The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and the food was very good. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were excellent here. We stayed two separate nights and the front desk attendant remembered us when we came back after a few days. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The bath tubs were very creaky when showering. The noise was annoying and not very confidence-inspiring in regards to the construction quality.

Tragically there was nothing exciting about the room or the service. The free breakfast was normal cheap calories. The staff at check in was polite and efficient. It was an unremarkable. Personally I feel the service and facilities did not justify the cost of the nights stay.

The room and grounds were all clean and check in was smooth and cordial. The morning of my departure, I used the iron provided in the room and on the first stroke it soiled and stained my white dress shirt. The underside of the iron had a sticky and dark substance near the steam holes at the top and left a brown smear on my shirt. I delivered the soiled and faulty iron to the front desk clerk. She offered to have the shirt cleaned, however it was my only shirt and seemed permanently stained.

People were still eating and one person had to request for some more eggs and sausage and the food attendant had to get them from the inside since she already took them all away . If breakfast is from 7-10 AM , why wasn't followed? Also add more options or choices , not everyone would like to eat eggs , bacons , potatoes, and sausages everyday .

This hotel is clean and the staff are really nice. The breakfast was great. They have 24hr coffee machine and water available for guests. The pool and hot tub are also open 24hrs. It is an older hotel but it’s kept clean. There is also laundry room available. The location is great.

I really liked the location and facility. The staff was awesome esp the General Manager and the front desk associate, Mary Rose. Very friendly and helpful. On that alone I give top marks. Breakfast was great. There were flood lights in the parking lot that were very bright at night. I understand this may be done for safety purposes so I did not deduct from my score.

The staff is excellent, and the hotel offers a nice breakfast selection with eggs, breakfast meats and potatoes. When we arrived, our room smelled strongly of hot dogs. Also, housekeeping slipped our room one day.

Not clean at all. Human and pet hair everywhere. Old food on walls and dirty fridge. Curtains were very dirty also.

We drove all the way from east coast to Nevada. When we arrived the hotel it was hours early before the regular checking in time. The staff kindly let us to check in to the room which is a big help and we enjoyed stay for two nights. We would highly recommend.

Staff is incredible. So helpful. Good is good. Anything complimentary is great these days. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was very clean. I was happy about that. We will definitely stay again.

Location was very accessible. We did not take time to eat breakfast. Our stay was perfect. We had a great room, it was very comfortable and clean.

Excellent budget stop. Obviously much cheaper than the casinos, but without sacrificing much. Clean facilities, in good condition. Clean. Very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again on my business travels.

Room size Staff were rude La Quinta used to be such a nice accommodative type hotel. Now that Wyndham has taken over the staff could care less about their treatment and it is all about how many charges that can add on. So a one night stay at 120.00 changes to 223.00

Great option for an off-Strip location. No extra charge for parking, internet, or breakfast. You get a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and range in the rooms. The lobby coffee machine is available 24/7 (wasn't too bad for a machine) as is the pool and workout room. All staff were extremely nice/professional and I can tell they care about what they're doing. The place isn't new but is very well maintained -almost immaculate. Daily breakfast was excellent. I hiked at Red Rock Canyon a couple days so if you're doing that, this hotel is an added bonus as it's a fairly quick drive to the park.

I have allergy to dog danders but did not have any reaction while there. When the A/C was off, there was a bit of a smell when you came into the hot room but i must have been the nylon in the carpet. Everything was perfectly clean each day. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean. It had partial shade, which was nice. It was other families using it when we were there and they liked our kids music played o blue tooth speaker. Making a waffle was fun. plenty of healthy breakfast items. the little packs of butter could have been brought out of fridge to soften up , so as to be spreadable.

Location was very good for a visit with teen granddaughter. Room placement was very convenient and thoughtful for walking the pup and access to the car, though the pup wouldn’t even go near the fowl smelling tiny spot of fake grass. Pool was great. Staff were wonderful. Way more than I’ve spent in the past (every year) for comparable properties over the years. I was told breakfast included gluten free items but either there wasn’t any or nothing was marked. A ‘O’ for the breakfast which was disappointing for the price of the room.

Loved that breakfast was available and plentiful. Since I was there for several days, I would have enjoyed a bit more variety in the daily menu. Also, the manager of the hotel was really outstanding. He was very patient and helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Elevator was out of order for awhile.

+Location is an ideal spot in central Summerlin with many restaurants/stores nearby +Customer service was good, check in was fairly fast/easy, and they were able to accommodate my request for room; loved that the room had a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge/freezer +Clean and safe area +Pet friendly ($25/night) & they have a small relief station in the back +Breakfast included (I didn't get to try it :( but it seemed busy and there was a hot food station) +Pool and hot tub is open 24 hours (Didn't get to utilize either :( ) -Fairly pricey for a stay in mid-March ($250+/night); spent over $750 for a 3-night stay (Thursday-Sunday); Wouldn't expect these prices for an off-strip location but it could just be my perspective -There was some noise on the first night (like cleaning or moving furniture) that was pretty annoying

Awesome staff very accommodating and helpful. We had to move to the Hilton resorts to be close to the convention center for my husband’s job. We really miss the community that developed with other travelers while eating our complimentary breakfast.

It was in a great location for my needs. The elevator was out during my stay and I was only informed after booking a non-refundable room. There was some question as to whether or not I could have a ground floor, but in the end they honored this request. I did find it odd that one of the front desk staff was overly interested in why I was staying at the property. This seemed to go beyond the normal banter of an agent. They kept pushing for details and made me feel uncomfortable.

The rooms have full kitchens, which is very helpful on an extended trip. It was a good, clean, quiet hotel, easy to travel to Red Rock and the Strip.

The staff was great, super friendly, and called us after we got settled to see how things were going. But the elevator was broken and we had to drag our bags up three floors which was a pain. The jacuzzi in the room didnt function. Neither did the TV. Bedding had some stains. Breakfast was fine.

Love the place. I was traveling across country and this was one of the best hotels I stayed. The energy of the room was delightful, clean, specious and comfortable. Mary Rose in the front desk was a gem! .Great area to be if you want to be close to grocery shops like trader Joes and wholefoods. Also, you can walk to restaurants at night and it felt safe.

didn't like that Expedia and or the hotel did not allow us to pay with cash. there was an option to pay at the hotel but when we got there, the hotel said their policy didn't allow cash, so i had to borrow funds from a family member. not convenient or helpful for those who use cash

The A/C unit worked great, but it and the bathroom fan are quite loud. It wasn't awful, just noticeable. Very friendly staff.

I was impressed with how clean the rooms and property were. Traveling with a small dog was not an issue at all.

They seemed to know about the tv issue before checked in which is not cool to rent the room like this.

the tv was having constant issues. Never was able to watch a full tv program because of the issues. Never have had staff in my room this much but they did try to fix. My biggest issue is they knew this was an issue yet still rented the room. They felt $70 refund was appropriate for our entire stay. We literally had no tv to watch except our tiny phones. Very disappointed

The front desk and housekeeping staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms, lobby and laundry room are very clean. They were very welcoming to us and our pup. We stayed for 4 days and appreciated the breakfast and ample parking.

This property is unfortunately tremendously outdated and in EXTREME need of an update. 8 feet ceilings and VERY POOR lighting make you feel like you are walking through a basement. The main and only benefit of this property is it’s location near Summerlin and Red rock. Literally that’s it.

Stay at this hotel and loved it . Centric , close to all highways and specially to downtown summerlin which was a plus . Stayed here while workers were renovating a condo that was purchased last Feb 28.

Surprised how quiet the room was, even though we were next to a crying baby and young child. I don't know why hotels/motels do not put families in one floor or wing of the hotel. Those who don't have children or don't have them around anymore, really don't want to hear children running down the hall or screaming in adjoining rooms.

Clean large suite. But we were given a room with a non functioning hot tub in it and they didn’t tell us at check-in that it didn’t work. We were so excited when we saw it and so sad when it wouldn’t turn on. Some warning at check-in would have been good. Otherwise clean quiet and convenient. No dishes or pans in kitchen made it essentially non functioning. They will give kitchen supplies if you ask for them.
