Service was great but they are planning to remodel so my recommendation would be to wait till after. The WiFi didn’t work and the room was definitely in need of upkeep. Heater/AC made so much racket that we had to leave it off.

Breakfast was good. There were a variety of things to choose from, but if you don’t get there early it’s gone. Room was very clean. Staff were super nice. Good location to restaurants. Hertz car rental is directly in front of the hotel. The pool is small. Not much room for multiple people, especially with kids.

The breakfast was the usual standard for the Marriott which is always good. Great location for passing through LV and you don’t need to go into downtown, as great places to eat nearby. Recommend BJ’s restaurant.

The hotel is convenient to the highway, far enough away so you don’t hear it. Shopping, gas and food are close by. The property is well lit and pretty secure.

I found the room to be laid out very well; loved the separation of the toilet and shower, the couch and desk area was very good size and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was satisfactory withplenty of choices including hot offerings. Staff was cheerful and accomodating throughout. Room layout was somewhat odd with tv located in a offset postion to beds. Bath/Shower Room sliding barndoor in need of adjustment (difficult to close/open, Shower head sprayed wildly soaking floor, Mirror light (main) not functioning making room somewhat dark and useless for dressing, makeup and other routines. Reported bathroom issues to front desk but seems these are fundamentals that should not be experienced by guests. Was offered relocation but declined as we were depart the next day.

3 night stay, Easy check in. Hallways smell of cleaning products and sewage, bed was a little too hard and pillows were too soft. Neck and back pain in the morning. Other than that it was clean, quiet and what I expected from this establishment.

Friendly staff and easy to get around. Need to provide more options for families with 3 young children. Asked for a roll away and was told they don’t have any. I have 3 small kids, 7,9 & 11.

Everything was on point. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Decor of the rooms and lobby area was very nice and clean too. Breakfast was fresh every morning and very tasty. Guest was always very friendly as well. Thank you all for making our stay an enjoyable and safe experience while in Las Vegas.

The breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean. Not close at all to the strip but Uber took care of that. I very much appreciated the water up front with freshly sliced oranges.

The hotel room is small location is far away from the center and the price is over priced.

The barn style bathroom doors are awkward and loud. The glass in the door makes it very bright in the rest of the room if someone is in there in the night.

We're a family of 5. We were able to check in easily, even though we arrived around 1am. The room was clean, but the pool area had a lot of debris because of the winds. We had a hard time finding a trash can where we could through out our trash on the way in or out of the hotel because the trashcans had not been emptied. We were told breakfast was served until 10am, but a couple of times we went around 9:30am and there was nothing for us. Luckily, this hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, gas stations, Walmart to purchase late night snacks, and a park. Overall a positive experience, and would return in the future.

Breakfast was open 6-10 which was great for my bike ride early in AM. Room on third floor was super quiet and clean. Very easy location to get to strip. Only 20 minutes. I stayed here to attend Miranda Lambert concert. Pro-tip leave even earlier to find parking

POOL WAS NICE. STAFF WAS GREAT. A LITTLE OVERPRICED BUT QUIET AND CLOSE TO GOOD FOOD POOL WAS A LITTLE DIRTY BUT NOT TERRIBLE. WE JUST CLEANED THE TOP. BREAKFAST WAS A LITTLE SKIMPY FOR THE PRICE.

We always enjoy staying at Springhill Suites and N Las Vegas did not disappoint! We do miss the expanded breakfast buffets pre-COVID, but we appreciated the frozen breakfast sandwiches and the microwave.

Checking in was a little confusing, couldn’t understand why key wouldn’t work. We were given wrong room number. After that everything was good though. Would recommend to others.

Was similiar to other Springhille Suites I have stayed at. Mirning prep person did n outatnding job with the presentation of fresh water drinking dispensor with the fresh fruit arrangement in the container. Well done!

This hotel was great! It was clean, the staff was friendly and gave you helpful information about check out. The price quoted was how much I paid. The room had the toilet separate from the bathroom and there was an empty fridge! Despite being further from the strip it was definitely worth the price.

Very friendly staff, Expedia rate was significantly lower than calling direct. It is time to begin updating the rooms though. Everything is starting to look worn such as couch and counter tops, etc.

The hotel was better than I expected, the staff was great from the front desk person to housekeeping to maintenance they were all friendly and very helpful. There was a Cracker Barrel across the street which I loved because they have the best pancakes.

For me & my Wife the experience was amazing. There was a pool & a small gym if need them. The room was comfortable & quiet. The bed Perfectly firm yet soft. The room was separated by a partition doubled as a desk which allowed me to read & my wife rest from our long journey undisturbed or I could have used the small led reading lamp attached one side of the bed. The bath & shower were in different rooms which included sliding doors for each. A microwave, refrigerator & coffeemaker with the usual supplies were of course, available. What I found most amazing the was their preparation & cleanliness to prevent the spread of COVID-19, especially since they had a continental breakfast available. Everything that needed to rapped, was. In other words I found the continental breakfast completely safe. The desk attendants were kind & helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Springhill Suites by Marriott.

For the most part, the stay was great as always. Just changes with Covid that we weren't completely aware of which is us not them. We will be back in the years to come for Vegas racing.

The only thing I found wrong was the desk chair wouldn’t stay in the full up position. After the mechanism was correctly locked in the up position, it would fall all the way down when I took the seat. On check-out, I mentioned it, and the people said they would correct the problem.

I don't think that I encountered even one hotel staff member that did not greet me with a smile and a warm "hello". This was my second stay at SpringHill Suites, and it was even better than the first. I will certainly book here again, next year. Such a pleasure to stay where you know that your welcome and being looked after, in earnest !!!

This was very close to Nellis AFB and Exotics Racing, the latter of which was my destination. The room was comfortable. Everything worked and the staff was very friendly while checking in and out.

Very nicely updated lobby. Beds were comfortable. A separate sitting area with sofa and coffee table was nice. Toilet is separated from the shower in a separate room. So, the layout was roomy. You can tell is from the kind of room design from a long time ago. A bit dated, but you can see some updates they try to put in. Overall, clean and comfortable.

The hotel smelled like mildew and pot. Definitely someone smoking marijuana on the 2nd floor. Our room had burns in the curtains, no screen on the window and for $200 a night was definitely not worth the price paid.

The staff were incredible. The room was clean. My kids loved the breakfast; it was much better than most continental breakfasts. BUT the sofa bed was terrible! The most uncomfortable sofa bed I’ve everrrrrrr slept on.

The AC would not turn off and they didn’t have a maintenance guy on facility, room temperature was on 66 and we were freezing. They were all booked for the night , ridiculous

AC unit positioned where it constantly blows across the bed. The room configuration with AC on one side and thermostat on the other and airflow restricted, AC unit never really shuts off because the thermostat doesn’t capture the temperature of half the room. You either freeze or sweat.

Comfortable rooms at a comfortable price

The staff was amazing with our kids, every time we walked through the lobby we were always greeted with smiles. The o ly other place I have stayed that made me feel so welcome was Disneyworld.
