    Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was ideal. Pricing was good. That's enough. The television in room 107 worked but needs help. The picture was cloudy. This survey is kind of annoying. Sound from the room upstairs was quite loud for a short time.

    We never checked in! When we arrived, the facilities did not resemble the nice clean photos that were made available online, in fact we drove by a few times not realizing this was location. We even went back online to confirm the address. After confirming this was our hotel, we proceeded to park at the office to check in. The first thing we saw was a drug deal in progress from one of the rooms. Further down the Eastern end of the hotel, in the last two ground level rooms, on the North side of the building, drug activity was observed. A group of unsavory looking characters were seen doing drugs and walking in and out of those two rooms. We immediately cancelled our reservation online and left. Having to find a last minute hotel. The hotel did take keep the reservation deposit we had made the day earlier. We are now trying to get our money refunded. We identified our concerns to the hotel, hotel.com and Wyndham and they have not been very cooperative, each entity stating that "sorry" its not up to them. We do have the emails and phone recordings to prove all this. I would not recommend staying in this location!!! As we were leaving it was apparent that two other vehicles seem to have the same idea as our family, as they promptly left as well. We're hoping hotels.com and Wyndham make the appropriate and ethically correct annotations on their websites. This is a reflection on them as well. Consumer fraud and false advertisement?

    On the exterior, both places are total dumps. The Super8 had twisted blinds and drawn curtains which had the look of long term residency. Don't know if this was the case. At the Thunderbird, the exterior was equally ill-maintained. The office was a dump. The elevator did not work. There were dried up spills on the walkway -- no cleaning, apparently. That said, the room itself was really quite nice -- recently remodeled as stated, with "wood look" tile floor throughout, no grungy carpet, new furniture and a nice bathroom and decent shower, and microwave and mini-fridge. The only drawback was that the windows had mini-blinds -- no blackout curtains, but since I was leaving in the early morning, that wasn't a problem, since the dawn light woke me up. It's about 1/3 of a mile north of the Stratosphere, and it's really the border of sketchy-ville. I wouldn't recommend single women walking around that area at night, although there's not much to walk to. The discount ticket was for a restaurant an 8 minute walk away. Drive or Uber to the casino/restaurant of your choice -- there aren't really any within walking distance in any case.

    The only problems I had were the lack of a refrigerator in the room and the ice machines all being broken. The coffee pot in the room was not working properly, which the staff fixed immediately. The air conditioner worked great, as well as the TV. The bed was comfortable, and the outside noises were blocked out so I slept soundly. Really enjoyed my stay at Super 8 by Wyndham.

    The room was well equipped and in clean, good condition. However due to the fact that the floors were a laminate, they didn't do a good job of noise control. Most of the noise came not from the street but from the room upstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the condition of the pavement and sidewalk outside was a little dirty - could use a good pressure washing. Location allows for easy bus service and is walkable to the arts district. Caution at night due to homeless mentally ill people wielding power tools. Noise from inside the facilities, dirty sidewalks/pavement outside. Area is a little sketchy at night.

One of our rooms didn’t have AC, so my family had to stay in over 100 degree weather inside the room. The other room had door problems, it wouldn’t close unless you really slammed it. I also wish there were fridges of some kind, to store food in if needed in the rooms.

    The price was good. Everything else was a joke. Glorified motel. They don't have any amenities other than a vending machine in the lobby there's no ice machine the coffee room got emptied with absolutely no sugar stickers cups etc. The locks are old so the key cards weren't work. I and myself had to go in and get it at least three different coded cards at different times to get back into our room it should not have the Wyndham name

    The shower was good. Front door was hard to push open, the lock was hard to operate. The bed covers were inadequate, no blankets. No microwave or mini fridge. I had to park far away because I was towing a trailer. The pool closed too early so I couldn't use it. The location was hard to find, signage was small and inadequate. The desk attendant was only adequate. I asked for more ice than a small bag and he ignored my request. The place advertised a breakfast available which consisted of warm coffee and powdered creamer. The property doesn't look anything like the photos online.

    It was my first time coming to this place. I drove from LA and got here around 1 AM. There were 2 people “working”, but one was in the front and the other was in the back room. I waited in the lobby for about 40 minutes - 1 hour and there were multiple of us waiting around. I didn’t even get to check in and decided to look for somewhere else to stay and I understand it’s non-refundable but having to still pay for a room I didn’t even get to stay in or check in for is ridiculous.

    Lamps were aging and had no USB or power outlets integrated into the lamp base. I understand it’s Las Vegas but it was very noisy outside until the early morning hours as younger guests returned from their activities. Width of driving aisle to access parking spots was very very narrow, parking my long-bed pickup truck meant that cars driving by between the back end of the parked vehicles and the face of the building next door faced very tight clearance. I should have spotted that before booking… There were a few decent restaurants within walking distance, so that was good. AC worked great. Water in the shower was hot and had great pressure but the bathtub had no anti-slip provisions. As an older gentleman, the risk of a bathtub slip and fall injury was a real concern for me. If you’re looking for an inexpensive stay in LV and aren’t concerned about my points above, it’s an economical choice. All of these negative items could be addressed by owner/management for a modest expenditure. Parking on the other hand? Not so easy to address…

    I had a pleasant stay at Fremont Super 8 Hotel. The hotel was nice and comfortable, and it was very convenient for my needs. The staff was friendly, and the location made it easy to get around. Overall, a good choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.- Just dont get too much ice- the girls will turn the power off to the machine if the think you should not be using it-

    I am disabled and there were no ramps available near the room. The room on the outside did not accommodate for wheelchair use. There was no bathroom door and I shared a room with a family member because I sometimes fall. I was supposed to be there 2 nights had paid for both nights but left a day early. Would not recommend if disabled.

    It’s in downtown. Had a hard time finding the office and the front desk staff got frustrated on the phone. This place is busy. Cheap and nice place to sleep and rest if you will be out and about at the strip all day.

    First off no pool, photo of a pool...but no pool. No bar fridge either even with the upgrade I purchased. Had an issue not being able to pay for late checkout. Weren't even able to move me to another room to help with my 11:30pm flight. There you have it for $100 Canadian a night.     The check in office smelled dirty and like fecies. Staff member, Cheyenne, doing check in was very professional as she had lots of people trying to check in but majority could not pay the deposit fee and tried to blame her for it but she did not buckle. She smiled and kept her cool. My room did not have the new hotel clean smell and my sheets smelled like a dog previously stayed in this bed and they didn’t wash the bed sheets and linen and just made the bed for the next customer. I am writing this review while laying in bed and I hope I do not wake up in hives as I am allergic to animal dander. I understand this is a smoke free hotel but it smells like smoke has been living in every inch of the property.

    The downside(s) property is falling apart like it hasnt beem touched since at a minimum the 80's, the staff are rude amd apprently only capable of helping one persom at a time rather than pivioting while another guest is signing paperwork. Charges a resort fee which is stated nowhere on any listings of the property or even in the main office...nowhere close to any form of a resort. Oh! And the best is the 5am roooster call from the next door guest...who has a rooster in a cage in their truck...and brings it inside their room...

    Room was great but no microwave or refrigerator. Staff was great & actually enjoyed having car at front door. Driveway is narrow in the back but had no problems getting by.     I stayed in room #139 on 9/19/25 - 9/21/25 upon my day of check out I was looking through the bed to make sure I wasnt forgetting any belongings and discovered 2 bed bugs. I mentioned to the clerk in the lobby, management got a hold of me and mentioned they will have to have professionals come out and determined that there is bed bugs. I took videos of me walking from outside the room into the room including room number and the bed bugs found in the bed. I took all precautions to not spread them within my house hold.my kids are now showing aogns of bites allover they're bodies. I will make thia a civil mater if not addressed properly. Video will be posted on google reviews!!

    A lot of homeless people hanging around. Beds were harder than rocks. Just not a good stay at all we ended up switching hotels for the last 2 nights of the trip. Housekeeping was on point though, i will give them that.

    Unfortunately, the bed was in a poor condition. I found a tick lying under the pillow. Also the AC machine was not running properly, it’s not what I want after a red eye flight and I was so exhausted. Yet, I sent my complaints to the evening manager. He acknowledged those issues. He felt so bad about it. Please reply and consider about giving the refund of this terrible room.

    God awful, nothing went right staff charged me for someone else’s room and gave me “fees” that Expedia doesn’t charge for. My I.d was in front of him and he still mixed me up with someone else, room keys wouldn’t work and when they did someone was already in the room changed room and then I had to deal with drug dealers outside my room, I don’t care how cheap and how much the price appeals to you RUN away from this listing asap!!!

    You know what they say? You get what you pay for. The staff are excellent, I never had problems with the AC or television. However, one of the light fixtures was loose. I reported this, and a worker came up, but then said it just happens and not to use that light. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows barely deserving of the name. Still, when you're paying under $100 a night in a place where the average is over $200? You get what you pay for. And at that price? It's pretty good.

    Staff was courteous and wore masks plus had a parking security guard but the check in process was longer than at most places which was all the more confusing given that the hotel sent out an online link connected to an online check in process meant to expedite the process. For example, it had us take pictures of our ID and license plate but then we had to show those again at check in making one conclude that the online check in process was meaningless

    When booking, they offeted us to move next door at a cash price, for a “better room” , so we went next door to be told there was bo available rooms , so we went back to the hotel and they said they were all booked. We were frantically trying to find rooms all over and every where was booked up. So while eaiting in the office the man who originally said hed iffer us a better room at cashnleice said they randmoly had a room open. So after 3 hours of waiting and back and forth we got our room. The beds were really small, old and uncomfortable, linen seemed old and stale. We did not enjoy staying here at all. Parking was absurd.

    The room had no water pressure. We couldn’t take a shower. Left to my event without a shower because of this. Moved to a second room with the same issue. And finally to a third room with good water pressure but the hot water was more like like warm all day not just in the morning. I finally took a shower on my second night and it was not hot.

    The first room they gave us, the TV did not work. It appears that cables and/or connection boxes had been removed or were missing. We were moved to another room. In that room, we had no water pressure meaning no water came out the shower and very little out the lower spout. We were moved again and that room had a working tv and shower with somewhat decent water pressure, at least enough pressure to get water out of the shower head and take a shower.

    The walls of the room are very thin. You can easily hear people opening and closing their doors, taking showers, and walking around upstairs. It was difficult to get to sleep. Won't be staying here again.

    I experience power and internet outages twice. The bed was kind of dusty though the mattresses and the sheets were neat. A very budget friendly place to stay in Vegas. I would like to visit some other time in the future hoping that the expected improvements would have been applied.

    We were put in a room that was sparsely furnished, no night stands, one lamp, one chair for two people. None of the ice makers in the complex were working. The floors turned the bottom of my feet black in less than ten minutes. No art on the walls, it was like a prison cell. The water pressure was a trickle. I will never stay there again and advise others not to either. Some of the staff were downright rude.

    I want to make it known, if you're looking for a nice time in Vegas, and your from out of state, or even in state, this is not the place you want to go!! Where to start with these guys (shake my head) 1. Walking into the lobby for your check in, youll be hit with an unexpected deposit fee of $125.00!!!! They made no attempt to put this somewhere online, for all to see!! 2. Walking into the lobby for your check in, youll be hit with an unexpected amenity fee of $22.00!!!! I asked for a smoking room, and was told the entire building and premises is a no smoke zone, so i must exit the property when wanting to do so. Later on that day, I saw someone walking around the compound smoking, and walking back into their room with whatever they were smoking on. 4. Horrible parking set up!!!! My girlfriend and I always had to drive around the premises looking for a parking spot. Be advised, the parking is a first come, first serve thing, and you better not leave your space, otherwise its gone in a heartbeat. 5. They took my $125.00 deposit, claiming that they had to toss away towels and rags, due to some red stains. Keep in mind, couple days before when I called Super 8 for my funds, they said it'll be release in a few days, since nothing happened to the room. 6. NO FRIDGE, NO MICROWAVE AND DEFINITELY NO SMART TV!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

    The Super 8 Motel by Wyndham on Las Vegas Blvd is one the best places I have stayed while traveling. The staff are all onboard with the motel's mission. Everyone knows exactly how to do their jobs and exactly what they need to do each moment of their shifts.

    Arrived 7pm for checkin, waited 35 minutes for desk manager to arrive who then took phone call from "the boss" making me wait. Could not accept Amex saying card is declined. Same for another customer. Manager was never on duty over 5 days that I stopped to 'talk'. Room was rundown, lumpy bed. Cleaning staff was polite, friendly & just fine. Had to wait 7 days for $125 security deposit to be refunded, which, shouldn't have been processed, just "held". Don't saty here. Worst Super 8 ever.

    Not in the nicest part of Las Vegas. The exterior of the building is dated and parking is limited. The room has been updated. At check-in, the room had not been serviced with litter on the chest of drawers, trash in the bath trash can and one bed that appeared to be slept in. When informed, the staff was extremely responsive to correct this issue and could have occurred at any facility. The response to an oversight shows the care the staff has in the operation of the facility.

    It took 45 minutes to check in. We arrived 30 minutes before check-in and what I’m frustrated about is it seems that they had new people behind the desk. I’m unsure why they wouldn’t have started the check-in process a little bit early with this in mind. Even if we couldn’t get into the room, it would’ve made more sense to get everybody in the computer system so that it would flow more easily. The front desk staff was not handling the 3 PM rush very well, did not communicate with us and gave unsatisfactory responses when ask questions. They appear to have no sense of urgency as the line continued to grow. However, the rooms were spotless, which is the main reason we chose the hotel (because of the association with Wyndham). Overall, the staff needs more training with the computer system, customer, service, interactions, decision making ability in regards to efficiency, and improvement in overall professionalism.

    Only stayed in the room for about an hour and half until the outside noise of loud neighbors and strong smell of marijuana became too strong. I was refused a refund and told you have 30 minutes to get a refund. Location is very sketchy lots of homeless. Parking is tight would not recommend for anyone to stay here

    Very poor customer service, some of the staff was rude, property not as described, just a place to lay your head room was clean. Only one ice machine, was charged amenities few but recieved no amenities. Room key kept unprogramming and staff had a nasty attitude when asked to fix the issue.     It was not up to standards, the tub was dirty, the floor had dirt on it, the first room heater did not work i had to request a second room, the keys would not hod the room # and had to be reset 4 times in 3 days. I was not a happy camper. I was not offered any type of compensation for the visit, I needed a small refrigerator due to being diabetic with need for insulin, which need to be kept cold, not available, should have picked another hotel,

    We reserved a king room. We got there and got to the room and it was a double bed. They said a queen but we have a queen at home. They wouldn’t refund us or do anything because it was through hotels.com. They said they didn’t have that info. The lady at night was horrible but the next day Karla was awesome. It’s very run down. Not what we’re used to with a Super 8. Not in a good part of town either. I do not recommend this place. They made us put down a $125 deposit in case we messed anything up. Then there were extra fees added on when we got there. Also no microwave or fridge. Just the very bare necessities. Take my advice and stay somewhere else even if you have to pay twice as much.

    The worst bed we’ve “slept” on in a long time. It had a valley in the middle that had us rolling together The band at the wedding chapel directly across from our window went a high enough volume to rattle the old windows, which by the way kept out little of the traffic noise also. Between the band and the traffic noise we got very little sleep. We’re surprised this was a Wyndham property!

    If you are planning on staying here -- here are some things I experienced that I wish I knew in advance. It's so bare bones and very chaotic. Take pictures of everything. Highly recommend bringing your own towels & pillowcases. I got charged for damaging 2x towels and 2x pillowcases (they said it's only $60 but currently I have upwards of $200 charged on my credit card that still hasn't been refunded and it's 5 days past my check out date). I don't believe I damaged the towels as I'm very cleanly and was never in my room, but they claimed there was makeup on them that couldn't be removed. I won't stay here again, and recommend you find alternative methods as well. If you do choose to stay here, definitely bring your own towels etc. and take a bunch of pictures beforehand. That being said there is a great coffee shop/cafe (bungaloo cafe) within walking distance.
