Perfect Inn Motel

Made it easy to get in and out. Air conditioning was in working condition. Property looked well kept. Cheap place to stay in Las Vegas.

The only things that I would knock it down for are 1) There were only two pillows on the bed. Even though the pillows were comfortable, a single pillow is a little bit flat for a person. I would have been more comfortably if the pillows had been thicker or if there were been four pillows total. 2) There is not an ice machine. 3) I felt the room was clean, but the non-carpeted floor did leave my bare feet a little bit black on the bottom. The good is the price for a clean room on a Memorial Day weekend. The staff were very nice. We will consider this hotel again in the future. I have seen some people say it's a sketchy area, but I disagree. It's more of a business type of area and I saw nothing that made me feel like it was sketchy at all. I would have been comfortable walking to a restaurant a block or two away at night.

Great property and a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great

The hotel manager was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was extremely well-lit, and the spaces were a good size. However, if the hotel is full, you may need to back out partway, then turn around near the hotel office, as the parking lot is not very wide. Overall, we felt safe and had a peaceful night's rest.

The name of the hotel say it all. It is a the PERFECT Inn Hotel. A hidden gem in the Vegas!

Clean rooms with a pleasant scent. We have never slept as well at a place of accommodation as we did here. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything was very well-maintained. The bedding was clean, and the mattresses and pillows were excellent.

Good rest, clean and quiet. The room smelled like tobacco.

If you just need a clean motel room then this place will fit your needs.I arrived at around 3:30pm and the lady at the front office check-in was very friendly.There is an $80 security deposit required up front and is reimbursed after checkout.I stayed in a standard 1 bedroom that was very clean.The AC was working great.The TV(with cable programming) worked great.Parking was sufficient enough.I arrived back to the property at 1AM on a Friday night and there were still a few spots available.There is no ice machine or other amenities but that was fine.I left at check-out and received my security deposit reimbursed on my debit card within a few hours.
