I found bloody boogers on the wall in my room along with other gunk splattered on surfaces. The rest of the facility was sub par. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Our family and really liked the spacious rooms. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. I would have loved if they had 2 beds in one of the rooms. I have 2 kids that don’t want to share a bed and having 2 beds in one room would have been great. My son did not have such a good sleep in the pull out bed.

It was amazing to have a fully equipped kitchen in our suite. The room was very large and comfortable. The full breakfast buffet was very nice and was always fully stocked. Staff in all areas was very friendly, helpful and exceptional to deal with. All areas were very clean and updated. Overall a great stay.

The room was wonderful! It was extremely clean! The staff was very kind. They had the luggage carts that make things so easy to get things from the car to the room. I would definitely stay again. there was nothing I didn’t like.

Check-in was smooth, the room was really clean and well equipped. Slept well and had a great shower at 4am. Will use again and hope to have more time.

We loved our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. In Additionally, we requested that a crib be placed in our room before our arrival. We were pleased to see it upon arrival. Suite was spacious and comfortable. The facility provided a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking utensils). As well as a very nice dining room table, desk, sofa and flat screen televisione in every room. Unfortunately, our trash was never emptied during our 3 day stay at your facilità. Also, our towels were never restocked. Although there was a notice that bed linen was changed every three days, we did notify staff that room needed to be cleaned. Ie: trash and towels.

The woman who helped me … her name was Amy ! She was amazing ! Extremely kind, extremely considerate, extremely helpful. She really made my stay everything that I needed to be. The bathroom in my room was a little dirty. The shower needed to be cleaned. There was hair stuck to the walls however, I understand how perhaps the housekeeper’s hair may have gotten stuck in the shower when she was cleaning it.

Stayed here for my Son's Soccer tournament and I was really impressed. The room was nice an clean and the staff were so friendly! Location is right next to multiple restaurants and a big Mall. Very happy with our stay here. Highly recommend!

The property was on a great location. The facilities were well maintained and clean.

Good for being near the airport. This was part of a longer trip and it was nice to have this hotel near the airport to catch an early morning flight.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Front desk staff was okay, professional but only one of the three I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning lady on our floor was wonderful and friendly as well as the maintenance guy that had better customer service than one of the front desk staff. Breakfast was great with options to choose from. The waffle maker was the best part. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it is a good size. Plenty of self parking. Great location next to the outlets with great food options. Location close enough from the Strip/casinos and airport.

Although I booked a room for 5 people, the hotel didn’t have sheets and blankets to everyone. That was very disappointing. On top of that they charged me $35 for parking during my check out and that was never mentioned when I checked in. Staff overall don’t want to help, it was a bad experience.

Easy safe parking in front of building ($20 daily absolutely worth it). Professional staff. Spacious updated clean room. Quiet even it’s close to an airport. Short walking distance to outlet mall & lots of food choices. Highly recommend this location away from the strip.

Family of 3 traveling/driving to Park City Utah. We stopped here for one night getting in around 10pm and leaving 7am. Met our needs for a good night sleep. Nice breakfast in the morning too. We had a 2 bed suite which was plenty of room for our family. It had a nice size kitchen too. The hotel looked upgraded and was very clean. The area is not the safest. The parking is open and we had our ski equipment in the car so we brought them inside our room. The hotel does have many bellhop rolling things for luggage and we were able to put our ski equipment on it with our luggage and roll our things to our room. While there was a Tesla charging station onsite, literally 5 minute drive and in the same parking lot there is a Tesla charging station with lots of stalls. We like that it was near the 15 north freeway so not too far into Vegas so we can hit the road early in the morning. We will definitely stay here again for our next pass through Vegas.

The hotel was in good condition, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I chose to stay at this hotel due to the distance to the Premium Outlet Mall which is about 3 min walk so super convenient. I can see the room and facilities are very well suited for families.

I stayed in Holiday Garden Inn next door few years back. Unless HIG remodeled the interior furniture, the Resident Inn is 10 times more modern with smart designs but shared equivalent room fees.

I chose this hotel for my Las Vegas stay because I didn’t want to be directly on the strip. It also had a full kitchen which is very important for my family. One of my kids is extremely picky and it’s difficult finding food for them to eat. I wanted everyone to feel like they were still at home while we were on vacation. Everything is provided for you from dish washing soap to pots. But I ended up not having to cook because the complimentary breakfast was good and everyone liked the food but I did stock up the fridge with groceries from the local supermarket. The property was clean and well-maintained. All the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel is also conveniently located and it’s about 15-20 mins from the strip, and directly next to Las Vegas South Premium Outlets so if you want to shop you can. There’s also plenty of parking and it felt safe. (Please note, if you book through Expedia expect to pay $10 a night for parking though Expedia advertises it’s free parking.) I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay somewhere that’s off the strip.

The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked to be taken care of. Expedia was wrong about the parking being included. It was a $10 charge for overnight parking. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The property is close to the rental car return. It was quiet and the room large. But best if all, I never saw a drunk while there! No slot machines either. Fabulous! Like being in Vegas without being in Vegas.

Excellent, basic, no frills hotel. I chose it for a business stay instead of staying on the strip. You save walking miles to your room, daily breakfast (included here), and the resort fee (these guys don't charge it). Excellent value for money.

We stayed 5 nights and the room was fantastic. Wish the air conditioning was cooler but we ran out and purchased a fan. The pool area is fantastic! Loved being close to outlet mall and a short ride to the strip and rental car facility.

Offers amazing room

Easy check-in/check-out, our room was clean and comfortable, large room and bathroom. Easy access to rental car return location. The shuttle bus drivers were very friendly and the shuttle was very clean and convenient. We would stay here again.

This is the BEST place we have stayed at! Even better than the over priced places and five star hotels! The staff is helpful, and friendly! The property is beautiful and Leah was absolutely the best.

Quiet area, great for families, friendly staff, and large roomy rooms. It was relaxing to get away from the busyness of Vegas but still just a short drive to the strip. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here.

My husband, one year old, and I booked two nights here at Residence Inn, Las Vegas Airport, because of the high ratings. We were super disappointed. The bed squeaked and was SUPER uncomfortable, we woke up sore! There was a fake eyelash in the shower and overall seemed a little grimy. I wouldn’t book again. HOWEVER, I have to say the front desk receptionist (I don’t remember his name:( ) and breakfast attendant were lovely and so kind!

My mother, sister, and myself spent two nights at the Residence Inn and will very likely stay again. We were exceptionally pleased with everything from the friendly, accommodating staff to the cleanliness and comfort of our suite! We had a small maintenance issue and it was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Very highly recommended staying here!
