The staff are brilliant from reception, pool, maintenance and most of all the valet guys and gals who are do helpful. The rooms are large and very clean. The pool is outstanding. The location is great as it is a 15 minute drive to the strip, but close to all routes out of Vegas. So much to see within a 3 hour drive. Death Valley, Red Rock Canyon, Grand Canyon, plus Seligman and Oatman on Route66. Then a bit further away are Utah's national parks

The area is calm, the on site amenities were great! Overall, we had a great stay and the staff throughout the property were friendly and helpful. The only negative experience was with the complimentary valet service. When my fiancé did not leave a tip, two valet employees appeared visibly displeased and gave him unfriendly looks, which made us feel uncomfortable. We understand tips are appreciated, but guests should feel welcome regardless of whether they tip. We do want to acknowledge one of the valet employees who was amazing! Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but he always gave a great welcoming attitude! We stayed last year and we immediately recognized him. We wanted to give him a tip but he was not there on our last day, but we will sure tip him next time we stay! Other than that, our experience was excellent.

From checkin to checkout everything was top tier. Rooms were amazing and staff was very helpful even at random times in the night. Location was great and kinda quiet which was great for my little family getaway.

Great place to stay off the strip. Very nice property and the grounds are amazing. Food was good, not great. No real lounges onsite except a small one in one of the restaurants. Only negative is they allow smoking in side of the casino, the other is smoke free but it makes no difference, the whole floor stunk. Was surprised a JW would allow this. We dont gamble so we only walked through the area. Will stay again.

I love the environment. They had a huge pool, place to sit and play and kind staff. It was very convenient, with many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby.

Massive comfortable room, superb buffet evening meal in Market Place. Best prime rib we have tasted and that is just the buffet. Pool area is big and really nice too. Having to pay $45 resort fee on top of room rate when miles out of Vegas!

The gym open 24hours is small and not week equipped and always crowed during early mornings. The spa Gym which is the biggest one and most equipped is only available on vacation hours. All the amenities are for extra pay, nothing is included into your stay. Not all rooms are quite, my window was located by the main entrance of the hotel, with very loud mornings with gardeners with their blowers for hours on, couldn’t even open the window of my room and sit outside. My stay was over all ok. But as I said, for business travel I don’t find it worth it.

I only stayed for one day for a work event and this hotel did not disappoint! Spacious room, beautiful bathroom, great lighting, jacuzzi open until 11pm, Italian restaurant in site was phenomenal = so many nice people and comolimentary valet parking! Definitely would stay again!

Overall great location. Could use a bit more late night dining options, a small convenience store. Our room’s AC wouldn’t keep the room below 75 at night. But would stay again assuming the AC issue was due to a malfunctioning unit.

The first issue we encountered was cleanliness. The bathroom and shower were clearly not properly cleaned upon arrival — we found noticeable hair on the walls before any of us had even used the shower. None of us have that hair color or length, which made it obvious it had been left behind. Cleanliness is one of the most important things for us when traveling, and unfortunately, it was lacking throughout the room. Service was also extremely poor. Housekeeping staff were loudly shouting in the hallways as early as 8:00 AM and knocking on guest doors in an aggressive and disruptive manner, making it impossible to rest. If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, relaxation, or good service — this is not the place to stay. The luggage situation was another major issue. The hotel only has one luggage cart, which meant we had to wait over 30 minutes just to receive assistance bringing our bags down. When help finally arrived, we were rushed and not even given a couple of minutes to organize our belongings in the vehicle. Our luggage was left on the ground in a careless way, with the explanation that they “only have one cart.” To make matters worse, most of the staff we interacted with came across as rude and unprofessional. The property is stunning. It feels elegant and private, with serene water features throughout. The room was large and beautifully decorated. They had multiple gyms and a beautiful spa.The only thing lacking was the bar assortment in the casinos, and the fact that the restaurants, all closed early.

Hotel was great. Pool area was not. Pool chairs are old, the cushions they used are old, faded, full of stains. The edge around the pool needs to be power washed as it is black in many areas.

We had just driven 10 hours from Lake Tahoe, being stuck in a traffic jam due to an accident we have a service dog with us and my husband was waiting in the car with the dog to determine if this tower was the proper tower for us to get parking in well they wouldn’t let me check in without him. They made him come in to show his ID as well, adding additional stress and aggravation to an already tiring and stressful day one bit of feedback for the front desk folks is to bear in mind people checking in, may have other circumstances affecting the process.

He had a bathing suit on no diaper. Also this family was eating IN THE pool. Super unsanitary but just gross. Needless to say we left the area. We tried to go to the hydrogen area but was told we needed to have Marriott points. All in all wonderful stay great place. See you July 2026

We had a nice stay here. We had some wind noise from balcony door, but wasn’t a huge problem. Pool was nice, water temp was awesome, really enjoyed the pool. Pool chairs could use a nice refresh/update.

Would like more bar places. Love the staff and their service, but hate how they gave us a rough time trying to obtain a kart to get our items out the hotel. Amazing property. Very peaceful.

Everything is always great with top tier service. The room was amazing with everything that we could need. It's spacious, clean. I had an issue with the billing and the staff was amazing in explaining everything so I could plan accordingly. Just an overall relaxing, comfortable stay. I don't want to stay anywhere else, nothing else compares in my eyes.

The JW never disappoints! The only complaint, was the pool area, a bit dirty and don’t get me started on the lounge chairs!!! They were rusty, falling apart and the cushions were disgustingly dirty! You can do better!

Rare to find free valet in Vegas, but JW Marriott has it! It was a great stay. Comfortable, clean, cozy.

The conference was there They ask for a $500 cash deposit because they don't have Apple Pay!! When I go to the ATM, it gives me a receipt to be taken to the casino cashier, where they ask me to buy play cards!!!!!!!!!! I don't play!! Second, when I was checking out, they charged $45 for each night telling me that it was for using the facility ? I’m staying in the hotel for several days for the conference and have never been told that I will pay more for walking in the corridor!!!! Never be there again

We are locals and live 10 minuets from the property. Our pool was at home is under construction, and we decided to have a staycation here for the 4th. Best decision ever. Every single staff member was beyond kind and helpful, our room was beautiful and clean. Waking up to coffee on the balcony, surrounded by trees and a waterfall- chefs kiss. The pool was beautiful and my daughter loved it. Room service food was great, but unless you’re ballin’, please go get your Starbucks because i paid 38$ for a bagel and a latte 😬 lol

Everything was excellent the only issue we had was plumbing in the shower and bathtub were somewhat backed up. The shower filled all the way up to the point if I continued to shower it would have spilled out onto the floor. Shower also had what appeared to be black mold coming up from the drain into the backed up water which is another reason I had to end my shower. The bathtub took several hours to drain.

Food and drinks extremely overpriced. $50 credit per day equals 2 cocktails at the pool. Terrible breakfast and service at the Hawthorne Grill behind front desk.

Staff. The room service is non existent and the quality of the food is fair. The pool needs to be open much earlier or later or both as it’s only open at the hottest time of the day. How do kids handle that?

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Great location away from strip. Great pool and large garden area with rabbits and ducks wandering around.

Location of property is central for shopping, dining, sightseeing, and there is a lot to do on the property itself.

The entire stay was great! Would have loved more roulette tables in the casino lol. We didn’t enjoy the cabana as it had black widows in the cabinet below the tv. We requested some help and were dismissed. We finally spoke to a manager and she also informed us that she couldn’t do anything for us and that she understood. Which made us feel as though she wanted us to go away. Outside of that, all else was great.

The Resort was the best we have stayed in. All the amenities and how friendly the staff was and the food in the restaurants… all exemplary. The spa was amazing and the grounds and landscaping were so perfect. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying on this property. I had been here two years prior with family and returned for a trip with my partner. The staff is phenomenal, the rooms are comfortable, beautiful, and well furnished. The property itself is gorgeous, conveniently located, and so relaxing. I will always stay here when coming to the Vegas area.

The room was nice, and the staff were helpful. We didn't find out until we arrived that the spa was closed during our entire stay. Since this property is off strip, that was quite an inconvenience, and we ended up not getting to enjoy any spa treatments during our vacation.

Such an amazing stay. So glad we picked it.

The rooms are amazing. The food was delicious, even at the pool. Staff were all.amazing. The only thing I didn't like was the smoking in the casinos. I could smell in my hair..

Cons: Hard to get a hold of the front desk for issues, resort fee expensive and non-refundable even though I didn’t use any of the amenities. Wanted to get a massage at the spa but the prices were outrageous!!

The property is really nice and the pool area and grounds are beautiful. We were there for a wedding (off site) so we didn't use too many of the services but everything was great. I would stay there again

Pool was covered in animal feces and asking that the pool area be cleaned up seemed to fall upon deaf ears. Issues with the water going on and off made our first day less than enjoyable. Noise from the construction occurring on site made for an unpleasant morning. The food we consumed from the buffet resulted in us experiencing food poisoning and diarrhea for our entire stay. The grounds were beautiful however I don’t think we will return.

Loved the pool and our room. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was newly renovated. Our family had a regular double bed room and it was quite large! The bathrooms were amazing. Calm environment away from the strip and perfect location for exploring red rock and other places in Las Vegas area. I didn't like that there are not a lot of choices for places to eat here. But you are close enough by car to venture out to an abundant and diverse selection off property.

Very frustrating check in service. They couldn’t find our reservation and made us wait for hours after check in time to tell us that. Beautiful resort, terrible service

On their website and on posters in the hotel they say they are "newly renovated," however I had to ask them to move my room, opposite the spa building, because the steam shovel, jackhammer and chainsaw that woke me my first morning there at 8am. So they are "renovating" not "renovated." That's some BS.

This resort is lovely. The grounds are beautiful. It’s been fully renovated. The rooms are really nice. We stayed at the Bellagio the night before and I would say that I loved this resort way more. It felt cleaner and the room was more luxurious than the Bellagio. It’s in a quiet area, without the hustle of the strip. But that was really nice for us. We had a garden view and looked out over palm trees, gardens and ponds. So pretty. Wish we had stayed longer!

The food. It said the resort has a shuttle but was not there when we got there and so we had to Uber everywhere. That was clearly false advertisement and the room did not have a microwave.

Excellent time during our stay

We had an incredible stay at the JW this weekend! We were staying for a wedding and everything from the staff, to the facilities were excellent. We can’t wait to come back!

Area was good, we had an issue with cleanliness. Staff did not clean guest bathroom and toilet had feces in it. we found someone's panties in the couch behind a cushion. thankfully, my wife and I were with each other all weekend, so this was not an issue. it could have been a MAJOR problem. everything else was great. as always, they spa had issues with the water stations outdoors. NONE of them worked this time. this is always an issue at this facility, with one of the stations, "which is a draw to the facility) always not working,. this was the first time ALL of them were a fail.

Everything is there u want! Food, entertainment, sport book, spa! Had a fabulous time and very comfortable. One thing….the smoking, if u could have a non smoking section for the hotel as well as the gambling casino…would be good. I retire to my room because I had difficulty breathing. Only to be awaking coughing because somewhere somehow my room was filled with cigar smoke! I had to open the balcony window to let it out! A minor inconvenience but the property was top notch!

We used to love coming here. But since the remodel, the hotel has gone way down in service, smell, room service (Ha!) and more. We will NOT be returning.

Upon checking in we were upgraded to a suite by the lovely staff as our room was not ready. Unfortunately upon getting to the room at roughly 10pm the heat never came on and the suite stayed at a rather chilly 63 degrees after the heating unit went out on the roof. We informed the front desk on the morning of the 11th and around 8pm on the 11th the hotel maintenance team showed up and fixed the heating unit on the roof. We also notified the front desk that during the day we lost water and that there were no trash cans in our hotel room, anywhere. We were told that there weren’t trash cans available cause the hotel is going under renovations. There was no running water to the suite to flush toilets or for running water to get cleaned up. Due to the staff not being able to fix this issue we resorted to having to go to a friends house to shower and get cleaned up. Water was finally fixed the evening before we left.

The hotel was beautiful and the grounds, zen walk, pool was lovely and so was the spa area. The receptionists at the small desk in the Palm tower were always friendly and helpful. Answered all questions to the best of their ability . The verandas from our room were a great thing as we could sit out in the sun and enjoy sunrise and views. I would not stay there again probably as the smoke smell from the casino drifts in to the non smoking area and the restaurants and with asthma I am very sensitive to that. A few other things, our room was very cold and we could not adjust the heat. We had a phone that was not working , once it was fixed we could not figure out how to get messages, it was not a clear system. The receptionist that checked us in a lady with long braids and very long fingernails was not the friendliest. Maybe having a bad day. I asked about concierge and she said there was not one today but there would be one tomorrow. Her coworker at the desk said it was the concierge last day today and the lady checking us in said kind of rudely , there would be one the next day. I felt sorry for her co-worker. There was not and no one available the whole time we were there. I appreciate transparency and honesty. Housekeepers did an awesome job. One of the toilets would not flush well in the main bathrooms. Many of the workers there would answer your question but few were very friendly.

Pool was lovely. We were only there in the late afternoon but lots of chairs at that time. Room was fantastic, newly renovated. Hotel was 5 mins from the Darling Tennis Centre.
