Was in Vegas for the BTS concert and the hotel made it a very memorable experience. They has BTS photos in the lobby and the staff were extremely friendly no matter what. They even moved our reservation up which was extremely kind of them. Couldn't ask for a better hotel for the concert!

They opened my car at midnight, and they stole things from it

The rooms are dated a lot of mildew in the showers. No dresssers. No luggage rack

The room and service was great. The air conditioning unit was loud when on. Not enough to complain, just a little annoying. Also, the breakfast scrambled eggs were too salty.

Perfect for when you’re attending an event at Allegiant Stadium. It’s just a short walk away The unit is complete with all the amenities you’d typically find in your home. Bathroom is a little dated

The breakfast offered had a wide variety of options and choices available, and staff was always checking to make sure items were filled. A shuttle for the properties on the row would have been a big help.

It felt like staying at a home away from home. The hotel gave me a QR code to register my vehicle, pay for parking but it never worked. I told the front desk and they had me fill out a small piece of paper to add the payment and register my vehicle to my room. However, I kept getting daily notices of my vehicle never being registered from the properties security. I kept going to the front desk with this issue and though the front desk reassured me otherwise that it was fine, I kept getting these notices. These notices were very annoying. The registration of the vehicle and payments for parking on the property should have been included when I first reserved and paid for my room.

Great breakfast quiet and convenient

The staff were incredible. Jessica, one of the covering supervisors, went completely above and beyond when I ran into an issue. She was friendly, caring and still professional. For her alone I'd stay again. The gym was clean and useful, it was clean and near lots of options. Nothing comes to mind!

Stayed at the residence to attend a concert at the allegiant stadium and the hotel location is perfect. My friend and I walked to and from the stadium.

Good breakfast. Great location for attending events at the Allegiant Stadium. I was not expecting a parking fee and $20 a night to park at the hotel you already reserved seems redundant. If advertised to save money for events like at the arena bug technically I still paid a "parking fee".

I loved my stay at the hotel. First thing that caught me was the fact that it was a no smoking hotel which means that no smoking can occur in the building. This is great because I have asthma and I have young children. I loved the rooms and the fact that I had a refrigerator, stove top, microwave and utensils. Travelling with kids can be hectic and this would definitely make it easier. Especially because my boys have allergies and I may need to prepare some of their meals. The hotel is in walking distance to alot of places which is also beneficial. I also like the fact that parking is available for a fee ($20) per day which is reasonable. I will definitely return with my family and as a bonvey member im happy.

The room was clean. The hallways and outdoor areas could use a little cleaning. The doors sometimes don't open up with the key cards. The breakfast was a nice touch. Definitely a nice price for a quick stay. I would recommend the property for those looking for a place to stay close to the Alliegent Stadium.

I loved how clean and close it was to everything we needed to be at. Loved how big the rooms was and how easy it was to park and go when we needed. Pool was very nice and clean. The lights went out right before check in and made us late to our game even tho we got there very early. Wasn’t anyone’s fault. Also a large party at the pool came and rushed us out of our spot while we were there kept asking my husband if we’re leaving because they wanted our table so we took our kids and went to our room.

I believe Expedia should mention that the parking costs additional. Hiding that info is not fair.

The location for Alegiant Stadium is the best. There is also an In & Out Burger very close by. The Breakfast could have been better prepared. They were out of most everything.

Staff was courteous. Oir room cleaned after.3 days but failed to give us soap, shampoo and body wash all of which was empty. Found a bug in our bed.

I only have a few minor complaints. My first one is that the beds are not comfortable. I woke up with neck and ba k pain. My second complaint is that kids were running up and down the hallway on our floor 4th . From 10pm to 3:00 in the morning. I think some parents left the kids unattended because then we could hear a basketball bouncing in the room down the hall constantly. Our key cards kept getting deactivated and we had to get new ones . My last complaint but it’s not a major problem but there was a homeless guy constantly on the premises getting heat and free breakfast every morning . That was not the problem my concern was there are so many kids running around you do not know if this man is safe. If you guys know him and let him get free breakfast than fine no problem but if security does not know he’s there that is scary . I would rate this place a 8/10 the breakfast a 8/10 . It was delicious. You could have oatmeal, skillet potatoes, sausage patties, eggs . Milk and juice . Tea or coffee .

We paid for 2 room suites with oven for Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't get it and had to go elsewhere for an oven. No solution offered. The mgmt at the end of our stay promised us a discount for inconvenience but its 2 weeks and no discount so I don't know.

What killed the experience for me was the fact that the AC turned off every night after 10 pm and the room got really hot which caused me to wake up every night. The other annoying thing was that the daily parking cost $20 which was a joke. The property didn’t advertise the parking fee , just parking available.

We loved our stay! The staff was extremely helpful. We also loved how close it was to the stadium and easy to get to for Ubers. Highly recommend.

I didn’t bring a pet, but the hotel felt very old even though it had been remodeled semi recently. It was nice to not be on the strip and so close to the highway for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and had good pillows and the room felt decently clean, just old.

I did like the room, it was spacious and had a small kitchen, but on the site says security deposit was $20 per night and upon check in i was charged $50 pero night. I have requested a late check out and frontdesk wanted to charge me $50 for 2 extra hours and said i was not Top tier client. I asked if they have a shower room instead and frontdesk replied by the pool is a shower. Rude!

I would’ve given it a higher review had it not been for their rotten “policy” that kept my kids locked out of the room when I wasn’t there! My teenager was watching my toddler, forgot the room key and after staying there almost two weeks, the manager at the front desk would not let my kids back in without their ID! They don’t even have ID, they are kids, children forget things….. I think this was highly unethical and just plain rotten!

It was nice to stay right off the strip where it was less crazy and also have a kitchen where I didn't have to eat out every night since I was staying for work for two weeks. With the suite style I also didn't get cabin fever being in a small room and was able to feel like I was back home in my apartment.

breakfast too early and it ended early. Our toilet in our room needed to be plunged all the time in order for it to flush properly. We has ask for our room to be vacuum and when they came they left the vacuum in front of our door so we could do it. Staff was great

Our electricity was out for a day and a half and maintenance finally came to fix that issue and then our toilet was plugged for two days so we are unable to use the facilities in one of the bedrooms. The property did not offer crib as they stated online, the Jacuzzi and spa was shut down as well during my stay.

We had a great stay! We booked this location because they had the most reasonable pet fee in the area! The kitchen was perfect we were able to prepare lunch and dinner in the room and took advantage of the breakfast that was served each morning. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book here again!

Easy to get to; close to venue; good for the value

This is to the Marriott and I know they DON’T care, it’s the little things. My last three stays at a Marriott hotel absolutely no room amenities. No body lotion, no hair dryer for my wife. If I have to ask you doing a terrible job. I travel three weeks a month and I stay at various hotels, Hiltons, Best Westerns even Holiday Inn Express and they all have the little things. This isn’t a bash I’m disappointed.

Love the property but was charged over the amount we paid through orbitz? The hotel added a final charge $270 in addition to the amount negotiated using Orbitz? Don’t use pay at hotel because they can jack up the rate above the orbitz price… Will contest the increase rate charged

Great experience staying here on short notice when our other hotel had broken elevators, etc. This hotel ended up saving us over $100 and had 2 bedroom, separate sitting area and kitchen. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed that followed by sitting at the outside fireplace. The breakfast was good and also saves the purchase of a meal with good varieties. My only suggestion is to add 1-2 more waffle irons. Thank you, would definitely book again.

But what if I had left my phone in my room as well? This was quite unaccommodating of that front desk. Esp when I had a 9 month old baby on hand.

The pool was freezing not heated and hot tub closed although they offered for us to go to the other marriotts hot tub which I appreciated. The cabanas were falling apart at the pool. I felt like the cleaning of our room was very lazily done and this hotel used to have a shuttle that went to the strip. They don’t have that anymore. They also used to have a cute water bar that I thought added such a nice touch and it wasn’t there either. I just felt special the last time we went there before Covid and now it feels like they don’t care as much. Wish there was more to eat around the hotel as well. Fix the pool area.

The queen bed was comfortable as well as we had a sofa bed that came in super handy. The only small negative was the noise from the airplanes taking off, but that is expected from a hotel near an airport.

The staff at the property was rude and they moved us to a different hotel and charged us a second time. I am still in talks with the hotel to refund the amount that was charged the second time. I had to cancel my plans for an entire day because the hotel called me and told to vacate because they overbooked. Which was resolved after taking to the manager. The staff is not helpful and lied to us that refund has been issued. Which i did not get. The door of the bathroom was non functional. The AC motor was too loud at night. I had the worst experience in Vegas.

Had a great stay. The breakfast options were the same daily, which was a bummer as several other places I stay changes their food each morning. And 2 of the days the waffles machine was down. The pool and hot tub was down too which is one of the main reasons I booked. But I get that it was down for getting the pool open for the season. Hotel was easily located. Room had a weird musty smell, but overall would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family over New Year’s Eve. Although I generally like the Marriott brand, I found this property lacking in some areas. The rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear other travelers movie word by word, which made it hard to catch an afternoon nap. There were also smells in the hallways from people cooking in their rooms. Additionally, the breakfast did not meet the usual Marriott standard. Overall, I would not consider staying at this property again.

Couldn’t find a hotel without a casino that wasn’t safe but this one definitely a safer area and environment!

Property and room was clean and new. It’s close to the airport and I don’t think they have sound barrier windows, so it was really loud from the planes up to like midnight. In addition, there was music playing really loud into the morning past 5am. At first, I thought we are next to a club or something. Turns out, I think it was just one of the rooms partying. The staff should have check on the property.

Perfect location off the strip near the stadium. Safe to walk. Hotel was recently remolded and was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

We specifically booked the 1 bedroom during thanksgiving week while we’re in town for a tournament under the pretense of having an oven. It was stated on Expedia and it was also stated on the property website which the front desk stated was the most updated. Upon arrival it turned out alllll 1 bedroom suites do not have ovens. Only two bedroom and studios. Front desk was unwilling to be of any help other than to downgrade us (space wise-square footage) to a studio because it had an oven but we booking for a 1 bedroom due to space and oven as stated literally everywhere. Had we known we would’ve booked at one of the 2 other hotels with 1 bedroom and full kitchen with oven that we were looking at. One on the strip and one close to this location. I am very disappointed I have filed a claim with Expedia and I hope this hotel will make this right by me and also edit their website for others

It was good.Check in front desk was great, let us check in early. Room very spacious and nice. However, the key cards kept malfunctioning even at entry doors, and when I called front desk to get them.re-programmed, some lady told me that they would "do it this time only, and they arent supposed to do that"..she was curt and rude. Also, I had asked for fireplace key, they said someone would be up, no ne came. Otherwise, ok room.

Very clean and confortable! We stayed here for Billy Joel concert and it was very convenient to just walk to the stadium from the hotel.

Wonderful stay! Great location! Staff was very nice and attentive. We had a 2 bedroom suite was updated, VERY clean and cozy and the bed linens were so comfortable. Breakfast was good. We loved that you can walk to Allegiant Stadium and In N Out Burgers. Highly recommend!

Front lobby lady was abrupt and would not answer questions. The bed was very soft not even on a proper frame. When we went in the room the windows were open. There was only scalding hot water in the bathroom sink.

9 months pregnant and put me in a room that was just painted the day before our stay, room smelled like paint, the building smelt like paint when trying to have them switch our room they still wanted to keep us in the same building which the other room was also just recently painted had to keep fighting their service until another worker stepped in and was able to get us a room on the other building already done being remodeled. But even in that room yes we got a smaller room but not smelling like paint, the toilet was so noisy all the time

Although the staff were okay, there wasn’t much to like about this property. Stayed 5 nights and our party occupied 2x 2 bedroom suites , never received service except one of the rooms only. Informed one of the morning staff about the service issue but no action done. The property is under renovation and men working early and the AC unit is noisy why is understandable.
