Do not stay in room 209. It is very very loud. All the noise banging and slamming doors on the 1st floor and the street traffic was all night. We got very little sleep so I likely will not stay there again

The food servers are only nice when serving you but if they see you outside of the eating area they’re not as friendly

And also, housekeeping kept in knocking on our door starting at 9:30 am and then at 11:00 am when check out was not until 12 pm . This was so disruptive specially when we were still in bed at 9:30 am

Excellent hotel off the strip, across from the convention center. All great except for a sliding door to the bathroom that does not close fully. Fun when you are not traveling alone:)

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable

It was neat, plenty of room. The only thing that we were sad about was that the original room we reserved for our honeymoon on the top floor wasn’t ready at check-in time so they had to put us in a room 6 floors down. It was a very smooth check-in process and secure, and just what you hope for when you are exhausted from traveling.

The lady at the front desk with the blonde hair who checked me in was very pleasant and friendly! I really liked the room size, layout, and the bathroom. When I was trying to get in at night the front sliding door was locked and I was struggling to get it to open with my keycard. The man inside at the front desk saw me struggling and didn’t even offer to help me, even though he wasn’t busy. He literally just watched me struggle.

Staff seemed impatient and overwhelmed upon arrival.

The staff was the best!!!! Very nice and helpful

The room was meh at best. Floors were dirty (like disgusting). Bed sheets and bathrooms were clean. Nothing worked properly (water bottle refill stations always out of service, and elevator out of service, etc). Just a disappointment. My advice: spend more and stay at a much nicer hotel.

Staff are good. Check in and Check out are easy. But couldn’t get the room with Sphere views. Everything is charged - Internet, Parking, Breakfast and even Water bottles.

I typed in the dust when I arrived “please clean me”. It is one thing to have a room where you do that but it is another level of problem when every day for 3 days they came in to clean the room and missed the words “please clean me” on the dust. This is not the standard of a Marriott.

The staff was amazing. They gave us great recommendations for shows and the restaurant was great.

Breakfast was really good! 1. The room cards did not work for the parking and the reception changed it several times, but still did not work. 2. There was a strange scent on our floor (4th) 3. Out breakfast was included, but at the end, during the checkout I was still billed for that. In case if I missed the charge I would have lost my money. 4. The toilet and the washbasin were in separate rooms :( The only thing that was good, was the breakfast! It was really tasty and fresh! The personnel was also willing to help, but sometimes failed to do that properly.

Construction on upper floors started before 9am, that’s my only gripe. All in all it was a fantastic stay with helpful staff and tasty restaurant.

Front desk hospitality was great and nice. Security for getting to the floor you were on was very nice to see that you needed to swipe your key card to activate using the elevator to your floor. Having sight line of the sphere from the back of the hotel and actually our room Menu options weren't very great and couldn't locate a menu in the room for room service food options. Parking was easy but was charged more then what a hotel or resort on the strip charged for a day parking pass even being a guest at the hotel. It was a long walk to and from Las Vegas Blvd, it would of been helpful for suggestions from the hotel about travel accommodations of the train being way closer to this location off of Paradise Ave rather than walking to Las Vegas Blvd for possible bus route.

The hotel staff was very nice, excellent service and very clean. Good distance to the strip as well, also had a nice outdoor area.

Location No hot water in the sink I called the office they send the plumbing but he make it worse he make the cold water very slow and the hot water still not working for 3 days, I need my money back

Was shocked and disappointed when we first walked into our room. The photos were much nicer than the room itself was which was very outdated and much smaller than the photos led you to believe. Wallpaper peeling off the wall, bathroom not so nice. We spent the morning looking for another hotel to move into. Too bad when you have such a short amount of time in Vegas. The front desk staff though I must say were very pleasant and helpful. They balanced out our crummy room. Though I knew that they were rennovating the lobby area and restaurants, we should have been warned about the room conditions. I could see staying there if we had gotten a good deal on the room but was pretty much the going rate. Got an even cheaper rate at the Hilton.

Perfect location for an event at the convention center. Otherwise, it's a good location. Beware of the charge to connect to the wifi in the building if you are not a member of their Bonvoy club. The Marriott website clearly lists Free Wifi under amenities (and not just free for members), but then they charge you.

The room size and the location of the hotel makes it easy to get in and out. When we were there, the hotel is undergoing a renovation. It gets a bit noisy in the morning when we want to sleep in.

I travel to Vegas a lot and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. From before I checked in until I checked out, the high level of customer service and attentiveness was top tier! Every question, issue, need, or want was responded to in a timely fashion and with a solution. Would definitely stay here again.

The price was too high but the pillows were really uncomfortable

Nice hotel off the main strip, so it was quiet with minimal vehicle and foot traffic. It is across from the convention center if you need that. Staff was great. From the arrival and offer of a water (in Vegas you need that), to getting me a room a little early they were fantastic. Restaurant is undergoing renovations, but they had breakfast and dinner available on another floor to accommodate. Quick and easy check in and check out. Room was comfortable. Good overnight stay.

Being a Marriott Rewards member let's me choose Marriott wherever I go. I feel extremely at home staying at a Marriott Hotel, especially when travelling alone that requires security. This facility is placed in front of the Convention Center, at a short distance from the train that take you to the main area of the Strip in Las Vegas. The associates are very pleasant and helpful to solve your requirements, always welcoming you with their best professional attitudes. The hotel suffered an internet outage of 2 consecutive days. More than 48h without any wifi and internet service. My travel was impacted by this outage. Also, they did not offer official service of calling a taxi for instance. They suppose you will call a taxi or uber direct from your mobile. As I did not have a local telephone line or internet service into the hotel or in my mobile, they help anyway by calling a taxi driver by their own personal devices. The people there was great in supporting guests. So, if you plan to stay there, take attention to: wifi is paid (and you can be without service anyway), breakfast is paid, have your mobile with a local plan for internet and app's installed to have the services you need.

No free wifi according to the receptionist. In 21st century I would expect every hotel to offer internet. I don’t think this is asking much. No clean towels enough for all of us.

Was only there for a night. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room felt outdated and there was a very bad smell coming from either the chair or carpet. Thankfully the room was large enough that it didn’t affect our sleeping. Notified them at check out about it but housekeeping really should have noticed it.

My room wasn't fully clean once I got in it. Other than that the stay and experience is fine. If you don't book directly with the hotel or are not a Bonvoy member, wifi is not free.

Liked my experience here the staff was pretty friendly and all smiled and made me and my buisness partner feel welcomed into their establishment.The breakfast isn't too bad it's a bit pricey and the barbecue chicken flatbread was something to remember I'd definitely recommend trying that for lunch if you stay here. Rooms were clean and offered a lot of space and not too bad views. Beds we're comfortable and had at least 4 pillows on them which was nice. Would recommend this place for sure if you're looking for a hotel that doesn't make you wanna triple check if your doors locked which id recommend doing anyways but this place feels safe.

Everything was great, staff was super friendly, hotel was clean, everything was great. Except was never I formed of parking charges!!!! At check in or check out. I don’t mind paying BUT hidden charges in my opinion. That’s super sneaky. That is not good business practice. When I called to question charges I was informed that when making reservations it specified and it did not.

This hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful

Everything was great except the Ahi Tuna Salad. The dressing was SO acidic that it ruined the salad. The AHI was prepared wonderfully tho. Try taste-testing before you choose the dress' suppliers. My tongue is still a mess from it.

Great property and conveniently located. Staff very professional. Only irksome topic is the $25 parking fee which is the main reason I shied away from even considering MGM properties. Wynn Resort and the Venetian which are more strategically located than Las Vegas Marriott don't charge this unreasonable fee.

The people at the hotel were very friendly, and overall, the hotel itself was clean. Nothing was extraordinary about it, but it was a typical Marriott hotel. However, the area it was in wasn't great. There was very limited dining nearby, many vacant lots around, and having to step around homeless on the way walking back from the Strip.

Room was very clean and had everything me and my family needed.

The checkout staff was rude. Everyone else was great.

i just wish there was more trash cans in the room & the phone didn’t work in my room over all I felt comfortable & safe thank you to the staff

It was New Year's Eve in Vegas and we were lucky to find a room at all so this was great. Off the beaten path but close to a tram station so it worked well. It's a convention hotel with big box hotel ambiance but suited us well. The staff was gracious in accommodating our Cruise America van for parking.

It was a very pleasant experience. I only stayed one night, and mostly not in the hotel. I didn't try their café or bar. However, I was very pleased with the elegant atmosphere and internal design. The staff that I interacted with were kind and patient. They provided accessories like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and ample towels and wash cloths. I had no trouble falling asleep (although I was very tired anyways). The parking garage is off of the streets, secluded, and protect, and I felt safe on the hotel's premises.

Great alternative to typical Vegas- big casino hotels with all the comforts of a large hotel in a pleasant space. Bell staff is limited so be prepared for self service with luggage. Parking is safe/secure. The pool features a Jacuzzi. On site restaurant and bar too. Convention Center can get loud if theres a band so be prepared or bring ear plugs. The hotel is perfect for a layover stay or last night transition out of Vegas.
