Great place

Clean room, great bed, quiet.

The rooms at the Silverton are very nice, clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are really comfortable! The pool area is so beautiful! We swam daily in the amazing pool, sit in the large hot tub, and had a delicious meal and drinks poolside. We ate several times at the Sundance Grill. They have really good breakfasts and lunches. The corn chowder is amazing! We also had some delicious Gelato before bedtime. Everyone was very friendly, including the front desk staff and the guys in valet who were amazing and helped us so much.

Very relaxing feel, comfortable & clean rooms, and happy vibes! Excellent food options! Dealers were great, but would strongly encourage eliminating the continual shuffle machines for Blackjack.

Can you believe parking is free? Valet too! Staff was super friendly and decor in the entire place has cool vibe. The pool is open until 11. It’s a nice peaceful hotel off the strip but a short drive away.

It’s much better since the remodel

Rooms were recently renovated, love the style and decor, fits the motif. Clean and comfortable. The only downside was you must use the valet. Otherwise parking and luggage mobility was an issue.

My big complaint is that the mattress leaned a little toward the edge of the bed, so I had to sleep towards the middle of the bed so I didn't feel like I was going to fall off. I didn't get the best sleep I could have because of this. The room was very clean, and we made good use of the drinks cooler. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel check-in is tucked in the back, not convenient. The room smelled like dirty feet and worse when the AC was on. The Best restaurants are closed Monday-Tuesday was a bummer. Didn’t care for the bed or pillows. The pool area is small but nice. But don’t try to go to bed before 11pm if your room faces it, it’s noisy.

All of the restaurants were excellent. Food was reasonably priced and very good including room service. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated.

The property is well kept., the dining staff is friendly and nice. However I had a terrible experience with one of the managers, her name is Joan. Hotel security was sent to my room by Joan because of a card issue which was a fault in the hotels system. I was left rather embarrassed because other guests were looking on and may have formed their own opinion of why hotel security was at two black peoples room. All other staff were extremely nice and accommodating. In addition to that she called my room two consecutive early mornings woke me out of my sleep. She was very rude and exercised poor judgment. I honestly believe even though she has risen to the position of manager she needs additional training in customer service. She is a very poor representation of the Silverton hotel. I did not fully enjoy my 50th birthday celebration because of this incident with her. I strongly believe the hotel owes me an apology and also some form of compensation

This was our second time staying and will continue to come back. Rooms are very comfortable and staff is so friendly. Being away from main strip is what we like but also this Casino has everything like Restaurants, pool, bar, and Starbucks so we don't need to leave once we check in.

Lean room

The cabanas at the pool area were not complementary and is not included in the resort fee. The staff is pleasant. The restaurants are nice.

Great hotel loved it

We enjoyed our stay. We usually stay on strip but this we decided to stay off because we wanted to get away from craziness. The only thing we wanted to point out is that it was kind of confusing to find the hotel. We went in to the property next door. The front staff were nice especially to my daughter. The room was clean. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast. They came a lot faster than we were expecting and food was good especially breakfast. We will be back. My kids loved the stay and they enjoyed the fish tank and mermaid show.

Spent 4 nites. Went to relax swim, hot tub. Watched Metaachi concert and the venue was great. I've always gone to Las Vegas and rushed around trying to see things. This time my wife and I didn't even leave the hotel. Everything you need is there unless you want to tour Las Vegas and get exhausted.

Silverton is always terrific Cabana rentals not worth price during week, no extra service

No hooks in bathroom. Minimal space on vanity. Cabinet and safe in closet severely restricted hanging space for clothes.

Clean and comfortable A little farther from some of Vegas attractions but I knew that before I made reservations.

Always a great stay. Love the ease of Valet and EV charging. Neat Mexican food just a walk away. Nice to be in Vegas here and it still feels quaint.

Delicious foods several restaurants, live entertainment a casino, pool hottub close to Fremont and downtown Vegas the strip. I give it 10 STARS..PERFECT.

The room was so comfortable. The staff all over the resort was beyond friendly and helpful. We tried the Sunrise grill and Twin Creeks, both were absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

I was bitten by bugs while sleeping, and I broke out in large rashes on my arms and legs!! I went to the hotel staff, but I didn't get any compensation.

Beautiful place and more of a locals spot from what I heard from locals. It’s not on the strip so it’s less crazy. But not a far uber ride. We will be back for sure!!!

Nice spacious rooms, clean and updated. It's 15 min away from the strip so it's quite, not a lot to do but if you are looking for a nice, clean and friendly place away from the strip this is a good pick.

I was really surprised how nice this hotel was. We traveled with our youngest daughter and she loved Bass Pro Shop and the aquarium. The hotel is a non smoking facility which I didn’t know but was pleasantly surprised. Having free valet parking was a plus, just gotta tip them. We had a nice room with a view of the pool. The hotel is really close to the strip without the traffic of being downtown. We got a fruit platter from their 24hr cafe. It was really good. Everything here was great and we would stay here again with our older girls next time.

The suite was awesome, close to the pool, ice just down the hall. Smelled like raw sewage in the bathroom, told the front desk they sent someone to the room while we went out. Came back to the smell of air fresheners, 2 hous later sewer smell again in the bathroom. Also the pool view from our room would be great if there wasn't trees blocking the views.

Great food and dtaff comfy rooms not that upgraded but nice it was off season for pool so no service at pool and a resort fee per day i think if your staying there they should not add resort fees wont be going back to vegas for that reason.

We stayed here for our Easter weekend getaway and our experience was amazing! From easy check in, to dinner recommendations to easy check out. The renovated rooms are beautiful.They made everything so easy and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. Our party enjoyed the pool. Water was a little cold. There are no staff at the pool area and we struggled to get towels. This also led to smoking by guests as they sat in the hot tub. Hotel charges a resort fee in addition to the nightly rate. Not abnormal however they charged a refundable nightly deposit of $100 which seemed high for the stay. The main hotel area smells of cigarettes which is not favorable but its Vegas. We enjoyed the large fish tanks and access to the adjoined outdoors store. Good selection of restaurants on site

Nice theming, friendly staff, nice room. Hotel card keys had to be changed 3 times because of some system glitch. 3 times!! The sliding bathroom door was unnecessary and awkward to use (cowboy kitsch room). Worst of all it didn't seal so there was no sound deadening from the bathroom!!!

My phone kept losing its wi-fi signal. Sundance and Su Casa were above average. Starbucks was outstanding. I would not dare eating at Johnny Rocket’s, as every time I walked by, there were more dirty uncleared tables than they were customers dining there. Definitely an indicator of management. Gift shop staff are very nice, prices for drinks very reasonable. Front desk staff(Lori and Belinda) very friendly and informative. Housekeepers were very friendly and would greet me every time. Bartenders and waitresses very friendly and timely. Why on earth do you keep Shady Grove closed? It was my favorite place to play. Sports book(our main reason for coming) was serviceable. I know this is operated by Circa, but their programming selections were questionable. It was March Madness and the programming should have better represented such. I feel the sportsbook should be separated from the main stream of people entering and exiting the parking garage. There is too much commotion and creates a concern for safety. At one point an obviously disturbed man came in and began taunting customers. I saw no security presence. I really appreciated the amount of the video poker machines available, and their pay tables.

Beautiful updated hotel and pool. Pool was warm and had very comfortable seating. Staff was absolutely fantastic especially the check in ladies. I would just suggest that there be some activities for families such as the bowling and jenga. Mexican restaurant was delicious too.

This hotel is one of my favorites! Exquisitely clean, updated, year-round pool for the kids, mermaid tanks, and connected to a giant Bass Pro Shop. All the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the restaurants on site are mediocre and overpriced.

We had an automobile issue late in the evening (7:30pm). The closest place to lay our heads was Silverton. Luckily one room was available, which was recently remodeled. Thank you for the extra clean NEW room. Very impressed, and look forward to a longer stay for a vacation!

During my stay the neighboring room guests had underage minors ding dong ditching pounding on my door multiple times, i could hear laughter and doors slamming, i called security to have it addressed. Following morning I had security come and knock on my door while I was sleeping with my do not disturb sign intact. He claimed there was a call about a noise disturbance.With the shades drawn, a dark room with no tv on, clearly obvious this was a retaliation from the neighbor for my previous complaint. Later that morning before leaving to get Sunday brunch there within the casino, a handwritten derogatory note was placed on my door. Now, the only reason I initially booked at your hotel was to celebrate a relative's birthday who is a hosted guest. I am not, I paid out of pocket for 4 nights with a 3rd party site (Expedia) and honestly have never had a situation like this from any other hotel casino.I felt so disrespected, and embarrassed for this situation. I did come to the front desk to talk to management and they stated it would be taken care of. How? As far as i'm concerned nothing was done. I received no comps or reversed charges or anything to set my mind as ease. In my opinion. Hotel decor and atmosphere was enjoyable despite the thin walls.I felt like my stay here was ruined and really can't see myself booking here again. It is a shame that a blue collar hard working man like myself cannot receive the same service a hosted guest receives.

Hotel was very nice. The staff was amazing, restaurants were great, room was clean, and location was convenient. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the beds weren't great. Would definitely stay there again though!

Everything was beautiful, spic and span, super comfortable bed, friendly staff. The only issue was that the curtains didn’t close all the way, and my sister and I were subjected to flashing casino lights from the pool all night long. Why in the world they would design curtains to not close all the way is beyond me.

Excellent room. Poor signage when trying to figure out where to park for check-in.. Staff was frazzled and hassled us because we booked with Hotels/Expedia. Said they didnt have to honor the room, but eventually did. It was busy holiday, so I give them a pass. Room was great. Casino only has Asian/Native American slots, no premium games. Great restaurant (Sundance Grill) with good food and nice portions. Despite a few issues, great stay and would again.

Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Amazing pool. It was kind of crazy to us that the pool closed at 9 PM. We would have loved to use it later. Especially because they kept it all lit up and inviting even after it was closed. Note to all hotels: Please go back to real bathroom doors! Doors are heavy and hard to slide shut.

Quiet, clean, large room, nice view over pool, nice to not be in a high rise (this was 4 story and you never waited for elevators or had to walk to far to your room), and free parking was an easy walk in covered adjacent building. Felt very safe.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this property. This time we decided to stay in a suite, which was a great choice. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always nice, and the property is much easier to access than any of the other properties on the strip. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Accommodated the fact that I had to check out, then check back in.As some family was leaving and they let me do that right away.At eleven, instead of waiting until the afternoon, and having to move out of the room. That was a great and very helpful thing on their guest services part

I give it a 4 only because room wasn't ready by the check-in time and had to wait an additional 2hrs and I was tired after 6hr drive. Other than that the room and staff and casino area were great

The rooms have been redone in the past year I believe. the motif is great and staying with the lodge's theme. However, sliding barn door (2) on the bathroom are a complete hassle. Shower door is poorly thought out, since you have to be in the shower to turn it on, and with an approximate wait of 1 minute for hot water, not very pleasant. Bathroom overall is very small. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable, heater/AC was very loud. Veil Pavillion was scheduled for NFR viewing parties for the entire 10 days, however they were not prepared as they have been in the past. Additionally, the last day, they had scheduled another show following the completion of the NFR, and they removed one of the screens, and turned the volume off prior to the end. I had to go through two employees who refused to identify themselves, and finally I found a subject who identified himself as a manager and he ultimately got the volume turned back on until the show was finished. I have been coming to the Silverton/Viel Pavillion for many, many years, and unfortunately this will probably be my last for this venue. Unfortunately, I had convinced 4 other groups to come to this venue, raving about the past years, and they were as disappointed as I.

Upon check-in, we were given a room on the first floor right outside a speaker at the pool with loud base. The room was also for handicap people. When we went back to the front desk, we asked for our room to be switched and was given a room on the third floor, but the room was off the freeway. We were up all night with the loud roaring cars of a very busy freeway And thin windows and walls. We could hear everything. The following morning we asked to be moved, which we told we would be however we were unaware of that room would not be available until 5 PM that night so we paid for a two night stay but really we were out of our room all day and could not have access to the room. We were actually very upset and we were credited $50 at any restaurant in their property. We ate at the Mexican taco restaurant and it was terrible. The service was terrible. The food was terrible. The hotel did go through a renovation and the property is decent. We appreciated the free parking and free valet but we really would just not stay here again if we’re going to Vegas we’d like a little bit more upscale it is about a 10 to 15 minute drive away from the strip so it is not that far, but it does feel kind of far away from all the action. The room itself, although both very loud were remodeled and nice. Another criticism would be the bathroom is very small and the water pressure sucked. The bed was comfortable, which is important.

To start i was not allowed to check in until after 5 pm because our room wasnt ready even though check in was 3pm. The food was horrible and security was following us around as if we criminals. The pool area was closed at 9 pm and this was New Years weekend.

Sundance grill Coco were amazing so blessed to of meet and be served by them . Housekeeping Maria Ines was very understanding to our needs excellent. Valet people were so fast and friendly I hope they truly know we are Thankful for what they do !

Room linens was not changed due to energy conservation but towels were changed. Housekeeping didn’t wipe bedside tables, not sure if they vacuumed daily. Shower didn’t have grab bars, potential for slip and fall

My television and showerhead were both not working when i arrived. Engineering came and fixed or both immediately.

We love this hotel casino. It’s small and easy to navigate. It’s not overly smoky and the staff is very friendly. We like the $5 tables and have a great time. The location is great as we also spend time at South Point. The front desk experience was excellent. The room was excellent, although the bed wasn’t our favorite. The design of the shower door leaks water quite a bit. No microwave available, bottle water for purchase only. We stayed 3 nights. Maid service was late in the afternoon every day when we were in the room, so only got fresh towels. Overall our stay was very nice, we wished we had time to go to the pool,it looks wonderful. The cafe is a little pricey and some things I would not recommend. The cantina was very good. Wish the buffet was still open. Looking forward to next year.

My husband loves the fact that Bass Pro Shop is connected to our hotel. Johnny Rockets has excellent burgers. Overall I highly recommend staying at the silvertone hotel.

Mai at front desk check-in is a definite asset to this Hotel…when someone remembers your name and greets you daily, that to Me is…A fantastic Team member! Will definitely stay here again. Loved the less hustle bustle of the Strip & Downtown.

Airport shuttle we great, but instructions on which bay to find the shuttles in would be helpful. We have stayed here multiple times before the renovations and enjoy our stay but not certain the renovations are worth the increase in the room price from $38 per night to $200.

The Silverton exceeded all our expectations. Hotel is newly renovated, pool open year round, all restaurants are fantastic and the aquarium is beautiful. Only a few mins from the strip but as a local casino the place creates a fun vibe. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay. It was a very busy weekend with the race going on so our room was not ready until 3:30pm. They gave us a $50 dining credit that we used at the twin creek steakhouse. Our dinner was great there. Everyone is so nice at this hotel and caring. It is new and clean as well! Will be back next year!

If you don’t want to pay crazy Las Vegas strip prices and want to stay a a cool property Silverton Lodge is a great place. Also has Bass Pro Shop on property.

The room was nice. The hotel and casino were very clean. They didn't seem to care about Expedia vip stuff. I hadcto ask for free drinks. Our assigned room faced theside wall of another building. I had to pay extra for a room that got a partial view of the pool. Early check-in was great though.

Charming western hotel. Our room was larger than most hotel rooms. Dining options on site were great. Pool area was very nice. If you want charm, and a more quiet LV experience I would recommend highly. It’s a 10 minute Uber ride from the strip.

Disappointed the pool bar was closed and no bar service in the pool area. We had to go into the casino wet in a towel in a bathing suit to get a drink. Then the bartender was annoyed.

This property has been remodeled since last year. The rooms are fantastic. They offer free transportation to and from the airport. Just have to give 24 hours notice. Don't call the hotel directly. Go to their website and click on amenities. You will see shuttle service and fill out the form. They have many restaurants to choose from. Also bass pro shop is attached to the property. They have plenty of things to choose from. Not all sporting good things. Parking is plentiful and easy to get too from the highway.

The value was exceptional! Beautiful pool. Friendly and kind staff. The room was updated and full of amenities that are offered at 5 star hotels. We dined at TwinCreeks Steakhouse and Sundance Grill. The food and service were exceptional. This hotel is not on the strip but is very close to the airport. The property also had a casino.

Did not use pool or hot tube area...only there fir one day

They double booked our room and ended up putting us in a lesser room (we booked a suite 3 months in advance). They did give us a dining credit but Then housekeeping ended up "cleaning up" the room we had supplied with goodies for the band that was performing, basically stealing alcohol and cups that we brought for after their performance. All in all, not a good experience. Will not be staying there again and would not recommend.

Nice place to stay before heading into Zion. Got our rental car, no parking fee! Very clean and our room was quiet. Nice bedding and comfortable mattress.

Nice place to relax

Property in general is very nice. Remodeled rooms were very nice with western themes. I was very disappointed about the toilet ms operation. It plugged up and it was so late I suffered through the night. I suggested that housekeeping checks all toilets for malfunctions as a requirement so guests are not inconvenient.

Airport shuttle was fantastic. I arrived an hour before my scheduled landing and the hotel accommodated our travel arrangements.

Just 10 minutes to the Harry Reid car rental center. The pools atmosphere was very relaxing.Connected to the Bass Pro shops and paces to eat. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke. I dont know why because they dont allow smoking. Room was fine though. Very enjoyable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Silverton Hotel in Las Vegas. The décor is cozy, the rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Valet service was free (just don’t forget to tip the guys, they serve with such a great attitude!). Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be staying here again.

All hotel staff were very nice. Stayed on 4th floor and cleaning ladies on the floor would actively say hello to you all of the time..... Super nice.

Beautiful property rooms redone nicely

This hotel is beautiful! You enter and immediately see an amazing, huge aquarium and beautiful waterfalls. We, unfortunately, missed The mermaid show. The rooms are beautifully decorated in western themes without being tacky and spacious. The pool area was spectacular with a jumbo screen for whatever sporting event is going on. Not your plain Jane hotel.

The pool was the best experience, warm water not crowded, very clean water Food by pool was excellent Cocktail by pool was tasteless ( only down point) frozen margarita $13 taste like ice and little tequila (lemon and lime base was wrong ) After I ordered non alcoholic frozen margarita $9 to see the taste it was horrible , you need professional bar staff or good base WUHU Chinese was good little pricy Overall experience =excellent Good for family

Love the Silverton. We did a staycation, the newly renovated rooms are so nicely done. We also rented a cabana at their new pool area, it is so nice the pool is on the smaller side however even on a Saturday never felt over crowded. Then the food and drinks were AMAZING, staff always helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We love this hotel! Mi Casa is a great restaurant, the aquarium is always fun and the Bass Pro Shop is an adventure! Also, the cafe is delicious and the staff are terrific! And the pool was wonderful!

The Silverton is always a comfortable stay for us. Their Mi Casa restaurant we tried for the first time on this trip was very good! Service was good and food was delicious.

First time staying at the Silverton. This is now our go-to hotel in Las Vegas. Everything was clean and neat, the casino is open and inviting. We ate at Me Casa and the Mexican food was really good and reasonably priced. The next night we ate at Su Casa and had the Sushi and again the food and service was great.

Super stay! The pool is fantastic, rooms are nice and bed is super comfy!

Check in time 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3 and was told the rooms were not ready and had no idea when they would become ready. The front desk said they were booked and this caused a delay and housekeeping was working hard as they can. While I understand they were busy don’t tell customers they can check in at 3 only for us to not get in. As travelers we’re tired and just want our room. The front desk was not friendly and didn’t seem interested in helping us or even apologize. We waited for a few hours for our room and the second room we booked from their site took 4 hours. The rooms were nice and clean but won’t stay there again due to customer service.

Being off strip was key. We tried the burger joint and Sun Grill Restaurant, both delicious and average priced. The bed was a little high for my short friend but it was comfortable.

The staff was amazing. Hotel room was gorgeous & fit the vibe of our Cowboy Carter trip. Never have I loved an aesthetic more than I did on this trip. The pool was small without feeling cramped, the servers & dj were all vibing with those of us who were still reeling from seeing the most iconic concert.

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the ground so hard they need to have some soft beds.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it was really clean, it had a good environment , I loved the decor, and the customer service was 10/10. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my next Las Vegas stay

I didn’t like that they gave us a room for handicapped. We had trouble with the hoses. The room was very small and had a strong smell. The bathroom counter was very tiny so there wasn’t any space to put any of my cosmetics or toiletries. The people next door were drunk until 4 in the morning and could hear a lot of loud yelling. This is my first time I get disappointed with Silverton. Normally, we get excellent service. The person who checked out us was awesome. Her name is Lori.

This resort is just fees. At check-in I was told it’s $150 per night deposit. PER NIGHT!??!? The WiFi sucks, the hotel smells like vanilla cigarette smoke, then there are fees for everything! Want a cabana by the pool - fee. Oh and the pool closes at 9pm and it is very small and only 4ft deep. Want water - fee. My whole stay felt inconvenient and I left frustrated that I chose this hotel. I would have been better off at the Hyatt.

Would usually stay at Green Vally Ranch, but needed to be closer to the strip so stayed at Silverton. Comfort and customer service was unsurpassed, 10/10. Strawberry waffles at the cafe and steak dinner at Twin Creeks were amazing and price point better than strip. Will stay here every time now.

I liked the fact that at the property the gal was very helpful. I am on vaction and my airline tixs were messed up. My nephew was in vegas with his wife and 6 children. My nephew list or his id and wallet got stolen . But the front desk gal was very helpful but the person at the expedia call center did not help at all im not very impressed with expedia at b all amf i work in the industry where i travel aloand i habe co workers that travel alit as well. As far as im concerned these people that work at callceners are crooks and so not help

A good place to stay. Not close to the strip but easy access on and off the freeway. Make sure you know that there is a $40 resort fee that is paid for the days you stay there outside of what you pay Expedia.

I loved everything about this property. Away from the strip, luxury hotel/airport shuttle, great room, quiet and peaceful, wonderful bed and linens, great food and the staff is above and beyond. I’ve traveled with my job for over 40 years and have been many places, I would rate this as a destination and high on my list. Well done Silverton!

Very very happy with the new renovations and upgrades. My family and i have been staying in that property (prior cansinos) and we will continue as our first choice as far as casino and hotel. We will look forward as to any discounts we may receive. Front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. Thank you again until our next visit.

Excellent hotel off the strip

Lots of restaurants inside the casino and around the property. My kids loved the giant fish tank and really enjoyed watching the mermaid and divers. The pool was great and had plenty of seating at the times we were there even though we didn’t reserve any seats or cabanas. You can order food and drinks that will be brought to you. The pool is only 4ft deep but that is perfect for me and my kids who are still learning to swim. It allowed me to stand in the pool while letting them jump in and swim however they can. Only thing I didn’t like was pool towels couldn’t be brought up to our room…so my kids were cold and the life vests were dripping all over the elevator. Check out is at 11am but they have complimentary late check out til 12pm, as long as you inform them. You can also check out at 1pm is $30 and anytime after that til 4pm is $50…as long as no one is assigned to stay in your room later that day.
