    Not one thing The ignorance of the staff the invasion of my privacy that the pool closed so early that was the main reason I went that the night entertainment that they advertise is non-existent because they're closed all of them that are like everything that they were was a lie they you guys charged me a booking fee I mean a resort fee and then they turn around and return charged me the same resort and neither one of you guys want to return it so that's what I have to say about you guys and them

    By far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. The photos posted online are nothing like the hotel. The hotel is a dive and in a really bad area. I felt like I walked into a horror film and was not going to leave alive. It was truly scary and gave a chilling vibe. Do not believe the photos posted they are nothing like the hotel. We arrived at 3:40pm and were charged a $35 early check in fee. I saw maybe 2 other guests during our stay and the parking lot was empty. It truly was like a scene out of a seedy low budget horror film.

    You don’t want to be the strip. Just a short uber ride to get there. Beautiful pool which was lovely and quiet. Would def visit again.

    Room smelled terrible. Bathroom was so dirty . Bed sheets had stains. Didn’t even sleep on the bed because it smelled and looked dirty. There was an actual butt stained into the bench outside of the door. That smelled. Horrified ?

    The hotel looked exactly like the pictures, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. We especially want to mention the guy at the entrance/security — he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. His positive energy honestly made our mood better every time we came in. Small things like that really make a difference. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. The only small downside was the additional hotel/resort fee that we had to pay on top of the booking price. It was around $30+, and we didn’t expect it at first, so it was a little неприятний сюрприз. But overall, everything else was great.

    The building is very unique! It is very old though. The staff was very polite although the clerk who checked me in misunderstood some of the charges. I don't know that I would stay here again but it was a nice hotel for the price.

    This little spot screams old beautiful Vegas. It might not be as fancy as the Bellagio or resort world but it is on a good location. The staff is amazing and it’s just so cool. If you’re more concerned with enjoying yourself and spending money on experiences, then this is the hotel to stay at. It’s not overpriced. It’s beautiful. It’s clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I give it five stars if I can add an extra five stars on for the Staff I would. A+ place.

    Some of the staff was really nice Our door didn’t close so if you left anyone could walk by and push it open. When talking to staff they said just slam the door. That didn’t solve the problem. They also charged us for smoking in their room when neither I or my wife have ever smoked before. We also left that room so clean that they probably didn’t even clean it. It’s a very land lord special kind of hotel with cheap paint and stickers over the elevator buttons that make it appear better than it is.

    Pool was unkept, there was no spa, shoddy internet, no bar, advertised as a 420 friendly property and it hasn’t been for over a year, no free parking…and that’s just starting with the property itself. With the room, the bathroom door was all warped so it couldn’t shut. The pillows were terrible and the beds way too firm, like sleeping on the floor. There are no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. Property is right next to the freeway so constant noise of reving vehicles and emergency sirens at all different times of the day. For the price you can go to a standard Hilton base property and get better and no get stuck paying for resort fees. Just another way to stick it to the customer. Not planning to revisit this area of Vegas or this property ever again.

    The lobby was nice I didn’t like that I stayed for four days and asked for housekeeping to clean, and nobody cleaned our room or gave us clean towels. We asked for an iron and the front desk lady said that they didn’t have irons which we found an iron on our floor in an open door of storage. She was just too lazy to get it for us. They didn’t care to check if we needed anything. We took our own trash out which was ridiculous. No closet just shelves you can use. Definitely will not stay here again.

    The photos are much newer the PENTHOUSE has no microwave no kitchen sink and it’s little rough hotos can be deceiving I would not be staying again. It was little dirty little damaged as well the area is sketchy police were there in more than one occasion and it is located in sin city strip basically on the road with only stop clubs it’s also a topless pool incase that’s an issue

    I did not like anything they charge me a $30 a day and I did not have no food. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. The spy was closed. There was remodeling the hotel wasn’t nothing open but the pool it was horrible. The hotel was under remodeling and no one told me they just took my money and charged me every day. A result fee of $30 and the spa was closed. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. Nothing wasn’t open but the pool everything else was closed you couldn’t get no food or anything.

As for years I’ve given this place chance after chance to be what it used to be. Probably two people running the whole place. Dirty. Understaffed. No amenity is. Things broken. I could go on and on.

It would have been nice the have a courtesy email giving us a heads up so we could have the option of cancelling. Hotel seemed a little run down. Drawers in the room were broke. Only 1 very small trash in the rooms. They also need a soap holder in the shower

It was under unnoticeable "reno" the bar was closed, the food was closed, the room is disgusting (formerly it was a hook up hotel) and remains looking that way, visible signs of gross all over the room. I left and did not sleep there, there wasn't an clean options, no food, no drinks. The Artisan was beautiful and local friendly, it needed cleaning more often, the Lexi was a themed local spot with a cool bar and food, now it's just a glorified off highway hookup motel. They can do better for the prices as low as they may seem, it's still not worth it.

    European tanning was our main reason for pickimg this hotel. It was a weekday so we were one of a couple people at the Hotel. It's a little weathered and aged but I think it has huge potential after a little TLC. Looking forward to visiting again.

    This was our first time there, but I really liked feel of the lobby. I felt like I was in a historic hotel. Staff was great and they were able to accommodate my larger truck and trailer since it was a weekday and plenty of parking spot were open. The main reason we picked this hotel was the European style tanning in the pool area. Love it when my wife doesn't have tan lines!

    Lexi is awesome. They no longer have smoking in your room but the property is still 420 friendly. The staff is excellent. The pool area offers plenty of places to relax and enjoy. My room was spotlessly clean. I enjoyed staying there.

    The Lexi initially was okay, but of my 4 nights there, I did not have any hot water during 2 mornings of my stay and only mildly tepid one morning.     This hotel is not something I would ever consider staying again, unfortunately it was non refundable so we lost our money for the booking plus a $35 resort fee. It’s very old and dirty on the outside, it’s not inviting and it has a creepy vibe just being there, we checked in, stayed for about an hour and me and my wife lef.

    Staff was nice and respectable allowed to smoke outside within the designated areas with no extra bull going on.. staff was very welcoming and water was hot. Nice place away from the noise but close enough to still engange I uber and caught a cab and it was reasonable if you don’t get a rental. Room was clean, pool area is nice didn’t enjoy it much but it it’s a beauty. Will be back guaranteed if it’s under same management x staff

    The Lexi is the best kept secret in Las Vegas based on its staff alone. My wife and I come her roughly once a month for staycations since we are locals. The employees at the front desk are always extremely helpful and attentive to your needs beginning with Ashley, Monique and Rayman. The security is top notch with Torey, Pj and the rest of the security crew making sure that guests feel safe. The bartenders and waitresses always give you service with a smile and appear to be genuinely friendly people. I have even had a chance to talk to one of the maids a couple times and she has always catered to our every need. But the real jewel is Lizzie who works out at the pool.... she is always busting her butt and is sweet as can be. I simply do not have words in my lexicon to describe how pleasant my experiences have been with the Lexi's staff thus far. In a word "Bravo!"

    The penthouse was great! We had a small hiccup on day one with the air conditioning, but we realize that's not their fault. The staff went WAY out of their way to rectify the problem and truly treated us like VIPs for the rest of our stay. They were so good that I reserved the penthouse for another whole week in the future, before I even left the property. I'd like to acknowledge Simon, Dani, Evie, and the phenomenal security team for making our stay truly luxurious and comfortable.

    Terrible customer service. The price per night they show on this website which was $110 changed once we tried to check in . We and several other guests not staying with us were told that there was only one room available at that price and it was already occupied. For us to stay in a room exactly like the one on the websites would cost over $200 per night. We where not informed about the charges before our arrival so we had no we were not able to find another hotel anywhere near that area because it was a holiday weekend, we had to drive 2 hours away to find a hotel with availability. This ruined our planned casino weekend. I do not recommend this place.

    If you are looking to party after a long day of traveling then this is the place for you. If not - do not book here. The hotel was hosting a party and had a dj that played loud music. Our room was right by the fire escape and you could hear the music loud as ever in the room, it sounded like we were at the event. The place in general did not look clean and the service of the employees was subpar. If I’m being completely honest it was very run down and my husband nor I felt comfortable at all. Everything was not a great experience about this place which ultimately resulted in us booking another stay somewhere else for the night. This place is a waste of money, ghetto, and wouldn’t even refund me for the inconvenience. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

While sending you to a floor of rooms all numbered 420… I guess they didn’t expect I would’ve kept proof…(see photo) The property refused to help at check in and so did Expedia. I was forced to accept the bait & switch while being refused a refund. There’s no $50 “food credit” either. Front desk is tired of hearing complaints over the scam reservations and takes it out on guests. Very rude about it.     Horrible hotel I don’t even know how it’s still open for business. The area seems abandoned. When me and my wife come into our room there is no bathroom door, but staff didn’t care. The towels had that smell when something doesn’t dry correctly. You can hear everything in the hallways. And on our last day Sunday going to Monday someone decides to let a third party rent their pool area. They had a DJ play music from 10pm to 10am like blasting non stop. It was horrible, I suggest to stay away from this Hotel.

    The lobby is OK. Feels somewhat acceptable & what I would expect from a nice hotel. The elevator is small * cramped. Once the doors open to your floor, you get the immediate sense that you've made a mistake (and trust me, you have). When I went into my room, I was hit with an awful smell. It smelled somewhat chemical and my eyes legitimately burned a little. Beyond the awful smell, the LIGHTING was absolutely terrible. All white light (not warm). There was no way to feel at peace here with the lighting. I felt like I was stuck in an office building with a buzzing white light flickering above me. I was so appalled by this room that I went downstairs to talk to the front desk staff. They were zero help whatsoever. Just said they couldn't put me in another room. Kept asking, "Can you describe the smell?" Just go up and smell it for yourself! I was scheduled to stay two nights. I asked if they would refund me the second night because I was so unhappy with my room and they said they would have to speak to the manager. The manager was no help. They charged me for the second night even though I checked out the following morning. This place was SO bad that I left Las Vegas a day early because I would rather leave the city altogether than stay in that dump another night. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My second day there all I smelled on tge 4th floor was weed smoking as im going back and forth downstairs and out into the parking area to smoke my bud in fear of losing my deposit. The location was sketchy and surrounded by strip clubs and porn shops and the night we checked in seemed like they were having a satanic event with all the pentagrams we saw in there. As we went to check in we waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before someone decided to come assist and check us in. We asked security to call someone to the front desk, my husband even went to knock on the office door. When we went up to our room (#302) we walked in and turned on the light and it was blinking like a strobe light! The water in the shower was cold the entire time, as a matter of fact, the water in the sink was hotter than the water in the shower. This was a horrible hotel! By this point, we were not going to go back down to complain about any of it because we might have been shot at. We were there for the Wrestlemania event and all other hotels were sold out along the strip and everywhere in Las Vegas so we really had no option to go anywhere else.

    The rates were cheap and for the price it’s not a bad pick. The food from the restaurant was pretty decent. The pool had nothing going on and virtually nobody there all weekend. I’m sure it’s pretty fun when they can get some people into the building but we went on a dead weekend apparently so we spent far more time off property. Staff was also hit it miss. The gentleman at our check in was great! Did an awesome job, very friendly, the further into the stay the less friendly the staff was but we didn’t interact all too often so no big deal. The bad seemed ok, like it had potential but again, we were there on a dead weekend. Oh well. Overall we wouldn’t stay there again unless there is some sort of event, even a small event would be fine…but it was a ghost town. We are going to keep an eye on it and wait for something to be happening and give it another shot.

    I liked the place a lot, just dont like what happened to me, some contractor shut the elevator down while i was in it, and im claustrophobic, which created a bad vacation because my blood pressure was to high to do anything else, which means i lost ticket money on a few shows i coulnt attend . And i was promised a refund, but no one will contact about it, or tell me why the ambulance was turned away that i calles fromm 911 while i was IN the elevator!!!!!

    This was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We were unable to check in to our room until nearly 2 hours AFTER check in time. Our room was not ready, along with 18 other people who were waiting in the lobby. When we finally got our keys we got on the elevator to discover the numbers on the buttons don’t actually coordinate with the correct floor number. When we got to our room, two employees were in there. I’m assuming they were still checking to see if they were made ready. Our a/c did not work, and was never fixed during our stay. We were lucky that the windows opened, and we were able to get cool air. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it. There was only a flat sheet, and a duvet insert with no duvet cover. I tried to order a club sandwich and an orange juice on the second day of our stay. The bartender brought me an orange juice with ice in it, who does that, then informed me they didn’t have bacon or tomato. I confirmed I still wanted the sandwich. 10 minutes later she came back to say they also didn’t have lettuce. At that point I canceled the order. They catered the event we were in town for that night, and the ahi tuna appetizer had an appalling fishy taste. I didn’t eat anything else after that. At check out the front desk attempted twice to charge us $21 for “water bottles”. Water bottles were not provided, much less proper bed linens or a/c. On top of the incidental charge at check in they also charge 39 per night and 13% charges on all bar tabs.

    The so-called air purifier looked like it was from the 1980s and didn’t even work. To make matters worse, we were greeted with a dirty towel on the floor and no hot water in the shower after a long day of travel. The app for ordering room service didn’t function, and the menu items looked unappetizing online with ridiculously high prices. When I went to the front desk to complain, they refused to refund my stay or offer any meaningful compensation. Instead, they moved me to another “smoking room,” which was just as disgusting—complete with a dirty bandage on the floor, a dirty ashtray, and a broken heater that fell to the ground when I tried to adjust it. At 1 AM, the front desk offered to send a technician, but I was too exhausted to deal with it by that point. The lack of care, cleanliness, and basic functionality at this hotel is staggering.     Before booking I called and property “read” the fees they had. Time of check in ended up paying $150 extra in fees for parking lot, club, pool, “water bottles in the room”. (They were actually $10/ water bottle) and spa. (Spa was still under construction).

    Over all it was a good place to sleep. The room was a little dirty i found part of a used eyelash clump on the bathroom floor, and there were some random long black hairs on the ground. The floor was uneven in some spots so as someone who trips alot it wasnt the best. The walls arent well insulated so you could hear everyone going up and down the halls. The staff was super nice and friendly and the hotel did not smell like cigarettes like most hotels in vegas. Even though there were some issues my family would stay here again.

    When we arrived at the time for check-in, our room wasn't ready. They were still cleaning it out, and it was around 3:30 pm. We waited for about 30 minutes. At the time to check out, no one could be found in guest services. Even the security was looking for the front desk personnel. Yes, it was a little noisy at night due to the club downstairs. Other than that, it was okay for a one-night stay. And also the waters that they provide in the rooms is extra for a Ridiculous charge of $10 dollars a bottle

    This hotel feels sketchy and is located off the strip. It used to have a good reputation when it was called The Artisan, but since the rebranding, it’s gone downhill. The quality has significantly dropped, and it’s definitely not what it used to be. I wouldn’t recommend staying here especially when Vegas has so many more economical options off the strip.

    Cons-Our bed had 3 sets of sheets, no blankets and the hotel doesn’t provide any blankets, our toilet leaked water, there wasn’t a full shower door (only half). Biggest con was the noise- we could hear club music until 3-4am and could hear people walking around upstairs

    Absolutely loved my first stay. I predict I'll be back a lot. The pool was divine. I loved the party on Thur and Friday night. The screen in the smoking area that captured your body was so cool. Never seen anything like it. Can't wait till my next stay. Highly recommend.

    My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and it was very comfortable and welcoming. All the staff was excellent, from the lifeguards to the dj’s, the front desk and the bartenders. Very accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable bed and nice shower. Friday night they had a dj at the pool and Sat. night a dj inside. We had a nice time hanging out at the pool with some drinks. Very relaxing environment especially since there’s no kids running around being kids. We will definitely be staying here again when in town. We liked being off of the strip.

    Liz (lifeguard) is wonderful. I was there in August and again this past weekend and always goes above and beyond. Seven the bartender was friendly, very polite and professional. It made up for the elevator being down on my last stay.

    As I checked I was hit by $70 in resort fees. I hate surprise fees. Why not include in the price?! Then asked to sign a waiver that I would not get a refund if checking out due to noise. Wait… What?! Apparently they host parties were music could be loud until 3am. So don’t book if you want to see. Topless optional pool gave me an inkling as to their ideal guest. Rooms were dirty and sparse and I believe they have bed bugs. I woke up with bites all on one side. Not food onsite and staff seemed totally disengaged. Will never come back. Check all reviews carefully before you decide. I wish I had!

    First of all… There is no front desk staff. I’m not joking. We went down to the lobby several times and no one is at the front desk. There’s also no ice machine. The rooms are very basic. The air-conditioning does not work properly so we were hot the entire time. There’s no food or beverage, no water or coffee in the foyer. I’ve stayed at motel six hotels that are better than this place. Do not recommend.

    Probably one of the best stays I had in Las Vegas. I don’t know why it was so many complaints about this place. You stay in a 21 and up hotel. Of course the music will be playing late. Honestly the music does not bother me and the pool area was a vibe. The service was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The elevator does not work that’s the down side but overall stay omg! Loved it so much. This will be my forever place when I come to Vegas!

    The elevator was out, and will be out indefinitely. So we had to haul all of our bags (7 of them) up 4 flights of stairs. Luckily, their valet person helped us. But it was still a major inconvenience. I wish they would have upgraded us to a lower floor, preferably in a Penthouse suite.

    Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator didn't work. Loud music in the pool area all afternoon and evening. No problem with a pool party but some quiet time down there would have been nice. I also got raging diarrhea from the Ceasar's Palace buffet and the fan in my bathroom didn't work. Will not stay here again.

    Where do I begin!!!!! We got the penthouse suite. When we got there nobody told us The a/c wasn't working. They had a portable a/c unit in the bedroom! The hotel gave creepy vibes! On our last night we left to enjoy the strip. Woke up the next morning & my husband MCM duffle bag was missing! We search the whole room until he finally went downstairs to the front desk & it was behind the counter! My husband asked how did it get here & security stated be lucky you got it back! I wouldn't stay here again if it was free!!! Don't walk Run!!

    I love the property & the pool, but was on the 3rd floor & elevator wasn't working the whole time there & we had to walk up all those stairs on the outside of the building in all that heat! If my time there was longer, I would have switched to another hotel, because I am a 66 year old lady & walking up those stairs, on the outside of the building was very rough on me, & took awhile to feel OK once I got into my room & had to drink almost a whole bottle of water to recover!
