Staybridge Suites: Las Vegas - Stadium District by IHG

No casino on property which I loved. Free shuttle to the airport or to New York New York casino on the strip. Right across from allegiant stadium. I would definitely stay here again if I ever traveled to Las Vegas again!

LOVED this property and enjoyed my stay. I came in for a conference at the convention center and the Uber was only a minute ride. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was exceptional, and the room was very clean. I will definitely be back and stay here again.

Breakfast was included and a variety of options were offered. We were there for the BTS concert and the pop-up store in the hotel was definitely a plus. Perfect place to stay if you're going to an Allegiant Stadium event.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel!! I really prefer to not be so close to the strip and this place is perfect! It's not overly crowded, the rooms are nice and big. Great amenities. My home away from home Paying for parking!

We stayed here for an event at Allegiant Stadium. Super walkable distance to the stadium, In-n-Out, as well as a Starbucks, where we waited until check-in time. Super quiet, great staff, and we were able to store our luggage as well, before check-in and after check-out. We've stayed here twice and would recommend this hotel to others!

I'm a bit of a germaphobe but felt completely at ease here. All of the staff that I interacted with were kind, courteous, and helpful. The bed was so comfortable that I'm wondering if I can buy that mattress in a twin.

The location The thermostat in the room is locked at 69. You can’t change any settings. It is so hot outside that the room temp was around 73 which it was very hot at night. It never came down to 69. The staff sent a technician and he fixed it but in a couple of hours the thermostat was locked again and I couldn’t adjust the temp.

We stayed here as we were attending a concert at the stadium and it was PERFECT! Super short walk to the stadium (and safe), the room was spacious and having the balcony was SO nice to enjoy the fresh air/views. The pool was clean, relaxing and the perfect way to relax after a day of travel before our show. What absolutely took this from a good to GREAT experience, was the staff! Honorable mention to Andrea and Lynn for going above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one (it was my husband's birthday the day we stayed) you have no idea how much we appreciated you both. Thank you doesnt even do it! I would highly recommend staying here for a game, concert, etc on your next stay!

The shuttle travels very frequently and is complementary, and Luiz makes for a very pleasant ride as the host. Stayed from Monday-Saturday, by Friday I had to complain at the front desk because no room service was provided at all. No clean towels, no garbage removal.

Last-minute booking due to flight cancellation. The front desk staff was very welcoming when I arrived after midnight and sympathetic to my situation. Beautiful hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to check out around 4:00 a.m. to catch my rescheduled flight.

Staff was the worst! Hospitality really is a foreign word here! I can’t believe the attitudes, unwillingness to give the bear minimum. Will definitely not be back!

The suite was incredibly spacious—more like a small apartment than a hotel room—with a full kitchen, a comfortable dining and living area, and a separate bedroom that made it feel extra relaxing. Breakfast was a great start to the day, offering a nice variety including yogurt parfaits, eggs, sausages, a waffle maker, toast, and several cereal options. We also really enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was a nice bonus. The entire property was spotless, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends!

The rooms are suites, comes with full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, very spacious suite. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels. Free breakfast was included with any variation of breakfast items. it’s literally across the street from Allegiant Stadium, walking distant. I would definitely stay here again.

My flight didn’t leave until 10pm, so having a 1/2 day rate was extremely helpful. In was also nice to have on site laundry. The furniture in the suite was dated and uncomfortable. The bed on the other hand was very comfortable. I really got some decent rest. The power of the shower head was minimal. It took a long time to take a shower. Charged my card $260 when I wasn’t even physically at the property. My brother booked the room under his name and showed up for the reservation but they wouldn’t take his card with his name that’s matches his ID. They said they needed mine as mine was what my brother used to reserve the room KNOWING they would have to change it because it wasn’t my reservation. The front desk when I called TOLD me they couldn’t charge my card since I wasn’t there but yet I was charged?

This used to be a favorite before that lousy, 3rd-Rate, NFL team came to town!!! What was once a peaceful property w/a nice view has steadily gone downhill for the past 5 yrs! Units USED TO HAVE washer & dryers. Parking USED TO BE *Free!!! Now it is $15/day whether there is a game or not! Kitchen cookware is mis-matched, damaged JUNK! The "Free" breakfast is not even worth mentioning, unless you're into FAKE, PROCESSED, eggs & meat....that is all.

It is a lovely place. During my visit I did not have hot water and the microwave stopped working so I managed. I was only there one night so I made the best of it. Give it a shot, I just may have caught a clunker of a room.

The person that checked us in was great and pleasant. I feel safe that the front doornis only accessible by having a room key. Looks clean until you inspect thoroughly. The patio was dirty. The kitchen sink doesn't have hot water. Did not do breakfast.

Clean. Great pool. Cute balcony. Spacious suite. The staff were the absolute best. I was stuck in Vegas due to a canceled flight and they were so kind to me. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and the location everything was great here at this hotel, except the staff couldn’t get it together and never really checked me in and instead of getting this taken care of as soon as possible they gave another person the same key to my room so a stranger was in my room when I was not there

We were in Las Vegas for a week and it was so nice to come back to a space that was quiet, smoke-free, and comfortable. Having a full kitchen allowed us to make many of our meals so we didn’t have to eat out unless we wanted to.

Went to the McCartney concert at Allegiant stadium. Easy walk to the stadium - just 10 minutes. The property is in perfect condition and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. WSKY bar and grill is by the stadium with good food also.

I liked that it was close to the stadium. I went to see Beyonce at the last minute so it was the best option to me. It was a 5 minute walk. The room is very basic & kinda old/dirty. The hall had a terrible stench, there were old pizza crusts left behind the nightstand. The breakfast was the best part and I had a balcony.

Absolutely great chain to stay with, 3rd time at this location and was awesome as usual. I will probably only stay at Staybridge Suites moving forward (if possible) N/A

The breakfast was standard and included eggs, waffles, oatmeal and bacon, but it didn't look especially appealing. Coffee and assortments were fine, but better than nothing!

We stayed here for an event at Allegiant Stadium. Very convenient to get over to the stadium, not even a 10 minute walk. Breakfast in the morning was great. Beds were comfortable. Some of the doors were starting to look a little worn but everything was clean. We would stay here again.

This place is within walking distance to the allegiant stadium so if you’re seeing a concert there this is perfect. However it’s a bit of a hike to the strip and not much to do on that side of the freeway. Hotel room was so comfortable and quiet. Bedroom is away from the hallway so no noise at all. Room was actually like an apt. Staff nice too. I do have one pet peeve… the deodorizer in the lobby was super floral and for someone who is sensitive to certain scents it wasn’t pleasant to walk through.

I could not make it into town stuck due to a major accident closing the only highway into town from where I was coming. They refused to refund me.

Hot tub was very nice and clean. Only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars was because of the clogged drain in the bath tub.

So we were excited about staying here.. All things pointed to a good stay. But, AC didn't work - Shower didn't get hot one time - and then scalding the next - Had to pay $20 to park each day with a 3rd party. Brought to their attention 4 times, and NOTHING was done .. had to leave sliding door open to get air - but by doing that you got ALL the planes going overhead noise. This was a "Handicapped" Room - with a tall bathtub - that no one with any handicap could step over and get into the shower. It did have grab handles - but.........

Overnight trip for a concert at the nearby stadium. The suite was perfect, the service at check-in was the best I have ever experienced, and the overall property was comfortable, quiet, and immaculate. I would recommend Staybridge suites to anyone.

This is a great hotel within walking distance to Allegiant Stadium. The only negative is the parking lot - it is too small and you have to pay through yet another parking website/app.

We were told we would get light service daily, which is bed made and fresh towels. However we got no service, I called on this daily. When I called Thursday and Friday this was when I was told light service only, I advised we got no service. On Saturday when I called I was told only light service Monday - Friday because this is an extended stay hotel, I told her we didn't even get that during the week. On our second day my husband walked by the arm chair in the room and scratched / cut is leg open about a 4 inch long scratch on an arm chair that had a 1-2" piece of metal sticking out. I told the front desk and they didn't do anything not even offer a bandaid, I asked them to remove the chair - they did remove the chair. The shuttle guys are awesome, however, I think the front desk employees prevent them from making any tip money. If you need a ride talk to them not the front desk, if they have time to take you somewhere they will. The front desk will tell you no they are there to go to and from New York New York only. Overall I doubt we will return, I am more incline to go someplace for clean and fresh room with good service as opposed to what we got here. We paid $274 a night, we should of got better service than this. I posted a pic of the nail and the missing chair after they took it. I wish I had taken a pic of the metal that cut my husband leg.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and even nicer than the pictures. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and we appreciated the water pitcher in the lobby, which was especially convenient given the dry weather. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the stadium, and the surrounding area felt very safe.

We stayed 4 nights and all the staff were very friendly and wonderful. They even gave my nephew a birthday card and bundt cake for 21st birthday. So thoughtful of them. Highly recommended.

Boom, Staybridge. Check this: the hotel's advertised price is 189 per night. Add taxes and parking (not free!), and it is 229. Then the desk clerk informs you that a pet requires $150 cleaning fee for the stay.

Great place to stay near airport to catch an early flight. We stayed on first night and last night of travel. Definitely would recommend.

The room is ok. The bathroom has sound came from the water drain or central air all night.

Nice and quiet. Easy walk to the strip. Did offer some shuttle services to the strip. Super friendly people working at this hotel. Made our trip very enjoyable.

Nice rooms, very clean and spacious and easy walk to Allegiant. Customer service was lacking. We waited for 15 minutes to be let in to check in. The front desk was empty and nobody answered the phone they tell you to call. Even tried banging on the door. When we finally got in the manager was full of excuses. That was after she told us we should have called. She was rude and not all customer friendly. There are a lot of other hotels in that area so many other options.

Phil and Andrea were extremely rude, ive been staying at this location for a while and this time these two on site were rude and wanted everything rushed and when asked about moving rooms they became aggresive

Surprisingly quiet, comfortable, clean, and easy access to main highway.

The rooms are spacious and clean, pleasantly surprised.

Breakfast was great! Rooms are nice and clean. Shower was a little hard to get going. Water pressure wasn’t great. Also when a football game or an event is on at the stadium it’s pretty traffic getting to the hotel.

Huge rooms. Easy check in. No long walking to elevators. No chaos like the big hotels. Made the entire trip less stressful. will be back.

This hotel is a perfect option if you don’t want to stay on the strip but still want to have it close by! It’s also great if you’re attending events at the Allegiant stadium! I will definitely stay here again everyone was awesome.

Task of grabbing a few extra towels. Aside from that, the main reason I will not be staying here again is the terrible smell coming through the vents. It was a Smokey/Dusty smell that filled the room any time the AC was used. In Vegas? Unacceptable. The staff was less than concerned about it.

Loved the property! Wanted something close to the stadium for walk ability and it was so convenient, the staff was amazing great breakfast and the pool was awesome well maintained. Glad we chose to stay off the strip the Uber rides to the strip never went over 20 dollars. In and Out was close as well as a gas station.

Everyone at the desk was very helpful. I liked the breakfast in the mornings and the light meals on Tuesday and Wednesday.
