a full day until it was cleaned in the morning by the crew. I didn't use the pool so can't comment on it. Blackjack tables had a $50 minimum for most part of the night, which can get a bit much.

    This was our first time staying at the Cosmopolitan. We’ve walked through many times, but never had a room. We will definitely be back. My wife and I are low key people, and we were a little worried about the Cosmo being a little over the top for us…We were definitely wrong. Whether you’re, let’s say… flamboyant or low key… you’ll find yourself very comfortable at the Cosmopolitan.

    The restaurant by the Boulevard Pool was great! We enjoyed it every day for lunch. The pool was great as well and was perfect for relaxing. We had no issues getting a chair each day. We loved having the view of the strip. Our room was so spacious and we loved our view of the Bellagio fountains and other parts of the strip! We loved that we could walk to a lot of places on the strip including shopping and restaurants. We only had to use Lyft to get to a few spots that we wanted to visit that were not within walking distance.

    Location was good. Requested higher floor months ahead with the fountain view suite we booked and they confirmed they saw my message and can accommodate us with the higher floor. Upon arrival, we were given one of the lowest floors with the fountain view 60% blocked by another building. Called front desk and they told us they’ll move us to a higher floor the next morning at 11am and gave us $200 us credit for food and beverages, delaying our plans for the next day. Stayed in our room til 11 am and we call front desk and they said there’s no notice of moving to a higher floor in our file. We asked for the manager but the lady just spoke to them for us and told us there were no available rooms to move us up.( why did we splurge on this fountain view suite if we can’t even see the view?). Housekeeping was also not the best. Suite also didn’t already include slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and robes. Certainly didn’t feel like a high end hotel when items like those are not already in our suite and we have to request to get them sent to our room. Employees who cleaned our room would take slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and combs away without replacing them, so once again we had to request for them.

    The room that we got was the terrace studio. The A/C in the room sounds like a jackhammer banging on the wall every time it turns on. Hard to sleep. The front desk employee that was helping me check in was a bit rude too. Definitely not how I remembered the cosmopolitan the last time I stayed there.

    We had an amazing weekend getaway at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas! The hotel has everything you could want in one place, from incredible restaurants and great cocktails to a fun day club and exciting nightlife. The DJs were fantastic. There was always something to do, but it was also easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We had a great time and would definitely return for another fun getaway.

    We had a terrace suite overlooking the Bellagio Fountains , “VIP amenities”. When we arrived we were turned away from valet parking after having waited in a car line for over 45 min on our day of check in . Not space for our “Car type” and to go out make a u turn to self park only to enter absolute total chaos. Once checked in our room key never worked and we had to push the help button every time we wanted to exit the self park . room did have an incredible view. However, for a suite with literally 2 full bathrooms , 1 bedroom and couch that did not convert . couch on one side had zero support . we went to sit down almost sank to the ground on one side . So worn in. No coffee , no microwave, yet big suite . We left for the first day to venture out only to come back to have our room smell so strong of marijuana wafting in from the HVAC . Opened up the doors to help air out the place ac came on it stank , nauseating . I called desk to inform them how strong and bad the smell in the room was & please notate this ,did nothing . bar fridge in the room apparently you can’t touch anything move anything , waters , sodas , nothing without generating a charge . I had pulled waters out to put my own in and put theirs on counter . Housekeepers the next day pointed it out to me the massive charge that occurred by maneuvering my water bottles into fridge and theirs Fiji/smart water out ,$ 12-14 a bottle . called immediately to complain. 2nd fridge that I was expected to use was iced up.

    Vegas is just too overpriced. Don’t know how people afford to eat drink and gamble. Food and drinks absorb just as much money as recreational activities. Probably last trip in my lifetime out there.

    I really liked the hotel and the view was nice, but I am very disappointed with the room issue. I paid extra for a fountain view room, but when I arrived, I was given a different room. I called the front desk right away and was told it was a fountain view room and that I would be able to see it at night. However, at night there was no fountain view at all. When I called again, I was given a completely different answer and was told nothing could be done. This was very frustrating because I paid for a specific room type and did not receive what I was charged for.     Lots to do and the central location is great. Good casino floor setup even with part of it being down for renovations. Room overlooked one of the day clubs so the bass penetrated everything. First time was the same problem until 3-4am.

    I was able to check in early free of charge (take notes Sahara...). The wraparound suite was amazing, the daily housekeeping was great (please tip housekeeping well especially if you have a 1200 sq suite. They do hard and important work). It's a very busy casino but if you're an early bird like me, the casino in the morning is the best with less people and all the slots you want.

    We absolutely love the hotel room that we were in especially because of the balcony however, when we first arrived, they let us know that our room wasn’t clean yet so we waited two hours and then we were able to check in which was totally fine because we were early however when we went into our room, the table had cup ring marks on it like it had never been cleaned. The sink was full with dirty specs all in it I don’t know what it was from the shower had a glob of hair on the wall from the previous person staying there the gambling was amazing. We had a great time we lost our money, but that’s OK because we enjoyed ourselves. Amaya restaurant was absolutely fabulous recommended 10 out of 10.

    Was able to extend my stay. Had to go to the front desk to do so. Also, just a heads up to whomever books the wrap around suite. You aren’t able to push your checkout time. Reason being, housekeeping needs extra time to clean the room since it’s so large (which I inconvenient to the party that’s staying in the room).

    The most concerning part of the experience was our interaction with Bianca at priority check-in. Rather than attempting to help or escalate the situation, Bianca dismissed our concerns, stated the issue was “not my department,” and refused to contact anyone who could assist. Late in the evening, another staff member finally contacted housekeeping and the situation was resolved almost immediately — suggesting the delay could likely have been addressed hours earlier. What made this experience so unacceptable was not just the delay itself, but the complete indifference and lack of ownership from staff throughout the process. There appeared to be a major systems or communication failure, yet multiple priority check-in employees, especially Bianca, seemed entirely comfortable leaving guests sitting in the lobby for most of the day with no updates, no escalation, and no attempt to mitigate the impact on the trip. This was only a two-day trip, so the 7+ hour delay significantly disrupted our entire stay. We see no reason to put ourselves through this with Cosmopolitan ever again.

That is what makes you stand out and that is what makes people come back. i gave you thousands of dollars for nothing. that is the kind of customer you want to come back! sadly, I won't be coming here next time in vegas, not due to non-refunable charge, because that was my fault. because of the terrible customer service.

    What an amazing state we had at the cosmopolitan. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and we were surprised with a room upgrade for free to have a direct view of the Bellagio fountains. On top of that we were warmly surprised with a bottle of champagne and a note from concierge celebrating our anniversary. Everybody we spoke to was incredibly friendly and the star staff was on top of every single request. Excellent resort and an excellent stay.

    The first room had multiple issues. The in-room safe was broken into 5–6 pieces when we arrived. We reported it right away and were told someone would come fix or replace it, but no one ever showed up before we moved rooms the next day. This meant having nowhere safe to store our cash and valuables the first night and day. There was also a strong sulfur smell from the toilet when opened, and the layout felt oddly empty and poorly designed, like furniture was missing. We really didn’t like that room. Both rooms had cleanliness issues—there was candy and a toothpick flosser under the furniture, which was pretty off-putting, but we didn’t say anything. The second room was better overall. Water pressure was strong in both rooms on high floors, which was a plus. Beds were comfortable and the TV infotainment options were solid. On the positive side, the casino, pools, and overall amenities were great and definitely lived up to expectations. Overall, the property itself is fun and well-located, but the room experience, cleanliness, and check-in service left a lot to be desired.

    We had a nice view of the strip even though we were just on 17th floor which is pretty low. The balcony is so great thing to have. We spended there hours just watching the fountains. Also the pizza which we ordered was exeptional. We needed to park our camper somewhere but the online customer servise was not helpfull at all. Once we came to hotel physically, there was no sign where to park larger vehicles and it was busy and stresfull. We had to find the carpark in different garage by ourselves. The sandwitch with fries was much worse than pizza.

    It took two hours past the check-in time to get into my room. The staff was rude when questioned about it. This is my second time staying at the cosmopolitan and I’ve never experienced anything like this the rooms also we’re not clean. I had to call them to my room to remove an old pair of underwear out of my room. There were also bugs in the room, moths flying in from the Terrence that were left in there from the Cleaning staff trash on the floor. It was truly a terrible experience for the money that we pay.

    I upgraded to a premium room for a reason, space and service. I received 3 messages prior to arriving, highlighting the noon check in - and that was a fail on that promise. I asked for my brother and myself to be given individual rooms in close proximity. One ended up in the Chelsea, the other in the Boulevard. Waiting for 4 hours, the luggage was left with the bellboy; that was good. However, a temporary access card to the pool may have been a good option. I appreciated how front desk tried to fix the issues proactively, kudos to them for that but...given the new direction of the Cosmo, I am compelled to say that I may consider giving another property a chance. Not able to check out via TV or the scan code, technology not working in my case. I did receive a small discount of the resort fee, which was a kind gesture, however, since the MGM take over, things are different. Bar staff was curteous and attentive. It seems one of those circumstances where people do their best in their job but the system is either overwhelmed or there is a staff shortage. Maybe both. Bring back the Cosmo in its glory, before 2020, that was a good measure of comparison.

    Unfortunately the hotel had issues with having rooms ready and were making many people wait after their 3:00 check in time. We waited almost 4 hours to be given a room. When we finally checked in we asked if we could have a late night check in considering I made a room upgrade and were only staying for one night. They said that was fine and not to worry. The next day at 11:00 they locked our keys so we couldn’t get to our room. When we asked someone by the concierge desk for help we were treated as if she was doing a huge favor for us. Told us to wait behind the line as if we were doing a security check, then when gave us our room key back said “here you go…out of courtesy” which to be honest we didn’t do anything wrong and showed us how much the staff cares about patrons paying close to $1,000 dollars + just for the room for one night.

    Upon checking into our room, we discovered a sex toy left inside one of the drawers. This was extremely disturbing and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and inspection standards of the room. This is not something any guest should ever encounter, especially at a property of this level. It immediately impacted our comfort and confidence in the room’s condition for the remainder of the stay. I do have photo evidence of what was found. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed internally, as this falls well below expected standards for a hotel of this caliber.

    The rooms were spacious. The balcony is such a bonus. Really nice pool space and the Jacuzzi is big and really hot too! Food options in the hotel are great. There is a really nice vibe to the place too and it's in a great location on the strip right in the centre close to Bellagio, Paris, Caesars etc. Would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan for your stay!

    Overall ok stay at cosmo, price was quite expensive for the lack of hospitality received, staff not helpful at all, check in took forever and room was not ready till after check in time, paid for upgraded suite and promised late check out which was denied when asked on day of checkout, cards stopped working to get into room before checkout time leaving all our bags locked in room and had to wait in long line to get them reworking.     Upon check in, the front desk was super helpful. We were told the room we booked with 2 queen beds wasn’t available but Andy the front desk associate upgraded us to a king suite with wrap around balcony! The food court, restaurants and location are excellent. The housekeeping services were fantastic! Nothing bad to say about our stay, can’t wait to stay here again.

    Smoking is permitted in the casino which made that experience a no go. There is a $55/ day resort fee, which completely under cuts the reasonable room fees. The check in check out process is long…. Give yourself extra time for those activities.

    Pretty disappointing stat this time. For the price, I’d expect better. Exposed light wires in the hallway that will shock you, ice maker was broken on our floor, the bathroom faucet dripped constantly, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and in the bathroom, the door jams had dry rot. Just kinda silly for the price of this hotel to not have fixed these issues, especially the exposed wires.

    All of they pools was close until the end of April which is not on the website no accommodation and they charged me 424 for a deposit and I couldn’t even use my $35 credit for a complimentary drink or for anything else because they said they don’t see the $424 they charged my card.     Our only minor complaint was room service — it was very expensive and they initially sent the wrong item. That said, they corrected it right away, which we really appreciated. I’ve stayed at several other hotels in Vegas, including the Venetian, but nothing compares to the Cosmopolitan. The balcony alone sets it apart. For future trips, it will always be the Cosmo for us.

    My room was not ready until after 6pm when my check in was at 3pm over 3 hours later. Front desk lady said I would get $100 on credit for drinks at the hotel due to our check in being an hour late. After 2 hours our room was still not ready and I went up to the front desk again and the man at the front desk mentioned that he would add another $150 dollars to our credit since it had been over 3 hours and also did not have a time frame on when our room would be ready. When I talked to guest services they mentioned that they can only apply the $100 since the other employee didn’t notate the file. It is very unfortunate that the employee did follow through with what he said he was going to do and overall unfortunate that our room was not ready until after 6pm when check in was at 3pm.

    On top of that, the shower water was extremely hot and would not properly adjust to cold. It was very difficult to control the temperature, which made showering uncomfortable and unsafe. Also, while we were still in the room sleeping, housekeeping suddenly tried to enter without proper notice. We had to yell that we were still inside. That was very inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

    Check in was horrible. Went to front desk alittle before 3pm hotel told me because it was a expedia reservation instead of thru the hotel my room was 1 of the last to get cleaned so it wouldnt be cleaned and ready to go in til after 5pm. I had to take a smaller room for the same price in order to check in at the time. Room was a fountain view but put me right next to the bellagio sign the fountain was really the only thing that was accomidated. Room was fine just not what i paid for. I give a bad rating for not being able to accomidate properly i paid alot of money for a room i couldnt get and at the check in time.

    This was my first time in Vegas. Stayed in a Terrace Suite room with a Fountain View and WOW was it amazing. The room was spotless and the bathroom was massive with a walk in shower connected to a really deep bath tub. I would HIGHLY recommend doing the self check-in so you can skip the line. We arrived right at check-in time on a Wednesday and had to wait close to 30 mins in line. The casino was awesome and be sure to check out The Ski Lodge and Barbershop speakeasies.

It felt very spacious and well laid out, with two restrooms and a small kitchen area, which was a nice bonus and made the stay more comfortable. That said, there were a few things that stood out as missing or needing attention. The closet situation was odd, the coat closet near the entry had no hangers at all, and there were very few in the main closet as well. Also, for a room with a kitchen, it was surprising that there were no utensils, paper towels, plates, or basic kitchen items available. We also noticed the blackout curtains in the bedroom were broken, with part of them hanging off, which seems like something that should have been caught during routine maintenance. In addition, our room key wasn’t activated for parking, which created an unnecessary hassle. Despite those issues, we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay. With a few small improvements to the room setup and maintenance, this would easily be an even better experience.

    Staff was hard to contact regarding room cleaning and towels. There was 4 of us and they only kit 3 towels in the bathroom! The first night the shampoo dispenser was empty. Took them 24 hours to come and fill it Had to run to CVS to buy shampoo to wash my hair! Minor inconvenience.

    Throughout the remainder of our stay, the level of service fell well below what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. To begin with, the in room phones did not work. It was impossible to reach the front desk or concierge using the hotel phone. Calling from a cell phone was possible, but wait times were consistently at least thirty minutes. In room dining was also poorly executed. We scheduled an order in advance, yet it did not arrive until an hour after the scheduled delivery time. While waiting, there was no easy way to check on the status of the order. The most concerning part of this experience occurred while we were waiting for our food. There was a loud knock on the door, and we assumed it was our delivery. Instead, a hotel associate entered our room unannounced, stating that he needed to conduct a room check. He walked in, shined a light onto our terrace, and then began to leave. When I asked what prompted the room check, he did not respond and appeared visibly uncomfortable before walking away.

    Unfortunately The Cosmopolitan is no longer a chick upscale hotel. Cheap low quality restaurants that are highly priced, no room cleaning despite calling multiple times, Help desk replaced by a hot-bit that thinks he has a humor but lacks continuity. No one answers the phones. Hotel is seriously worn down. Sinks won’t work, missing lifting fixtures in the halls. Avoid m, this is an expensive trap.

    We stay at the cosmo fairly frequently, and it felt very run down compared to our previous stays. It took almost an hour to check in. The shower handle was broken and the tub was peeling. Historically, these details were always impeccable.

    What happened to Cosmopolitan ? It’s so dated and the check in was awful. Check in Did not acknowledge Expedia VIP access amenities and food and beverage credits. We had to remind them multiple times that we were guaranteed late 1pm checkout. They also Made us wait a long time to check in because they oversold the two rooms we booked! Room was dirty, unkept, dated, and honestly just not worth staying at. I also got bed bug bites on my back last day of my stay :( Please save yourself the trouble and book some where else. We will never be staying at Cosmos again.

    hotel supposed to give us $35 food credit and $150 dining credit + $50 credit for TV not working. We ate at 2 of their allowed restaurants and stay within the given food credits amount, buy they end up not honor all the food credit and we end up have to pay extra $30. We contacted the hotel, but now they say 1 of the allowed restaurant is not allowed. We even called the night before we eat at those allowed restaurants. Anyway, we'll never stay there again.

    Great stay. Great environment. Great casino floor. Our one bedroom suite was elegant and spacious. Enjoyed soaking in the tub and views of the strip. The room also had an empty fridge that wasn’t just stuffed with mini-bar items. Rare for the strip. Beautiful gym with lots of free weights and machines. Pool was open in December!

    Check in was not the smoothest. Took forever and When we got there staff had informed us they did not have the room we had reserved and paid more for. They offered a more basic room, and no other compensations. It was until we had to become a little bit rude, and firm with us not accepting anything less than what we paid for, an upgraded room, that the staff member gets on the phone and miraculously says, “they found your room”. Huh? Who’s “them”? He couldn’t explain what happened but regardless of that, it was an ok stay.

    We very much enjoyed our stay at The Cosmopolitan. The fountain view rooms were spacious with huge bathrooms. The restaurants Beauty and Essex and Momofuku were excellent. We were notified of an issue requiring us to change rooms, but we were appropriately accommodated and compensated for that inconvenience. It is located in close walking distance to most of the attractions on the Strip we wanted to see, and the connector to the Bellagio was very convenient. Overall we would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan for families wanting to explore what the Strip has to offer.

    We’ve stayed at the Cosmo several times and have always had great service, so this visit was disappointing in ways we didn’t expect. We called a few days before arrival to confirm the possibility of early check‑in and were told it shouldn’t be a problem. After an eight‑hour drive, we were informed that the information we received was incorrect and ended up waiting five hours for our room. Not the welcome we were hoping for. Once in the room, we requested additional towels—six separate times. Three phone calls, two texts, and even a direct request to housekeeping later, we finally received towels 28 hours after the first ask. One of the robes in the room also had makeup on it, which was concerning since neither of us wears makeup. Room service, on the other hand, was excellent—fast, easy to order, reasonably priced, and genuinely delicious. Housekeeping staff themselves were also wonderful: friendly, prompt, and clearly doing their best. Some areas of the hotel felt a bit neglected. A few hallway lighting fixtures looked like they had been ripped off and never replaced. The HIROSE text option was essentially useless; messages went unanswered or didn’t resolve anything. There was no proper explanation or apology for the long wait, and standing for three hours after arriving was exhausting and unacceptable.     Staff Support is the worst I have seen in my life. They were busy to the point they neglected the customers who had proper booking. We booked 2 queen size beds and were given 1 king size bed. I and my 20 year old full grown daughter have to share the same bed. It was terrible experience. Somehow we passed our 2 night stay and left for home. Never going to stay with the Cosmo. Rather stay in some cheap motel. Pathetic !!!!
