When we walked into our room it was in terrible shape. The start of the carpeting was worn down to the tack strip which could cut your foot if not wearing shoes. All the dresser drawers were wide open. The toilet seat was completely loose, and I had to have the staff come and tighten it, as it couldn't be used the way it was left. The shower rod had been displaced from its original position. It was moved to a new location but was not installed level and when using the shower, the curtain would slide down and not stay closed. The tile in front of the toilet was making a creaking noise every time you would step on it. The tub faucet would not shut off completely and required several attempts to stop if from a fast leak to just drops. The bathroom door jamb was coming loose and the veneer on the inside of the door had a section off of it. We were very disappointed with the condition of the room. We had stayed at this hotel in the past and had liked it very much. After this experience, we would be hesitant to return.

Everything was clean and amazing and really enjoyed all the staff, they were very nice. I would recommend and would stay there again.

Check in staff were pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the check in experience. I also appreciated how close this location was to the airport since I arrived well after midnight. The mattress on the bed was sloped and lumpy making it impossible for me to get comfortable. The pillows were all also lumpy and hard to find a good one to use, I ended up needing to use my neck pillow that I brought during my flight. The tub in the bathroom was also a bit old and dirty looking.

I've stayed here twice because I really enjoy the quieter location off the strip when I come to Las Vegas for concerts. It's just far away enough from all the excitement to not feel too overstimulated by the city, but close enough to get to it in a matter of minutes. The rooms are mostly clean (the only thing I noticed looking a bit dirty was the bathtub floor) and the hot water is amazing. You have every amenity you need: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron. The property is well maintained and pet friendly. My small dog came with me and had no issues. Free parking is a huge advantage to staying here with plenty of spaces around the back of the building, which is very easy to access with your key card if you're staying on the first floor. The free breakfast and all day-coffee is a great perk as well. The housekeeping staff was maybe a bit too loud while speaking to other staff in the hallways early in the morning. However, I kept my Do Not Disturb sign on my door for a majority of my three night stay because I really didn't need much service and they completely respected that. The TV in my room was static every time I turned it on, so I had to fiddle with the buttons on the side to adjust the output because it would reset itself. The channels also froze a lot to the point where I eventually just turned it off as I was only using it as occasional background noise anyway. Overall, I enjoyed it here and I will definitely come back!

Very big room, comfortable and big beds, good toilet, staff very kind and nice breakfast as well. Is basically inside the airport but you don’t hear anything from there. For us was good value for our needs in Vegas. If you are the 1 time in Vegas is far from everything in the main strip. Swimming pool need more cleaning and some painting.

The location of this hotel is perfect for coming and going to the airport in Las Vegas. Although it is right across the street from the runways, I never heard a plane all night. The front desk was accommodating to our rooms needs and our comfort. There is restaurants and a Wal Mart close by. And the best part there are no resort fees.

The people were amazing. I like how close to the airport. And the shuttle drivers were prompt. The blankets are not very thick or heavy. I was cold all night long.

Check-in was fine. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We swam in the pool but it really needed cleaning. Hot tub was out of order. No ice in 2nd floor ice machine. Leather chair at the desk was ripped and looked bad. Otherwise, it was okay. We booked it because we had a 7 am flight. It served its purpose. Didn’t get breakfast because we left too early. I’d stay again just for a quickie overnite.

Location. Needs full refurb. The room we were initially given was either somebody else’s room or it hadn’t been cleaned. There were bags with half consumed food articles lying around the room. Staff changed our room without argument but it turned out it was next to the elevator which chimed every time it came to our floor. Not conducive for sleep even after 24 hours travelling.

Wasn’t able to go into the spa, construction, but that’s what I came here for I wish I would have known it was going to be closed I didn’t see anything that informed me of this before I chose this location.

At first I thought the bed was too soft but it was VERY comfortable and the towels were the softest I’ve ever found in a hotel. Enjoyable stay, good breakfast and great staff. Plus the airport shuttle was greatly appreciated.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean, it's just a dated property that could use some maintenance and repairs. Love that it's dog friendly, and I did not hear any dogs barking.

No bed bugs on inspection, good bedding, everything working as it should be, plenty of towels and toiletries provided, genuine Keurig, quiet at night (on top floor at least), breakfast= good standard American breakfast, free shuttle very easy to arrange via phone call and handy, staff all very friendly A/C was a little weak for the size of the room, but after a while it managed to cool down sufficiently to sleep comfortably.

The property location was good for what we needed it for the area that we were accessing in Las Vegas. We could bring our dog for a reasonable nightly fee and parking was free, which is a benefit around the Las Vegas area that you are no longer seeing as much. There’s only one elevator so access to the upper levels was a little bit difficult. You had to go to the front always and then walk around the entire building, especially when you have a dog that you have to take down. Also, the Plumbing was a bit slow. The toilet seemed to have a problem flushing. And some of the areas can use a little bit of a refreshing decor update.

We don’t stay at casino hotels and this hotel has been our best place to stay near the airport whenever we pass through Vegas. Staff always helpful, especially with the shuttle service. Not much in the area to walk to but with a rental car, food places weren’t too far to drive to. Love this place and will stay again whenever we travel there!

The staff at this hotel were excellent. Anything I needed, they were more than willing to accommodate me and showed extreme courtesy and respect. The hotel manager was exceptional and he was very genuine and caring. I didn't use the pool at the time, but it appeared that some parts were closed (whirlpool). I did see children swimming and they appear to be enjoying themselves, but my thing, which I enjoy, is the whirlpool.

There was a big stain on our bedsheet, and when we called the front desk for a change of sheets, they responded promptly.

We weren’t there long enough to experience much but the staff member checking us in was great! We also left headphones in the room, staff located them and held them for us until we returned a week later.

Not handicap friendly. I ordered a handicap accessible room, verified at check in - WHILE IN A WHEELCHAIR - for the to give me a room with a bathtub and bars in them. Not even a bathchair. Not sure how they figure I can into a bathtub is I can't stand. Staff did not apologize and said it was accessible. Staff ended up being rude. I will never stay here. If you have a disability - stay away! Never been made to feel bad about being in a wheelchair. I did not stay and they refused to give my money back.

i honestly was there for a convention so i didnt do much of the extra amenities but the room was spacious clean with no problems. good for the value but you will have a resort fee which i thought was already covered but no bigs just be mindful of that. quick uber ride about 5 mins down the road to the nearest 7 eleven, target, dispensary, etc to get your personal items before hitting the strip. breakfast is good. the resort fee

It is not on strip busy street but it is near to bus stop which I took o visit many places . And the staff is nice , helpful . It is clean . Well organized. The light on the microwave is always on and it is just in front of my eyes , under the TV , when we sleep . I don’t like any lights in front of eyes for sleeping .

Unfortunately this La Quinta at the airport in Las Vegas did not live up to the quality we’ve come to expect from having used La Quintas across the country over many years of travel. Our room was worn-out with tired or nicked furniture finishes and dirty light blocking curtains. The bathroom has lots of grab bars but a slick surface on the shower/tub floor. Happily the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I know it’s not a property fault but definitely have an issue with homeless in the area. Almost became a major issue when my wife and daughter were at the pool and a homeless man was cleaning himself in the pool shower and almost exposed himself. Luckily the staff was quickly to respond to my wife’s phone call since I was absent. Other than that, the property is very well maintained other than one elevator really scaring us.

Dated room in need of renovation. Breakfast was okay - not many choices. Located right next to the airport runway, so gets loud outside with the sound of planes taking off and landing but relatively quiet inside the room.

The Inn was not up to the best western standards. the carpet in the room was frawed and trip hazard, microwave didn't work, power outlets didn't work, the air conditioner was so loud that sleep was impossible. Breakfast was fair with warmed up frozen food. I checked out the next morning and went to a different hotel. The staff were friendly and embarrassed of the hotel conditions and stated that remodeling was months away.

This is a very well used hotel with some tired parts. Our pet friendly room had torn carpet, the TV was incorrectly set up, and everything was pretty worn. However the bed was comfortable and the hotel location is excellent- away from the Strip but not that far. It was fine for a simple overnight stay.

The location & property are great. The building itself is run down & dirty. It’s used to be so nice & my go to place. New paint, clean carpets, etc. are needed. Our bathroom faucet ran all night. Waste of water in the desert! Breakfast was great & the room & service area clean & nice.

Bad: Saw a roach in the bathroom at least once a night, a staff member copped an attitude when my travel partner bought an item from the lobby which ending up being empty, just a box, and when trying to get a replacement, the staff member questioned her like she was lying. SMH

I highly recommend this hotel if you just need someplace to stay near the airport. The front desk, staff and shuttle staff were extremely courteous, professional, informative, and welcoming. The fact that the shuttle runs 24 hours was the reason I booked here. I needed to catch a very early flight in the morning.

Both team members went and searched and found both items for us and will be mailing them back. Very impressed with the extra effort

The room was Ok...breakfast was OK, did not have much interaction with staff but what we did have was OK. One of the elevators was slow. The side door that we used a couple of times had macaroni and cheese that appeared to be thrown up against it and then slid down on the outside of the door. It was there for our 3 day stay. Everything was perfect

Surprisingly as close to the airport the rooms are quiet. There was virtually no indication the airport was close by. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are comfy and desk space was good. The room chair needs to be better. The breakfast eggs and sausage were fairly blasé, especially the round egg patties. Come on, how about some real scrambled eggs. Juice selection was great.

We loved the courtesy and professionalism from all the staff at the La Quinta Inn Nellis. Clean-clean rooms, delicious hot breakfast, and great exercise facilities. The Inn is family friendly with the nicest folks making your stay a positive experience. We will return to the La Quinta Inn Nellis again for sure!

Courtesy shuttle was awesome! We also left a car there for the week for less than half price parking at the airport.

We usually stay here every couple of months on our trip to Utah. It has been nice but this last stay was not good. The room was dirty, smelled like pee, clumps of hair on the bathroom sink, room smelled like pee, refrigerator was broke and smelled really bad. The TV wasn't connected and my husband had to trace the internet wires and connect it himself. Key cards didn't work in the outside door to the dog area. Told front desk when they text me. Nothing said about the complaint.

Check in was exceptional customer service. Check out had little customer service, no gluten free celiac safe options for breakfast.

The room was neglected. Toenail clippings on the floor. We had a roach in our room. The chair for the desk looked liked someone picked off the leather. The bed was uncomfortable. There were dips in the bed where people have laid over the years. No water pressure in the shower. When you go sit in the chair they had in there, you’d go down to the floor. The air conditioning unit they had in there was set to 60 degrees and it still didn’t blow cold air. No ventilation in the bathroom. We won’t be back. I’ve gone there several times over the past 4 years and this was our worst stay. Only there for 1 night.

I stayed here many years ago and it was just fine. Staying last night felt icky. The walls were literally dirty in our room, and not just one wall. The tub was not clean. The office chair had leather ripping off all over and the wooden chair in there was super old and not in great shape either. One of the beds looked like it had stains on the sheets so I asked for new sheets, which they provided but they just tried to say that it was the sheets wearing out. It just felt very old and outdated and not clean. I made the mistake of just trying to find a cheaper hotel. We’ve had good experiences with La Quinta in other areas and since we’d stayed here before I thought it would be ok. I would not stay here again. It just felt gross and we left as early as we could this morning. The breakfast was good though at least.

However. Parking at the back unsafe. 5 cars had their windows shuttered. You need 24 hour security at that parking lot and cameras as well.

The shuttle was on time and the drivers were very friendly. Rooms were quiet and clean. Will definitely stay again.

So close to airport that jets arriving and landing went right over. Quite noisy. Only quiet time was midnight to 6am. It looks like it’s ready for an upgrade.

Hotel smelled like urine. Room was very dark. It definitely needs a redo. Hotel is right across the street from the airport and runway.

Airport shuttle to get me was excellent. The airport shuttle going back to airport in the morning didn't watch where he stopped so I had a hard time with the curb and getting in shuttle. The room was quiet, the bed felt good, and bathroom was okay. I was glad I could buy water and a pizza. Pizza cooked in microwave but no paper plates or napkins.

I was on the road from Fl & noticed that I would be on the road past my check in. I called Hotels.com to see if theyll change it cause i was on the road & it was ng done before 6pm. And I was told it was handled! I got to Vegas & the front desk clerk was kind & helpful. But the manager called my room 5x to tell me 1 we had to check out & two he wasnt going to allow us to pay for the next 3 days on Saturday. I just drove thru 8 states. All I wanted to sleep. We were in town for a paying event. I said fine I'll check out. Asked for a handicap accessible room. It was so hot & humid in the room & bathroom & it was mold on the wall in the bathroom as well as no stopper for the tub. While eating my meal, the news stated how Vegas has lost over 47% of their tourism dollars & theyve been impacted heavily. I dont think the manager of this hotel care at all.

We never received room service. The pool area had broken chairs around. There was dirt on the floor of our room when we arrived. Overall it was rundown.

The airport shuttle is the reason we choose this place. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Quite place with a few restaurants that you could walk to maybe 7 to 10 min walk. The only thing I did not enjoy was the tub. It was stained which looks really dirty and there is no fan in the bathroom. It was budget friendly and close to the airport and strip. The must we paid for a lyft was 28 and that's only because of the Chris Brown concert, other then that the average was 11-15 dollar trip. I would stay again but maybe ask for a different room because of the tub.

Could hear the TV from the room next door and people running and walking above. Breakfast was a bit too minimal, but the lobby coffee and iced water was refreshing.

Average accommodations. Breakfast was bare minimum in my opinion. Staff was friendly. Since it’s next to the airport there is the noise of planes taking off and landing. The location was convenient.

I like the fact they upgraded our 2 queen bedroom to the presidential suite because we were getting married. It was peaceful and very nice employees.

The room was very run down, and there were black hairs on the beds.

We were told we would be picked up after dropping off our rental car. Though we told the employees three times we weren't at the airport they still said we could shuttle. We waited an hour and a half before Ubering back. Our room had wet carpet and what looked like mud spots throughout the room (on the curtain, bedroom wall, bathroom wall).

3rd time staying here and never disappoint. I brought my son with me and he loved the pool always clean. Staff so friendly and rooms clean and beds were super comfy.

The bathroom wasn't clean and carpet was dirty. This room was old and the bathtub and faucets leaked and there was a dead roach on the floor. It sure could use some work before you have another guest in that room. We always stay at Laquinta hotels whenever possible and have stayed at this particular one on our Utah trips. We have 2 registered emotional support dogs that have never been an issue but this time the lady at the front desk said your hotel doesn’t consider them as a needed support animal therefore have to charge us even though you hadn't in the past. I showed her their credentials, which I didn't have to, but she said it didn't matter they are not considered support animals. She said she would let it go this time. I was asking her questions and she was pretty snarly with me. Saying things like, "I don't know what you’re talking about". She was not friendly, at all, and seemed to dislike me from the moment we discussed our support dogs. Probably why we ended up in a really bad room.

The first thing i noticed was the furniture was old fashioned. The Jet tub wasn’t working and the manager was the only person who could fix it. Instead I requested to be put in another Room

This property needs many thorough cleanings to be considered worth the nightly rate. Very poor circulation in the Ac units. The pictures are way nicer than reality. There were multiple stains, blood, and otherwise all over the unit and in the bathroom. We left after the first 8 hours because it felt too dirty to get comfortable. Thankfully the management refunded my second night after I left.

I stayed in s unit that smelled like urine. when I asked to be put in another room. I was intimated by front Office Mangement when they stated that they would cancel my reservation thus, leaving me with nowhere to stay. Also, in spite of three requests being made to have the room cleaned, I was told that the "do not disturb" sign was on the door handle. This is a lie because when the last request was made, the chambermaid was standing right outside my unit and said he would go in and clean the unit, to which I replied "ok." the room was never cleaned. during my entire stay.

My daughters apartment pool was out of order. I got her family the room for the night. I had stayed here last October and loved it.

This place was slightly lower tiered than the other La Quintas we stayed at in Greater Vegas. The breakfast was not as good as the other La Quintas.We stayed 3 nights. No bacon or bananas for breakfast on any of the mornings. They did have apples and oranges though (this was nice).

You can even catch the city skyline at sunset from the lot. Friendly, helpful staff and very dog-friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again when we need an off-Strip spot with the pups.

For the price it’s not bad. The room was really outdated, as well as the hotel itself. When we called for help with our shuttle from the airport, the guy on the phone was really rude and had horrible customer service skills.

I paid extra for the suite with a jacuzzi tub. It was as dirty so i didn’t even use it. The toilet handle was broken. Hallway noise was louder than most places I’ve stayed. Disappointed mostly because I paid extra for an upgraded room. There upgrade wasn’t worth it.

The hotel could use an update on the rooms and the tub looked like it was still dirty. I'm sure they cleaned it but it needs a re-glaze or deep-clean. Other than that it was quiet, comfortable, and an affordable option off the Strip.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport so that was a plus for us. Decent selection of food for breakfast although sausage was the only meat option each day (we stayed 3 days) so that wasn’t great but everything else was good for a free breakfast. The main downside to this hotel is there isn’t anything (restaurants, shops, convenience stores) to walk to. But overall we had a good stay.

Well worn- needs to be updated and cleaned. Cushions in lobby are soiled and floors dirty. Staff were ALL helpful and pleasant to deal with. Beds were comfortable and we were provided with plenty of clean towels which was appreciated. Breakfast was nice to have at the hotel and it was all about what would be expected- average. The outdoor area was well worn furniture but was appreciated and we did sit outside enjoying the milder temperature. Overall our stay was alright- did see one cockroach in bathroom and another in the downstairs public bathroom (needed cleaning/updating).

The property needs freshening & staff says a remodel will start soon. Staff was great. The shuttle is great unless the road dept has lanes closed en route to the airport.

After a delayed flight it was great to be welcomed by friendly staff at reception. All the hotel information was well explained. We availed of breakfast which included fresh fruit options. There's also a shuttle service to/from the airport and the driver was super helpful.
