    I’ve stayed at most all the casinos on the strip and this is one of my favorites. Great food! The pool is my favorite part of this hotel. It’s so nice. Not overcrowded super plush lounges and in water lounge chairs. Service at pool is amazing. My favorite pool in Vegas. Super chill and great vibe.

    Property was great. Location was nice and easy to locate and get around. Staffs were amazing. Glad they were able to let us use a crib, free of charge. No fridge or microwave for our baby and would have charged almost 20 bucks each.

    Nice hotel. Room Look renovated. Modern room with nice views. Nice restaurants inside. Friendly front desk staff. Also I park my work truck on site and there was security patrolling the area. Felt good knowing I can sleep and not worried about a break in. The sportsbook was really nice. I can’t wait to go back in September and bring my family. Highly recommended this hotel.

    It has the charm of old style Vegas and you don't feel like all they want is your money like at the newer hotels. They still have some "one arm bandits", so it was really fun for us. The food was great, the staff were fabulous, we enjoyed the pool, movie theater, and didn't feel the need to venture out for anything other than to go to the Sphere for a planned event. Five stars from us.

    While I was at the front desk at Palace Station, I was given conflicting information and told I needed to contact Expedia again. I called Expedia back on speakerphone in front of the hotel staff and requested to cancel the second night more than 24 hours before the reservation date. Unfortunately, both Expedia and Palace Station refused to assist me, and despite leaving after the first night, I was still charged for the second night. This entire experience was extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable from a customer service and hospitality standpoint.

    Rennovated room, got upgrade to grand suite, spacious with dining table and living room, guest toilet, but the bed, sheet have bad scent. Very loud noise from the elevator for the whole time. Got 20% off coupon at restaurants which is cool. Security 24/7 very friendly at lobby elevators.

    Good water pressure in shower but difficult to get into. Still has old bathtubs with metal tracks, for the glass shower doors, that you scrape the bottom of your feet on as you try to climb in. Food was good in all the restaurants but gambling floor was too filled with smoke.

Perfect for not having to leave property. Not much I didn’t like honestly. Maybe a *little* under maintenanced, for instance my toilet paper kept falling off the roll because the holder was broken. There were definitely some inconsiderate guests going through the hallways and you could easily hear them as well as the people next door. Such minor complaints though, really.

    Overall a nice place to stay. I was travelling alone and it felt safe to be at the hotel. There were some restaurant options at the hotel which made it convenient but you would have to uber to the strip since transportation options are limited. Also staff woke me up at 8AM for cleaning which I found odd. But the pool area was very nice and overall it is worth what you are paying for.

    Rooms are fine but doors need a major upgrade as they slam at all times, day and night which is extremely disruptive for sleeping. Bar by the movie theater with outdoor patio is nice but they prioritize the movie theater orders and pay limited attention to patrons sitting right in front of them. Extremely poor customer service and awful bar rot smell. And the $45 daily resort fee, what a JOKE! What exactly are the amenities at this hotel/casino??? No wonder tourism is declining. Prices going up and quality standards going down. If this weren’t a convenient location, I would not stay here again. Long time customer who is more disappointed with each stay.

    The staff were solid friendly, respectful, and helpful whenever I needed anything. That always makes a difference. One of my favorite spots was the Brass Fork. I’ve been there three times now and every time the food and service were on point. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed myself and I’ll be back for sure. No major complaints just a smooth, enjoyable experience all around.

    The Front desk staff may or may not care about requests or complaints - such as Pot smell throughout the floor you are staying on. There is no coffee maker or mini fridge in the rooms if you are wanting that option...and the Beds are not comfortable. They also do not have a Business Center anymore if you are in need of a computer or printer and will not print for you at the front desk. Our stay was for more than 14 days - and with a room change in the middle of that stay. The Carrot Cake from the Brass Fork is amazing though and a plus to our stay.

    Overall it was a pretty nice stay for an older property. It was quiet and the room was clean. The food at the restaurant was pretty good and not over priced. There’s also a $5.99 all day burger and fries deal with a player’s card, which they give you at check in. Location is pretty convenient. My only negative moment, if you want to call it that, was when they decided to close two bathrooms on the casino floor for cleaning at the same time. And they were both on the same side of the building so I had to walk clear across the casino. Maybe don’t close two at the same time. But I would definitely stay again.

    (The only downside in my opinion is that there is no shuttle to the strip so you have to use a rideshare if you did not drive. For a 5 day stay, we spent $210 commuting to and from the strip.)

    The room was very dirty, i had to wipe everything down and found really gross spots on the bathroom counters. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the sheets. Decorative pillows with questionable stains and a mattress cover with more qusstionable blood and urine stains. The staff was as helpful as they could be but room service took 3 attempts to get through and the automated house keeping line sent the housekeeper the wrong request (i needed to replace the sheets due to the stains). Once connected the room service staff was helpful and speedy. The food was good. I was ignored at the bar for 15 min getting dinner at the very dead mexican restaurant downstairs. The food was fine. However because of the cleanliness and overall sketchiness of the property if I werent here for a work trip I probably would have left.

    Great little restaurant with excellent deals that kept our food budget controlled. And the staff at the restaurant were incredibly nice! The housekeeping service was subpar. We were there 4 nights. They came in and made the beds one time. Did not pick up towels and we had to ask for them to be replaced. Did not replace ice bucket bag or cups. We had to call several times for what we needed.

    The view was nice, the king suite with the wrap around corner window was nice. The room was spacious and very quiet. Free self parking although there's a $40 resort fee, so that probably covers parking. The bell staff was nice. The bed mattress felt old and slanted. I rolled toward the left. The pillows were hard and too full for my neck. I called and asked for softer flatter pillows and was wtold they had no more pillows. House keeping also left my door unlocked for a whole day. I came back to my room at 6:15pm and the door had been left ajar.

    Well my French Toast was not cooked all the way from Brass Fork. The room was clean. Staff seemed like she hard an attitude when I had complaints that the House Keeping didn’t come to the room Monday & Tuesday. I called to see if I had to ask for them to bring me fresh towels. Casino was nice I just lost my $20.😭

    I’ve been coming to this hotel for over 10 years and I specifically asked for a room that was with a view and higher up, and I was given the fourth floor overlooking a top of our parking lot. I was able to change rooms but had to pay extra which I normally don’t have to do that after I book I normally just pay the resort fee for those days. Customer service wasn’t as pleasant as I had experienced in the past. I still love the hotel and for now it’s still my go to.

    This was the end of a longer stay. The room was clean (although you could tell they only made the bed and changed the towels. The only breakfast was at the restaurant. It was reasonable. After day 2 of 4 two of the elevators went down. I checked out today and the elevators still were not fixed. The pool was only open 10am-6pm, which did not help those of us that weren’t finished with our day until after 6pm. They also charge you daily to use a microwave and fridge. The one good thing were the late night deals on food.

    I had a mushroom spinach omlete for dinner and it was very good. My biggest complaint is the elevators. I waited 20 minutes to get an elevator on the 15th floor. I would have taken stairs but i have a bad knee. Other than that I was happy with my stay

    We upgraded to a junior suite from a regular room because the suite was on a higher floor and it was bigger and had a dining room table by the window for the view. The only thing it didn't have was a fridge and microwave, which was really missed. The bed was comfortable and the view was incredible.

    First time staying here. I usually stay on the strip, but I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised. The casino is small and fun. The restaurants are good and you have a lot of fast food choices that are super close to the casino. The pillows in the rooms could be better and that’s my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again. The strip is close by so that was a plus

    The room smelled like smoke. We had to run the AC unit continuously to try and get rid of the smell. There were no toiletries in the bathroom when we initially arrived. I had to call housekeeping to bring some to the room. The exercise room was okay. The staff were great. This included the security, valet, and bell desk. They were very warm and friendly. Our stay was just okay this time around. It would be good to know ahead of time of the additional fees required by the hotel upon check in. I thought the amount I initially paid to Expedia coved all the cost until I arrived and had to pay a daily fee to the hotel. Those hidden fees were disappointing. I will need to reconsider the next time we make reservations.

    Clean modern room. Quiet, bed was comfortable. I enjoy this hotel because parking is free and near. The reason I did not give 5 stars is: check in was slow with only two staff, and at 2am there was a gurgling noise coming from bathroom sink drain that woke me up. Noise lasted about 30 minutes. Finally was able to go back to sleep.

    This is probably one of the best hotels to stay at if you’re planning a trip to Vegas. It’s affordable, the rooms are nice, and they have a casino on site — so if you don’t feel like leaving, it’s perfect. Plus, it’s near the Strip, only about a 10-minute Uber ride at most. It has a restaurant called Brass Fork, and the food is really good. The pasta and the Cajun chicken fettuccine Alfredo are delicious, and the country fried steak is really good too. They also have other dining options at the hotel if you want more variety.

    I explained the situation, but security repeatedly insisted on seeing my key with no effort to assist or offer a solution. Frustrated and concerned for my wife, I went to the front desk for help and was met by Wayne, whose customer service was extremely poor. Rather than apologizing or explaining the policy and offering to make a replacement key with my ID, he simply repeated “that’s the policy” and stared at me, showing no empathy or initiative. Because of this, I had to call my wife—who was in the middle of an asthma episode—to come down to the lobby so I could return to the room. To make matters worse, when she exited the elevator and asked security if I could come upstairs without showing a key, they said yes—completely contradicting what I had just been told. The lack of consistency, empathy, and basic customer service from both security and Wayne was unacceptable. This experience ensured that I will never stay at this hotel again.

    The amenities are minimal. Exactly two bath towels, exactly two hand towels, one luggage rack (as usual, hotels think that people travel in ones). We were on the 18th floor with a view of the city, which was nice. There are no grab bars in the bathtub/shower. One of our living room floor lamps was broken but they replaced it immediately. A nice desk and chair for the computer.

Brass Fork restaurant not so good. Server never came back to ask us how are food was, salisbury steak looked like a lump of burned coal- was inedible - when advised restaurant staff - pretended they didn’t hear me and had to pay for bad food:( yuck!

    We came here for the high reviews we saw and the food deals they advertised. We booked the Premier 2 queen beds room and were placed on the 11th floor. The check-in lady was very nice and courteous and the wait wasn’t long. I saw their picture of steak and eggs, and it looked delicious. The advertised price is $9.99 but only from 11pm-6am. I set the alarm, got up early and got down to the Brass Fork counter around 5:54am, and there was no line at counter. I got to ask the manager right away that I was there for the $9.99 steak and egg. The manager, Ivy, said it’s too late that I came at 5:54am that next time I should come at 5:30am. I left, looked at my watch which says 5:56am, and felt something’s not right. What if I come next time at 5:30am, and she says I should come earlier at 5:20am? How could she change the time of their ad just like that? If they posted 11pm-6am, then they should honor their ad if I get there at 5:59am even 6:00am. Otherwise, Brass Fork should change their ad to 11pm-5:30am or note that the 6am is subject to change pending the mood of the manager at that time; whether it be 5:30am or whatever time she felt is the right time to end the promotion. After going back down and telling her that I will be writing a honest review everywhere and reporting to her manager, she all of a sudden said she could honor the $9.99 deal; therefore, showing that she could’ve done the right thing and accepted me earlier at 5:54am, but “chose“ not to.     My husband and I enjoyed our king suite with the request of having a refrigerator and microwave for an additional cost. Overall our room was clean and spacious. I appreciate that the security ask for a room key before being allow on the elevator to the room. I find The Palace Station hotel and Casino to ne chill vibes. It away from the strip so you dont have randoms in and out off thr streets.

    Our stay was just about perfect! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. Customer service is the best by far! From check in to check out our experience was great! The hotel offers so many options! Room was clean and well stocked with basics. The little touches the housekeeping made were sweet and I really appreciated them. Laying out my blanket for me and leaving a nice note made us feel welcome. Only one con and that was addressed. I recommend this place highly and will be our go to from now on!

    Great food choices at any time of the day on site. Breakfast was great at the Brass Fork as well as excellent burgers there. It’s an older casino/hotel but really the only major downfall to note was the terrible internet. Room was generally clean but they did not vacuum under the nightstand and next to the beds which left a lot of lint on the carpet in those areas.

    Let us turn the heaters on in the rooms. Will never spend night here again. Snow on mountains, pouring rain out & freezing in the room. Shivered all night, hard to sleep, too cold. We asked the next morning & was told no heaters were shut off in 2020 for covid. 5 years ago! Turn on ur heaters.

    1) bait and switch of the total room cost. The room was listed at $74 but the time I checked out the total cost was nearly $200!! 2) the room I was assigned had a foul odor. Front desk gave me hard time about changing. I had to get room service involved. Housekeeping confirmed with the front desk that a strong odor was present and my room was moved. Very disappointing that I wasn’t moved immediately. 3) at check out I get hit with a $45.34 “hotel services fee”. What the heck is this? Front desk said its for the pool, gym and wi-fi. None of which I used, but I was charged for. This is robbery! I am done with places that don’t offer good customer service and I am done paying these fictitious add-on charges. I will only stay at a hotels that do not have any additional made up fees and offer good customer service. Palace Station is not one of them.

    The bed sheets had stains on them, the carpet was not vacuumed and floor restroom had dirty foot prints, as if they had not mopped. I had to clean all the visible dust and wipe down the counters and floor from the bathroom. I would have stayed longer but the dust got the best of me. Not sure if I would be back nor recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

    Room could have been cleaner (grime in shower and along floor corners), absolutely filthy elevator buttons, casino bar rang up two random people's tabs under my card (for nearly $60) and I had to speak to four people to get it refunded. They were rude and suspicious about correcting their error and offered nothing to make up for the inconvenience. Wait staff at bar also didn't wipe counter. I had to ask them for a rag to wipe the syrup off from the previous guest.

    Great week long stay here. Big sports betting and tables guy looking for a nice budget vacation.     I had an issue with a "non specified room" option which was offered by Expedia. The hotel reception offered me a smoking room although I specified a non smoking in my booking. For having a non smoking they tried to charge me additional 70% of the booked room rate. After long disputes the reception desk head agreed with my arguments and I got a non smoking room but I spent time and my first impression about the hotel was mixed up.

    I stayed before at the strip, hotel were less expensive than this one, much bigger and much more amenities. This Hotel is overrated.

    I enjoyed the late night $9.95 steak and eggs special. I did not sample the famous oyster bar menu but it will be on my list for the next time I am in Las Vegas. The staff was friendly and responsive to our requests.
