Guests generally appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the hostel. The hostel offers various amenities such as free breakfast, a common area, and a kitchen, which guests find convenient. However, the location is a common concern, with some guests feeling it is not safe or close to the strip. Additionally, some guests have issues with the comfort of the beds and the availability of outlets near the bed.

A great hostel experience with inclusive breakfast and likeminded individuals. Everyone is respectful and the location is near the transit station and walkable to freemont street.

This hostel was amazing. The staff was incredible and very friendly. They organized a walking tour that allowed us to network, connect with new friends and experience Vegas as locals. Pablo was my favorite. The best guy ever! They also had a list of recommendations of the best places in town with awesome discounts. Looking forward to staying there again.

Very friendly atmosphere! The staff was incredibly kind and courteous - they were always ready to lend you a hand! Also, it's located at the heart of Las Vegas, just a bus away from the main attractions. I really recommend it!

absolutely nothing I expressed my concerns about location. I felt like I was being pushed to stay where I didn't feel comfortable. I drove by location and my gut feeling was correct. Not a very secure location. Lots of homeless people around the location.

Quite good location, it takes some 20 minutes with the Strip bus to go to downtown Vegas. There is a small kitchen so it is possible to cook some simple food there. There are curtains around the beds which is very good! The hostel can help to put you on guest lists at party places

I had a really good experience at Sin City Hostel. Communication was always clear and straightforward, including check-in, check-out, and late arrival/departure arrangements. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Diego and Gil. They also organize fun activities, including group access to some of the city’s parties and events, which is great if you want to meet people. The location is very convenient as well: about a 20-minute walk from Fremont Street, 20 minutes from the Strip by bus (with the bus stop only 2 minutes from the hostel), and around a 20-minute drive from the airport. There is also the option to add parking for only $10 per night, which is very convenient if you have a car. The room was clean, and I appreciated having some privacy thanks to the blinds around the bed. See you soon!

Great deal, great staff, no hidden fees. Everyone was very friendly and there is a sense that they really care about their job. Typical hostel stuff. Very thin mattress, a little loud and bright, and people going in and out a lot. Nothing wrong, per se. If you’re booking a hostel I’m sure you know what you’re signing up for.

Great experience! The hostel is in a good location and the staff are very friendly. Everything was clean and tidy, including the shared bathrooms. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the off-season. Having a nice kitchen and free breakfast was a huge plus. Great value for money. One small suggestion for the future: adding privacy curtains to the beds would make the stay even better.

Property was well maintained, had a beautiful outside common area to hang out with other travelers. The mural on the wall made for pretty pictures! The only issue I had was with the drainage in the shower in my dorm room. Wasn’t awful as to overflow the bathroom but did make to where I was standing in stand still water while I showered. So shower shoes were kinda pointless.

Everything. Sin City Hostel is an excellent place to stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, with great common areas, TVs, and comfortable spaces to unwind. One of the best perks is the free breakfast in the morning — delicious, well-organized, and a great way to start the day. The guests are great, and it’s easy to connect and network with people from all over. Honestly, nothing. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Everyone very nice and friendly. Nice and clean common room. Felt safe. The rooms or possibly vents could use some dusting, I felt my nose reacting in the room but not in the common area.

Everything from the dirty bathrooms, blankets like a board to the ultra-stingy breakfast. You can only have one of: banana, boiled egg or yogurt. The shower was filthy and urine on the floor around the toilet was rarely cleaned. No hooks in the bathroom for your clothes. The staff were kind but you could tell that the owners just don't care. I would never return.

Guests were dangerous, obnoxious, argumentative, rude and perverted. Staff Did nothing to prevent it or stop it. A guest of the hostel actually pleasured himself staring at me while I was sleeping not realizing what was going on. I was extremely disturbed when I woke up to discovered this and demanded a new room and they let him stay at the hostel.

The online price for the bed in a 6 bed female dormitory, was good. There was one woman at the reception who did a very good job of receiving guests, communicating information needed, preparing breakfast and cleaning the common areas. Besides that one woman all other staff (2 men) were unfriendly, not cleaning properly and definitely not communicating important information. I did not feel welcomed by them and because of that atmosphere they have created, I don't want to come back.

My first time staying in a Hostel and it was a cool experience. I was only there to basically rest then drive to San Diego the next day. The guy working the desk was super helpful and everyone was friendly. The environment is welcoming. The bed was comfortable enough, with a privacy curtain so it brought me back to my active duty days deploying on a ship. If you choose to stay I suggest calling ahead first and see what they might have going on that night before you make plans. The night I got there they were all going to a club, and I believe the guy working the desk that night could get you on the VIP lists to some of the bars where you do not have to pay a cover.

Well first of all I reserved a mixed bed dormitory bunk which I believe was slightly more expensive than just the regular all Male bunk. Needless to say I was stuck in a room with 7 other men. Second, I requested a bottom bunk. The attendant checking me in said none were available but the bunk under me was available and was vacant all night. Lastly, at 9pm they seemed to cut off the heat and by midnight the room was freezing by 6am it was ice cold. I will never stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I booked this property due to the reviews online. Not sure who is writing the reviews, as what I experienced in person, wasn’t at all like the reviews. I checked in, and they had a code for entry. Same code for the room. I felt unsafe the moment I drove in. I was going to walk to Fremont St, which is 15 mins away. The amount of people that were drunk or slouched around the surrounding neighborhood, caused me to turn back around and leave. I didn’t even stay as the room looked like a prison cell. If you are alone and unarmed, I would not recommend staying here.

In general I am very satisfied with the hostel, however I couldn't figure out how the shower worked and I showered with cold water. Also it's not very easy to commute to the strip as it's a bit away from the public transportation routes. Other than that I liked my stay at sin city hostel

An OK place to stay at very reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But a lot of things could be improved. The quality of the bunk beds for one. A few more charging points for mobiles would help too. As for the breakfast, more refilings would help. Otherwise you have to be one of the first ones so as not to miss out. But one can't complain too much. You get what you pay for. If you are just looking for a place to crash, after a long day of resort hopping, then this is the right place for you. The fact the they offer free burgers on Saturday evenings is a bonus.

It was good for it being my first time being at a hostel. A lot of homeless around (of course y’all can’t help that) there always a few things that were a bit off. I was placed in a room and I was the only female luckily I was comfortable and ok with it that just seemed odd. And the other thing was I kept having to shut my door cause one of the gentlemen kept leaving it open but other than that it was pretty good. I enjoyed meeting new people and would have no issue rebooking in the future

I Traveled over 1800 miles only to be turned away and accused of being a local. I realized i misplaced my id when first checked in. I left for 10 minutes and when i found it i returned but the receptionist said he didnt care i had an out of state ID he didnt believe i wasnt local because i didnt bring enough luggage for only a 2 night stay. I showed him my boarding pass from Chicago that morning and he didnt care. I had to cancel my entire vacation and spend over 150$ for a flight home. I stayed at the Bungalow hostel next door last year and they were much more professional.

Excellent location for bus or walking to downtown and the strip. VERY clean and has superior security features for entry to all of the access points utilizing the "Goki" app - no physical keys needed - making access denied for non-guests. The customer service is very friendly and professional. Don't let the word "hostel" throw you off from staying here.

Cons: sketchy area around hostel, loud street noises late at night over the weekend, could be difficult to sleep in a bunk bed for some considering street noise

Great. Met and talked with people from 6 different countries and others from around the country. Staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast was great, more than I expected. Walking distance to several things to do and see. They can arrange day trips for you. I highly recommend staying here.

Overnight Layover. David the front desk host was outstanding in his service, knowledge & assistance.
- 2/5
It’s a hostel so you can expect much. One guess was very loud as he came in late night and had no regard for others in the room. On a weekday stay there was available bottom bunks in my room, they still place someone on my top bunk. Front desk lady barley spoke English, took forever to check in. The manager (not owner) was great he helped out with a lot and was very accommodating. The owner was kind of condescending and thought he was better than everyone else and just spoke to people when he wanted there money.
- 5/5
Overall it was very fun and a great experience. I felt welcomed and safe. I ended up leaving to go to Hollywood, then returning and the staff were very accommodating. I attended one of their free events and it was a great experience. The outdoor patio was a nice addition and I spent a bunch of time there, meeting other guests. I was the only female in my dorm, and the staff made it clear that they’d switch me to an all female dorm if I ever felt uncomfortable. I’m more of a tomboy, so while unnecessary it was a nice gesture. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was pretty big. The bed wasn’t amazing- very springy, but I spent so much time running around Vegas that when it was time to sleep I was out like a light. They have the room keys electronic via app, as well as a pin if you don’t have your phone. I was impressed by the technology and the idea that I could message via the app anyone staying there. I would definitely recommend and I plan on coming back when in Vegas.

Chris & George were great, only issue was the Goki app because it would have made things easier at check in to have had notice to download the app instead of suddenly at check in
