Had a nice stay here. The only problem I had was the sink was leaking and the pillows were kinda hard. But the staff were friendly and the amenities were nice. It was very hot in Vegas and the AC worked amazingly! All in all good experience.

Didn't use any facilities, just spent the night and took a shower. The room was big. After tightening the screw on the faucet I was able to have a decent shower. It's not the greatest hotel, but they are dog friendly and they are trying to improve. Checking in is always easy and friendly. Neighborhood not too great. But I don't worry about my expensive car because it is next to a huge lot where truckers park. No, it isn't loud, but there's always someone up. The store and gas station next door had all the truck stop amenities. Including showers for truckers, and restaurants in the building.

I used some Expedia points to pay for my room, so I’m not sure if that determined how they set me up for the evening. I paid around $20 or so dollars for the night due to points I accumulated, and accommodations reflected that. I was close to the exit which was convenient, but the tv did not work. It turned on then went black. There was no blanket or comforter for the bed, only a sheet, which would have been fine, but the heater was broken in room. I had already unpacked before I realized these issues so did not ask to be moved. It did what it had to do for the night. They should never charge more than $50 night at this place

I reserved two rooms for my employees. When they came back, they told me that the doors didn’t lock, they had to put a chair up against the doors to keep them closed. It was very difficult for them to sleep as they were afraid someone could break into the room. We will not be using sunrise again.

The smell of pot greets you in the lobby. The floor above me having a party until 11:00 and second hand smoke filled my room.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bed had black hair and what I hope to be facial hair ALL over the bed (none of my friends have black hair. We are (blonde, pink, and red). The door looked as if it had dried up blood on it. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and the floor was so dirty, that when I put fresh socks on after 45mins of walking around the room (getting dressed to go out) my socks had turned BLACK! The smell when you entered the hotel was disgusting and even more so when you go down stairs. There was even a fork in the drain. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down yet. These conditions are hazardous. The price of the hotel doesn’t match the cleanliness. You could straight up get a staph infection or a diabolical disease from the 1800s.

Generally okay. A little far from the Strip but very reasonable pricing. I just wish they had 24 hour front desk. I came in late but notified them ahead but still had to wait 3 hours to get checked in.

This place is completely false advertising. The pictures that are posted on this website. It was probably posted 30 years ago. We arrived at the hotel. Lots of tweakers. Extremely dirty. I checked out three different rooms and the microwaves in the fridges were completely dirty with everyone else’s food. And it wasn’t in a safe area. It smelled like mold. Hello 1960's. Holes in the wall. Electronic locks not working with key card consistently causing me to walk the long way around several times. Hot tub featured as an amenity on many photos of the property on their website and on the 3rd party site but it was drained and dry, unusable. None of the vending machines were working.

The pictures on their website is outdated, the hotel is actually needs renovation. The smell throughout the hotel was weird. There was dog poo poo scattered outside the hotel. The pool was closed. I only took one photo of the hotel of their TV.

This property needs a whole lot of work. Very old and outdated patches on the walls covered with wallpaper that hangs off. The smell of mold is very strong so much so that it gave me a headache in instantaneously entering the room. I was told to wait until 3 o’clock for my room to be ready this was at 1 PM and the room still wasn’t clean. Gum underneath the dresser top, white drug residue underneath the glass top of the dresser and the glass tops of the end tables. Smoking room with no ashtray, but on the walls, bathroom door cut unevenly so you could see in where the spine of the door should be. And so much more I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be back, most definitely ever again. No reason to be overcharging rooms of 100 or more and I had a deluxe room the deluxe king at that with no microwave or fridge. Very overcharged and the property isn’t worth it. The bedroom window was on third floor opened up all the way no screen no bars, can easily fall out. Which part is I couldn’t cancel reservation or I would lose my money. For those looking, this hotel is pretty much what you pay for. It was extremely affordable for me and only about 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip. Only issue I had was the numerous signs saying no smoking, but the second you walk in, you can smell the smell of smoke but masked by febreeze

It smelled bad. it was dirty. Everything was worn out. The lobby was awful. Plus they made up some additional fee to gouge me more to stay there when I checked in. Total Slum Lords!

I rented a room for a night because my brother was in town. This is the cheapest place I could find around North Las Vegas. After I checked in and saw the area, my brother decided that he'll just sleep on my couch. We didn't feel safe. So I ended up paying for the night without using it, because there was no refund available. I don't have anything against the property, we just didn't feel safe. If you have a family with kids, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Looked like a halfway house. The place didn't look anything like the photos. The pool was empty and deserted and looked completely run down. They don't let you refund your money either. You're stuck with the bill.

RUN. We checked in but left 10 minutes later. This motel is on a very busy street next to a truck stop. Room was dirty at best with mis matched furniture and missing trim. We ended up driving another 200 miles to our final destination after a long day of driving. If I had to pick between here and sleeping in the car, I would pick the car. Sorry to say they charged me additional costs when I arrived and got no refund. I have waited a couple of months to do this review so that I didn't put something in here that I might regret. I would not stay here, ever!!

I did not end up staying the night there, I asked for a refund and booked somewhere else for the night. The condition of the room and place overall is not in a clean condition. The bed sheets were dirty, stained and smelly, the room had a strong smoke odor, there was no cold water in the sink, just hot water, the bathroom mirror was cracked and the main door and frame didn’t seem to secure properly.

it wasn't clean, there where holes in the walls and some repaired but unpainted spots. the security door states" for your safety this door locks at 9pm" but the lock ton the door is broken. Our window had no screen. and the AC smelled moldy.

So, after reading all the reviews I as freaking out about staying here, it was dark when we got in. But the hotel felt safe. The room smelled like cleaner, but l can think of worse smells… the beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. When we left in the morning when it was light, I did notice the disrepair of the lobby. But that did not affect my stay.

This is the worst place I have stayed. It is located right next to a big truck stop so you can expect it to be noisy. It is located in a bad area in the city and you’ll constantly see homeless or drug addicts roaming around the area. The room was disgustingly dirty (stained sheets, carpet, tub, etc) the towels were also stained and torn. Staff was friendly but doesn’t mean much when the facilities are in such bad condition.

Unfortunately, I didn't do my research on this one. The facilities were very dirty, almost falling apart. The area is dangerous, there was a sign about parking your car- at your own risk. apparently mostly truckers stay there. Not for a family or couples vacation

The bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling.

I'm poor and needed to travel & i have stayed in some dumps but this was not a dump. Its old but clean and basically quiet. And my furbaby slept well too. I'll be back.

Filthy dirty and smelly. Toilet was not cleaned, previous guests’s waste left inside the closet and drawer, dirts on the chair. I used 20 disinfectant wipes to clean the must use area. Shower was broken. It’s a health hazard. It should not be in business.

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and the facility itself. The pool was not functioning when we arrived. There was a horrible stale smell of smoke in the room that was made the whole family nauseous. The walls and floors in the room and halls were dirty. The bathroom had grime in the corners. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them and the refrigerator and microwave were broken. They looked like they were thrown out a window and placed back in the room. There were homeless people staying outback of the hotel under a tree. None of the light fixtures in the room were plugged in, and some of them had no plugs nearby to plug them into the wall. The outlets would not hold a plug to charge anything that you brought with you. I would never stay here again. Pay a few dollars more and stay at a reputable place.

Carpets needed thoroughcleaning

I come to this hotel a lot just due to my living situation and I pay faithfully what I need to pay.. but for the amount you guys are charging you need to clean the place up a little and hire security. First of, the sheets had burn holes in them and it smelt like death in the room … the water to shower was cold and it smelt like sewage … than the people above us were stomping loud as hell all night and we woke up and heard it at 5am .. when we go to wash our laundry there are homeless people in there sleep where our belongings are … there was no iron or blow dryer in the room .. and there were little black bugs everywhere … THOSE ROOMS ARE NOT WORTH THAT MUCH MONEY … maybe up the deposit and lower the rooms because it’s not worth over $60 bucks a night !!!

The cleaning is a mess, the bed covers are moldy, there is no hot water, the air conditioner is old and noisy. I do not recommend.

No elevator and no disabled access whatsoever. Broken lamps, black mold on the walls including next to the AC the bathtub had cracks all over. The place was gross all the way around. The side door had no lock so anyone can access our and all rooms very easily.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, my son and I fell asleep after checking in and when we woke up we saw a live bed bug moving on our bed. The property wouldn’t refund us but changed our room which didn’t help because we were anxious after seeing the bug. Got locked out of my room and went to the desk 3 times before just having a person from house keeping let me in

Bad lighting therefore inadequate brightness in the room. Light bulbs blinking. Property in a corner next to a truck stop and very difficult to find the entrance. AC very loud Double bed room with only 1 chair.

Horrible smell in room dirty and disgusting

The hotel is supposedly smoke free but as soon as you walk in the lobby you can smell cigarettes. The room had signs of non smoking and it also smelled like cigarettes. Shower drain was cloag and water was accumulating in the tub.

I loved the location of this place!

My hotel room got broken into while I was out at night and I had money and lots of other stuff missing. Keys always turned off and we had to keep going down stairs for replacements. Our beds were clean yes but we’re very uncomfortable and there was only one blanket in the room (it was a double queen) and when we asked for a blanket they gave us sheets. The staff the first morning we came was pretty nice but then the other two staff kinda didn’t seem like they cared about my room getting broken into and they never check the cameras. I’m definitely not staying there again but this was a last resort for a decent price so that’s what I get.

Upon arrival I drive past the hotel because I'm looking for the vivid yellow sunrise and sign advertised on hotels.com. I drove past it because there was absolutely no color on the sign it was so faded. As I drive through the parking lot I realize that it's sandwiched between 2 semi truck parking lots. I head inside to check in and immediately am second-guessing my decision to stay here for 2 weeks for work. I can see duct tape on carpet I can see that the carpet needs to be replaced badly. Everything looks worn out and I also noticed that the pool and the hot tub were not open and working and it didn't mention that online. There's no elevators in my room was down on the basement floor. You're not allowed to access the building except for through the very front door. So I had parked my trailer in the back corner and had to walk my stuff all the way around back to the stairwell I was close to and then carry everything down the stairs. The inside of the room is absolutely filthy! Stained sheets, food inside of chairs, sticky spots on the floor, stuff on the toilet handle, appliances in the kitchen from the '80s, peeling paint on the ceiling, greasy headboard on the bed, dirty stuff all over the walls in the kitchen above the sink and on the countertops. I didn't even unpack, I went back upstairs to try to get a refund and they refused to work with me. I had to go through my credit card to get a refund. They have a no refund policy and I'm sure it's on purpose.

I asked for a deluxe and it was no microwave or fridge. The bathtub had red stuff in it and i decided to shower but when you run the water and lift the little metal thing for shower, only 3 strings of water comes out of shower head and the majority of water goes in bathtub
