    We didn’t have a microwave that was part of was part of what I paid for for most of the stay, the floor was lifting due to water damage, there was water bugs, and the tv was blue and there was only one plug in the main room. Would not recommend.

    Nice staff, but rooms need to be cleaned way better. The bed and sheets are FULL of hair from house keeping. Give me a break. Wear a hairnet at least. The towels were also filled with housekeeping’s hair. Disgusting. There’s no way you cannot know your hair isn’t falling all over the place while you’re cleaning. Management needs to seriously inspect these rooms because NO ONE wants to lay in a bed or use towels and they have someone else’s hair in them. Please do better with the cleaning.

    You get what’s you pay for. We stayed here because all others were sold out. Waited in check in more than an hour. Staff were not aware of available rooms at check out, I paid for a nonsmoking and i got a smoking one. We just used room to not be homeless for the night. We saw insects and roaches. Room was clean just needed lots of maintenance. if you must stay here it dies the job but is NOT a 3 star place. I can’t imagine the pool .

    My main issue is I paid extra for two beds and two guests yet the guy at the desk refused to give me a second key card. Also, the card we got would only work 1-2x before needing to be re-programmed (and only allowed if I was there, not for my friend). They wouldn’t replace the obviously defective key card until the last day. I called before arriving and gave them my friends name so she could check in before I arrived but turns out they never added her name and they supposedly don’t even allow that. Not worth the trouble: I will never stay here again.

    The rooms were in bad need of repair and updating. Sheets and blankets stained and burn holes. Was given a smoking room when requested a nonsmoking. Only one person checking people in a check in time so took forever to check in. He was very patient however I felt bad for him. The grounds were filthy. Will not stay there again. Poor stay for the expense.

    There was alot wrong with the room which I put in this review under rooms. The toilet wasn't working, so instead of giving me a plunger, she tells me that I had to wait til morning. Funny thing, I spoke to staff in the morning he told me that she could have fixed our cards & also give me a plunger. The area was kind of sketchy but thank God we didn't have any problems at with safety. The security that works at night was on top of his job & had a great personality. I've been to many Motel 6, this one was very disappointing. I want at least half of what I paid

    Nothing Ac didn't work much. room was tiny falling apart and the cops were literally searching for something that someone disposed of on the property after evading them when I arrived. Tried to save some money by booking a room there wont ever do that again pretty much the worst place I've ever stayed.

    Staff will ask you to check out due to harassment from other guests, even with animals - before trying to fix the issue at the property. Will not assist with security regarding people bothering you at your room, and staff is very rude and ignorant. I’d recommend any issues are reported to Metro so they can request video footage - but management is scarce and is the only there sometimes - so if there is a major issue, nothing can be done until in the morning. And will not be the location to work at if you need to abide by a sleep schedule, have a quiet place, nor have people not enter your room. DO NOT GET FOR WORK AND ALWAY COME WITH YOUR OWN SECURITY CAMERA IN THESE MOTELS! Air conditioning was reliable as well as heat everytime I have stayed at this location with being in the desert. Needs coin machine regarding laundry, when asking for quarters for it - they will direct you to WELLS FARGO or 7/11 and MANAGEMENT HAS NO PLANS ON ADDING ONE - making this the cheapest 6 in the area, but extremely inconvenient. Have to wait for afternoon for someone to have a new drawer in order to be able to get coins for the machine. When cleaning the floors myself - I wet a white towel from the room and ran it over the floor. The cleaning ladies are really rude, will call you a worker bee, and allow people to enter your room unknowingly - and when running a wet white towel over the floor WHICH YOU CAN MOST LIKELY DO YOURSELF @ this location, is dirty & completely black. dirt on everything.

    Had an ok stay all in all. However, upon check in, they informed me that they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available when that's what I reserved but I was too tired to even argue so I accepted a smoking room. The upkeep of the room itself was lacking. There was no phone, no hangers, no towel bar in the shower. There were cigarette burns in the linens and furniture. I also had to keep going to the front desk to get my room key reactivated at least twice a day because it kept deactivating. Nonetheless, even with all those negatives, the bed was at least comfortable and I was able to have a restful and relaxing trip. The other positive was that it is right next door to the Boulder Station Casino and a 7-Eleven. So various food and drink was available.

    A little bit cleaner than I would’ve expected it from a motel I was in walking distance of a gas station and liquor store, which is great if there was a 7-Eleven right next-door so again plus. Published transportation bus stops were in walking distance. I was able to take public transportation to and confirm my destination. The outside is fairly clean. The remote for the TV didn’t have the option to click through the guide which I thought was annoying. It’s already a select amount of channels. I feel like you should be able to at least see what you want to watch. The bathroom was fairly clean wasn’t the best but you know there wasn’t any type of no leftover items from previous guests. There were not visible scuffs or nastiness. I would recommend them changing the shower curtain though that was a whole lot better than I would’ve expected it from a motel.

    Was told that I had traffic going into my room which I didn't I was at work and I had forgot my work badge in the room and asked my boyfriend to go get it cause he was close to the hotel and he forgot the key in the room. Then when I went to check in for my next stay that's when I was told I couldn't stay there any more. But I did find another place to stay for a lot cheaper and it was a lot bigger and it also had a fridge in it.

    I didn’t even stay the second night. I wasted my money ended up going somewhere else for the second night because there were too many gangsters walking around the parking lot people on drugs. The bed was terrible and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Worst hotel ever and a waste of money.

    I read other reviews saying the pool is never open and when I was there it wasn't open either. I have stayed at many Motel 6 locations and this is the first one that doesn't have a refrigerator unless you pay MORE! I didn't see that when reserving the room or I would not have chosen this location.

    Most of the staff besides one has been very pleasant and been super friendly and accommodating. I been staying here for a few days room service came a few times around 8:30-9 am banging on the door just to ask if we r checking out when it’s not even check out time but when I ask for toilet paper and towels no one comes back with them and I got to walk down to the office and most of the time the office ppl tell me to go to the cleaning ladies when they aren’t even out or around.

    Stay at A LOT of properties with my fair share of motel 6's and this was by FAR the worse experiance EVER. First off the office was closed upon arival at 3pm and no one showed up until after 4pm and l had a very tight timeline that day. After that the room was filthy with red stains on sheets, peeling paint, orange/red drips off sealing like old tobbaco smoke, bathroom was smallest lve ever seen with loose toilet and just nasty tub. Orderded upgrade room for a barley working mivrowave. The front door wouldnt lock and my daughter had to place chair in front of door when l had to leave. There is so much more but when l had to extend my stay I paid online and even went down to office to confim before 10am but around 4 pm cleaning staff came by currsing us and trying to remove us and threatend to call police with tresspasing charges. I could go on but you get the idea and IMO this is a trap house crack hotel that should be renting rooms by the hour! They could offer a weeks comp stay for all the issues but l would turn it down and advise ANYONE to avoid this placeike tge plauge!

    I travelled all the way from Los Angeles, California, with my family, to stay at this Motel 6 on Friday, March 20, 2026. Upon arrival, Tiffany, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. Once finally checked in, she gave me a defective key card (room 230). My family and I parked our car, grabbed as much stuff as we could from the car, and then headed upstairs (with two small children!). Where we parked, were prostitutes and smokers by the way. Anyway, once upstairs, we tried our key card 7 times to no avail. As a result, we went back to the car and drove back around to the front desk to rectify the situation. Tiffany retrieved the card, walked away, and came back with the same card. She said, "If it doesn't work, come back". We drove back around to park near room 230 to try the card again. After trying 3 more times, it still didn't work. Therefore, we asked for a refund. Tiffany rejected that and said that there was nothing more she could do. I demand a refund!!!

While we booked a non smoking room on the website, they still gave us a smoking room. No refrigerator and no microwave. This place is absolutely garbage and I barely criticize a motel this bad.     Front desk experience was great. Super nice and efficient. The property is not someplace you want to stay as a woman traveling alone. Thank God for my big dog. Very loud with all sorts of shady characters milling around. Empty bottles and paraphernalia all over. Had to drive my dog to a park for his big business because he refused to do it there. Avoid if at all possible.

    I deserve a refund. The room’s floor was filthy. The room had bedbugs and roaches. I have bites all over my body and had to buy supplies to kill the bugs and roaches. When I confided in the manager about the situation, she said she would move me to another room later in the day, but never followed up or moved me. Had to also buy an extension cord to hook the tv to the power strip as one of the outlets didn’t work. Otherwise I would’ve had to choose watching tv or plugging the the fridge. It’s pet friendly, but there is dog poop everywhere as people or staff aren’t cleaning up after the animals. Staff come early in the morning and yell to each other so there’s no sleeping in. One night a group of drunk people were outside my room and they fought the security when he asked them to leave. My room card would not stay activated, so every day I had to go to the front desk and reactivate the room key to access my room. The offered no toiletries but a small bar of soap, but at check in the clerk said the soap shipment never came in which prompted another trip to the store for soap, shampoo, and body wash. There is no iron or blow dryer in the rooms either. You have pay for an upgrade just to have a fridge and microwave in the room. When I checked out, the bedding was dirty from the floor dirt getting into the bedding.The maid yelled at me when I asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper when there was none left in the room, only one roll allowed.Had to trade dirty for clean towels or no new.

    The room was adequate for our purposes. However, the downsides were: 1.) the cockroach crawling up my wife's arm as she was sitting up on the end of the bed, 2.) when we first arrived in our room, there was only one wash cloth and one towel for the 2 of us, and 3.) the floor was extremely dirty so much so that our socks were black when we took them off before bed. My wife went up to the front desk to get another towel set and was told that she'd have to come back in the morning to get the towel set. Needless to say, one of us that did shower that first night after a long day in our car.

    The hotel was dirty, we asked for our trash to be the out and extra towels. No one came, I had to take the trash out and was told by the front desk to go to the laundry room for towels. There was trash in the parking lot the entire stay, no one ever cleaned it up. The keys only work for a day then you have to get them re keyed, I was not told the ahead of time. The older guy in the lobby was nice, the one with long hair was annoyed I came to get my key re keyed.

    There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to walk back to the front office to get some. The sink was backed up with ramen noodles. Took me 20 min of pushing the sink stop up and down to get the drain to clear. Had 3 people sitting literally in front of my room door when I first got there. Had to ask them to move so I could get into my room then they went back to sitting around the door to my room so it smelled like tobacco until they decided to leave. VERY bad motel for the price in my opinion.

    Booked two rooms that were suppose to have a fridge and microwave, neither one had them. The rooms were suppose to be non-smoking rooms, both smelt like someone chained smoked in them.     This place was terrible. I've never been at a place that has black mold in the rooms and smells like literal rat feces. There are so many other places you can choose over this. Unfortunately, this was a last minute trip and with most hotels being sold out, this was where we stayed. No shampoo, body wash. No iron or ironing board. My wife couldn't even use her blow dryer cause the switch kept shorting out. The 2nd night, we had to wait 40 minutes for the to program our room keys again cause one employee was on their phone and the other was arguing with a guest. Honestly, the worst stay at a hotel one ever had. Stay away.

    The room was definitely not cleaned. There were cigarette butts scattered on the floor, toilet paper roll was nearly finished, no towels, and the room smelled like cigarettes. We were unable to sleep due to sirens going off all night and the lobby was constantly locked where they only let a person in at a time, probably because of all the issues in the area. We did not end up staying the second night and we were told that if we checked out before 11 and spoke to the property manager we would get the second day refunded, unfortunately we only got a partial refund. Do not book here, even if it is just for a night, you will not sleep well!

    I’ve stayed here quite a few times. I like the decent prices if it’s a quick trip for me. However, yesterday when I went to check in the door to the lobby was locked for about 45 minutes. Nobody knew why and a line started forming with about 10 different people waiting to either check in or get help with a room issue. Some guy comes from the side of the building smoking a cigarette and says “what do you guys need” to everyone. Some guy needed his key replaced so he went in the lobby and locked the door again without helping anyone else. Then comes back out again 15 later to smoke and doesn’t acknowledge the rest of us standing out there, he’s laughing and talking to some other guys there (assuming they were friends or maintenance) like it’s social hour for him. Then goes back in and locks the door again. A few of us are just standing there dumbfounded. He comes back out to smoke again and is just laughing and talking then finally we ask for help and he’s annoyed as if we were bothering him at work. He finally unlocks the front door and his lack of urgency and desire to help was so off putting. He’s having food delivered, taking smoke breaks, completely ignoring the paying customers. Then the next morning I called the front desk to ask a question and the phone is ringing and ringing for a good 15-20 mins straight and my guess what that it was him working and he wasn’t going to answer the phone and sure enough, he finally answered the phone says “no” to my question and hangs up

    Todeo, asked me if I wanted non smoking which I told him yes. Upon walking into my room, I immediately smelled smoke and saw an ash tray on the table. I went back down and asked to be assigned to a different room. Todeo said sorry for the mistake as it showed in his system that room was non smoking and he gave me a different room. Todeo noted that the new room wont have a TV (which I was fine with) but it will have a fridge. Upon walking into the new room, it was smoke free but had no fridge as stated. Once I spent the night and woke up in the morning, I began making my bed when I noticed a dirty paw print on my sheets. I had to leave for work so I was not able to notify the front desk until after 6pm when I got back. Once I notified the front desk, they said that housekeeping had already left for the day and they couldnt provide me with any new sheets. Overall, not the best place to stay. Though the area felt mostly safe, the place was somewhat noisy and the area had some sketchy looking people around.

Based on the run down conditions of the property, the filth and bugs in the room we ended up booking a room elsewhere. Avoid this property if you are looking for a clean safe place to stay.

When we asked the front desk perso about the hot water sh just said ther wasn't any. I asked the manager about it the next morning, he said the washers used it all until 3 or 4 PM and then everyone showers so it's gone again. A very poor way to run a property. I believe this property be taken off expedia.

    The bathroom floor was peeling up and was not attached to the subfloor. Several the panels were just laying in place and creating a tripping hazard. Very poor maintenance. Virtually no water pressure at sink. And very little hot water in the shower. Hot water was on 100% and was only lukewarm

    Best Motel 6 I’ve stayed at. Everything in working condition. Super comfortable mattress, pillows and blankets are so soft and cozy. The rooms were super clean. I felt safe and comfortable. Customer service was exceptional, they made sure I had everything I needed. Very strong shower pressure and a comfortable bathtub to take a bath. Super close to Smith’s, Albertsons, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart, Target and Petsmart. Best thing is that they allow animals to stay and I couldn’t imagine to be separated from them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the care and attention. Above and beyond grateful

    In addition, the non-smoking room smelled terribly of cigarettes, even with the fan on all day and night it never went away. I did not stay for my booked 2nd night. The bed sheets were stained with what appeared to be makeup, as well as the bathtub. The chair had pencil marks on it. I would rather spend the extra bucks to stay at the boulder station hotel and casino. It glowed right through my window, mocking me. I ended up sleeping at a relatives house instead. Crammed on the floor with my mom. That was a more luxurious experience than this.

    I've stayed there twice before the management change. From the moment I walked in the room, I knew I couldn't stay there. I left the next day. Very unassuming and ghetto. Will never go back.

    Room was okay, but beat up. It appears that this has been worked on repeatedly since it was built in an attempt to keep it comfortable. The problem here is twofold. First, people like me like to save money. Not enough is going back into keeping it nice and the clientele is cheap like me. Secondly, this is an uphill battle with the location on the Boulder Highway, which according to me is a street that is the definition of "people who have made a lifetime of bad decisions". It doesn't help that the property DIRECTLY has a sidewalk where crackheads and reprobates live their lives of desperation. This cannot be changed by the owners or corporation. It is Las Vegas writ large. If I didn't have friends that live here I would go out of my way to avoid Nevada and this nasty city entirely. Sorry, but I have no love for Vegas. The property has an distinct battle to remain usable, but they're trying very hard and should be commended. It is the customers and the locals that hurt it.

    My husband and I arrived in Las Vegas on 10/9/25 for his mother's funeral on 10/11/25. This was a very high crime area. We had already booked for 1 week stay. We stayed at Motel 6 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. On Sunday both my husband and I ended up being admitted in Sunrise Hospital because we are both dialysis patients. So for the next 4 days we didn't stay at the motel because we were both hospitalized. That Thursday of the following week I called and spoke to the manager advising her we couldn't come to pay in person but tried to give her my credit card and she insisted we had to come in again in person with our identification cards again. This caused both my husband and I to check out of the hospital against doctors advice. The manager refuse to speak to the hospital's social worker nor would she accept a letter from the hospital. I paid again for Thursday hoping to be checked out by Friday morning. When we couldn't get out I went to the office to pay an additional day and was being charged $177. for the same room I paid $60 for the day before. When I refuse to pay this amount the manager said we had 30 minutes to vacate the premises. We had already paid for 4 days we weren't there. Also we were never able to shower one time because on day one the handicap shower was broken. I reported both the shower and the sink being stopped up. They did unstop the sink but fix the shower the same day and time we were given 30 minutes to vacate. This shouldn't have happened

    We never checked in due to the condition of the office and parking lot. The homeless and drug addicts were overrunning the area. The area was filthy and the office window was cracked. Very seedy.

    Room smelled like stale cigarettes, there was no blankets had to use only a sheet. T.V. reception was bad couldn't get any channels to watch. Desk clerk was nice, when I called to see if there was an early arrival, the person girl on the phone was rude. I will not return to the motel again.

    You get what you pay for. Quick access, pet friendly, late night check in. Was in a bad area though, a lot of traffic. As in what's typical of drug activities. People screaming at each other upon arrival. Cops showing up. Room hadn't been swept in awhile but beds were clean. Probably wouldn't stay again, but it was convenient for what I needed at the moment.

    I had an unfortunate issue getting up at 6am on Saturday morning to the sound of rain. Rain that was coming from the room above and coming into the fan/light assembly in my bathroom. I was in Room 155, so I'm thinking that it was Room 255 that had some sort of major leak when someone was in the shower. The staff was really helpful in that respect when I told them about the problem. They put me in the room next door and everything was fine from then on. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay. This looks like an older property and could use some TLC in the room; i.e. paint, minor maintenance, etc.

    While it was very inexpensive to stay there, the property is very rundown. There is no garbage can in the bedroom which is not a big deal but it is a pain. The air conditioner ran constantly trying to keep the room cool and it was very rattly while it was running

    The area clearly doesn't afford a 5 star but the representation was not favorable. The sign was missing as well and only one ice machine on the very front. Every worker I encountered had someone on their cell phone on speaker. Maybe for safety not sure but a security guard might be a better deterrent. I hope I never need this particular location again

    I arrived and checked in at 3pm dropped my stuff off in the room and left I didn't come back till around midnight. Once back at the room I was able to see just how dirty the place was the floor's had blk dirt residue everywhere that was easily wiped up with a rag so I know they didn't mop or hadn't in awhile the towels had Mark's on them so did the sheets. I work for house keeping at Caesars Palace this had to be 1 of the worst rooms I've ever seen idk how they passed inspection bathroom outlet doesn't work either no updated anything you'd think by now they have desks or lamps with charging ports in them. I want a refund Everytime I went to the front desk nobody was there. I finally gave up just to lay on the bed and it just sunk in turned into a boat and I mean a complete Sink whole something was seriously broken underneath.

    We had booked via Expedia. When we landed in Las Vegas on June 12th 2025, we were unable to get in contact with the hotel. On reaching out to Expedia over phone, we were surprised to know that the hotel was permanently closed & we had to then struggle to find an alternate stay late in night at extra cost. This scenario was not expected from a premier hospitality institution like yours. We expect to be suitably compensated.

    It's a rough area, and while I understand you're trying to improve it, the people who frequent the hotel can be intimidating. When we came out to unload our car, a strange lady appeared out of nowhere, creepily grinning at us. She was standing on the steps near our room. One of us had to stand guard while we unloaded our belongings, which was quite unsettling.

    Out of our 4 night stay, we killed 3 cockroaches! Tiles were loose and were taped with blue tape. Bathroom sink was scratched. The commode had a brown stain. The microwave door was loose, and there was no Kleenex in the room. Plus, our neighbors were so loud even at 2:00 in the morning! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

    Even though I booked a non smoky room we got a room that smelled like disgusting cigarette. We asked to change the room but the reception told us that all the rooms are that way. Why do you claim to be a non smoking hotel if you aren't. My wife has Asthma and had a very bad cough. It was late in the night and we didn't have an option to find another hotel. With peak winter, we kept the window open and slept in coldness. While booking we saw the hotel claimed to ha e continental breakfast. All we got was sugary muffins and coffee. The rooms and bathroom were dirty. The rooms located on the second floor are sort of very difficult to get to. We had to climb some steep stairs that were slippery and the steel railing in front of the room was not safe to walk. Overall a very poor experience. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone especially families with young children.

    The property was shabby and not at all worth staying in.     They had you sign & initial this form of everything you would not do and that is not allowed. However they had that same activity going on as i was signing. Our room was nothing like pictures. Our bed was full not queen & girl said well that's the size of them all. There was so much space on front door that where was a pile of dirt when we came in. All furniture was in bad condition. It was stained, chipped, broken. The sockets by desk did not work so no lamp, no place to plug charger for phone. Only 1 small trash can for you to use. On 2nd day our key card was not working & they had to let us in laundry room to get ice for our cups we brought. They did not give you ice bucket or cups. They advertised breakfast which we never went to however on check-out day we went to grab coffee & it was just about empty. We told lady she said yeah well coffee time is over anyways. The workers acted as if everything was not a big deal & as if we were bothering. This place was not a good place at all. Now i see why they had great prices on a valentine weekend.
